Abstract

包括石材框架的太阳能模块
常规的太阳能模块具有由合成物质、铝或其他金属制成的框架,其中薄板材例如从铝弯曲、或深拉伸、或挤出而成。铝不再被认为是环保的,因为目前新的铝的生产是从热带雨林开采铝土矿,这是非常耗能的,并在此过程中伴有CO2排放。金属通常具有的缺点在于它们的表面会变得被腐蚀和弄脏,在不付出巨大努力的情况下,这些表面不再能够被清洁和抛光。
这种情形导致以下事实:许多太阳能模块系统随着时间的推移变得难看,并留下非常不好的印象。在屋顶上,这个缺点还微不足道,但在墙壁和外立面上,它就变成了一个令人烦恼的问题。
为此,这里提出的发明更进一步提供了具有玻璃盖和桶的光伏(PV)太阳能模块或热交换器模块,玻璃盖和桶这种稳定框架具有耐候性、易于清洁或理想地自我清洁,尤其是甚至在多年后仍然看起来美观且具有装饰效果,且仍然是稳定的。

如果在每座房屋的外面,只将单个250瓦的PV太阳能模块挂在墙上被漂亮装饰的地方,那么在德国有4000万座房屋,这相当于每年约1000万千瓦时的电力输出量,其对应于两座中型核电站的能力。
德国的年耗电量目前约为640太瓦时。实际上,每个家庭或公寓两个太阳能模块可以覆盖该输出的约3%。
如果大量使用甚至更多的房屋墙面,那么所有的核电厂都可以在德国被代替。墙面比屋顶更容易贴合,当前,光学效应和材料缺陷是将此类模块安装在墙壁上的障碍,因为铝制夹具将变得陈旧,表面变得难看。
这个问题通过使用石材框架而由本发明解决,石材通过纤维稳定而避免破裂。此外,目前使用石板实现的所有外立面解决方案都可以简单地用这里描述的模块代替,并且本发明成为一种新的外立面解决方案,因为具有石材框架的多个太阳能模块可以形成太阳能模块外立面,而不用完全由石材建造。
PV太阳能电池模块框架的可能技术设计如图1至3所示,这些图说明了可以如何构建该框架。图4示出了完整的外立面解决方案。

Claims (8)
