本发明公开的是纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂及其制备方法,它按质量份包括以下原料;阻燃单体10‑30份;可聚合硬单体5‑20份;丙烯酸软单体5‑10份;功能性单体0.5‑5份;乳化剂0.1‑1.5份;引发剂0.1‑0.4份;氧化剂0.1‑0.4份;还原剂0.08‑0.15份;水35‑60份。本发明不仅具有优越的硬挺和阻燃效果,而且具有施工方便、耐水性好的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂及其制备方法,属于纺织品用阻燃剂技术领域。
技术背景
随着社会经济和纺织工业的迅速发展,人们物质文化生活水平的提高,民用衣着,装饰以及工业用纺织品的需求量大大增加,由纺织品燃烧引起的火灾也日益增多,因此,对各类纺织品的阻燃性能日益受到人们的重视。现有的如应用于窗帘、服饰等纺织品需要加入硬挺剂,使面料变硬挺,但是加入硬挺剂后,纺织品更加易燃。因此如何研发一款兼具阻燃和硬挺效果的应用纺织品的硬挺阻燃剂,成为了业界亟待解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂及其制备方法。本发明不仅具有优越的硬挺和阻燃效果,而且具有施工方便、耐水性好的特点。
本发明的技术方案。纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂,按质量份包括以下原料;

前述的纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂中,所述的阻燃单体选自三溴苯基烯丙基醚、三溴苯基马来酰亚胺或丙烯酸五溴苄酯。
前述的纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂中,所述的丙烯酸软单体选自甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯或甲基丙烯酸异辛酯。
前述的纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂中,所述的功能性单体包括丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、衣康酸、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酸中的一种或几种。
前述的纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂中,所述的乳化剂选自十二烷基硫酸钠和/或烷基聚氧乙烯醚;所述的引发剂为过硫酸铵;所述的氧化还原剂包括双氧水和维生素C。
前述的纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂中,所述的阻燃单体选自三溴苯基烯丙基醚;所述的可聚合硬单体选自甲基丙烯酸甲酯;所述的丙烯酸软单体选自丙烯酸丁酯;所述的功能性单体选自丙烯酰胺。
前述的纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤;
a、预乳化;取总量60-80%的水、取总量60-80%乳化剂、可聚合硬单体、丙烯酸软单体和功能性单体混合,加入阻燃单体进行溶解,待溶解完成后,全部加入乳化釜中高速搅拌进行预乳化,搅拌转速为1000-3000r/min,搅拌10-30min后形成预乳化液;
b、种子聚合;在反应釜中加入剩余的水和乳化剂,以50-200r/min的转速进行搅拌,边搅拌边加热,当温度达到60℃时,加入总量的20-50%的引发剂;当温度达到75℃时,快速滴加入预乳化液总量的20-40%,滴加过程控制在15分钟内完成,加完后于75-85℃保温反应30分钟左右;
c、聚合反应;再滴入剩余的预乳化液和剩余的引发剂,滴加完后控制反应温度在78-85℃,时间5-8小时进行反应,反应完毕后,升温到90-95℃,保温反应30-60分钟,降温至50-60℃之间加入氧化还原剂进行后除去残余单体,过滤出料,得到成品。
前述的纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤;
a、预乳化;取总量70%的水、取总量70%乳化剂、可聚合硬单体、丙烯酸软单体和功能性单体混合,加入阻燃单体进行溶解,待溶解完成后,全部加入乳化釜中高速搅拌进行预乳化,搅拌转速为2000r/min,搅拌20min后形成预乳化液;
b、种子聚合;在反应釜中加入剩余的水和乳化剂,以150r/min的转速进行搅拌,边搅拌边加热,当温度达到60℃时,加入总量的35%的引发剂;当温度达到75℃时,快速滴加入预乳化液总量的30%,滴加过程控制在15分钟内完成,加完后于80℃保温反应30分钟左右;
c、聚合反应;再滴入剩余的预乳化液和剩余的引发剂,滴加完后控制反应温度在80℃,时间7小时进行反应,反应完毕后,升温到90-95℃,保温反应45分钟,降温至55℃之间加入氧化还原剂进行后除去残余单体,过滤出料,得到成品。
前述的纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂的制备方法,将纺织品面料采用浸轧工艺,直接浸入阻燃剂中,轧余率控制在70-80%,160℃1-2分钟烘干,即可获得硬挺阻燃纺织品。
与现有技术比较,本发明既可以赋予优越的硬挺效果,又具有良好的阻燃效果,耐水性好,使用方便,适合用做纺织品的阻燃硬挺剂。
阻燃性测试:经GB/T5455纺织品燃烧性能实验垂直法进行试验,结果火焰高度3.8cm,测试时间12秒,大幅提高了阻燃效果。
硬挺度测试:将经过硬挺整理后的织物剪成2.5cm*25cm,在硬挺度测试仪上测定,并计算硬挺度的变化百分率=(S2/S1-1)*100%,式中,S1\S2分别为织物处理前后的硬挺度,经检测本发明的硬挺度可以达到9.85,效果也非常显著。
具体实施方式
实施例1:纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂,按质量份包括以下原料;
上述纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂,依次包括以下步骤:
a、预乳化;取总量70%的水、取总量70%乳化剂、可聚合硬单体、丙烯酸软单体和功能性单体混合,加入阻燃单体进行溶解,待溶解完成后,全部加入乳化釜中高速搅拌进行预乳化,搅拌转速为2000r/min,搅拌20min后形成预乳化液;
b、种子聚合;在反应釜中加入剩余的水和乳化剂,以150r/min的转速进行搅拌,边搅拌边加热,当温度达到60℃时,加入总量的35%的引发剂;当温度达到75℃时,快速滴加入预乳化液总量的30%,滴加过程控制在15分钟内完成,加完后于80℃保温反应30分钟左右;
c、聚合反应;再滴入剩余的预乳化液和剩余的引发剂,滴加完后控制反应温度在80℃,时间7小时进行反应,反应完毕后,升温到90-95℃,保温反应45分钟,降温至55℃之间加入氧化还原剂进行后除去残余单体,过滤出料,得到成品。

