本发明属于有机棉针织物染色技术领域,尤其为一种有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺,包括如下步骤:S1:艾液的制备;S2:有机棉针织物的前处理;S3:有机棉针织物艾液染色;S4:有机棉针织物的后处理。本发明通过复合茶皂素、煮练剂和除油剂,能够对有机棉针织物进行高效的漂白,能够显著缩短工艺流程、降低水和能源消耗,避免资源的浪费,降低废水中BOD和COD排放等特点,且还能够对有机棉针织物中的油污进行去除,提高有机棉质针织物的艾液染色的效果,通过均染剂能够使有机棉针织物艾液染色的更加均匀,通过消泡剂具有表面张力低、消泡迅速、抑泡时间长,能够对染色过程中产生的泡沫进行消除,提高艾液染色的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及有机棉针织物染色技术领域,具体为一种有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺。
背景技术
针织物是由纱线通过针织有规律的运动而形成线圈,线圈和线圈之间互相串套起来而形成的织物。所以,线圈是针织物的最小基本单元。这也是识别针织物的一个重要标志。有机棉也叫生态棉或生物棉的;有机棉生产中,以有机肥生物防治病虫害自然耕作管理为主,不许使用化学制品,从种子到农产品全天然无污染生产;有机棉针织物更加天然无害。
有机棉针织物在后续的加工中通常需要进行植物染料,艾蒿有温经、去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏等作用,广泛应用于有机棉针织物染色,但是现有技术当中的有机棉针织物艾液在染色时的前处理效果不理想,耗时较长,且漂白的效果不佳,同时有机棉针织物上易沾油污,影响艾液的染色效果,且现有技术当中的有机棉针织物的艾液染色效果不佳。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺,解决了现有技术当中的有机棉针织物艾液染色前处理效果不佳、对油污处理的结果不佳和染色效果不佳的问题。
(二)技术方案。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:艾液的制备;
S2:有机棉针织物的前处理;
使有机棉针织物和水的水浴比为1:8-10,加入双氧水稳定剂2-6份、渗透剂3-5份、复合茶皂素4-8份、煮练剂2-7份和除油剂3-6份,上布,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至90-100℃,保温30min,再以2℃/min的速度降温至80℃,排液。
S3:有机棉针织物艾液染色;
使有机棉针织物和水的水浴比为1:8-10,开机运转5~10min后加入浓度为2-5g/L的纯碱和8-12%艾液,以1℃/min的速度升温至40-50℃,加入匀染剂4-9份、促染剂3-7份、消泡剂5-8份和鳌合分散剂3-6份,以1-2℃/min的速度升温至80-90℃,保温50-60min,然后以1.0-1.4℃/min的速度进行降温,当温度降至80℃,排液。
S4:有机棉针织物的后处理;
按浴比1:8-10在染色好的有机棉针织物中加入皂洗液,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至95℃,保温30min,再分别用60-80℃的水与冷水各洗一次,脱水,烘干,出布。
进一步地,所述复合茶皂素为卜公茶皂素。
进一步地,所述匀染剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与脂肪酸钠的混合物。
进一步地,所述促染剂为元明粉或食盐。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为消泡剂DF-837。
进一步地,所述艾液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将艾蒿进行两次清洗,然后将清洗后的艾蒿自然风干;
S2:将粉干后的艾蒿进行粉碎过100目筛网,再将过筛后的艾蒿粉加入到搅拌容器内;
S3:向搅拌容器内加入80-90℃的热水和乙醇,然后进行搅拌30min,搅拌结束过后冷却至常温;
S4:将步骤3中的艾液通过三层纱布重复过滤两次,再进行减压浓缩,得到艾蒿提取液。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明,通过复合茶皂素、煮练剂和除油剂,能够对有机棉针织物进行高效的漂白,能够显著缩短工艺流程、降低水和能源消耗,避免资源的浪费,降低废水中BOD和COD排放等特点,且还能够对有机棉针织物中的油污进行去除,提高有机棉质针织物的艾液染色的效果。
2、本发明,通过均染剂能够使有机棉针织物艾液染色的更加均匀,通过消泡剂具有表面张力低、消泡迅速、抑泡时间长,能够对染色过程中产生的泡沫进行消除,提高艾液染色的效果,通过鳌合分散剂能够对水中的重金属离子进行吸附和络合作用,能有效地抑制重金属离子对染料的吸附,进一步提高艾液染色的效果。

实施例
如图1所示,本发明一个实施例提出的一种有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:艾液的制备;
S2:有机棉针织物的前处理;
