Description
このような自動車充電プラグコネクタは、特開平06−290358号公報に基づいて、特に自動車用の充電プラグとして公知である。電気自動車が益々増えてくるに連れて、電気自動車のバッテリを再び充電するために、容易に取扱い可能な可能性を提供することが必要とされている。そのために充電ステーションが開発されており、これらの充電ステーションにおいて、自動車にガソリンもしくはディーゼル燃料が給油される汎用の給油箇所におけると同様に、電気自動車に電流を「補充」することができる。
本発明の課題は、簡単に取扱い可能でかつ安価に用いることができる、電気自動車用の自動車充電プラグコネクタを提供することである。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの信号接点エレメントと少なくとも2つの出力接点エレメント(5)とを備えた、電気自動車用の自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)であって、
前記自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)は、プラグコネクタボディ(2)と接点担体(3)とを有しており、該接点担体(3)は、差込み側において前記プラグコネクタボディ(2)に配置されており、
前記接点担体(3)は、着脱自在に前記プラグコネクタボディ(2)に固定されている、自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)において、
前記信号接点エレメントは、前記プラグコネクタボディ(2)内において固定されているケーブル接続部分と、前記接点担体(3)内において固定された接点部分とを有し、
前記出力接点エレメント(5)は、前記プラグコネクタボディ(2)内において固定されていて、前記出力接点エレメント(5)の少なくとも1つの部分は、それぞれ軸方向において前記接点担体(3)内に進入しており、
前記出力接点エレメント(5)は、前記接点担体(3)内に固定されずに配置され、かつケーブル接続部分と接点部分とから成っていて、前記ケーブル接続部分は、ねじ結合部を介して前記接点部分に着脱自在に結合されている
ことを特徴とする自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)。 - 前記自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)は、少なくとも2つの信号接点エレメントを有している、請求項1記載の自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)。
- 前記自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)は、ケーブル接続部分(10.1)と接点部分(10.2)とから成る、2部分から形成されたPE接点エレメント(10)を有しており、かつ前記ケーブル接続部分(10.1)は、前記プラグコネクタボディ(2)内に配置され、かつ固定されており、前記接点部分(10.2)は、前記接点担体(3)内に配置され、かつ固定されている、請求項1または2記載の自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)。
- 前記ケーブル接続部分(10.1)は、差込み側においてソケットとして形成されていて、前記接点部分(10.2)は、接続側において接点ピンとして形成されている、請求項3記載の自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)。
- 前記接点担体(3)は、ねじ結合部を介して着脱自在に前記プラグコネクタボディ(2)に固定されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)。
- 前記プラグコネクタボディ(2)に保持グリップ(6)が一体成形されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の自動車充電プラグコネクタ(1)。
