Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种具有优异的防敏舒缓和保湿功效,以及突出的美白祛斑和紧致抗皱效果的美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜及其制备方法。本发明美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:纯净水75~85份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1~1.5份、碳酸二辛酯6~8份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4~4.5份、鸸鹋油10~12份、木糖醇2~2.5份、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4~4.5份、夏块菌提取物3~3.5份、淡竹叶提取物3.5~4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.5~3份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.5~3份。

技术领域
本发明属于生物与化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
抗衰老化妆品按其功能或作用不同大致可以分为三类,分别为保湿型化妆品、抗氧化型化妆品以及生物活性化妆品。不同种类化妆品中的活性原料是不同的,随着对生物活性成分研究的不断完善,被应用于抗衰老化妆品中的活性原料也越来越多。按不同作用机制一般可将活性原料分为保湿类、清除自由基类、吸收紫外线类以及细胞修复类四种类型。维生素C可以说是目前发现安全系数最高的美白祛斑成分了。但是维生素C比较不稳定,不轻易被皮肤所吸收。果酸是从水果中提取的有机酸,因能淡化黑斑而大受女性追捧。果酸的作用是分解角质排列,使皮肤角质层顺利地从表皮剥离,从而带走玄色素来达到美白效果,对苯二酚是一种极有效的淡斑成分,它能有效增白皮肤,抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,阻止玄色素的天生。目前,市面上的护肤品功效都普遍单一,如单独作用于保湿,或者只针对抗皱修护,还有的只是美白淡斑。这些不能满足消费者对于皮肤全方位护理的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有优异的防敏舒缓和保湿功效,以及突出的美白祛斑和紧致抗皱效果的美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜及其制备方法。
本发明美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:纯净水75~85份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1~1.5份、碳酸二辛酯6~8份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4~4.5份、鸸鹋油10~12份、木糖醇2~2.5份、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4~4.5份、夏块菌提取物3~3.5份、淡竹叶提取物3.5~4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.5~3份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.5~3份。
作为优化,该美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:纯净水80份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.2份、碳酸二辛酯7份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.2份、鸸鹋油11份、木糖醇2.4份、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4.2份、夏块菌提取物3.2份、淡竹叶提取物3..4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.8份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.8份。
制备该美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份数的纯净水、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将所述重量份数的碳酸二辛酯、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠、鸸鹋油、木糖醇,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将所述重量份数的月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、夏块菌提取物、淡竹叶提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
本发明中,北美金缕梅提取物具有抗炎,防敏舒缓和收敛的作用。碳酸二辛酯是一种润肤剂,具有极干爽的肤感和良好的铺展性。淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠作吸附剂、增稠剂、乳化剂使用。椰油酰基甘氨酸钠是温和型表面活性剂,与皮肤、毛发有优秀的相容性。月桂酰两性基乙酸钠是温和表面活性剂。可降低其他表面活性剂的刺激性。
木糖醇是一种多元醇,有良好的保湿力。鸸鹋油具有很强的皮肤渗透力和消炎、促进伤口愈合的功能,而且可以提高皮肤表皮层水合能力,帮助锁定皮肤的水分,使皮肤不易开裂或变干。
核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物能够促进HDF-a细胞分泌Col-Ⅰ,从而达到抗衰老的功效,可以采用以下方法提取:将核桃青皮干燥后粉碎加入10~12倍量纯净水混合,100~120℃灭菌后,室温接种活化的凝结芽孢杆菌菌液,接种量为1.5%~2.5%;放入47℃恒温箱中,培养3~4天;然后将培养物在35~45℃低温烘干,再加入6~9倍量的70~80%的乙醇,超声提取3次,超声频率60kHz, 功率330W,每次90~120分钟,过滤,活性炭脱色,离心得上清液,减压浓缩,真空冷冻干燥,即得。
核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物对HDF-a细胞分泌Col-Ⅰ的影响:取指数生长期HDF-a细胞1×105个/mL,接种于96孔培养板,每孔100μL,于37 ℃,CO2培养箱中培养。24h后取上清液,3000r/min 离心10min。离心后按照试剂盒说明书,取上清液进行实验,依次与生物素标记抗体、HRP标记链霉亲和素、显色底物和终止液作用。以空白孔调零,在终止后15min内,在450nm波长处测量各孔的OD值。根据标准品的浓度及对应的OD值,计算出标准曲线的回归方程,再根据样本的OD 值计算对应的Col-Ⅰ浓度,最终浓度为实际测定浓度乘以稀释倍数。
在皮肤老化的过程中,细胞内MAPK信号通路被激活。该通路抑制转化生长因子β(TGF-β) 的表达同时上调基质金属蛋白酶( MMP)的水平,最终导致细胞中Col-Ⅰ分泌量降低,引起皮肤老化。所以Col-Ⅰ的分泌量是反应皮肤衰老的最直观指标。通过ELISA 法检测核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物对自然状态下HDF-a细胞分泌Col-Ⅰ的影响,核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物质量浓度为10-20mg/mL下进行抗衰老功效的考察,结果见(图1)。核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物能有效增加HDF-a 细胞分泌Col-Ⅰ的含量,可作为抗衰老化妆品添加剂应用。20mg/mL组分泌量为129.89mg /L,Col-Ⅰ分泌量提高了40.3%。
