一种复合蔬果面包,由以下重量份的原料制成:小麦粉200-260份、苹果10-20份、香梨10-20份、猕猴桃10-20份、木瓜5-10份、金桔5-10份、胡萝卜20-30份、菠菜5-10份、黄瓜5-10份、芹菜10-15份、西兰花10-15份、酵母粉5-6份、花生油5-6份、营养添加剂7-8份、水适量。
优选地,所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份原料制成:石榴籽油0.3-0.5份、巧克力粉10-15份、阿胶粉8-10份、山药粉8-10份、低聚麦芽糖1-3份、山梨糖醇0.5-1份、果胶0.1-0.3份。
优选地,所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份原料制成:石榴籽油0.4份、巧克力粉12.5份、阿胶粉9份、山药粉9份、低聚麦芽糖2份、山梨糖醇0.75份、果胶0.2份。
