Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法包括以下步骤,且各步骤中组分按重量份计算:步骤一,制备预乳液;步骤二、将过硫酸钾0.1~0.5份溶解到1~5份水中搅拌至溶解;步骤三、向反应釜中加入30~40份水,加热至80℃后,将上述预乳液缓慢加入反应釜中,加入完毕后,保持反应釜内70~80℃,边搅拌边缓慢加入滴加上述过硫酸钾溶液,滴加完毕后,保温2h后降温至50℃,依次加入马来酸二酰肼0.1~0.5份、油酸三乙醇胺1~1.5份、消泡剂0.03~0.1份,获得组分A;步骤四、三聚氰胺磷酸酯10~20份,哌嗪多磷酸酯20~30份,哌嗪焦磷酸酯10~20份,四苯基焦磷酸酯10~20份,卤烷基磷酸酯30~40份,双酚A二磷酸酯10~20份混合均匀,获得组分B;步骤五、将组分A和组分B混合均匀。过滤获得阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的水性丙烯酸树脂基本无阻燃性,为了达到阻燃性能,就 要加入大量的阻燃剂,大量的阻燃剂加入势必会影响产品性能。加入的阻燃剂量大,成膜树脂的量相对就少了,牢度就差了;而为了提高牢度,就要增加树脂量,阻燃剂量相对减少,阻燃性降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法,通过该方法制备的阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂具有良好的阻燃性,且成膜性能良好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤,且各步骤中组分按重量份计算:
步骤一,将丙烯酸甲酯30~40份、丙烯酸丁酯20~30份、甲基丙烯酸乙酯5~10份、二甲氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺1~2份加入乳化釜搅拌溶解为透明液体,加入表面活性剂2~3份溶解后形成浅黄色液体,继续加入水10~20份,搅拌均匀后呈浅黄色糊状预乳液;
步骤二、将过硫酸钾0.1~0.5份溶解到1~5份水中搅拌至溶解;
步骤三、向反应釜中加入30~40份水,加热至80℃后,将上述预乳液缓慢加入反应釜中,加入完毕后,保持反应釜内70~80℃,边搅拌边缓慢加入滴加上述过硫酸钾溶液,滴加完毕后,保温2h后降温至50℃,依次加入马来酸二酰肼0.1~0.5份、油酸三乙醇胺1~1.5份、消泡剂0.03~0.1份,获得组分A;
步骤四、三聚氰胺磷酸酯10~20份,哌嗪多磷酸酯20~30份,哌嗪焦磷酸酯10~20份,四苯基焦磷酸酯10~20份,卤烷基磷酸酯30~40份,双酚A二磷酸酯10~20份混合均匀,获得组分B;
步骤五、将组分A和组分B混合均匀。过滤获得阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法,通过该方法制备的阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂具有良好的阻燃性,且成膜性能良好。

实施例:
一种阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤,且各步骤中组分按重量份计算:
步骤一,将丙烯酸甲酯30~40份、丙烯酸丁酯20~30份、甲基丙烯酸乙酯5~10份、二甲氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺1~2份加入乳化釜搅拌溶解为透明液体,加入表面活性剂2~3份溶解后形成浅黄色液体,继续加入水10~20份,搅拌均匀后呈浅黄色糊状预乳液;
步骤二、将过硫酸钾0.1~0.5份溶解到1~5份水中搅拌至溶解;
步骤三、向反应釜中加入30~40份水,加热至80℃后,将上述预乳液缓慢加入反应釜中,加入完毕后,保持反应釜内70~80℃,边搅拌边缓慢加入滴加上述过硫酸钾溶液,滴加完毕后,保温2h后降温至50℃,依次加入马来酸二酰肼0.1~0.5份、油酸三乙醇胺1~1.5份、消泡剂0.03~0.1份,获得组分A;

步骤五、将组分A和组分B混合均匀。过滤获得阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂。

1.一种阻燃型水性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,且各步骤中组分按重量份计算:
步骤一,将丙烯酸甲酯30~40份、丙烯酸丁酯20~30份、甲基丙烯酸乙酯5~10份、二甲氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺1~2份加入乳化釜搅拌溶解为透明液体,加入表面活性剂2~3份溶解后形成浅黄色液体,继续加入水10~20份,搅拌均匀后呈浅黄色糊状预乳液;
步骤二、将过硫酸钾0.1~0.5份溶解到1~5份水中搅拌至溶解;