夏块菌提取物能够抑制黑色素细胞中酪氨酸酶活力,抑制黑色素合成,具有美白肌肤的功效,可以采用以下方法获得:将夏块菌粉碎,过40目筛;用l0倍体积的70%乙醇,75℃提取2次,每次2h,过滤,合并滤液;加入质量分数0.5%的活性炭,6O℃脱色0.5 h,离心过滤,得到提取液,减压浓缩除乙醇后,真空干燥获得。淡竹叶提取物具有抑制过敏和搔痒的功能,同时具有淡化肤色,消除色斑等多重功效。可选择西安四季生物科技有限公司竹叶黄酮40%淡竹叶提取物。
本发明美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜中,采用木糖醇和鸸鹋油组成保湿协同组分,效果显著;夏块菌提取物和淡竹叶提取物作为协同美白组分,具有突出的美白祛斑的功效;核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物能够促进HDF-a细胞分泌Col-Ⅰ,从而达到抗衰老的功效。北美金缕梅提取物作为收敛剂,还具有防敏舒缓和抗炎的作用;本发明组分具有多重功效,组分之间协同作用突出,效果显著。

具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本发明作进一步说明,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯净水80份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.2份混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将碳酸二辛酯7份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.2份、鸸鹋油11份、木糖醇2.4份,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4.2份、夏块菌提取物3.2份、淡竹叶提取物3..4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.8份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.8份混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
实施例2:美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯净水75份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1份混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将碳酸二辛酯6份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4份、鸸鹋油10份、木糖醇2份,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4份、夏块菌提取物3份、淡竹叶提取物3.5份、北美金缕梅提取物2.5份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.5份混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
实施例3:美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯净水85份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.5份混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将碳酸二辛酯8份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.5份、鸸鹋油12份、木糖醇2.5份,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4.5份、夏块菌提取物3.5份、淡竹叶提取物4份、北美金缕梅提取物3份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物3份混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
对比例1:面霜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯净水80份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.2份混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将碳酸二辛酯7份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.2份、鸸鹋油11份、木糖醇2.4份,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;

(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
对比例2:面霜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯净水80份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.2份混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将碳酸二辛酯7份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.2份、鸸鹋油11份、木糖醇2.4份,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4.2份、淡竹叶提取物3..4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.8份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.8份混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
对比例3:面霜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯净水80份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.2份混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将碳酸二辛酯7份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.2份、鸸鹋油11份、木糖醇2.4份,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4.2份、北美金缕梅提取物2.8份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.8份混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
祛斑美白功效评价:选择志愿者88名,分为实施例1、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3四组,每天使用2次,洁面后使用;在使用化妆品前1天,使用30d后使用MEXAMETER MX18皮肤色素仪测皮肤黑红色素含量,续测试3次,取平均值,使用Lab色度系统光谱光度计测量皮肤颜色的变化:连续测试3次,取L*值平均值。测定环境:测试环境温度:22±3℃,湿度:50±5%,结果见表1。通过表1可见采用本发明的实施例1,相对于对比例1-3,具有更突出的协同美白作用。
