Abstract

本发明公开了一种硅溶胶型石材防水剂生产工艺,将石蜡粉碎成小块,加热熔融,加入复配的表面活性剂和热水,在85℃和1000r/min搅拌速度下乳化,快速冷却后再加入消泡剂和pH调节剂,搅拌均匀,即制得石蜡乳液。在搅拌下将水、硅溶胶、石蜡乳液、消泡剂、成膜助剂混合均匀,然后加入计量的纯丙乳液并搅拌均匀,最后加入消泡剂消泡,制得防水剂成品。成膜后既提高了涂膜的附着力,又可增加涂膜的韧性,大幅度提高该类涂料的性价比。粒径为纳米级的硅溶胶在高分子乳液基料中的良好分散,可以提高高分子乳胶膜的耐水性和耐沾污性,有利于提高石材防水剂的防水性能。

技术领域
本发明属于防水剂生产工艺,具体涉及一种硅溶胶型石材防水剂生产工艺。
 
背景技术
各类石材及石雕工艺品是现代装饰中的高档建材产品,但在使用过程中由于长期暴露在大气中,经受较为苛刻的恶劣环境条件,比如严寒、潮湿和酸雨等,其表面会出现不同程度的风化和锈蚀,需对其表面涂饰防水剂,以提高石材及石雕工艺品的耐候性和耐水性。恶劣大气环境对涂饰防水剂的性能要求很高,现有涂料涂膜的耐水性、耐老化性和耐沾污性还存在不足。
 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于,提供一种硅溶胶型石材防水剂生产工艺,生产的防水剂耐水性、耐老化性和耐沾污性好。
本发明提供的硅溶胶型石材防水剂生产工艺,生产工艺如下:
a.石蜡乳液的配置:将石蜡粉碎成小块,加热熔融,加入复配的表面活性剂和热水,在85℃和1000 r/min搅拌速度下乳化,快速冷却后再加入消泡剂和pH 调节剂,搅拌均匀,即制得石蜡乳液;
b.涂饰防水剂的制备:在搅拌下将水、硅溶胶、石蜡乳液、消泡剂、成膜助剂混合均匀,然后加入计量的纯丙乳液并搅拌均匀,最后加入消泡剂消泡,制得防水剂成品。
本发明提供的硅溶胶型石材防水剂生产工艺,其有益效果在于,硅溶胶分子表面具有羟基,在硅溶胶- 乳液复合涂料中,水性硅溶胶粒子分散于有机高分子乳液中,成膜后既提高了涂膜的附着力,又可增加涂膜的韧性,大幅度提高该类涂料的性价比。粒径为纳米级的硅溶胶在高分子乳液基料中的良好分散,可以提高高分子乳胶膜的耐水性和耐沾污性,有利于提高石材防水剂的防水性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合一个实施例,对本发明提供的硅溶胶型石材防水剂生产工艺进行详细的说明。
 
实施例
生产工艺如下:
a.石蜡乳液的配置:将石蜡粉碎成小块,加热熔融,加入复配的表面活性剂和热水,在85℃和1000 r/min搅拌速度下乳化,快速冷却后再加入消泡剂和pH 调节剂,搅拌均匀,即制得石蜡乳液;
b.涂饰防水剂的制备:在搅拌下将水、硅溶胶、石蜡乳液、消泡剂、成膜助剂混合均匀,然后加入计量的纯丙乳液并搅拌均匀,最后加入消泡剂消泡,制得防水剂成品。

1.一种硅溶胶型石材防水剂生产工艺,其特征在于:生产工艺如下: 
a.石蜡乳液的配置:将石蜡粉碎成小块,加热熔融,加入复配的表面活性剂和热水,在85℃和1000 r/min搅拌速度下乳化,快速冷却后再加入消泡剂和pH 调节剂,搅拌均匀,即制得石蜡乳液;
b.涂饰防水剂的制备:在搅拌下将水、硅溶胶、石蜡乳液、消泡剂、成膜助剂混合均匀,然后加入计量的纯丙乳液并搅拌均匀,最后加入消泡剂消泡,制得防水剂成品。
