本发明提供一种毛精纺面料的抗菌处理工艺,包括以下步骤:对毛精纺面料对齐平整进行缝头;将毛精纺面料输送至浓度5~10g/L的NaOH溶液中,然后再加入浓度2~5g/L的去油精练剂,并将溶液温度加热至100℃,再将毛精纺面料浸泡20~30min,对毛精纺面料进行去油剂以及浆料处理;将毛精纺面料输送至预定型机中,对毛精纺面料进行定型处理;将毛精纺面料输送至NaOH溶液中,对毛精纺面料进行碱减量处理;将毛精纺面料输送至高温高压喷射溢流染色机内,并对毛精纺面料进行染色处理;将毛精纺面料布面上进行抗菌处理工序,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:具有工艺流程合理,投资少,抑菌效果佳,面料柔软度高的优点。

本发明是一种毛精纺面料的抗菌处理工艺,属于面料加工工艺领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,功能性纺织品越来越受到人们的亲睐。吸湿快干纤维通过采用全新的纤维截面形状设计,依靠纤维表面微细沟槽产生的毛细管效应,实现快速吸水、输水、扩散和挥发。用这种吸湿快干纤维织造的面料,在炎热的夏季,当人体大量出汗的时候,由于纤维以及纤维间的毛细通道,织物能够快速吸汗,并将汗水转移到织物表面挥发掉,从而保持皮肤表面的干爽舒适。但是常规吸湿排汗织物由于其所处的湿热环境,加之纤维表面的沟槽状结构,为细菌滋生繁衍提供了理想环境,使穿着者更容易遭受细菌感染或者产生汗臭味。
目前,对纺织材料进行抗菌防臭加工的研究报道很多,所用的抗菌剂有季胺盐类、服类、脂肪酸醋类、金属化合物等。这些抗菌剂有的只适用于某种特定的纤维,并存在试剂成本高、加工工艺复杂,抗菌防臭效果欠佳、耐久性、耐洗性差等缺点。
所以需要一种毛精纺面料的抗菌处理工艺来解决上述出现的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种毛精纺面料的抗菌处理工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种毛精纺面料的抗菌处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
首先检查毛精纺面料布面上是否光洁、褶皱以及沾有油污,坯布门副是否均匀,有无经纬缺陷,如没有上述问题,然后对毛精纺面料对齐平整进行缝头;
将毛精纺面料输送至浓度5~10g/L的NaOH溶液中,然后再加入浓度2~5g/L的去油精练剂,并将溶液温度加热至100℃,再将毛精纺面料浸泡20~30min,对毛精纺面料进行去油剂以及浆料处理;
将毛精纺面料输送至预定型机中,对毛精纺面料进行定型处理;
将毛精纺面料输送至NaOH溶液中,对毛精纺面料进行碱减量处理;
将毛精纺面料输送至高温高压喷射溢流染色机内,并对毛精纺面料进行染色处理;
将毛精纺面料布面上进行抗菌处理工序。
进一步地,所述将毛精纺面料输送至预定型机中,对毛精纺面料进行定型处理具体步骤为:将毛精纺面料输送至预定型机中,并将温度升高至180~190℃,车速调节至40~45m/min,对毛精纺面料进行定型处理,进而减少毛精纺面料的皱条以及皱印,同时使布面结构更加清晰细密。
进一步地,所述将毛精纺面料输送至NaOH溶液中,对毛精纺面料进行碱减量处理具体步骤为:将毛精纺面料输送至浓度25~75g/L的NaOH溶液中,然后加入浓度0.5~1.5g/L的减量促进剂,并将温度升高至95℃,处理时间为15~30min,进而使毛精纺面料手感柔滑、富有弹性。
进一步地,所述将毛精纺面料输送至高温高压喷射溢流染色机内,并对毛精纺面料进行染色处理具体步骤为:将毛精纺面料输送至高温高压喷射溢流染色机内,在常温下加入高温均染剂和浴中柔软剂,在投入毛精纺面料并运行15min,加入分散染料染色,并以1.5℃/min的速率上升温度,当温度升高至85℃后,停止升温,并保温10min,再以0.5℃/min的速率上升温度,当温度升高至100℃后停止升温,并保温10min,再以1℃/min的速率上升温度,当温度升高至120℃后停止升温,并保温30min,再以1℃/min的速率降低温度,当温度降低至60℃时,加入保险粉进行还原清洗,同时再用清水冲洗,洗净将毛精纺面料出缸。
进一步地,所述将毛精纺面料布面上进行抗菌处理工序具体步骤为:毛精纺面料在单宁酸溶液中浸渍处理使单宁酸吸附在纤维上浸后水洗,将浸渍后的毛精纺面料再在金属氨络合离子溶液中浸渍处理,使单宁酸与金属氨络合离子生成单宁酸金属络合物并结合在纤维上,浸后水洗,烘干。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种毛精纺面料的抗菌处理工艺,具有工艺流程合理,投资少,抑菌效果佳,面料柔软度高的优点。

将毛精纺面料输送至浓度5~10g/L的NaOH溶液中,然后再加入浓度2~5g/L的去油精练剂,并将溶液温度加热至100℃,再将毛精纺面料浸泡20~30min,对毛精纺面料进行去油剂以及浆料处理;
将毛精纺面料输送至预定型机中,对毛精纺面料进行定型处理;
将毛精纺面料输送至NaOH溶液中,对毛精纺面料进行碱减量处理;
将毛精纺面料输送至高温高压喷射溢流染色机内,并对毛精纺面料进行染色处理;
将毛精纺面料布面上进行抗菌处理工序。
