Abstract
本发明涉及一种在一个用冷却和润滑油工作的湿式离合器和制动器组件中的装置,其目的是获得一种取决于转速和温度、具有开关元件的冷却和润滑油排放,它可以使机器无故障地和与不同的工作状态无关地运行,并在旋转的离合器壳的情况下将使用范围扩展到低转速区。按本发明为达到促使可靠地回油并因而扩大使用范围和提高工作可靠性的目的,采取以下措施来完成:在旋转的离合器壳(2)内部制有齿环(3),它通过小齿轮(11)驱动油泵(10)。尤其是将油泵(10)装在制动器壳(4)上或装在制动器壳(4)内。
Description
本发明涉及在成形技术的机器上开关元件的设计。
在已知的液压式开关和流过冷却与润滑油的开关元件(离合器和制动器)中,在离合器和制动器内流动的油的排放,大多在油的重力作用下进行。在已知的另一些方案中,旋转的离合器壳可以在壳体内部形成一个由离心力造成的油环。因此,用一根插入此油环内的吸管从开关元件排油,要穿过制动器壳和支承(空心轴)进行。为了形成一个推动油运动的离心力必需有一个最低转速,这当然是一个缺点。所以这一方案仅限于具有高转速的开关元件(调节式传动装置,低速轴例如偏心轴传动装置)。
此外,由于所使用的冷却和润滑油的粘度特性,所以工作效果与温度有非常密切的关系。因此特别在此装置起动时和油温低时,在开关特性方面存在严重问题(浸没在油中的摩擦片粘结,制动时停车位置摆动)以及在或许只用迷宫式密封装置密封的开关元件的密封性方面存在严重问题。由于起动时排油的情况极差,在极端情况下可能发生为开关元件工作所装设的容器(液压机组)内全部油量都被压入开关元件中,因此在油的返回进行之前,容器内被监控的油位已导致关闭机器。作为反措施,设置昂贵的加热系统用于油的加热,并结合采用大容积的容器。
本发明的目标是创造一种与转速和温度无关的、具有已知开关元件的冷却和润滑油的排放,它可以在没有上述工作故障的情况下使机器运行,以及,它将具有旋转的离合器壳的开关元件的使用范围扩展到低转速区。
本发明的任务是提供一种装置,它能保证从开关元件回油,并因而扩大了开关元件的使用范围,提高了工作可靠性。按本发明在旋转的离合器壳内部制有齿环,它通过小齿轮驱动油泵。
上述任务的技术解决方案在于,在一个用冷却和润滑油工作的湿式离合器-制动器中的装置,上述离合器-制动器具有离合器部件和制动器部件,并作为成形技术机器上的开关元件,所述装置将油从液压机组压入成形技术机器的开关元件中并回到液压机组,其中,离合器部件借助于不断旋转的离合器壳传动,其特征在于有一个泵,它经一个小齿轮由一个在旋转的离合器壳内部设置的齿环传动,由泵建立从开关元件流出油到液压机组的油回路,其中,泵固定在制动器壳上,制动器部件通过该制动器壳被不可旋转地固定。
下面按照略图详细说明本发明合乎目的的实施形式。
飞轮1(或驱动轮)装在空心轴12上,并通过不断旋转的离合器壳2驱动离合器-制动器组件9的离合器部件。
离合器-制动器组件9的制动器部件通过制动器壳4与空心轴12不可旋转地固定。为了接通(闭合),压力油经开关油连接管7通过从动轴6到9中,断开(制动)是在切断压力油时由制动器的弹簧力完成。冷却油环流8同样通过在从动轴6上的孔进行,油保证持续地冷却和润滑开关元件,并从离合器-制动器组件9流到旋转的离合器壳2边缘。油泵10(例如叶片泵)固定在制动器壳4上,或只是作为油泵转子装在制动器壳4内。泵的驱动不断地通过被齿环3传动的小齿轮11进行。通过选择3与11之间的传动比,实现泵10的输送能力与要输送的油量最佳匹配。从而使油从液压机组至机器的开关元件以及从开关元件返回液压机组的循环特性保持不变,因为这是由泵10保证的。
Claims (1)
1、在一个用冷却和润滑油工作的湿式离合器-制动器中的装置,上述离合器-制动器具有离合器部件和制动器部件,并作为成形技术机器上的开关元件,所述装置将油从液压机组压入成形技术机器的开关元件中并回到液压机组,其中,离合器部件借助于不断旋转的离合器壳传动,其特征在于有一个泵(10),它经一个小齿轮(11)由一个在旋转的离合器壳(2)内部设置的齿环(3)传动,
由泵(10)建立从开关元件流出油到液压机组的油回路,其中,泵(10)固定在制动器壳(4)上,制动器部件通过该制动器壳被不可旋转地固定。