使有机棉针织物和水的水浴比为1:8-10,加入双氧水稳定剂2-6份、渗透剂3-5份、复合茶皂素4-8份、煮练剂2-7份和除油剂3-6份,上布,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至90-100℃,保温30min,再以2℃/min的速度降温至80℃,排液。
S3:有机棉针织物艾液染色;
使有机棉针织物和水的水浴比为1:8-10,开机运转5~10min后加入浓度为2-5g/L的纯碱和8-12%艾液,以1℃/min的速度升温至40-50℃,加入匀染剂4-9份、促染剂3-7份、消泡剂5-8份和鳌合分散剂3-6份,以1-2℃/min的速度升温至80-90℃,保温50-60min,然后以1.0-1.4℃/min的速度进行降温,当温度降至80℃,排液。
S4:有机棉针织物的后处理;
按浴比1:8-10在染色好的有机棉针织物中加入皂洗液,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至95℃,保温30min,再分别用60-80℃的水与冷水各洗一次,脱水,烘干,出布。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺复合茶皂素为卜公茶皂素;通过卜公茶皂素,不同于普通的差皂素,它不仅具有退浆,煮练作用,更突出了漂白的功能呢,不含有甲醛,APEO(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚)等任何有害的化学元素,使用时不必在添加烧碱和双氧水,漂白效果极为明显,与茶皂素相比具有更加的漂白性能,可以大大提高有机棉针织物的吸水能力,去除织物污垢,提高织物光泽和手感。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺匀染剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与脂肪酸钠的混合物;通过脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与脂肪酸钠的混合物能够使有机棉针织物艾液染色的更加均匀,避免出现色条的现象,提高有机棉针织物艾液染色的效果。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺促染剂为元明粉或食盐;促染剂是一种可以提高艾液对有机棉针织物的上染率、加速上染速率,减少残液中艾液含量,获得较高染色深度的化合物,能够提高有机棉针织物的染色效果。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺消泡剂为消泡剂DF-837;通过消泡剂DF-837能够对染色过程中产生的泡沫进行消除和抑制,从而提高艾液与有机棉针织物的附着,使有机棉针织物的艾液染色效果更佳。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺艾液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将艾蒿进行两次清洗,然后将清洗后的艾蒿自然风干;
S2:将粉干后的艾蒿进行粉碎过100目筛网,再将过筛后的艾蒿粉加入到搅拌容器内;
S3:向搅拌容器内加入80-90℃的热水和乙醇,然后进行搅拌30min,搅拌结束过后冷却至常温;

1.一种有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1:艾液的制备;
S2:有机棉针织物的前处理;
使有机棉针织物和水的水浴比为1:8-10,加入双氧水稳定剂2-6份、渗透剂3-5份、复合茶皂素4-8份、煮练剂2-7份和除油剂3-6份,上布,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至90-100℃,保温30min,再以2℃/min的速度降温至80℃,排液。
S3:有机棉针织物艾液染色;
使有机棉针织物和水的水浴比为1:8-10,开机运转5~10min后加入浓度为2-5g/L的纯碱和8-12%艾液,以1℃/min的速度升温至40-50℃,加入匀染剂4-9份、促染剂3-7份、消泡剂5-8份和鳌合分散剂3-6份,以1-2℃/min的速度升温至80-90℃,保温50-60min,然后以1.0-1.4℃/min的速度进行降温,当温度降至80℃,排液。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺,其特征在于:所述促染剂为元明粉或食盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为消泡剂DF-837。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机棉针织物艾液染色工艺,其特征在于:所述艾液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将艾蒿进行两次清洗,然后将清洗后的艾蒿自然风干;
S2:将粉干后的艾蒿进行粉碎过100目筛网,再将过筛后的艾蒿粉加入到搅拌容器内;
S3:向搅拌容器内加入80-90℃的热水和乙醇,然后进行搅拌30min,搅拌结束过后冷却至常温;
S4:将步骤3中的艾液通过三层纱布重复过滤两次,再进行减压浓缩,得到艾蒿提取液。
