技术领域
本发明涉及护眼液产品领域,特指一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法。
背景技术
护眼液是眼科疾病最常用的药物剂型之一,对于许多眼病,护眼液都有直接、快捷的治疗作用,随着人们的生活方式和工作条件的改变,用眼的时间越来越多,比如长时间看电脑、看电视、玩电子游戏等等,很容易患视觉疲劳症和干眼症。
使用者在进行眼部养护时,需要用到护眼液,目前现有的护眼液滴入眼中,对眼睛内部基本能够进行养护,而眼外部周围分布多个可利眼明目的穴位,目前的眼部养护不能满足对眼内、眼外全方位的高性能护眼液的养护功能。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法。具备能够对眼内、眼外全方位进行高性能护眼液的养护作用。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法。由植物负离子护眼液和纳米喷雾器组成,将植物负离子护眼液倒入纳米喷雾器盒中,打开开关即可对眼体、眼周进行养护作用。
植物负离子护眼液其原料包括组分A、组分B和组分C。
所述组分A主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
低氘水5-10份,量子水5-10份,富硒水5-10份,富钒水5-10份,富锶水5-10份,弱碱巴马水10-20份,小分子团水10-20份(优选2-5纳米小分子水)。
所述组分B主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
食用甘油3-5份,千里光提取液1-10份,人参提取液1-10份,白参菌提取液1-10份,叶黄素提取物1-10份,红景天提取物1-10份,植物负氧离子液10-50份,抗病毒剂0.5-1份,茶碱0.5-1份,维生素B6 0.5-1份,金盏花提取物2-5份,蜂蜜0.5-1份,尿囊素1-2份,洋常春藤提取液1-5份。
所述组分C重量份:富氢水5-10份。
在一些优选的实施例中,所述的一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液组分A主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
低氘水5-15份,量子水5-15份,富硒水5-15份,富钒水5-15份,富锶水5-10份,弱碱巴马水10-20份,小分子团水10-20份(优选2-5纳米小分子水)。
所述组分B主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
食用甘油4-5份,千里光提取液1-10份,人参提取液1-10份,白参菌提取液1-10份,叶黄素提取物1-10份,红景天提取物1-15份,植物负氧离子液10-50份,抗病毒剂0.5-1份,茶碱0.5-1份,维生素B6 0.5-1份,金盏花提取物2-5份,蜂蜜0.5-1份,尿囊素1-2份,洋常春藤提取液3-5份。
所述组分C重量份:富氢水5-15份。
在一些优选的实施例中,所述的一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液组分A主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
低氘水15份,量子水15份,富硒水15份,富钒水8份,富锶水8份,弱碱巴马水20份,小分子团水20份。
所述组分B主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
食用甘油5份,千里光提取液5份,人参提取液3份,白参菌提取液5份,叶黄素提取物5份,红景天提取物10份,植物负氧离子液50份,抗病毒剂0.5份,茶碱0.5份,维生素B60.8份,金盏花提取物3份,蜂蜜1份,尿囊素1份,洋常春藤提取液3份。
所述组分C重量份:富氢水15份。
上述在一些优选的实施例中,所述的富氢水为水中氢气浓度达到1000-1500ppb。富氢水不仅洁净,有氢有能量,水呈现小分子活水团,负离子深度吸收达80%,净化血液,代谢旺盛,预防多种疾病,增进人体健康。
所述的低氘水为水中氘含量小于130ppm。低氘水,英文名deuterium depletedwater,简称DDW。氘含量较低的低氘水,被称之为轻氢分子水,又称超轻水。自然界的低氘水主要分布在冰川中。它是一种有益于人体健康的优质水,而低氘含量这个特性在细胞活化,防癌保健,疾病治疗以及美容减肥等方面都存在着非常重要的作用。
