背景技术
锦氨针织面料具有众多的优点,如尼龙的高强、耐磨、尺寸稳定性好、缩水率小和耐气候性好。以及氨纶的高弹回复性。锦氨针织物以其优良的弹性回复、洗可穿、手感柔软等服用性能而被广泛应用,用该面料缝制的服装最终能提供一种无压舒适感,有助于勾勒完美体形,因而在针织工业中广受欢迎。
锦氨织物一般采用弱酸性染料染色,由于染料分子水溶性好,在水洗等湿处理过程中易从织物上脱落下来。且酸性染料较难上染氨纶,染色时易露白,浮色较多,使得锦氨染色织物的湿牢度,尤其耐污渍色牢度较差。
如在《印染》杂志2018年第20期中《锦氨经编染色织物耐汗渍牢度的改善》一文中,提到使用阴离子固色剂DM-2539D,对锦氨针织面料进行固色,使得锦氨针织物的耐汗渍牢度得到提高。由于阴离子固色剂在纤维表面的吸附和固着,会封闭染料和纤维上的亲水基,在纤维表面形成薄膜,对锦氨针织面料的快速吸湿排汗性能有所影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锦氨针织物染色后整理工艺,使得锦氨针织物在具有优良的快速吸湿排汗性能的基础上,具有较高的色牢度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明所涉及的一种锦氨针织物染色后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)冷堆预处理:将锦氨针织物在室温下浸渍冷堆处理液,并轧至带液率为120-150%,在温度为35-40℃、湿度在70-75%条件下堆置20-24小时;
(2)水洗:将经过上一步骤处理后的面料采用连续平幅松弛水洗2次,每次水洗1.5-2分钟,水洗温度分别为65-70℃和35-40℃,张力比为98.5-100.7,速度比为20-18.6;
(3)预定型:将经过水洗后的面料采用拉幅定型机进行预定型,定型温度为160-170℃,定型速度为15-25米每分钟,超喂量为10-15%,定型时间为1-1.5分钟;
(4)同浴染色:在室温下按顺序依次加入元明粉、纯碱、螯合分散剂、精练剂、匀染剂、沉淀防止剂、消泡剂、艳维典DA、吸湿排汗易去污整理剂TF-620、弱酸性染料、中性固色活性染料,并搅拌均匀,并加入缓冲剂P-7使得染液人的pH值为6.5-7,再将经过预定型的面料浸入染液中,浴比为1:10-15;并按照0.5-1℃/min的升温速率升温到75-80℃,再加入阳离子染料,并保温15-20分钟,再按照0.5-1℃/min的升温速率升温到100℃,并保温45-50min;
所加入的元明粉为30-45g/L、纯碱为5-20g/L、螯合分散剂为0.5-1g/L、精练剂为0.5-1g/L、匀染剂为0.25-0.5g/L、沉淀防止剂为0.5-1g/L、艳维典DA为1-1.5g/L、消泡剂为0.5-1g/L、3-5g/L的吸湿排汗易去污整理剂;
(5)还原清洗:将经过上一步骤染色后的面料在55-60℃条件下采用酸性还原洗净剂和分散皂洗剂进行水洗5-8分钟,去除浮色;
(6)固色:采用连续式浸轧工艺进行固色,将经过后的还原清洗后的面料浸轧固色液,并在130-150℃条件下进行烘干;所述的固色液中含有30-40g/L的固色剂DM-2539G,并使用pH值调节剂调节pH值为5-5.5;所使用的pH值调节剂为醋酸;浸轧后面料的带液率为120-150%;
(7)功能整理:将上一步骤所处理的面料浸渍功能整理液,浸轧至带液率至120-150%;所述的功能整理液中含有30-40g/L的耐洗吸湿排汗剂、20-40g/L的吸湿快干整理剂、30-50g/L的亲水性柔软剂;
(8)拉幅定型:将浸轧有功能整理液的面料在拉幅定型机中进行拉幅定型,定型的温度为150-160℃,超喂20-30%,定型时间为1-1.5分钟。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例一
