本发明涉及眼保健品技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗疲劳护眼营养液及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,在电子设备占据我们大多数人的视觉生活的同时,视觉疲劳及眼部各种问题也成为很多人苦恼的事情,无论是用眼过度的学生,还是每天面对电脑超过8小时的上班族,再或是上了岁数的老年人,都或多或少地出现眼睛酸涩、疲劳、疼痛、流泪等不适症状。
出现以上症状大体可分为外源性和内源性两种损伤。外源性包括各种电子设备释放蓝紫光对眼睛的直接伤害、长时间面对电子产品得不到休息而引起的视疲劳、风沙雾霾等引起的眼干涩等;内源性包括人到老年身体器官、功能开始退化,人体机能减退,如老年黄斑退化和白内障等;另外,糖尿病、高血压所导致的各种眼疾以及抽烟饮酒对眼睛的直接损伤等。
如此多的不良因素影响着我们的眼睛,看来保护眼睛,势在必行。那么,怎样才能有效预防和缓解呢?很多人做了眼保健操,也补充了维生素,可是效果并不明显。市面上也有以叶黄素为主要原料制成的产品,有片剂及胶囊等剂型,对眼部保护有一定的作用,但是其对光、热稳定性差,耐胃酸性差,容易发生降解,在人体小肠吸收过程中,生物利用率低,吸收转化率仅为60%左右。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种抗疲劳护眼营养液及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种抗疲劳护眼营养液,包括以下重量份原料:纯净水60-80份,牛磺酸0.3-0.8份,瓜拉纳提取物2-5份,绿茶提取物0.5-1份,叶黄素酯微囊粉0.2-0.6份,蓝莓提取物1-3份,维生素C0.02-0.04份,维生素B60.001-0.002份,玉米黄质微囊粉0.1-0.2份,人参提取物3-8份,苹果浓缩汁3-8份,低聚果糖0.5-2份,麦芽糖5-12份,蜂蜜0.3-0.6份,山梨酸钾0.02-0.06份。
一种抗疲劳护眼营养液,包括以下重量份原料:纯净水70份,牛磺酸0.5份,瓜拉纳提取物3份,绿茶提取物0.6份,叶黄素酯微囊粉0.4份,蓝莓提取物2份,维生素C0.03份,维生素B60.0012份,玉米黄质微囊粉0.2份,人参提取物5份,苹果浓缩汁6份,低聚果糖1份,麦芽糖10份,蜂蜜0.5份,山梨酸钾0.04份。
一种抗疲劳护眼营养液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、原辅料称量、溶解
按照配方分别称量重量份的原料:牛磺酸、瓜拉纳提取物、绿茶提取物、叶黄素酯微囊粉、蓝莓提取物、玉米黄质微囊粉、维生素C、维生素B6、人参提取物和低聚果糖,置入不锈钢容器中并入一定量的纯净水搅拌溶解混合均匀,过滤备用;
2、调配
将步骤1中混合均匀过滤后的溶液,加入配方用量的苹果浓缩汁、山梨酸钾、麦芽糖和蜂蜜,然后加水至100%,搅拌混合均匀;
3、脱气、均质
将步骤2中混匀后的混合液,在温度40-50℃,真空度0.0078MPa-0.0105MPa下脱气,去除空气对营养液的影响,然后将调配好的营养液在60℃,压力18MPa-20MPa下,用均质机进行均质;
4、灌装、灭菌
对均质后营养液进行灌装,成品进行灭菌,灭菌温度为80℃,杀菌时间30分钟。
牛磺酸:牛磺酸在脑内的含量丰富、分布广泛,能明显促进神经系统的生长发育和细胞增殖、分化,且呈剂量依赖性,在脑神经细胞发育过程中起重要作用。猫以及夜行猫头鹰之所以要捕食老鼠,其主要原因是老鼠体内含有丰富的牛磺酸,多食可保持其锐利的视觉。牛磺酸能提高神经传导和视觉机能。
叶黄素酯微囊粉:叶黄素酯是一种重要的类胡萝卜素脂肪酸酯,它广泛存在于万寿菊花、南瓜、甘蓝、首糟等植物体内。其中,在万寿菊花中含量最为丰富,高达30%至40%。1.叶黄素酯经人体降解转化为叶黄素后,发挥其作用,最新实验研究表明,叶黄素本身的光、热稳定性,以及对人体PH值的耐受范围均不如叶黄素酯,(光、热、酸、碱、金属离子、氧化剂和还原剂对其稳定性影响较大)在储存过程及服用过程中会由于以上因素,导致叶黄素生物利用度较低,最新叶黄素相关食品制品,基本都以叶黄素酯为原料制成。2008年5月26日,国家卫生部确立批准叶黄素酯为新资源食品功效原料。2010年前后是叶黄素产品和叶黄素酯产品较大的生产分水岭。叶黄素酯在人体发挥作用过程,叶黄素酯在小肠中经胆汁和胰脂酶,水解酯化物系统共同作用,而生成游离态叶黄素,经小肠黏膜吸收。被吸收的游离态叶黄素是一种性能优异的抗氧化剂,可预防细胞衰老和机体器官衰老,同时还可预防老年性眼球视网膜黄斑退化引起的视力下降与失明,并作为癌症预防剂,生命延长剂,溃疡抵制剂,心脏病发作与冠状动脉疾病抵制剂等,在食品及医药上有深度应用。
