技术领域

背景技术
这种汽车充电插拔式连接器已被JP H06-290358 A公开,这种汽车充电插拔式连接器尤其作为机动车的充电插头。随着电动车越来越多,需要提供可简单操作的方案,以便重复地为电动车的电池充电。为此,类似于为汽车加汽油或柴油的传统加油站那样发展出可为电动汽车“加”电的充电站。

DE 10 2013 007 330 A1、FR 2 979 490 A1和US 2016/0288658 A1分别示出一种汽车充电插拔式连接器,其具有适配器以用于使汽车充电插拔式连接器能够应用在不同的地区系统中。
DE 10 2011 106 335 A1示出一种方法,借助该方法能够使汽车充电插拔式连接器匹配不同的地区专用的充电电流。
电动汽车为了给电池充电经由充电线缆与充电站连接。充电线缆通常固定在充电站处且在端部设有汽车充电插拔式连接器,汽车充电插拔式连接器可插接在电动汽车的为此设置的充电插座中。因为电动汽车需要每天频繁地充电,汽车充电插拔式连接器必须承受多次插接周期。出于安全原因,相当昂贵的汽车充电插拔式连接器在一定数量的插接周期之后必须被更换。
汽车充电插拔式连接器应尤其对于任何人来说都可简单插接且能够再次被移除。这尤其也要适用于力气较小的娇小人群,需要使他/她们也能够简单而可靠地操作这种插头以及安装在插头上的电缆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种用于电动车的汽车充电插拔式连接器,该汽车充电插拔式连接器能简单操作且成本有利地运行。
该目的通过独立权利要求1的主体实现。
本发明的有利的设计方案在从属权利要求中给出。
根据本发明的汽车充电插拔式连接器设置用于给电动车充电。汽车充电插拔式连接器具有至少一个、但是优选至少两个信号接触元件和至少两个功率接触元件。经由信号接触元件开始充电过程且在运行中根据需要充电的电池和外部条件以电子方式调控。通常经由功率接触元件传输高的充电电流,以便能够快速地进行充电过程。汽车充电插拔式连接器具有插拔式连接器主体和接触件承载器。接触件承载器在插接侧布置在插拔式连接器主体上。接触件承载器可逆地固定在插拔式连接器主体上。
有利地,信号接触元件由线缆连接件和接触件构成。由此,信号接触元件构造成两件式。优选地,此时线缆连接件在插接侧实施成插座且接触件在连接侧相应地实施成接触销。经由该插座/销连接可将信号接触元件可逆地插接在一起且形成导电连接。
优选地,信号接触元件的线缆连接件布置在插拔式连接器主体中且还固定在此处。信号接触元件的接触件布置在接触件承载器中且固定在此处。该固定例如经由卡合(卡锁)实现。
在有利的实施方式中,汽车充电插拔式连接器具有由线缆连接件和接触件构成的两件式PE接触元件。PE接触元件可类似于信号接触元件那样构造且同样经由插座/销原理彼此连接。线缆连接件布置在插拔式连接器主体中且也固定在此处且接触件布置在接触件承载器中且固定在此处。
在信号触头的或PE触头的连接件上连接充电线缆的导体,这优选借助压接(卡夹)技术完成。在接触件上建立与充电插座的配合接触元件的电接触。
在本发明的特别优选的实施方式中,功率接触元件固定在插拔式连接器主体中且功率接触元件的至少一部分沿轴向方向伸入接触件承载器中。功率接触元件固定或固定在插拔式连接器主体中,但是恰好不在接触件承载器中。根据本发明前面所述,功率触头构造成两件式,其中可在磨损时更换接触件承载器。
接触件承载器可逆地固定在插拔式连接器主体上。在将接触件承载器从插拔式连接器主体上拆卸下来时,两件式的信号接触元件和两件式的PE接触元件分离。相应的连接件保留在插拔式连接器主体中且相应的接触件保留在接触件承载器中。但是功率接触元件仅固定在插拔式连接器主体中且在拆卸接触件承载器时在插接侧从插拔式连接器主体中伸出。纯理论性地,汽车充电插拔式连接器也可在没有接触件承载器的情况下插接到电动汽车的充电插座中。但是因为在接触件承载器中缺少信号接触元件的接触件,因此没有充电电流从充电站传输或没有开始充电过程。
在磨损之后或在相应数量的插接周期之后也可预防性地与信号接触元件和PE接触元件的接触件一起更换接触件承载器。但是也可以简单的方式仅更换接触件承载器中的触头。但是也可继续使用插拔式连接器主体与连接在其上的充电线缆。
有利地,功率接触元件由线缆连接件和接触件构成。线缆连接件经由螺纹连接可逆地与接触件连接。这种连接在机械上特别稳定并且在功率接触元件的电流负荷能力方面是有利的。如果将接触件承载器拆卸下来,可更换功率接触元件的接触件,无需重新连接到充电线缆的相应芯线上。由此使得提出的汽车充电插拔式连接器特别容易维护。
有利地,接触件承载器经由螺纹连接可逆地固定在插拔式连接器主体上。由此可简单且快速地更换接触件承载器。通过接触件承载器的可更换性可使汽车充电插拔式连接器成本有利地运行,因为安装在插拔式连接器主体中的大部分昂贵零件可继续使用。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的汽车充电插拔式连接器1的透视示意图。汽车充电插拔式连接器1基本由插拔式连接器主体2和在插接侧旋拧在插拔式连接器主体上的接触件承载器3构成。在汽车充电插拔式连接器1上连接充电线缆4。在充电线缆4中有多个单根导体(未示出),导体与汽车充电插拔式连接器的相应的接触元件电接触。充电线缆4也包括冷却液管路(未示出),冷却液管路直接与功率接触元件5连接。由此可传输特别高的电流且实现快速的充电过程。功率接触元件5在插接侧构造成插座触头。在插拔式连接器主体2上形成手柄6。传输充电电流的导体没有在手柄区域中延伸,由此手柄区域不会过热。由此提高了汽车充电插拔式连接器1的操作舒适性。

1.汽车充电插拔式连接器(1),所述汽车充电插拔式连接器用于电动车并具有至少一个信号接触元件和至少两个功率接触元件(5),其中,所述汽车充电插拔式连接器(1)具有插拔式连接器主体(2)和接触件承载器(3),所述接触件承载器在插接侧布置在所述插拔式连接器主体(2)上,其中,所述接触件承载器(3)可逆地固定在所述插拔式连接器主体(2)上,其特征在于,所述功率接触元件(5)固定在所述插拔式连接器主体(2)中且所述功率接触元件(5)的至少一部分各沿轴向伸入所述接触件承载器(3)中,且所述功率接触元件(5)的一部分非固定地布置在所述接触件承载器(3)中。
2.根据前一项权利要求所述的汽车充电插拔式连接器(1),其中,所述汽车充电插拔式连接器(1)具有至少两个信号接触元件。

6.根据前三项权利要求中任一项所述的汽车充电插拔式连接器,其中,所述信号接触元件的线缆连接件布置且固定在所述插拔式连接器主体中,且所述信号接触元件的接触件布置且固定在所述接触件承载器中。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的汽车充电插拔式连接器,其中,所述功率接触元件(5)由线缆连接件和接触件构成,且所述线缆连接件与所述接触件经由螺纹连接可逆地连接。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的汽车充电插拔式连接器,其中,所述接触件承载器(3)经由螺纹连接可逆地固定在所述插拔式连接器主体(2)上。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的汽车充电插拔式连接器,其中,在所述插拔式连接器主体(2)上形成手柄(6)。