所述的量子水为将普通水的两个H+夹角从104.5°扩大到114.5°,将聚合结构的水改变成较直线结构的水,可快速进入细胞中。
所述的富硒水为水中硒含量在0.01-0.05mg/kg。富硒水里面含有丰富的硒元素的。硒元素和碘元素一样,也是人体中不可缺少的一种微量元素,硒元素能够治疗很多人体的病症,具有抗氧化活性。
所述的富钒水为水中钒含量在20μg/kg。钒是一种珍贵的微量元素,近年在日本多家科研机构通过临床实验证明,不使用胰岛素和降糖药物,饮用含有钒元素的天然矿泉水,可稳定降低血糖值,是降低血糖的非药物治疗糖尿病的新方法。同时,钒水对于身体发倦,胆固醇高等生活习惯病患者症状有明显改善,不仅如此,钒水还同时具有抗衰老、抗癌、美容等独特效果。
所述的富锶水为水中锶含量在10mg/kg。锶可减少人体对钠的吸收,故也有预防疾病的作用,所以,含锶泉水可以壮骨骼,促进少年儿童生长发育,含锶矿泉水可以保健心肌,增强消化系统功能,含锶砂泉水可以强盛人体精神系统等等。经常饮用含锶矿泉水可软化血管,具有舒肝健脾,消积化食,降低血脂,可以增强免疫力,延年益寿作用。
所述的弱碱巴马水取自广西巴马的弱碱性饮用水。出自于广西,属于小分子团水,PH值一般在7.2-8.5之间,呈弱碱性,接近人体血液PH值。巴马水系发达,暗河密布,山泉水、地下水由于反复进出于地下溶洞而被矿化,使之含有十分丰富的矿物质,如锰、锶、偏硅酸、锌、硒等。巴马水中矿物质及微量元素的均衡是长寿基因的保证。人们称之为营养水。
所述的小分子团水指通过O17核磁共振测得水的半幅宽度在100赫兹以下的水,每个水子团由5-7个水分子组成。直径在3nm以下,可穿透皮肤,进入细胞内。
上述在一些优选的实施例中,所述植物负离子液,126种植物成分,透明状,负离子释放量为10000~20000个/cm3.所述的抗病毒剂是指利巴韦林喷雾剂,所述的茶碱具有抗氧化抗病毒抗过敏.所述的尿囊素是一类皮肤保护剂,对皮肤有舒缓消炎的作用。维生素B6是一种水溶性维生素,可调节脂肪及脂肪酸的合成,抑制皮脂分泌,可对眼体眼周营养滋润。
上述在一些优选的实施例中,所述食用甘油、千里光提取液、人参提取液、白参菌提取液、叶黄素提取物、红景天提取物、金盏花提取物、蜂蜜、洋常春藤提取液等对眼体、眼周有滋润、消炎、舒缓疲劳的作用。

在本实施例中,上述原料的重量百分比为:富氢水10份,低氘水10份,量子水10份,富硒水5份,富钒水8份,富锶水8份,弱碱巴马水20份,小分子团水10份,食用甘油5份,千里光提取液5份,人参提取液3份,白参菌提取液5份,叶黄素提取物5份,红景天提取物10份,植物负氧离子液40份,抗病毒剂0.5份,茶碱0.5份,维生素B6 0.8份,金盏花提取物3份,蜂蜜1份,尿囊素1份,洋常春藤提取液3份.
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
第一步:按无菌生产要求清洁和灭菌所使用的设备和设施按重量份将组分A的:低氘水10份,量子水10份,富硒水5份,富钒水8份,富锶水8份,弱碱巴马水20份,小分子团水10份依次加入液体搅拌罐中进行混合搅拌,机器转速为1000~1500转/分钟分钟,搅拌5-10分钟形成水相液。
第二步:按重量份将组分B的食用甘油5份,千里光提取液5份,人参提取液3份,白参菌提取液5份,叶黄素提取物5份,红景天提取物10份,植物负氧离子液40份,抗病毒剂0.5份,茶碱0.5份,维生素B6 0.8份,金盏花提取物3份,蜂蜜1份,尿囊素1份,洋常春藤提取液3份,依次加入第一步完成的水相液中,搅拌5-10分钟。
第三步:完成上述第一步至第二步液体制做后,边慢速搅拌边加入10份富氢水,机器转速为100~120转/分钟,搅拌3-5分钟,等混合均匀后形成植物负离子护眼液,再通过自动罐装机进行小瓶液体罐装,罐装瓶容积15-200ml。
第四步:一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液成品包装盒内包含上述15-200ml的植物负离子护眼液和纳米喷雾器。待上述15-200ml的植物负离子护眼液完成生产,将护眼液和纳米喷雾器入成品包装盒,完成产品整体包装。
具体实施例2:本实施例2与上述实施例1的不同之处在于:本实施例2中植物负离子护眼液包含有下列重量百分比的原料:
低氘水5-15份,量子水5-15份,富硒水5-15份,富钒水5-15份,富锶水5-10份,弱碱巴马水10-20份,小分子团水10-20份(优选2-5纳米小分子水)。
所述组分B主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
