Abstract

发明公开了一种泵阀用防锈漆,由以下成分制成:苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇、硼砂、六偏磷酸钠、酚醛树脂、羟甲基纤维素钠、苯基二胺、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、消泡剂。本发明生产的防锈漆干燥快、耐热性好,环保无污染,通过对酚醛树脂和丙烯酸乳液的改性处理,改善了原材料中各成分的组织性能,同时提高了产品的耐腐蚀性和耐热性;本发明添加经过复合的聚乙烯醇与纳米二氧化硅,从而能够使得防锈漆具有良好的成膜性,形成的漆膜附着力好、稳定性高,增强了防锈性能,而且本发明制备方法简单,成本低,适合大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及油漆领域,特别是涉及一种泵阀用防锈漆。
背景技术
泵阀部件是各种管道上的必备零部件,由于泵阀部件部件经常与各种液体物质接触,特别是在工业管道上,大部分液体具有腐蚀性,因此,泵阀部件的防锈处理尤其重要。随着社会的发展,油漆在各种领域广泛应用,在起到美观作用的同时,也具有保护作用,但是传统的防锈漆耐腐蚀、耐老化的性能较弱,稳定性满足不了泵阀部件的工作需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种泵阀用防锈漆,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种泵阀用防锈漆,按重量份计由以下成分制成:60份苯丙乳液、18份聚乙烯醇、1份硼砂、3份六偏磷酸钠、15份酚醛树脂、8份羟甲基纤维素钠、2份苯基二胺、5份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、0.5份消泡剂。
进一步地,所述苯丙乳液经过以下步骤改性处理:
1)按重量份称取1份的纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙混合物,其中纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙的混合比例为1:2;
2)采用硅烷偶联剂对纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙混合物进行表面改性处理;
3)将经过表面改性的纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙混合物与苯丙乳液混合在一起,加热至65℃,并以200r/min速度搅拌30分钟后,停止搅拌,冷却至室温。
进一步地,所述聚乙烯醇与重量份为0.5份的纳米二氧化硅在95℃下进行混合20分钟后,缓慢冷却至室温;其中纳米二氧化硅的粒度为10-12nm。
进一步地,所述酚醛树脂经过改性处理:将酚醛树脂与重量份为0.5份的十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷在碱性环境下均匀混合,温度加热至280℃,持续15分钟后,冷却至室温。
进一步地,所述硼砂经过微波锻制10分钟。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明生产的防锈漆干燥快、耐热性好,环保无污染,通过对酚醛树脂和丙烯酸乳液的改性处理,改善了原材料中各成分的组织性能,同时提高了产品的耐腐蚀性和耐热性,配合添加锻制后的硼砂,能够使得本发明防锈漆还具有防尘的性能;本发明添加经过复合的聚乙烯醇与纳米二氧化硅,从而能够使得防锈漆具有良好的成膜性,形成的漆膜附着力好、稳定性高,增强了防锈性能,而且本发明制备方法简单,成本低,适合大规模生产。
具体实施方式
一种泵阀用防锈漆,按重量份计由以下成分制成:60份苯丙乳液、18份聚乙烯醇、1份硼砂、3份六偏磷酸钠、15份酚醛树脂、8份羟甲基纤维素钠、2份苯基二胺、5份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、0.5份消泡剂。
进一步地,所述苯丙乳液经过以下步骤改性处理:
1)按重量份称取1份的纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙混合物,其中纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙的混合比例为1:2;
2)采用硅烷偶联剂对纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙混合物进行表面改性处理;
3)将经过表面改性的纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙混合物与苯丙乳液混合在一起,加热至65℃,并以200r/min速度搅拌30分钟后,停止搅拌,冷却至室温。

Claims (6)

1.一种泵阀用防锈漆,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:60份苯丙乳液、18份聚乙烯醇、1份硼砂、3份六偏磷酸钠、15份酚醛树脂、8份羟甲基纤维素钠、2份苯基二胺、5份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、0.5份消泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵阀用防锈漆,其特征在于,所述苯丙乳液经过以下步骤改性处理:
1)按重量份称取1份的纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙混合物,其中纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙的混合比例为1:2;
2)采用硅烷偶联剂对纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙混合物进行表面改性处理;
3)将经过表面改性的纳米氧化铝与纳米碳酸钙混合物与苯丙乳液混合在一起,加热至65℃,并以200r/min速度搅拌30分钟后,停止搅拌,冷却至室温。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵阀用防锈漆,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯醇与重量份为0.5份的纳米二氧化硅在95℃下进行混合20分钟后,缓慢冷却至室温;其中纳米二氧化硅的粒度为10-12nm。
