Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,属于水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备技术领域,具体过程为:向反应釜中加入水、乳化剂、丙烯酸树脂,其中,乳化剂全部加入釜底,采用连续滴加法,滴加温度在78-80℃,制备得两种成膜温度不同的乳液,在滴加过程中,加入石墨烯溶液,最后将两种乳液按一定质量分数调配。本发明中乳液具有内软外硬的特性,具有成膜性更好,光泽度更加好的水性涂层,适宜广泛应用印刷包装行业,产品环保安全,具有高光,高耐磨特性,能达到很好的防水效果,有效改善涂层的耐紫外线特性,使丙烯酸乳液的耐老化性能提高明显。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备技术领域,更具体地涉及一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法。
背景技术
涂层材料广泛应用印刷包装行业,每时每刻都在与人类直接或间接接触,有毒、有害涂料已也时刻威胁着人们的健康。丙烯酸酯类树脂涂料最大的市场为轿车漆,此外在轻工、家用电器、金属家庭用具、铝制品、卷材工业、仪器仪表、修建、纺织品、塑料制品、木制品、造纸等工业均有广泛应用,而在这些使用领域,涂料大部分需要耐受长期的紫外线照射、雨水冲刷及各种磨损,要求涂料不仅仅具有高光性,同时应具有良好的其他特性。
而现有技术中丙烯酸酯类树脂涂料耐光性一般,抗磨耗性能差、成膜性差、防水性差、不具有抗老化的特性,因此需要对其进行改性,保护生命财产的安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,以解决上述现有技术不足的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份计向反应釜加入去离子水470份,将120份丙烯酸树脂加入釜底,升温到40℃,滴加氨水46份,调节PH7-8,搅拌两个小时,升温到70℃加入乳化剂,搅拌半小时,升温至78℃,加入引发剂5份,滴加苯乙烯50份和丙烯酸丁脂290份的混合单体,滴加时间控制在三个小时,前半小时以一半的速度滴加,温度控制78-80℃,滴加一半时,将10份羟甲基丙烯酰胺和1.5份双丙酮丙烯酰胺溶解于40份水的溶液向反应釜中滴加,单体滴加剩余三分之一的时候,同时滴加硅烷偶联剂1份和石墨烯溶液3份,全部滴加完毕十分钟之后补加引发剂0.2份,升温至86℃,保温一个小时,200目过滤网过滤,得到成膜乳液A;
(2)按重量份计向反应釜加入去离子水455份,将120份丙烯酸树脂加入釜底,升温到40℃,滴加氨水46份,调节PH7-8,搅拌两个小时,升温到70℃加入乳化剂,搅拌半小时,升温至78℃,加入引发剂5份,滴加苯乙烯325份和丙烯酸丁脂10份的混合单体,滴加时间控制在三个小时,前半小时以一半的速度滴加,温度控制在78-80℃,滴加一半时,将10份羟甲基丙烯酰胺和1.5份双丙酮丙烯酰胺溶解于40份水的溶液向反应釜中滴加,单体滴加剩余三分之一的时候,同时滴加硅烷偶联剂1份和石墨烯溶液3份,滴加完毕十分钟之后补加引发剂0.2份,升温至86℃,保温一个小时,200目过滤网过滤,得到成膜乳液B;
(3)按质量分数计加入28-40%的成膜乳液A、20-35%的成膜乳液B,加入10-20%质量分数的30%丙烯酸树脂液,润湿剂3-5%质量分数,成膜助剂PM1-2%质量分数,耐磨蜡乳液4-7%质量分数,加入无水乙醇1-2%质量分数,加入0.05-0.08%质量分数用水混合均匀的消泡剂,最后用氨水调节PH至8-9,制得水性高光耐磨涂层和胶黏剂。
优选地,所述石墨烯溶液的制备方法为:将氧化石墨烯、可膨胀石墨和偶联剂按重量比1:2:3的比例加入到水中,升温至70℃,搅拌40R/min,反应4-5个小时,保温一个小时,降温至50℃加入还原剂,滴加2个小时,得到石墨烯溶液。
优选地,所述还原剂为亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、盐酸麻黄碱、二巯丙醇、双氢速甾醇、草酸、多巴胺、烟酰胺腺嘌呤双核甙酸的任意一种。
优选地,所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠与非离子聚丙烯酰胺按重量比3:1混合的混合物。
优选地,所述搅拌速度为40r/min。