绿茶提取物:绿茶提取物是从绿茶叶片中提取的活性成分,主要包括茶多酚(儿茶素)、咖啡碱、芳香油、水分、矿物质、色素、碳水化合物、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素等。茶多酚具有抗氧化、清除自由基等作用。有利于保护维生素C不被氧化,有助于醒脑提神,茶叶中的咖啡碱能促使人体中枢神经兴奋,增强大脑皮层的兴奋过程,起到提神益思、清心的效果。有助于利尿解乏,茶叶中的咖啡碱可刺激肾脏,促使尿液迅速排出体外,提高肾脏的滤出率,减少有害物质在肾脏中滞留时间。咖啡碱还可排除尿液中的过量乳酸,有助于使人体尽快消除疲劳。

1、该营养液的原料中包含有叶黄素酯,研究表明叶黄素酯对光、热的稳定性强,耐胃酸性及耐金属离子性强,不宜消耗降解,在生物利用率方面较叶黄素高1.6倍;叶黄素酯在人体可自然水解为游离态叶黄素,游离态叶黄素进补眼底发挥效能;
2、该复合配方中除了叶黄素酯,还配备了玉米黄质、蓝莓提取物等物质,其中玉米黄质也是视网膜中黄斑区域的重要组成部分,蓝莓中的花青素可促进视网膜细胞中视紫质的再生成,该复合配方产品运用了微囊化技术,微囊制剂肉眼看是粉状,显微镜下观看是一颗颗由特殊的囊材包裹的微小胶囊,该微囊制剂的最大优点是靶向定位分解,有效率可提高90%-200%,而且本身不溶于水的叶黄素脂经过微囊化后可溶于水。
3、人的中枢神经系统及视网膜都含有较多的牛磺酸,它对维持正常的视觉功能起到重要作用,配方中含的牛磺酸和人参提取物,人参提取物含有的人参皂甙适用于疲劳过度及神经衰弱等症状,具有增强人体表面细胞活力的作用。
4、本发明不仅解决了眼睛所需要补充的营养难题,而且大大的提高了吸收转化率的难题,同时解决了因疲劳引起的眼部不适问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗疲劳护眼营养液,包括以下重量份原料:纯净水70份,牛磺酸0.5份,瓜拉纳提取物3份,绿茶提取物0.6份,叶黄素酯微囊粉0.4份,蓝莓提取物2份,维生素C0.03份,维生素B60.0012份,玉米黄质微囊粉0.2份,人参提取物5份,苹果浓缩汁6份,低聚果糖1份,麦芽糖10份,蜂蜜0.5份,山梨酸钾0.04份。
上述抗疲劳护眼营养液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、分别称量0.5份牛磺酸,3份瓜拉纳提取物,绿茶提取物0.6份,0.4份叶黄素酯微囊粉,2份蓝莓提取物,0.03份维生素C,维生素B60.0012份,0.2份玉米黄质微囊粉,5份人参提取物和1份低聚果糖,置入不锈钢容器中并入70份纯净水搅拌混合均匀,过滤备用;
2、将步骤1中均匀并过滤后的溶液,再与称量后的6份苹果浓缩汁,0.04份山梨酸钾,10份麦芽糖和0.5份蜂蜜,然后加水至100%,搅拌混合均匀;
3、将步骤2中混匀后的混合液,在温度40℃,真空度0.01MPa下脱气,去除空气对营养液的影响,然后将调配好的营养液在60℃,压力19MPa下,用均质机进行均质;
4、对均质后营养液进行灌装,成品进行灭菌,灭菌温度为80℃,杀菌时间30分钟。
实施例2
一种抗疲劳护眼营养液,包括以下重量份原料:纯净水75份,牛磺酸0.7份,瓜拉纳提取物5份,绿茶提取物0.8份,叶黄素酯微囊粉0.3份,蓝莓提取物3份,维生素C0.04份,维生素B60.0018份,玉米黄质微囊粉0.1份,人参提取物7份,苹果浓缩汁4份,低聚果糖2份,麦芽糖6份,蜂蜜0.3份,山梨酸钾0.03份。
