背景技术
防腐涂料,一般分为常规防腐涂料和重防腐涂料,是油漆涂料中必不可少的一种涂料。常规防腐涂料是在一般条件下,对金属等起到防腐蚀的作用,保护有色金属使用的寿命;重防腐涂料是指相对常规防腐涂料而言,能在相对苛刻腐蚀环境里应用,并具有能达到比常规防腐涂料更长保护期的一类防腐涂料。如今防腐涂料已成为涂料领域的重要的生力军,防腐涂料发挥着越来越大的作用,发展前景可观。但传统产品逐渐改进完善,新的产品不断研发问世,要适应防腐市场和环保法规发展中新的标准和要求,尚需积极进取,持续创新。防腐涂料,一般分为常规防腐涂料和重防腐涂料,是油漆涂料中必不可少的一种涂料。常规防腐涂料是在一般条件下,对金属等起到防腐蚀的作用,保护有色金属使用的寿命;重防腐涂料是指相对常规防腐涂料而言,能在相对苛刻腐蚀环境里应用,并具有能达到比常规防腐涂料更长保护期的一类防腐涂料。
丙烯酸涂料以丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯及苯乙烯等乙烯基类单体为主要原料合成的共聚物称为丙烯酸树脂,以其为成膜基料的涂料称作丙烯酸树脂涂料。该类涂料具有色浅、保色、保光、耐候、耐腐蚀和耐污染等优点,使用温度范围宽,已广泛应用于汽车、飞机、机械、电子、家具、建筑、皮革涂饰、造纸、印染、木材加工、工业塑料及日用品的涂饰。
CN 101892001A公开了一种基于改性丙烯酸树脂的防腐蚀涂料及其制备方法。该防腐蚀涂料按质量百分比计:由端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷接枝改性丙烯酸树脂20~35%;鳞片状锌粉20~45%;球状锌粉10~20%;磷铁粉5~10%;改性膨润土增稠剂1~2%;乙酸丁酯15~20%组分组成。该防腐蚀涂料先通过溶液聚合方法合成硅橡胶接枝改性丙烯酸树脂,然后再按照比例将上述组分通过高速搅拌研磨均匀。制备好的涂料通过喷涂、刷涂、辊涂等手段涂覆于金属表面,常温干燥成膜。但是这种丙烯酸涂料存在着防腐性能不好,附着力不高的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:丙烯酸系的防腐涂料存在着防腐性能不高、附着力不好的问题,对其制备工艺进行了改进。
技术方案:
一种丙烯酸系防腐涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
第1步、改性丙烯酸树脂的制备:按重量份计,在反应器中加入水140~200份、乳化剂3~6份,搅拌均匀,再加入甲基丙烯酸异丁酯20~35份、六氟丙烯2~6份、苯乙烯7~12份、氯丁二烯4~7份,搅拌均匀后,再加入引发剂0.4~0.8份,加热进行聚合反应,结束反应后,得到改性丙烯酸树脂乳液;
第2步、改性填料的制备:取SiC 4~7份、碳酸钠3~6份,混合均匀后,放置于石英舟中,加热升温至700~800℃,保温,放冷后,将固体物用稀盐酸洗涤至恒重,得到刻蚀SiC;将刻蚀SiC与三聚磷酸铝4~6份、甘油5~10份混合均匀后,进行球磨,得到改性填料;
第3步、将改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、改性填料、硅溶胶8~16份、磷酸锌4~6份、颜填料16~24份、润湿剂1~3份、分散剂1~3份、消泡剂1~3份混合,然后分散均匀后,即可。
所述的第1步中,引发剂选自过氧化氢、过硫酸钾、异丙苯过氧化氢、二异丙苯过氧化氢、对甲基丙苯过氧化氢。
所述的第1步中,乳化剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、羟基烷基磺酸钠、二异辛基丁二酸酯磺酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺。
所述的第1步中,聚合反应的温度是70~80℃,聚合反应时间是1~2小时。
所述的第2步中,球磨压力4~6 MPa,球磨时间1~2小时。
所述的第3步中,硅溶胶的固含量5%~20%。
所述的第3步中,颜填料是氧化铁红、钛白粉、硫酸钡、滑石粉、云母粉中的一种或几种任意比例的混合物。

