本发明公开了一种大麻无刺面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤,麻料坯布‑翻布‑缝头接布‑下缸水洗‑开幅‑落水定型‑液氨丝光‑第二次定型‑橡毯预缩‑汽蒸预缩,其中,下缸水洗前先在缸中加入去离子水,2wt%纤维二糖水解酶、1wt%β‑糖苷、8wt%木质素过氧化物酶、0.5wt%漆酶调控剂,并将温度控制在25℃保持23min,然后升温到55℃保持30min,同时进行超声波水洗作业,排水后超声波水洗一遍。该大麻无刺面料的生产工艺去除木质素环保有效,并且面料无刺痒感,耐洗涤,不易变形。

本发明涉及面料生产领域,具体是一种大麻无刺面料的生产工艺。
背景技术:
现有的大麻面料制作工艺复杂,由于脱木质素加入过多化学助剂,后期处理非常繁琐,而且容易产生刺痒感,洗涤后易变形。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种有效环保去除木质素、面料无刺痒感、耐洗涤,不易变形的大麻无刺面料的生产工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种大麻无刺面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤,麻料坯布-翻布-缝头接布-下缸水洗-开幅-落水定型-液氨丝光-第二次定型-橡毯预缩-汽蒸预缩,其中,下缸水洗前先在缸中加入去离子水,2wt%纤维二糖水解酶、1wt%β-糖苷、8wt%木质素过氧化物酶、0.5wt%漆酶调控剂,并将温度控制在25℃保持23min,然后升温到55℃保持30min,同时进行超声波水洗作业,排水后超声波水洗一遍。
进一步的,下缸水洗前还加入4g/l的蒲公英提取物。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:去除木质素环保有效,并且面料无刺痒感,耐洗涤,不易变形。

1.一种大麻无刺面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,麻料坯布-翻布-缝头接布-下缸水洗-开幅-落水定型-液氨丝光-第二次定型-橡毯预缩-汽蒸预缩,其中,下缸水洗前先在缸中加入去离子水,2wt%纤维二糖水解酶、1wt%β-糖苷、8wt%木质素过氧化物酶、0.5wt%漆酶调控剂,并将温度控制在25℃保持23min,然后升温到55℃保持30min,同时进行超声波水洗作业,排水后超声波水洗一遍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大麻无刺面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:下缸水洗前还加入4g/l的蒲公英提取物。
