Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 積層ガラス、及びプラスチック層又は更なるガラス層を伴い、従来の熱交換器又は太陽光発電変換器のいずれかからなる、平面型若しくはアーチ型の太陽電池モジュールパネル又は太陽モジュール槽(以下、太陽電池モジュールと称する)の構成であって、前記太陽モジュールが、繊維で安定化させた石材製の枠により端部で補強される、という点を特徴とする、太陽電池モジュールの構成。
- 前記石材が、天然石若しくは人造石又はコンクリートであるという点を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 前記石材を安定化させる前記繊維が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、石繊維、アラミド繊維若しくはその他の繊維、又はこれらの繊維の混合物のいずれかであるという事実を特徴とする、請求項1及び2に記載の構成。
- 前記枠の前記石層が、前記繊維によりプレストレスを施されているという事実を特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の構成。
- 前記繊維が樹脂と結合しているという点を特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の構成。
- 前記枠が、好ましくは熱硬化性エポキシド樹脂を用いて太陽モジュールと堅く接合している、又は好ましくはシリコン系接着剤組成物を用いて太陽モジュールと接着している、という点を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 石材枠の手助けにより、前記太陽モジュールを壁上又はその他の正面固定具上に固定することを可能にする固定装置を、前記枠が有するという点を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 家屋の正面に複数の太陽モジュールを形成することができるという点を特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の構成。