食用甘油4-5份,千里光提取液1-10份,人参提取液1-10份,白参菌提取液1-10份,叶黄素提取物1-10份,红景天提取物1-15份,植物负氧离子液10-50份,抗病毒剂0.5-1份,茶碱0.5-1份,维生素B60.5-1份,金盏花提取物2-5份,蜂蜜0.5-1份,尿囊素1-2份,洋常春藤提取液3-5份。
所述组分C重量份:富氢水5-15份。

本实施例的配方为更优,制备的植物负离子护眼液效果更理想。
具体实施例3:本发明还提供另外一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
第一步:按无菌生产要求清洁和灭菌所使用的设备和设施按重量份将组分:低氘水15份,量子水15份,富硒水15份,富钒水8份,富锶水8份,弱碱巴马水20份,小分子团水20份;食用甘油5份,抗病毒剂0.5份,茶碱0.5份,蜂蜜1份,尿囊素1份,维生素B6 0.8份,快速加入液体搅拌罐中进行混合搅拌,机器转速为1000~1500转/分钟。
第二步:在完成第一步组分混合后,边搅拌边加入组分:千里光提取液5份,人参提取液3份,白参菌提取液5份,叶黄素提取物5份,红景天提取物10份,植物负氧离子液50份,金盏花提取物3份,洋常春藤提取液3份,搅拌5分钟。
第三步:完成上述第一步至第二步液体制做后,调慢机器转速为150~200转/分钟,边慢速搅拌边加入15份富氢水。搅拌3分钟,就可以混合均匀形成植物负离子护眼液,6头自动罐装机进行小瓶成品液体罐装,罐装瓶容积15-200ml。
第四步:包装盒提前装好纳米喷雾器,在自动罐装线末端将植物负离子护眼液包装入盒,完成产品整体包装。
本实施例中的制备方法优点在于能够有效提高实际生产效率和产品质量。

本发明制备的植物负离子护眼液与上述对比专利中的护眼液相比之下存在的优点在于:
1.本发明制备的植物负离子护眼液采用低氘水,量子水,富硒水,富钒水,富锶水,弱碱巴马水,小分子团水等,具有优异的渗透性、穿透性,并含有硒、锶、钒等营养成份,作为护眼液的水相液。
2.本发明上述的水相液可以携带具有抗氧化、抗病毒、抗过敏,滋润、消炎、舒缓疲劳的抗病毒剂、茶碱、尿囊素、维生素B6、植物提取液等生物活分子,可穿透细胞壁作用于眼体、眼周,更好的保护眼睛,对眼睛干涩、疲劳、眼疾有预防和治疗作用。
3.本发明上述的植物负离子液,负离子释放量为10000~20000个/cm3,超过国际标准(1600个/cm3),功效显著。

1.一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,植物负离子护眼液其原料包括组分A、组分B和组分C,组分A主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:低氘水5-10份,量子水5-10份,富硒水5-10份,富钒水5-10份,富锶水5-10份,弱碱巴马水10-20份,小分子团水10-20份(优选2-5纳米小分子水);组分B主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:食用甘油3-5份,千里光提取液1-10份,人参提取液1-10份,白参菌提取液1-10份,叶黄素提取物1-10份,红景天提取物1-10份,植物负氧离子液10-50份,抗病毒剂0.5-1份,茶碱0.5-1份,维生素B6 0.5-1份,金盏花提取物2-5份,蜂蜜0.5-1份,尿囊素1-2份,洋常春藤提取液1-5份;组分C重量份:富氢水5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括以下步骤:第一步:按无菌生产要求清洁和灭菌所使用的设备和设施按重量份将组分A的:低氘水10份,量子水10份,富硒水5份,富钒水8份,富锶水8份,弱碱巴马水20份,小分子团水10份依次加入液体搅拌罐中进行混合搅拌,机器转速为1000~1500转/分钟分钟,搅拌5-10分钟形成水相液;
第二步:按重量份将组分B的食用甘油5份,千里光提取液5份,人参提取液3份,白参菌提取液5份,叶黄素提取物5份,红景天提取物10份,植物负氧离子液40份,抗病毒剂0.5份,茶碱0.5份,维生素B6 0.8份,金盏花提取物3份,蜂蜜1份,尿囊素1份,洋常春藤提取液3份,依次加入第一步完成的水相液中,搅拌5-10分钟;
第三步:完成上述第一步至第二步液体制做后,边慢速搅拌边加入10份富氢水,机器转速为100~120转/分钟,搅拌3-5分钟,等混合均匀后形成植物负离子护眼液,再通过自动罐装机进行小瓶液体罐装,罐装瓶容积15-200ml;
