Abstract

Stein- Kunststein- oder Keramikplatte, die durch einen oder mehrere Material-Streifen an der Kante oder den Kanten an der Unterseite der Platte stabilisiert ist, wobei der stabilisierende Streifen selbst aus Steingut, Keramik, Glas, Holz oder anderem druckstabilem Material besteht, welches an Oberseite und Unterseite mit Fasern beschichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern an der Unterseite des Streifens hauptsächlich in Längsrichtung ausgerichtet sind.

Description

  • Die Stabilisierung von aus Gewichts- und Kostengründen immer dünner werdenden Stein- und Keramikplatten bekommt immer größere Bedeutung. Auch entsprechen dünne Steinplatten aus Naturstein, Kunststein oder Keramik einem Zeitgeist, der die technische Optimierung sowie die Senkung von Kosten zu schätzen weiß. Bekannt sind Stäbe aus Carbonfaser- oder Steinfaser-ummanteltem Stein, die in DE 20 2006 008 100.3 für die Stabilisierung von Steinplatten beschrieben sind. Solche Träger aus ummantelten Stein oder Carbon-Vollmaterial werden unter oder in Steinplatten unterhalb der Ränder eingebracht, wie in der DE 20 2006 008 100.3 beschrieben.
  • Eine weitere Entwicklung dieser Erfindung geht nunmehr in das Detail der Faserkonfektionierung. Carbonfasern oder andere Fasern wie Glasfasern oder Steinfasern können sehr gezielt und optimiert eingesetzt werden, insbesondere im Verbund mit Steinmaterial oder Keramikmaterial oder aber auch anderen druckstabilen Materialien wie Hartholz oder Glas, um vorzugsweise Zugkräfte aufzunehmen.
  • In dieser Erfindung werden die verwendeten Faserschichten an den unterschiedlichen Seiten solcher Stäbe optimiert und eine neue Lehre für den Einbau solcher Stäbe als Zuggurt in oder unter Natursteinplatten offenbart. Die stabilisierenden Stäbe werden bezüglich der oberen Seite und der unteren Seite dabei genau betrachtet. An der Unterseite werden hauptsächlich Fasern benötigt, welche die Zugkräfte in Biege-Längsrichtung aufnehmen, um bei einer aus Sicht der Oberfläche der zu stabilisierenden Steinplatte konkaven Biegebelastung an der Unterseite rissfrei zu bleiben. An der Oberseite werden Fasern benötigt, welche die Zugkräfte in Querrichtung und zusätzlich auch in Längsrichtung aufnehmen müssen, damit einerseits die Kante durch Druck von oben auf die Platte nicht abbricht, andererseits die Platte auch in aus Sicht der Oberfläche konvexe Biegebelastung an der Oberfläche keine Risse zu bekommen und somit rissfrei auch in die andere Richtung gebogen werden kann, was beim Einbaus und damit verbundenem Handling solcher Platten nicht auszuschließen ist. Die benötigten kostenintensiven Faserschichten werden dadurch auf ein Minimum reduziert, dass der hauptsächliche Teil des Querschnitts des stabilisierenden Stabes, der in eine Ausfräsung auf der Unterseite der Platte eingebaut wird, zum großen Teil aus preiswertem Keramikmaterial oder Steinmaterial oder Holz besteht und dadurch, dass die Masse der einzusetzenden Fasern optimiert wird.
  • Dies geschieht vorzugsweise durch den Einsatz von unidirektional ausgerichteten Faserschichten. An der Unterseite wird die Faserschicht ausschließlich in Längsrichtung angeordnet und auf der Oberseite mit mindestens einer Schicht in Querrichtung und ggfls. zusätzlich einer Schicht in Längsrichtung. Um die Zugwirkung der Fasern an der Oberseite des Gurtes – der insgesamt hauptsächlich auf beiden Seiten des Gurtes die Funktion eines Zuggurtes hat – möglichst effizient zum Schutz der Oberfläche und der Unterseite der Steinplatte einzusetzen und die rissunterdrückende Wirkung an der Oberseite der Steinplatte zu optimieren, wird die zugstabile Schicht an der Unterseite in eine möglichst tief geschnittene Nut auf einer Ebene vorzugsweise möglichst dicht unterhalb der Oberfläche der zu stabilisierenden Platte angebracht, eingebracht und vorzugsweise kraftschlüssig verklebt. Um die Zugkraft auf der Oberseite möglichst effizient zu entfalten, wird der Stabilisierungsstab demnach nach Möglichkeit mit der Ebene seiner Oberseite oberhalb der Mittelschicht der Steinplatte und so dicht wie möglich unter der Oberfläche der zu stabilisierenden Steinplatte eingebracht, vorzugsweise mit der Oberseite des Gurtes in der oberen Hälfte des Querschnitts der zu stabilisierenden Steinplatte. Der Stab ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er in beide Biegerichtungen als Zuggurt ausgeführt ist. Beide Seiten des Gurtes nehmen hauptsächlich Zugkräfte in beide Biegerichtungen auf, womit die Fasern mit ihrem Hauptvorteil genutzt werden, nämlich im Fall der Zugbelastung. Die vorliegende Erfindung optimiert den Materialeinsatz der teuren Faser und damit die Kosten und macht große dünne Steinplatten ohne Bruch in beide Biegerichtungen konvex und konkav biegsam, was für das Handling und den bruchfreien Einbau solcher Platten eine vorzügliche neue Eigenschaft bedeutet und die Kosten der Herstellung von dünnen Steinplatten senkt, die zum Beispiel als Küchenarbeitsplatten, Fassadenplatten und anderen Platten aus Stein, Kunststein oder Keramik Verwendung finden.