对比例4:面霜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯净水80份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.2份混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将碳酸二辛酯7份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.2份、鸸鹋油11份,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4.2份、夏块菌提取物3.2份、淡竹叶提取物3..4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.8份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.8份混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
对比例5:面霜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯净水80份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.2份混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将碳酸二辛酯7份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.2份、木糖醇2.4份,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4.2份、夏块菌提取物3.2份、淡竹叶提取物3..4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.8份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.8份混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
对比例6:面霜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯净水80份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.2份混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将碳酸二辛酯7份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.2份,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4.2份、夏块菌提取物3.2份、淡竹叶提取物3..4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.8份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.8份混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
保湿补水功效评价:选取志愿者84名,分为实施例1、对比例4、对比例5、对比例6四组。每组随机选用受试者21名,标记好面部测试点位置。测定样品使用前、连续使用30 d 后的含水量变化,每个测试点平行测定5 次,取平均值,结果用百分数表示。测试条件:温度20~25 ℃,相对湿度50 %~60 %,测试前受试者需在测试条件下至少稳定30 min。皮肤含水量测定:用SK-5D数字肌肤测试仪(乐清市柳市立创计量设备有限公司)。结果见表2。通过表2可见采用本发明的实施例1,相对于其他对比组,协同保湿效果显著。
对比例7:面霜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯净水80份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.2份混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将碳酸二辛酯7份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.2份、鸸鹋油11份、木糖醇2.4份,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4.2份、夏块菌提取物3.2份、淡竹叶提取物3..4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.8份混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
抗衰抗皱测试:共选取66名志愿者,分为3组,分别采用实施例1和对比例7、甘油,测试部位为两侧脸颊和眼角,每天使用2次,洁面后使用;在使用化妆品前1天,使用后30d,使用MicroSkinII 多功能皮肤镜图像分析系统测定皮肤平均粗糙度和皱纹平均深度数值变化,计算平均值,见表3。通过变化率可见,使用本发明实施例1相对于对比例7和甘油,皮肤粗糙和皮肤皱纹深度值显著改善。
Claims (3)
1.一种美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:纯净水75~85份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1~1.5份、碳酸二辛酯6~8份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4~4.5份、鸸鹋油10~12份、木糖醇2~2.5份、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4~4.5份、夏块菌提取物3~3.5份、淡竹叶提取物3.5~4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.5~3份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.5~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:纯净水80份、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠1.2份、碳酸二辛酯7份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠4.2份、鸸鹋油11份、木糖醇2.4份、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4.2份、夏块菌提取物3.2份、淡竹叶提取物3..4份、北美金缕梅提取物2.8份、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物2.8份。
3.一种制备以上任一项权利要求所述美白保湿紧致抗皱面霜的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份数的纯净水、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸钠混合,加热至60~65℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将所述重量份数的碳酸二辛酯、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠、鸸鹋油、木糖醇,加热至80~85℃,搅拌均匀;
(3)将所述重量份数的月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、夏块菌提取物、淡竹叶提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、核桃青皮凝结芽孢杆菌发酵提取物混合均匀,缓慢加入到步骤(1)中的混合物中,在50~55℃,搅拌120~150分钟;
(4)将步骤(2)中的混合物降温至50~55℃,缓慢加入到步骤(3)中的混合物中,搅拌均匀;冷却后出料即得。