本实施例所涉及的一种锦氨针织物染色后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)冷堆预处理、(2)水洗、(3)预定型、(4)同浴染色、(5)还原清洗、(6)固色、(7)功能整理、(8)拉幅定型。
在步骤(1)冷堆预处理中,将锦氨针织物在室温下浸渍冷堆处理液,并轧至带液率为120%,在温度为35℃、湿度在70%条件下堆置20小时。冷堆处理液中含有100g/L的液碱、2g/L的双氧水、1g/L的渗透剂JFC、3g/L的螯合剂TF-510C、3g/L的十二烷基磺酸钠、1g/L的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2g/L的脂肪醇硫酸钠。所使用的锦氨针织物中锦:氨为80:20,克重为120克每平方米。

在步骤(6)固色中,采用连续式浸轧工艺进行固色,将经过后的还原清洗后的面料浸轧固色液,并在130℃条件下进行烘干;所述的固色液中含有30g/L的固色剂DM-2539G,并使用pH值调节剂调节pH值为5;所使用的pH值调节剂为醋酸;浸轧后面料的带液率为120%。
在步骤(7)功能整理中,将上一步骤所处理的面料浸渍功能整理液,浸轧至带液率至120%;所述的功能整理液中含有30g/L的耐洗吸湿排汗剂、20g/L的吸湿快干整理剂、30g/L的亲水性柔软剂。耐洗吸湿排汗剂为耐洗吸湿排汗剂TF-4097A、吸湿快干整理剂为吸湿快干整理剂Hydropenn NPU liq、亲水性柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂。
在步骤(8)拉幅定型中,将浸轧有功能整理液的面料在拉幅定型机中进行拉幅定型,定型的温度为150℃,超喂20%,定型时间为1分钟。
实施例二
本实施例所涉及的一种锦氨针织物染色后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)冷堆预处理、(2)水洗、(3)预定型、(4)同浴染色、(5)还原清洗、(6)固色、(7)功能整理、(8)拉幅定型。
在步骤(1)冷堆预处理中,将锦氨针织物在室温下浸渍冷堆处理液,并轧至带液率为130%,在温度为38℃、湿度在72%条件下堆置22小时。冷堆处理液中含有110g/L的液碱、4g/L的双氧水、1.5g/L的渗透剂JFC、4g/L的螯合剂TF-510C、4g/L的十二烷基磺酸钠、2g/L的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3g/L的脂肪醇硫酸钠。所使用的锦氨针织物中锦:氨为70:30,克重为130克每平方米。
在步骤(2)水洗中,将经过上一步骤处理后的面料采用连续平幅松弛水洗2次,每次水洗2分钟,水洗温度分别为70℃和40℃,张力比为100.7,速度比为18.6。
在步骤(3)预定型中,将经过水洗后的面料采用拉幅定型机进行预定型,定型温度为165℃,定型速度为20米每分钟,超喂量为12%,定型时间为1.5分钟。
在步骤(4)同浴染色中,在室温下按顺序依次加入元明粉、纯碱、螯合分散剂、精练剂、匀染剂、沉淀防止剂、消泡剂、艳维典DA、吸湿排汗易去污整理剂TF-620、弱酸性染料、中性固色活性染料,并搅拌均匀,并加入缓冲剂P-7使得染液人的pH值为7,再将经过预定型的面料浸入染液中,浴比为1:12;并按照1℃/min的升温速率升温到80℃,再加入阳离子染料,并保温20分钟,再按照1℃/min的升温速率升温到100℃,并保温50min;
所加入的元明粉为40g/L、纯碱为12g/L、螯合分散剂为0.8g/L、精练剂为0.8g/L、匀染剂为0.35g/L、沉淀防止剂为0.8g/L、艳维典DA为1.2g/L、消泡剂为0.8g/L、4g/L的吸湿排汗易去污整理剂。
所加入精练剂为精练剂L-271、匀染剂为匀染剂SY-211A、沉淀防止剂为沉淀防止剂P-30、消泡剂为消泡剂M-870、吸湿排汗易去污整理剂为吸湿排汗易去污整理剂TF-620。