上述抗疲劳护眼营养液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、分别称量0.7份牛磺酸,5份瓜拉纳提取物,绿茶提取物0.8份,0.3份叶黄素酯微囊粉,3份蓝莓提取物,0.04份维生素C,维生素B60.0018份,0.1份玉米黄质微囊粉,7份人参提取物和2份低聚果糖,置入不锈钢容器中并入75份纯净水搅拌混合均匀,过滤备用;
2、将步骤1中均匀并过滤后的溶液,再与称量后的4份苹果浓缩汁,0.03份山梨酸钾,6麦芽糖和0.3份蜂蜜,然后加水至100%,搅拌混合均匀;
3、将步骤2中混匀后的混合液,在温度45℃,真空度0.009MPa下脱气,去除空气对营养液的影响,然后将调配好的营养液在60℃,压力20MPa下,用均质机进行均质;
4、对均质后营养液进行灌装,成品进行灭菌,灭菌温度为80℃,杀菌时间30分钟。
实施例3
一种抗疲劳护眼营养液,包括以下重量份原料:纯净水60份,牛磺酸0.3份,瓜拉纳提取物2份,绿茶提取物0.5份,叶黄素酯微囊粉0.2份,蓝莓提取物1份,维生素C0.02份,维生素B60.001份,玉米黄质微囊粉0.2份,人参提取物4份,苹果浓缩汁3份,低聚果糖0.5份,麦芽糖5份,蜂蜜0.5份,山梨酸钾0.04份。
上述抗疲劳护眼营养液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、分别称量0.3份牛磺酸,2份瓜拉纳提取物,绿茶提取物0.5份,0.2份叶黄素酯微囊粉,1份蓝莓提取物,0.02份维生素C,维生素B60.001份,0.2份玉米黄质微囊粉,4份人参提取物和0.5份低聚果糖,置入不锈钢容器中并入60份纯净水搅拌混合均匀,过滤备用;
2、将步骤1中均匀并过滤后的溶液,再与称量后的3份苹果浓缩汁,0.04份山梨酸钾,5份麦芽糖和0.5份蜂蜜,然后加水至100%,搅拌混合均匀;
3、将步骤2中混匀后的混合液,在温度50℃,真空度0.008MPa下脱气,去除空气对营养液的影响,然后将调配好的营养液在60℃,压力18MPa下,用均质机进行均质;
4、对均质后营养液进行灌装,成品进行灭菌,灭菌温度为80℃,杀菌时间30分钟。

Claims (3)
1.一种抗疲劳护眼营养液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:纯净水60-80份,牛磺酸0.3-0.8份,瓜拉纳提取物2-5份,绿茶提取物0.5-1份,叶黄素酯微囊粉0.2-0.6份,蓝莓提取物1-3份,维生素C0.02-0.04份,维生素B60.001-0.002份,玉米黄质微囊粉0.1-0.2份,人参提取物3-8份,苹果浓缩汁3-8份,低聚果糖0.5-2份,麦芽糖5-12份,蜂蜜0.3-0.6份,山梨酸钾0.02-0.06份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗疲劳护眼营养液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:纯净水70份,牛磺酸0.5份,瓜拉纳提取物3份,绿茶提取物0.6份,叶黄素酯微囊粉0.4份,蓝莓提取物2份,维生素C0.03份,维生素B60.0012份,玉米黄质微囊粉0.2份,人参提取物5份,苹果浓缩汁6份,低聚果糖1份,麦芽糖10份,蜂蜜0.5份,山梨酸钾0.04份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的抗疲劳护眼营养液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1、原辅料称量、溶解
按照配方分别称量重量份的原料:牛磺酸、瓜拉纳提取物、绿茶提取物、叶黄素酯微囊粉、蓝莓提取物、玉米黄质微囊粉、维生素C、维生素B6、人参提取物和低聚果糖,置入不锈钢容器中并入一定量的纯净水搅拌溶解混合均匀,过滤备用;
2、调配
将步骤1中混合均匀并过滤后的溶液,加入配方用量的苹果浓缩汁、山梨酸钾、麦芽糖和蜂蜜,然后加水至100%,搅拌混合均匀;
3、脱气、均质
将步骤2中混匀后的混合液,在温度40-50℃,真空度0.0078MPa-0.0105MPa下脱气,去除空气对营养液的影响,然后将调配好的营养液在60℃,压力18MPa-20MPa下,用均质机进行均质;
4、灌装、灭菌
对均质后营养液进行灌装,成品进行灭菌,灭菌温度为80℃,杀菌时间30分钟。