优选地,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾、过硫酸铵、单过硫酸氢钾中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果在于,分别向反应釜中加入水、乳化剂、丙烯酸树脂单体,其中,乳化剂全部加入釜底,并采用连续滴加法,滴加温度在78-80℃,制备得两种成膜温度不同的乳液,在滴加过程中,加入石墨烯溶液,从而使乳液具有内软外硬,成膜性更好,光泽度更加好的水性涂层。涂层广泛应用印刷包装行业,产品环保安全,具有高光,高耐磨特性,能达到很好的防水效果,有效改善涂层的耐紫外线特性,使丙烯酸乳液的耐老化性能提高明显。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解和实施本发明,下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1:
一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份计向反应釜加入去离子水470份,将120份丙烯酸树脂加入釜底,升温到40℃,滴加氨水46份,调节PH7-8,搅拌两个小时,升温到70℃加入乳化剂,搅拌半小时,升温至78℃,加入引发剂5份,滴加苯乙烯50份和丙烯酸丁脂290份的混合单体,滴加时间控制在三个小时,前半小时以一半的速度滴加,温度控制78℃,滴加一半时,将10份羟甲基丙烯酰胺和1.5份双丙酮丙烯酰胺溶解于40份水的溶液向反应釜中滴加,单体滴加剩余三分之一的时候,同时滴加硅烷偶联剂1份和石墨烯溶液3份,全部滴加完毕十分钟之后补加引发剂0.2份,升温至86℃,保温一个小时,200目过滤网过滤,得到成膜乳液A;

(3)按质量分数计加入35%的成膜乳液A、30%的成膜乳液B,加入15%质量分数的30%丙烯酸树脂液,润湿剂4%质量分数,成膜助剂PM1%质量分数,耐磨蜡乳液5%质量分数,加入无水乙醇2%质量分数,加入0.05%质量分数用水混合均匀的消泡剂,最后用氨水调节PH至8-9,制得水性高光耐磨涂层和胶黏剂。
值得注意的是,所述石墨烯溶液的制备方法为:将氧化石墨烯、可膨胀石墨和偶联剂按重量比1:2:3的比例加入到水中,升温至70℃,搅拌40R/min,反应4-5个小时,保温一个小时,降温至50℃加入还原剂,滴加2个小时,得到石墨烯溶液。
在本实例中,所述还原剂为亚硫酸钠。
在本实例中,所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠与非离子聚丙烯酰胺按重量比3:1混合的混合物。
在本实例中,所述搅拌速度为40r/min。
此外,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
实施例2:
与上述实施1不同之处在于,在本实例中,步骤(3)为按质量分数计加入38%的成膜乳液A、33%的成膜乳液B,加入15%质量分数的30%丙烯酸树脂液,润湿剂5%质量分数,成膜助剂PM2%质量分数,耐磨蜡乳液4%质量分数,加入无水乙醇2%质量分数,加入0.05-0.08%质量分数用水混合均匀的消泡剂,最后用氨水调节PH至8-9,制得水性高光耐磨涂层和胶黏剂。

Claims (6)
1.一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份计向反应釜加入去离子水470份,将120份丙烯酸树脂加入釜底,升温到40℃,滴加氨水46份,调节PH7-8,搅拌两个小时,升温到70℃加入乳化剂,搅拌半小时,升温至78℃,加入引发剂5份,滴加苯乙烯50份和丙烯酸丁脂290份的混合单体,滴加时间控制在三个小时,前半小时以一半的速度滴加,温度控制78-80℃,滴加一半时,将10份羟甲基丙烯酰胺和1.5份双丙酮丙烯酰胺溶解于40份水的溶液向反应釜中滴加,单体滴加剩余三分之一的时候,同时滴加硅烷偶联剂1份和石墨烯溶液3份,全部滴加完毕十分钟之后补加引发剂0.2份,升温至86℃,保温一个小时,200目过滤网过滤,得到成膜乳液A;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述石墨烯溶液的制备方法为:将氧化石墨烯、可膨胀石墨和偶联剂按重量比1:2:3的比例加入到水中,升温至70℃,搅拌40R/min,反应4-5个小时,保温一个小时,降温至50℃加入还原剂,滴加2个小时,得到石墨烯溶液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述还原剂为亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、盐酸麻黄碱、二巯丙醇、双氢速甾醇、草酸、多巴胺、烟酰胺腺嘌呤双核甙酸的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠与非离子聚丙烯酰胺按重量比3:1混合的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌速度为40r/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐光性水性涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾、过硫酸铵、单过硫酸氢钾中的任意一种。