在步骤(5)还原清洗中,将经过上一步骤染色后的面料在55-60℃条件下采用酸性还原洗净剂和分散皂洗剂进行水洗6分钟,去除浮色。酸性还原洗净剂的用量为1.8g/L,分散皂洗剂的用量为2g/L。
在步骤(6)固色中,采用连续式浸轧工艺进行固色,将经过后的还原清洗后的面料浸轧固色液,并在140℃条件下进行烘干;所述的固色液中含有35g/L的固色剂DM-2539G,并使用pH值调节剂调节pH值为5.5;所使用的pH值调节剂为醋酸;浸轧后面料的带液率为135%。
在步骤(7)功能整理中,将上一步骤所处理的面料浸渍功能整理液,浸轧至带液率至140%;所述的功能整理液中含有35g/L的耐洗吸湿排汗剂、30g/L的吸湿快干整理剂、40g/L的亲水性柔软剂。耐洗吸湿排汗剂为耐洗吸湿排汗剂TF-4097A、吸湿快干整理剂为吸湿快干整理剂Hydropenn NPU liq、亲水性柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂。
在步骤(8)拉幅定型中,将浸轧有功能整理液的面料在拉幅定型机中进行拉幅定型,定型的温度为155℃,超喂25%,定型时间为1分钟。
实施例三
本实施例所涉及的一种锦氨针织物染色后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)冷堆预处理、(2)水洗、(3)预定型、(4)同浴染色、(5)还原清洗、(6)固色、(7)功能整理、(8)拉幅定型。
在步骤(1)冷堆预处理中,将锦氨针织物在室温下浸渍冷堆处理液,并轧至带液率为150%,在温度为40℃、湿度在75%条件下堆置24小时。冷堆处理液中含有120g/L的液碱、5g/L的双氧水、2g/L的渗透剂JFC、5g/L的螯合剂TF-510C、5g/L的十二烷基磺酸钠、1-3g/L的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4g/L的脂肪醇硫酸钠。所使用的锦氨针织物中锦:氨为90:10,克重为150克每平方米。
在步骤(2)水洗中,将经过上一步骤处理后的面料采用连续平幅松弛水洗2次,每次水洗2分钟,水洗温度分别为70℃和40℃,张力比为100.7,速度比为18.6。
在步骤(3)预定型中,将经过水洗后的面料采用拉幅定型机进行预定型,定型温度为170℃,定型速度为25米每分钟,超喂量为15%,定型时间为1.5分钟。
在步骤(4)同浴染色中,在室温下按顺序依次加入元明粉、纯碱、螯合分散剂、精练剂、匀染剂、沉淀防止剂、消泡剂、艳维典DA、吸湿排汗易去污整理剂TF-620、弱酸性染料、中性固色活性染料,并搅拌均匀,并加入缓冲剂P-7使得染液人的pH值为7,再将经过预定型的面料浸入染液中,浴比为1:10-15;并按照1℃/min的升温速率升温到80℃,再加入阳离子染料,并保温20分钟,再按照1℃/min的升温速率升温到100℃,并保温50min;
所加入的元明粉为45g/L、纯碱为20g/L、螯合分散剂为1g/L、精练剂为1g/L、匀染剂为0.5g/L、沉淀防止剂为1g/L、艳维典DA为1.5g/L、消泡剂为1g/L、5g/L的吸湿排汗易去污整理剂。
所加入精练剂为精练剂L-271、匀染剂为匀染剂SY-211A、沉淀防止剂为沉淀防止剂P-30、消泡剂为消泡剂M-870、吸湿排汗易去污整理剂为吸湿排汗易去污整理剂TF-620。
在步骤(5)还原清洗中,将经过上一步骤染色后的面料在60℃条件下采用酸性还原洗净剂和分散皂洗剂进行水洗8分钟,去除浮色。酸性还原洗净剂的用量为2g/L,分散皂洗剂的用量为2.5g/L。
在步骤(6)固色中,采用连续式浸轧工艺进行固色,将经过后的还原清洗后的面料浸轧固色液,并在150℃条件下进行烘干;所述的固色液中含有40g/L的固色剂DM-2539G,并使用pH值调节剂调节pH值为5.5;所使用的pH值调节剂为醋酸;浸轧后面料的带液率为150%。