本发明通过对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,并通过对填料进行改性,提高了涂料的耐腐蚀性能和附着力。

实施例1
第1步、改性丙烯酸树脂的制备:在反应器中加入水140Kg、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3Kg,搅拌均匀,再加入甲基丙烯酸异丁酯20Kg、六氟丙烯2Kg、苯乙烯7Kg、氯丁二烯4Kg,搅拌均匀后,再加入引发剂异丙苯过氧化氢0.4Kg,加热进行聚合反应,聚合反应的温度是70℃,聚合反应时间是1小时,结束反应后,得到改性丙烯酸树脂乳液;
第2步、改性填料的制备:取SiC 4Kg、碳酸钠3Kg,混合均匀后,放置于石英舟中,加热升温至700℃,保温,放冷后,将固体物用稀盐酸洗涤至恒重,得到刻蚀SiC;将刻蚀SiC与三聚磷酸铝4Kg、甘油5Kg混合均匀后,进行球磨,球磨压力4 MPa,球磨时间1小时,得到改性填料;
第3步、将改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、改性填料、硅溶胶(固含量5%) 8Kg、磷酸锌4Kg、颜填料滑石粉16Kg、润湿剂1Kg、分散剂1Kg、消泡剂1Kg混合,然后分散均匀后,即可。
实施例2
第1步、改性丙烯酸树脂的制备:在反应器中加入水200Kg、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6Kg,搅拌均匀,再加入甲基丙烯酸异丁酯35Kg、六氟丙烯6Kg、苯乙烯12Kg、氯丁二烯7Kg,搅拌均匀后,再加入引发剂异丙苯过氧化氢0.8Kg,加热进行聚合反应,聚合反应的温度是80℃,聚合反应时间是2小时,结束反应后,得到改性丙烯酸树脂乳液;
第2步、改性填料的制备:取SiC7Kg、碳酸钠6Kg,混合均匀后,放置于石英舟中,加热升温至800℃,保温,放冷后,将固体物用稀盐酸洗涤至恒重,得到刻蚀SiC;将刻蚀SiC与三聚磷酸铝6Kg、甘油10Kg混合均匀后,进行球磨,球磨压力6 MPa,球磨时间2小时,得到改性填料;
第3步、将改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、改性填料、硅溶胶(固含量20%)16Kg、磷酸锌6Kg、颜填料滑石粉24Kg、润湿剂3Kg、分散剂3Kg、消泡剂3Kg混合,然后分散均匀后,即可。
实施例3
第1步、改性丙烯酸树脂的制备:在反应器中加入水150Kg、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5Kg,搅拌均匀,再加入甲基丙烯酸异丁酯25Kg、六氟丙烯5Kg、苯乙烯10Kg、氯丁二烯6Kg,搅拌均匀后,再加入引发剂异丙苯过氧化氢0.6Kg,加热进行聚合反应,聚合反应的温度是77℃,聚合反应时间是1小时,结束反应后,得到改性丙烯酸树脂乳液;
第2步、改性填料的制备:取SiC 6Kg、碳酸钠5Kg,混合均匀后,放置于石英舟中,加热升温至750℃,保温,放冷后,将固体物用稀盐酸洗涤至恒重,得到刻蚀SiC;将刻蚀SiC与三聚磷酸铝5Kg、甘油8Kg混合均匀后,进行球磨,球磨压力8 MPa,球磨时间2小时,得到改性填料;
第3步、将改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、改性填料、硅溶胶(固含量10%) 12Kg、磷酸锌5Kg、颜填料滑石粉20Kg、润湿剂2Kg、分散剂2Kg、消泡剂2Kg混合,然后分散均匀后,即可。

