Description

Method for cultivating dendrobium officinale through cliff by using selaginella tamariscina as epiphyte
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of a dendrobium officinale cultivation method, in particular to a method for cultivating dendrobium officinale by using selaginella tamariscina as an epiphyte on a cliff wall.
Background
Dendrobium officinale (Dendrobium officinale) also called Equisetum nigrum, is a perennial epiphytic herb of Dendrobium of Orchidaceae, is a famous and precious Chinese traditional medicine, and has the effects of benefiting stomach, promoting fluid production, nourishing yin, clearing heat and the like. Because the dendrobium officinale is an orchid plant, the seeds of the dendrobium officinale are fine and do not contain endosperm, the dendrobium officinale can germinate by symbiosis with fungi, the natural reproduction rate is low, as early as 1987, the dendrobium officinale is listed in the national famous book for important protection of wild medicinal material species, and with the breakthrough of artificial breeding key technologies such as dendrobium officinale seed production, tissue culture, facility cultivation and the like in the 21 st century, the efficient planting and industrial development of the dendrobium officinale are strong.
The artificial cultivation method of the dendrobium officinale mainly comprises greenhouse intensive cultivation, living tree epiphytic cultivation, rock wall epiphytic cultivation and the like. The rock wall epiphytic cultivation method is a cultivation mode which is closest to the wild state of the dendrobium officinale, and researches show that compared with greenhouse intensive cultivation and living tree epiphytic cultivation, the rock wall epiphytic dendrobium officinale polysaccharide and alcohol-soluble extract have the highest content and the best quality.
The dendrobium officinale seedlings are directly planted on the cliff, and the dendrobium officinale seedlings are weak in adapting to severe environments such as cliff cultivation high temperature and drought, so that the survival rate of the dendrobium officinale seedlings cultivated on the cliff is low, the yield and economic benefit of the dendrobium officinale cultivated on the cliff are reduced, and the application and popularization of the cliff epiphytic cultivation mode of the dendrobium officinale are limited. Therefore, the significance of improving the survival rate of the dendrobium officinale cultivated on the cliff wall is great.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for cultivating dendrobium officinale by using selaginella as an epiphyte on a cliff wall. The method can obviously improve the survival rate of the dendrobium officinale cultivated by epiphytic cultivation on the cliff and is convenient for cultivation and management.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the method for cultivating the dendrobium officinale through the cliff by using the selaginella tamariscina as the epiphyte specifically comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a planting field: selecting a cliff with an altitude of more than 300 meters, a north sitting at 5-40 degrees towards the south and a slope of 70-90 degrees, and a smooth slope surface as a dendrobium officinale planting field; and then fixing battens on the cliff surface by using nails in a mode of a cross shape with the longitudinal interval of 1.5-2 m and the transverse interval of 30-40 cm, wherein the battens for fixing are 1.5-2.5 m long and 1.5-3.5 cm thick.
2) Planting herba selaginellae: in autumn and winter, selecting perennial selaginella tamariscina with main stems more than 3cm in length, taking a wood strip on a thujaplica wall as a support, sticking the root system with soil of the selaginella tamariscina to the thujaplica wall, and placing the tree frame and a gap between the wood frame and the thujaplica wall, wherein the transverse distance between the selaginella tamariscina is 30-40 cm; and (3) moisturizing by adopting a spraying mode after planting, spraying water every 2 days, and not spraying water in rainy days until the leaves of the selaginella tamariscina are unfolded and the selaginella tamariscina survives.
3) Preparing the dendrobium officinale before planting: after the new branches of the dendrobium officinale are capped in winter, the illuminance in the greenhouse is gradually enhanced when the dormancy stage begins until the shading rate of the greenhouse is 30% -40%, meanwhile, the moisture is properly controlled, water is supplemented once in 10-12 days, and the stress resistance of the dendrobium officinale seedlings is improved.
4) Planting the dendrobium officinale: in the last ten days of 2-4 months, dendrobium officinale seedlings with strong annual stems, developed root systems and no plant diseases and insect pests are selected for field planting, the dendrobium officinale stems are upwards, and the dendrobium officinale root systems are fixed on the main stems of selaginella tamariscina which are 2-6 cm away from the base parts of the selaginella tamariscina by thin iron wires or self-locking nylon ties.
5) Managing after planting: after the dendrobium officinale is planted on the cliff, water is supplemented in a spraying mode, water is sprayed once every 2 days, the degree is determined by the wetting of the surface of the cliff, and water is not sprayed in rainy days.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) according to the traditional method for cultivating the dendrobium officinale by epiphytic cultivation on the cliff wall, the planting survival rate of the dendrobium officinale is low, the leaf, stem and other parts of the epiphytic tamariskoid tamarisk are utilized to provide the effects of shading, dry season water retention, rainy season drainage, nutrition and the like for the dendrobium officinale, various common adverse factors such as high temperature, drought, excessive humidity and the like in the process of cultivating the dendrobium officinale by imitating.
(2) The traditional method for cultivating dendrobium candidum by epiphytic cultivation on cliff has very strict selection on planting points and small suitable cultivation range. The method for attaching the dendrobium officinale to the selaginella tamariscina is adopted, the planting area suitable for cultivating the dendrobium officinale cliff is enlarged, and cultivation and management of the dendrobium officinale cliff are facilitated.
(3) The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the dendrobium officinale is inserted into rock cracks by virtue of the root system of the dendrobium officinale, various mineral elements formed by weathering of rock walls and nutrient substances attached to the surfaces of the rock walls are absorbed, chemical fertilizers and pesticides are not required to be applied, and the quality of the dendrobium officinale cultivated by epiphytic cliff is ensured.
(4) The method is simple to operate and easy to popularize in the cliff dendrobium officinale cultivation area.
