背景技术
我们日常说的面粉主要指的是小麦粉,即用小麦磨出来的粉。面粉是我国北方大部分地区的主食,以面粉制成的食物品种繁多,花样百出,风味迥异。因为面食是我们的主食,长期食用,所以对我们的身体健康非常重要。随着人们生活水平的提高,对健康、养生饮食的概念越来越重视,因此仅以小麦为原料做成的面粉功能比较单一,不能提供给人们多功能的营养。如果按照不同需要制备出功能更好的面粉,对人们的健康会更佳有益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种降血糖面粉,该面粉由多种营养成分组成,对身体更加健康,尤其具有很好的降血糖作用。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
一种降血糖面粉,其特征是由以下重量份的原料制成:荞麦粉20-30份、玉米粉15-20份、地瓜粉10-15份、山楂粉10-15份、山药粉15-20份、茯苓粉10-15份、薏米粉10-15份、葛根粉10-15份、枸杞粉5-10份、胡萝卜粉5-10份。
上述降血糖面粉,优选由以下重量份的原料制成:荞麦粉25份、玉米粉16份、地瓜粉16份、山楂粉12份、山药粉16份、茯苓粉12份、薏米粉12份、葛根粉12份、枸杞粉6份、胡萝卜粉6份。
本发明面粉制备方法为:将荞麦、玉米、地瓜洗净、晾干,然后磨成细粉;将山楂粉、山药粉、茯苓粉、薏米粉、葛根粉、枸杞粉、胡萝卜粉与磨好的细粉混合,即得。
本发明面粉采用多种成分组成,比单一小麦粉营养更加全面,口感更佳,并且根据各成分的搭配,更加满足人体需求,还具有强身健体、降血糖的作用。

本发明降血糖面粉配方为:荞麦粉25份、玉米粉16份、地瓜粉16份、山楂粉12份、山药粉16份、茯苓粉12份、薏米粉12份、葛根粉12份、枸杞粉6份、胡萝卜粉6份。
制备方法为:将荞麦、玉米、地瓜洗净、晾干,然后磨成细粉;将山楂粉、山药粉、茯苓粉、薏米粉、葛根粉、枸杞粉、胡萝卜粉与磨好的细粉混合,即得。
实施例2
本发明降血糖面粉配方为:荞麦粉20份、玉米粉20份、地瓜粉10份、山楂粉15份、山药粉15份、茯苓粉15份、薏米粉10份、葛根粉15份、枸杞粉5份、胡萝卜粉10份。制备方法同实施例1。