与实施例3的区别在于:第1步中未加入六氟丙烯。
第1步、改性丙烯酸树脂的制备:在反应器中加入水150Kg、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5Kg,搅拌均匀,再加入甲基丙烯酸异丁酯25Kg、苯乙烯10Kg、氯丁二烯6Kg,搅拌均匀后,再加入引发剂异丙苯过氧化氢0.6Kg,加热进行聚合反应,聚合反应的温度是77℃,聚合反应时间是1小时,结束反应后,得到改性丙烯酸树脂乳液;
第2步、改性填料的制备:取SiC 6Kg、碳酸钠5Kg,混合均匀后,放置于石英舟中,加热升温至750℃,保温,放冷后,将固体物用稀盐酸洗涤至恒重,得到刻蚀SiC;将刻蚀SiC与三聚磷酸铝5Kg、甘油8Kg混合均匀后,进行球磨,球磨压力8 MPa,球磨时间2小时,得到改性填料;
第3步、将改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、改性填料、硅溶胶(固含量10%) 12Kg、磷酸锌5Kg、颜填料滑石粉20Kg、润湿剂2Kg、分散剂2Kg、消泡剂2Kg混合,然后分散均匀后,即可。
对照例2
与实施例3的区别在于:第2步中的SiC未经过改性,SiC与三聚磷酸铝是直接在第3步中加入。
第1步、改性丙烯酸树脂的制备:在反应器中加入水150Kg、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5Kg,搅拌均匀,再加入甲基丙烯酸异丁酯25Kg、六氟丙烯5Kg、苯乙烯10Kg、氯丁二烯6Kg,搅拌均匀后,再加入引发剂异丙苯过氧化氢0.6Kg,加热进行聚合反应,聚合反应的温度是77℃,聚合反应时间是1小时,结束反应后,得到改性丙烯酸树脂乳液;
第2步、将改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、硅溶胶(固含量10%) 12Kg、磷酸锌5Kg、SiC 6Kg、甘油8Kg、颜填料滑石粉20Kg、润湿剂2Kg、分散剂2Kg、消泡剂2Kg混合,然后分散均匀后,即可。
涂料性能测试按相应的国家标准规定的测试方法测试,测试结果如表1所示。

从表中可以看出,对照例1中由于未加入六氟丙烯对涂料进行改性,导致涂料成膜之后的附着力较低,而且耐盐雾性能也不如实施例2;对照例2中由于未对填料进行改性,导致涂料的附着力和耐腐蚀性能都不高。

1.一种丙烯酸系防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
第1步、改性丙烯酸树脂的制备:按重量份计,在反应器中加入水140~200份、乳化剂3~6份,搅拌均匀,再加入甲基丙烯酸异丁酯20~35份、六氟丙烯2~6份、苯乙烯7~12份、氯丁二烯4~7份,搅拌均匀后,再加入引发剂0.4~0.8份,加热进行聚合反应,结束反应后,得到改性丙烯酸树脂乳液;
第2步、改性填料的制备:取SiC 4~7份、碳酸钠3~6份,混合均匀后,放置于石英舟中,加热升温至700~800℃,保温,放冷后,将固体物用稀盐酸洗涤至恒重,得到刻蚀SiC;将刻蚀SiC与三聚磷酸铝4~6份、甘油5~10份混合均匀后,进行球磨,得到改性填料;
第3步、将改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、改性填料、硅溶胶8~16份、磷酸锌4~6份、颜填料16~24份、润湿剂1~3份、分散剂1~3份、消泡剂1~3份混合,然后分散均匀后,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸系防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第1步中,引发剂选自过氧化氢、过硫酸钾、异丙苯过氧化氢或二异丙苯过氧化氢。

5.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸系防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第2步中,球磨压力4~6 MPa,球磨时间1~2小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸系防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第3步中,硅溶胶的固含量5%~20%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸系防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第3步中,颜填料是氧化铁红、钛白粉、硫酸钡、滑石粉、云母粉中的一种或几种任意比例的混合物。