在步骤(7)功能整理中,将上一步骤所处理的面料浸渍功能整理液,浸轧至带液率至150%;所述的功能整理液中含有40g/L的耐洗吸湿排汗剂、40g/L的吸湿快干整理剂、50g/L的亲水性柔软剂。耐洗吸湿排汗剂为耐洗吸湿排汗剂TF-4097A、吸湿快干整理剂为吸湿快干整理剂HydropennNPU liq、亲水性柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂。
在步骤(8)拉幅定型中,将浸轧有功能整理液的面料在拉幅定型机中进行拉幅定型,定型的温度为160℃,超喂30%,定型时间为1.5分钟。
对比例
本对比例所涉及的锦氨织物的染色后整理工艺流程为:
染液中含有:0.3g/L的的碳酸钠、1.25g/L的匀染剂TBW-951、0.5g/L的消泡剂M-870、0.6g/L的释酸剂DM-2725、酸性黑AMF1.0-2.0%o.w.f,浴比为1:10。
采用连续式浸轧固色工艺,工艺流程为: 固色液为:4%o.w.f的固色剂DM-2593D,使用醋酸调节pH值为4-5。
对实施例一至实施例三、对比例的吸湿速干性、耐洗性、耐皂洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐海水色牢度和抗静电性进行测试。
吸湿速干性测试包括,按照FZ/T 01071-2008《纺织品毛细效应测试方法》对芯吸高度进行测试、按照GB/T 21655.1-2009《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定》对润湿扩散性进行测定、按照TTF0007《纺织品速干性的评定》对速干能性进行测定。测试结构见下表
由上表可以看出,吸湿排汗易去污整理剂TF-620和吸湿快干整理剂HydropennNPUliq的应用使得实施例一至实施例三所涉及的面料的吸湿速干性能优于对比例。织物芯吸高度增加,滴水时间快速降低,锦氨针织物的亲水性显著提高;同时,导湿扩散性及水分的蒸发率等也显著提高。
抗静电性是按照FZ/T 01060-1999《纺织材料静电性能静电压半衰期的测定》对实施例一至实施例三、对比例所涉及的面料进行测试。测试结果见下表:
由上表可以看出,实施例一至实施例三所涉及的面料的吸湿速干性能优于对比例,使得其抗静电性能亦优于对比例。
按照ISO 105 C03-2007《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》对实施例一至实施例三、对比例进行耐皂洗色牢度测试。
按照ISO105-E04-2013《纺织品色牢度试验E04部分:耐汗渍色牢度》对实施例一至实施例三、对比例进行耐汗渍色牢度测试。
按照ISO 105-E02-2013《纺织品色牢度试验E02部分耐海水色牢度》对实施例一至实施例三、对比例进行耐海水色牢度测试。测试结果见下表:
实施例一至实施例三所涉及的锦氨面料的染色整理工艺中,使用了固色剂DM-2539G,对比例使用了固色剂DM-2593D。并结合其他的染色后整理助剂,使得实施例一至实施例三所涉及的锦氨针织面料的染色整理工艺所制备的锦氨面料具有优于对比例所涉及的锦氨面料的耐皂洗色牢度测试、耐汗渍色牢度测试和耐海水色牢度。
耐洗性是影响织物整理效果耐久性最主要的因素,对织物整理后的锦氨针织物进行洗涤,测试比较洗涤次数对吸湿快干综合值(亲水性、吸湿扩散性及水分的蒸发率等)保持程度的影响;其综合值保持越好,其整理耐洗性能越好。
由上表可以后看出,在洗涤过程中实施例一至实施例三所涉及锦氨面料的吸湿快干性能变化不大,而且在洗涤20次后其一直都保持在较高的水准,可见经吸湿快干整理剂Hydroperm NPU liq整理后,锦氨针织物吸湿快干性能的耐洗涤性能好,优于对比例。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思做出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种锦氨针织物染色后整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)冷堆预处理:将锦氨针织物在室温下浸渍冷堆处理液,并轧至带液率为120-150%,在温度为35-40℃、湿度在70-75%条件下堆置20-24小时;
