本发明的目的是提供一种降血糖面粉,该面粉由多种营养成分组成,对身体更加健康,尤其具有很好的降血糖作用。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
一种降血糖面粉,其特征是由以下重量份的原料制成:荞麦粉20-30份、玉米粉15-20份、地瓜粉10-15份、山楂粉10-15份、山药粉15-20份、茯苓粉10-15份、薏米粉10-15份、葛根粉10-15份、枸杞粉5-10份、胡萝卜粉5-10份。
上述降血糖面粉,优选由以下重量份的原料制成:荞麦粉25份、玉米粉16份、地瓜粉16份、山楂粉12份、山药粉16份、茯苓粉12份、薏米粉12份、葛根粉12份、枸杞粉6份、胡萝卜粉6份。
本发明面粉制备方法为:将荞麦、玉米、地瓜洗净、晾干,然后磨成细粉;将山楂粉、山药粉、茯苓粉、薏米粉、葛根粉、枸杞粉、胡萝卜粉与磨好的细粉混合,即得。