第四步:一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液成品包装盒内包含上述15-200ml的植物负离子护眼液和纳米喷雾器。待上述15-200ml的植物负离子护眼液完成生产,将护眼液和纳米喷雾器入成品包装盒,完成产品整体包装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的植物负离子护眼液组分A主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:低氘水5-15份,量子水5-15份,富硒水5-15份,富钒水5-15份,富锶水5-10份,弱碱巴马水10-20份,小分子团水10-20份(优选2-5纳米小分子水);组分B主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:食用甘油4-5份,千里光提取液1-10份,人参提取液1-10份,白参菌提取液1-10份,叶黄素提取物1-10份,红景天提取物1-15份,植物负氧离子液10-50份,抗病毒剂0.5-1份,茶碱0.5-1份,维生素B6 0.5-1份,金盏花提取物2-5份,蜂蜜0.5-1份,尿囊素1-2份,洋常春藤提取液3-5份;组分C重量份:富氢水5-15份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的植物负离子护眼液组分A主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:低氘水15份,量子水15份,富硒水15份,富钒水8份,富锶水8份,弱碱巴马水20份,小分子团水20份;食用甘油5份,千里光提取液5份,人参提取液3份,白参菌提取液5份,叶黄素提取物5份,红景天提取物10份,植物负氧离子液50份,抗病毒剂0.5份,茶碱0.5份,维生素B6 0.8份,金盏花提取物3份,蜂蜜1份,尿囊素1份,洋常春藤提取液3份。组分C重量份:富氢水15份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的富氢水为水中氢气浓度达到1000-1500ppb;所述的低氘水为水中氘含量小于130ppm;所述的量子水为将普通水的两个H+夹角从104.5°扩大到114.5°,将聚合结构的水改变成较直线结构的水,可快速进入细胞中;所述的富硒水为水中硒含量在0.01-0.05mg/kg;所述的富钒水为水中钒含量在20μg/kg;所述的富锶水为水中锶含量在10mg/kg;所述的弱碱巴马水取自广西巴马的弱碱性饮用水;所述的小分子团水指通过O17核磁共振测得水的半幅宽度在100赫兹以下的水,每个水子团由5-7个水分子组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述植物负离子液,126种植物成分,透明状,负离子释放量为10000~20000个/cm3;所述的抗病毒剂是指利巴韦林喷雾剂,所述的茶碱具有抗氧化、抗病毒、抗过敏;所述的尿囊素是一类皮肤保护剂,对皮肤有舒缓消炎的作用。维生素B6是一种水溶性维生素,可调节脂肪及脂肪酸的合成,抑制皮脂分泌,可对眼体眼周营养滋润。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述食用甘油、千里光提取液、人参提取液、白参菌提取液、叶黄素提取物、红景天提取物、金盏花提取物、蜂蜜、洋常春藤提取液等对眼体、眼周有滋润、消炎、舒缓疲劳的作用。
8.一种用于纳米喷雾器中的植物负离子护眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
第一步:按无菌生产要求清洁和灭菌所使用的设备和设施按重量份将组分:低氘水15份,量子水15份,富硒水15份,富钒水8份,富锶水8份,弱碱巴马水20份,小分子团水20份;食用甘油5份,抗病毒剂0.5份,茶碱0.5份,蜂蜜1份,尿囊素1份,维生素B6 0.8份;
第二步:在完成第一步组分混合后,边搅拌边加入组分:千里光提取液5份,人参提取液3份,白参菌提取液5份,叶黄素提取物5份,红景天提取物10份,植物负氧离子液50份,金盏花提取物3份,洋常春藤提取液3份,搅拌5分钟;
第三步:完成上述第一步至第二步液体制做后,调慢机器转速为150~200转/分钟,边慢速搅拌边加入15份富氢水。搅拌3分钟,就可以混合均匀形成植物负离子护眼液,6头自动罐装机进行小瓶成品液体罐装,罐装瓶容积15-200ml;
第四步:包装盒提前装好纳米喷雾器,在自动罐装线末端将植物负离子护眼液包装入盒,完成产品整体包装。