(2)水洗:将经过上一步骤处理后的面料采用连续平幅松弛水洗2次,每次水洗1.5-2分钟,水洗温度分别为65-70℃和35-40℃,张力比为98.5-100.7,速度比为20-18.6;
(3)预定型:将经过水洗后的面料采用拉幅定型机进行预定型,定型温度为160-170℃,定型速度为15-25米每分钟,超喂量为10-15%,定型时间为1-1.5分钟;
(4)同浴染色:在室温下按顺序依次加入元明粉、纯碱、螯合分散剂、精练剂、匀染剂、沉淀防止剂、消泡剂、艳维典DA、吸湿排汗易去污整理剂TF-620、弱酸性染料、中性固色活性染料,并搅拌均匀,并加入缓冲剂P-7使得染液人的pH值为6.5-7,再将经过预定型的面料浸入染液中,浴比为1:10-15;并按照0.5-1℃/min的升温速率升温到75-80℃,再加入阳离子染料,并保温15-20分钟,再按照0.5-1℃/min的升温速率升温到100℃,并保温45-50min;
所加入的元明粉为30-45g/L、纯碱为5-20g/L、螯合分散剂为0.5-1g/L、精练剂为0.5-1g/L、匀染剂为0.25-0.5g/L、沉淀防止剂为0.5-1g/L、艳维典DA为1-1.5g/L、消泡剂为0.5-1g/L、3-5g/L的吸湿排汗易去污整理剂;
(5)还原清洗:将经过上一步骤染色后的面料在55-60℃条件下采用酸性还原洗净剂和分散皂洗剂进行水洗5-8分钟,去除浮色;
(6)固色:采用连续式浸轧工艺进行固色,将经过后的还原清洗后的面料浸轧固色液,并在130-150℃条件下进行烘干;所述的固色液中含有30-40g/L的固色剂DM-2539G,并使用pH值调节剂调节pH值为5-5.5;所使用的pH值调节剂为醋酸;浸轧后面料的带液率为120-150%;
(7)功能整理:将上一步骤所处理的面料浸渍功能整理液,浸轧至带液率至120-150%;所述的功能整理液中含有30-40g/L的耐洗吸湿排汗剂、20-40g/L的吸湿快干整理剂、30-50g/L的亲水性柔软剂;
(8)拉幅定型:将浸轧有功能整理液的面料在拉幅定型机中进行拉幅定型,定型的温度为150-160℃,超喂20-30%,定型时间为1-1.5分钟。
2.根据权利要求1锦氨针织物染色后整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述的冷堆处理液中含有100-120g/L的液碱、2-5g/L的双氧水、1-2g/L的渗透剂JFC、3-5g/L的螯合剂TF-510C、3-5g/L的十二烷基磺酸钠、1-3g/L的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2-4g/L的脂肪醇硫酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1锦氨针织物染色后整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所加入精练剂为精练剂L-271、匀染剂为匀染剂SY-211A、沉淀防止剂为沉淀防止剂P-30、消泡剂为消泡剂M-870、吸湿排汗易去污整理剂为吸湿排汗易去污整理剂TF-620。
4.根据权利要求1锦氨针织物染色后整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,所述的酸性还原洗净剂的用量为1.2-2g/L,分散皂洗剂的用量为1.5-2.5g/L。
5.根据权利要求1锦氨针织物染色后整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(7)中,所述的耐洗吸湿排汗剂为耐洗吸湿排汗剂TF-4097A、吸湿快干整理剂为吸湿快干整理剂Hydropenn NPUliq、亲水性柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂。