b、种子聚合;在反应釜中加入剩余的水和乳化剂,以50r/min的转速进行搅拌,边搅拌边加热,当温度达到60℃时,加入总量的45%的引发剂;当温度达到75℃时,快速滴加入预乳化液总量的40%,滴加过程控制在15分钟内完成,加完后于78℃保温反应30分钟左右;
c、聚合反应;再滴入剩余的预乳化液和剩余的引发剂,滴加完后控制反应温度在82℃,时间5小时进行反应,反应完毕后,升温到92℃,保温反应55分钟,降温至50℃之间加入氧化还原剂进行后除去残余单体,过滤出料,得到成品。
上述的硬挺阻燃剂的纺织品的制备方法,将纺织品面料采用浸轧工艺,直接浸入阻燃剂中,轧余率控制在72%,160℃2分钟烘干,即可获得硬挺阻燃纺织品。
实施例3:申请人对使用了实施例1、2中的硬挺阻燃剂的纺织品作了阻燃性和硬挺度测试,测试结果如下:
测试结果显示,与常规阻燃剂相比,本发明的产品在硬挺度和阻燃性方面均效果显著。
实施例4:纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂,按质量份包括以下原料;
上述纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂,依次包括以下步骤:
a、预乳化;取总量60%的水、取总量80%乳化剂、可聚合硬单体、丙烯酸软单体和功能性单体混合,加入阻燃单体进行溶解,待溶解完成后,全部加入乳化釜中高速搅拌进行预乳化,搅拌转速为3000r/min,搅拌15min后形成预乳化液;
b、种子聚合;在反应釜中加入剩余的水和乳化剂,以50r/min的转速进行搅拌,边搅拌边加热,当温度达到60℃时,加入总量的45%的引发剂;当温度达到75℃时,快速滴加入预乳化液总量的40%,滴加过程控制在15分钟内完成,加完后于78℃保温反应30分钟左右;
c、聚合反应;再滴入剩余的预乳化液和剩余的引发剂,滴加完后控制反应温度在82℃,时间5小时进行反应,反应完毕后,升温到92℃,保温反应55分钟,降温至50℃之间加入氧化还原剂进行后除去残余单体,过滤出料,得到成品。
上述的硬挺阻燃剂的纺织品的制备方法,将纺织品面料采用浸轧工艺,直接浸入阻燃剂中,轧余率控制在72%,160℃2分钟烘干,即可获得硬挺阻燃纺织品。

Claims (1)

1.纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂,其特征在于:按质量份包括以下原料;
甲基丙烯酸甲酯 10份;
甲基丙烯酸丁酯 8份;
三溴苯基马来酰亚胺 20份;
甲基丙烯酸 1份;
丙烯酰胺 1.5份;
十二烷基硫酸钠 0.5份;
烷基聚氧乙烯醚 0.5份;
过硫酸铵 0.3份;
双氧水 0.3份;
维生素C 0.1份;
水 50份;
上述纺织品用硬挺阻燃剂,依次包括以下步骤:
a、预乳化;取总量70%的水、取总量70%乳化剂、可聚合硬单体、丙烯酸软单体和功能性单体混合,加入阻燃单体进行溶解,待溶解完成后,全部加入乳化釜中高速搅拌进行预乳化,搅拌转速为2000r/min,搅拌20min 后形成预乳化液;
b、种子聚合;在反应釜中加入剩余的水和乳化剂,以 150r/min的转速进行搅拌,边搅拌边加热,当温度达到60℃时,加入总量的35%的引发剂;当温度达到75℃时,快速滴加入预乳化液总量的30%,滴加过程控制在15分钟内完成,加完后于80℃保温反应30分钟左右;
c、聚合反应;再滴入剩余的预乳化液和剩余的引发剂,滴加完后控制反应温度在80℃,时间7小时进行反应,反应完毕后,升温到90-95℃,保温反应45分钟,降温至55℃之间加入氧化还原剂进行后除去残余单体,过滤出料,得到成品;

上述的制备方法中,所述的可聚合硬单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯,所述的丙烯酸软单体为甲基丙烯酸丁酯,所述的阻燃单体为三溴苯基马来酰亚胺,所述的功能性单体为甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺,所述的乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠和烷基聚氧乙烯醚,所述的引发剂为过硫酸铵,所述的氧化还原剂为双氧水和维生素C。
