本发明提供一种适合幼儿期儿童饮用的水果粗粮饮料,每1000重量份饮料中含有下述重量配比的原料:大米10份、粟米10份、玉米10份、梨汁150份、苹果汁150份、白砂糖45份,低聚异麦芽糖45份,余量为纯净水。本发明还提供此水果粗粮饮料的制备方法。此水果粗粮饮料营养丰富,口感好,特别适合幼儿期小孩饮用。

技术领域
本发明属于饮料食品技术领域,具体是涉及一种适合幼儿期儿童饮用的水果粗粮饮料。
背景技术
幼儿期:儿童从1周岁到3周岁末的这个时期称为幼儿期。学龄前期:儿童从3周岁到7周岁这一年龄阶段称为学龄前期。目前,市场上有很多的适合学龄前期的儿童饮料,但是还没有一款健脾养胃,有利于幼儿期儿童健康成长,且适合于幼儿期儿童饮用的水果粗粮饮料,有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服背景技术的不足,提供一种适合幼儿期儿童饮用的水果粗粮饮料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种适合幼儿期儿童饮用的水果粗粮饮料,其特征在于,每1000重量份饮料中含有下述重量配比的原料:大米10份、粟米10份、玉米10份、梨汁150份、苹果汁150份、白砂糖45份,低聚异麦芽糖45份,余量为纯净水。
本发明中大米的加入:性味:味甘,性平。归经:归脾、胃、肺经。大米是老百姓经常食用的纯天然品,具有补中益气、健脾养胃、益精强志、和五脏、通血脉、聪耳明目、止烦、止渴、止泻的功效,称誉为“五谷之首”。古代养生家还倡导“晨起食粥”以生津液,因此,经常喝点大米粥有助于津液的生发,可在一定程度上缓解皮肤干燥等不适。本发明中的大米优选粳米。
本发明中粟米的加入:性味:味甘、咸,性凉。归经:归肾、脾、胃经。粟米营养丰富,含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素及钙、磷、铁、锰、锌等微量元素。粟米最主要的功效就是补益脾胃。小米具有防止泛胃、呕吐的功效。小米对呕吐、消化不良都有帮助。
本发明中玉米的加入:性味:性平、味甘、淡。归经:归脾、胃经。祖国医学认为玉米有开胃健脾、利尿除湿等作用。玉米中含有大量的营养保健物质,除了含有碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、胡萝卜素外,玉米中还含有核黄素和丰富的不饱和脂肪酸等营养物质。
本发明中大米、粟米、玉米搭配,助益幼儿期儿童健脾养胃,有利于健康成长。
本发明中梨汁的加入:性味:性凉、味甘、微酸。归经:归胃经、肺经。梨具有生津润燥、清肺养肺的作用。梨富含糖、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物及多种维生素,对人体健康有重要作用。因此,梨汁在本水果粗粮饮料中的应用,可以对幼儿期儿童补充梨汁所具有的部分营养元素。本发明中制作梨汁的品种优选是雪花梨。
本发明中苹果汁的加入:性味:性平、味甘、微酸。归经:归脾经、肺经。苹果是美容佳品,既能减肥,又可使皮肤润滑柔嫩。苹果营养成份可溶性大,易被人体吸收,故有“活水”之称,有利于溶解硫元素,使皮肤润滑柔嫩。苹果中含有铜、碘、锰、锌、钾等元素,人体如缺乏这些元素,皮肤就会发生干燥、易裂、奇痒。苹果有“智慧果”、“记忆果”的美称。人们早就发现,多吃苹果有增进记忆、提高智能的效果。苹果不仅含有丰富的糖、维生素和矿物质等大脑必需的营养素,而且更重要的是富含锌元素。因此,苹果汁在本水果粗粮饮料中的应用,可以对幼儿期儿童补充苹果所具有的部分营养元素。
本发明中低聚异麦芽糖的加入:低聚异麦芽糖,它是淀粉糖的一种,主要成分为葡萄糖分子间以α-1,6糖苷键结合的异麦芽糖、潘糖、异麦芽三糖及四糖以上的低聚糖。低聚异麦芽糖能有效的促进人体内有益细菌-双歧杆菌的显著增殖,抑制肠道有害菌及腐败物质形成。因此,低聚异麦芽糖在本水果粗粮饮料中,具有促使幼儿期儿童肠道内微生态向良性循环调整,维持肠道正常细菌群平衡的作用。低聚异麦芽糖不被龋齿链球菌利用,不被口腔酶液分解,因而能防止龋齿。低聚异麦芽糖与蔗糖结合使用时会强烈抑制不溶性葡聚糖合成,从而阻止齿垢形成,使蛀芽菌不能在牙齿上附着生长繁殖。因此,低聚异麦芽糖在本水果粗粮饮料中,对幼儿期儿童具有防龋齿作用。
本发明具有的有益效果:本发明的水果粗粮饮料营养丰富,口感舒适,选材精致,以纯天然食材为主要原料加工而成,长期服用无副作用。且助益幼儿期儿童健脾养胃、生津润燥、防止龋齿,改善胃肠道功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作出进一步地详细阐述,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用设备未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1
一种适合幼儿期儿童饮用的水果粗粮饮料,制造原料包括如下重量份原料:大米20g、粟米20g、玉米20g、梨550g、苹果480g、白砂糖90g,低聚异麦芽糖90g,纯净水1550g。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料称取:称取所需的各原料;
(2)原料清洗:将称取的大米、粟米、玉米、梨、苹果分别清洗干净;
(3)原料煎煮:将清洗后的大米、粟米、玉米,纯净水600g放入苏泊尔电压力锅,按下煮粥键,自动完成煎煮;
(4)煎煮液过滤:使用80目双联过滤器对煎煮液进行过滤后,称取300g滤液入调配罐;
(5)梨制浆:梨去皮、去核后制浆,经60目振动筛过滤后,称取300g滤液入调配罐;
(6)苹果制浆:苹果去皮、去核后制浆,经60目振动筛过滤后,称取300g滤液入调配罐;
(7)调配:在上述调配罐中加入白砂糖90g、低聚异麦芽糖90g、纯净水950g,混匀后均质;
(8)高温灭菌:将均质后的液体输入到超高温瞬间灭菌机内,136℃至138℃保温16秒。
(9)无菌灌装:在无菌环境中,将灭菌后的水果粗粮饮料灌入饮料罐中及时封口,即得到本发明所要求的水果粗粮饮料。

1.一种适合幼儿期儿童饮用的水果粗粮饮料,其特征在于,每1000重量份饮料中含有下述重量配比的原料:大米10份、粟米10份、玉米10份、梨汁150份、苹果汁150份、白砂糖45份,低聚异麦芽糖45份,余量为纯净水。