Claims (11)

  1. Stein- Kunststein- oder Keramikplatte, die durch einen oder mehrere Material-Streifen an der Kante oder den Kanten an der Unterseite der Platte stabilisiert ist, wobei der stabilisierende Streifen selbst aus Steingut, Keramik, Glas, Holz oder anderem druckstabilem Material besteht, welches an Oberseite und Unterseite mit Fasern beschichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern an der Unterseite des Streifens hauptsächlich in Längsrichtung ausgerichtet sind.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserschichten auf der Oberseite des Streifens hauptsächlich in Längsrichtung angeordnet sind.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserschichten auf der Oberseite des Streifens hauptsächlich in Querrichtung angeordnet sind.
  4. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserschichten auf der Oberseite des Streifens in einer Schicht ausschließlich in Querrichtung angeordnet sind und in einer weiteren Schicht an der Oberseite ausschließlich in Längsrichtung ausgerichtet sind.
  5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberste Faserschicht auf der Oberseite des Streifens ausschließlich in Längsrichtung als Schicht angeordnet ist.
  6. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserschichten unter Vorspannung auf den Streifen aus druckstabilem Material aufgebracht sind.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserschicht aus Carbonfasern, Glasfasern oder Steinfasern bzw. einem Gemisch aus diesen Fasern besteht.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der beschichtete Streifen in seinem Kern aus Naturstein, Basalt, Granit, Marmor, Keramik, Glaskeramik, Kunststein, Beton, Glas, anderen mineralischen Materialien oder Hartholz besteht.
  9. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausdehnungskoeffizient eines aus Steingut bestehenden Streifen möglichst gleich oder identisch dem der zu stabilisierenden Steinlatte ist.
  10. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Streifen mit einer speziell in Längsrichtung zugstabil ausgeführten Oberseite des Streifen in einer Ausfräsung unterhalb der Platte möglichst dicht unter die Oberfläche der zu stabilisierenden Steinplatte angebracht bzw. eingebracht oder eingeklebt wird.
  11. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Streifen mit einer speziell in Längsrichtung zugstabil ausgeführten Oberseite des Streifen in einer Ausfräsung unterhalb der Platte so eingebaut ist, dass die Oberseite des Streifen oberhalb der Mittellinie der zu stabilisierenden Steinplatte angebracht bzw. eingebracht oder eingeklebt wird.
