Claims (5)
- 回転軸を回転可能に嵌入するブレーキケースと、該ブレーキケース内で前記回転軸よりも半径方向の外側に配置された複数の回転側ブレーキ板と、該各回転側ブレーキ板と交互に重なり合う状態で前記ブレーキケース内に配置された複数の非回転側ブレーキ板と、前記回転側ブレーキ板と非回転側ブレーキ板とを押圧して摩擦係合させることにより前記回転軸に制動力を付与するブレーキピストンと、前記ブレーキケースに設けられその内部に潤滑油が流入する潤滑油流入口および前記ブレーキケースから前記潤滑油が流出する潤滑油流出口とを備えてなる湿式ブレーキ装置において、
前記潤滑油流入口は、前記回転側ブレーキ板と非回転側ブレーキ板との外径側部位に向けて前記潤滑油を流入させるものであり、
前記潤滑油流出口は、前記回転側ブレーキ板と非回転側ブレーキ板との内径側部位から排出された前記潤滑油を前記ブレーキケースの外部へ流出させるものであり、
前記回転側ブレーキ板と前記非回転側ブレーキ板とのうちの少なくとも一方のブレーキ板の摩擦係合面には、前記回転側ブレーキ板と前記非回転側ブレーキ板との外径側から内径側に向けて前記潤滑油を流通させる油溝を設け、
前記ブレーキピストンにより前記回転軸に制動力を付与したときに、前記潤滑油流入口から前記ブレーキケース内に流入する前記潤滑油は、前記油溝のみを通じて前記回転側ブレーキ板と前記非回転側ブレーキ板との外径側から内径側に向けて流通する構成としたことを特徴とする湿式ブレーキ装置。 - 前記潤滑油流入口から前記ブレーキケース内に流入する前記潤滑油は、油圧アクチュエータを駆動して加圧状態にある作動油の戻り油であり、
前記潤滑油は、前記回転側ブレーキ板と前記非回転側ブレーキ板との外径側から内径側に向けて加圧状態で流通する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の湿式ブレーキ装置。 - 前記非回転側ブレーキ板には前記回転側ブレーキ板と摩擦係合する摩擦材を設け、該摩擦材には前記油溝を設ける構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載の湿式ブレーキ装置。
- 前記非回転側ブレーキ板は、内径側部位に前記回転軸の軸径よりも大径な大径孔を設けると共に、該大径孔の位置よりも径方向外側部位に前記摩擦材を設ける構成とし、
前記回転側ブレーキ板は、内径側部位に前記回転軸と係合する係合孔を設けると共に、前記摩擦材が当接する径方向外側部位と前記係合孔との間の摩擦材非接触面に前記潤滑油が流通する貫通孔を設ける構成としてなる請求項3に記載の湿式ブレーキ装置。 - 前記回転軸は、前記ブレーキケース内を上,下方向に延びる構成とし、
前記非回転側ブレーキ板は、前記回転側ブレーキ板と上,下方向に対面して配置する構成としてなる請求項1,2,3または4に記載の湿式ブレーキ装置。
