自古以来,鹿血被尊为“补血圣药”,补血效果非常明显。在民间,常常直接服用鹿血来缓解贫血。然而,鹿血的补血效果没有被有效地利用,其使用方式主要为最原始的原材料的直接应用,其复方制剂也是凤毛麟角,这大大限制了鹿血的利用率和使用效果。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种以鹿血为主要成分的补血保健品及其制备方法,采用的技术方案如下:
本发明的目的在于提供一种补血的鹿血保健品,该鹿血保健品由干鹿血,当归,红参和辅料制成。
优选地,所述鹿血保健品中干鹿血、当归和红参按照如下质量份数配比:干鹿血3份-8份,当归4份-10份,红参0.5份-2份。
更优选地,所述鹿血保健品中干鹿血、当归和红参按照如下质量份数配比:干鹿血4份-7份,当归5份-8份,红参0.8份-1.5份。
最优选地,所述鹿血保健品中干鹿血、当归和红参按照如下质量份数配比:干鹿血5份,当归6份,红参1份。
优选地,所述辅料选自以下配方中的任意一种:
(一)木糖醇1.5份;
(二)木糖醇1.5份,聚维酮0.125份;
(三)乳糖2.5份,微晶纤维素0.7份,羧甲基淀粉钠0.45份。
优选地,所述鹿血保健品的剂型为胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、散剂、冲剂和颗粒剂。本发明还可以制成药学上可接受的其它剂型。
本发明还提供了一种上述鹿血保健品的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取原料,将干鹿血粉碎,过筛得到鹿血粉,将红参粉碎,过筛得到红参粉;
2)将当归加水煎煮三次,每次2-4小时,收集药液过滤,混合三次滤液,浓缩后烘干,粉碎,过筛得到当归粉;
3)将鹿血粉,红参粉和当归粉混合均匀,加入辅料混合均匀,直接包装或制成胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、散剂、冲剂和颗粒剂。
优选地,步骤1)中过100目筛得到鹿血粉,过100目筛得到红参粉;步骤2)中过100目筛得到当归粉。
优选地,步骤2)中当归每次按1:10的料液比加水煎煮三次。
本发明有益效果:
相比于传统的直接使用鹿血来补血,本发明配方可以使得鹿血的补血效果得到显著增强,本发明保健品以鹿血作为主要成分,辅以红参和当归,三者配伍可以协同作用,进一步增强鹿血的补血效果。该保健品中有效功能性成分来自于鹿血、红参和当归,其他辅料不含有有效功能性成分,本发明中的鹿血、红参和当归均为药食同源成分,标本兼治,药性温和安全,无毒副作用,通过食用本发明保健食品可以通过食疗的方式,以达到治疗、调理、改善、保健、养生的目的。本发明保健品经患者使用证明效果确切,尤其是对营养性贫血的治疗效果更为明显。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明不受实施例的限制。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种补血的鹿血保健品及其制备方法,该鹿血保健品的剂型为片剂,具体配方和制备方法如下:
鹿血保健品配方为:干鹿血500g,当归600g,红参100g,木糖醇150g,聚维酮12.5g。
鹿血保健品制备方法为:
(1)按比例称取原材料,将干鹿血粉碎,过100目筛得鹿血粉;红参粉碎,过100目筛得红参粉;
(2)将当归每次按1:10的料液比加水煎煮三次,每次2-4小时,收集药液过滤,混合三次滤液,适当浓缩后,65℃烘干,粉碎,过100目筛得当归粉;
(3)将鹿血粉、红参粉和当归粉混合均匀,然后加入辅料(木糖醇和聚维酮)混合均匀,制粒,压片即得。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种补血的鹿血保健品及其制备方法,该鹿血保健品的剂型为冲剂,具体配方和制备方法如下:
鹿血保健品配方为:干鹿血500g,当归600g,红参100g,聚维酮12.5g,木糖醇150g。
鹿血保健品制备方法为:
(1)按比例称取原材料,干鹿血粉碎,过100目筛得鹿血粉;红参粉碎,过100目筛得红参粉;
(2)将当归每次按1:10的料液比加水煎煮三次,每次2-4小时,收集药液过滤,混合三次滤液,适当浓缩后,65℃烘干,粉碎,过100目筛得当归粉;
(3)将鹿血粉、红参粉和当归粉混合均匀,然后加入辅料(木糖醇和聚维酮)混合均匀,12目制粒,烘干包装即得。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种补血的鹿血保健品及其制备方法,该鹿血保健品的剂型为胶囊,具体配方和制备方法如下:
鹿血保健品配方为:干鹿血500g,当归600g,红参100g,木糖醇150g。
鹿血保健品制备方法为:
(1)按比例称取原材料。干鹿血粉碎,过100目筛得鹿血粉;红参粉碎,过100目筛得红参粉。
(2)将当归每次按1:10的料液比加水煎煮三次,每次2-4小时,收集药液过滤,混合三次滤液,适当浓缩后,65℃烘干,粉碎,过100目筛得当归粉;
(3)将鹿血粉、红参粉和当归粉混合均匀,加入辅料(木糖醇)混合均匀,装胶囊即得。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种补血的鹿血保健品及其制备方法,该鹿血保健品的剂型为丸剂,具体配方和制备方法如下:
鹿血保健品配方为:干鹿血500g,当归600g,红参100g,乳糖250g,微晶纤维素70g,羧甲基淀粉钠45g。
鹿血保健品制备方法为:
(1)按比例称取原材料,将干鹿血粉碎,过100目筛得鹿血粉;红参粉碎,过100目筛得红参粉;
(2)将当归每次按1:10的料液比加水煎煮三次,每次2-4小时,收集药液过滤,混合三次滤液,适当浓缩后,65℃烘干,粉碎,过100目筛得当归粉;
(3)将鹿血粉、红参粉和当归粉混合均匀,加入辅料(乳糖、微晶纤维素和羧甲基淀粉钠)混合均匀,制丸、抛光、干燥即得。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例3的区别在于:鹿血保健品配方为:干鹿血300g,当归400g,红参50g,木糖醇150g。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例3的区别在于:鹿血保健品配方为:干鹿血300g,当归1000g,红参200g,木糖醇150g。

本发明通过如下实验来证明本发明保健品所能够获得的有益效果:
一、为说明本发明保健品所能够取得的补血效果进行了如下药效学试验:改善营养性贫血
1、实验药物:
配方:干鹿血500g,当归600g,红参100g;制备方法:按照上述质量称取各原料,将鹿血粉碎,过100目筛得鹿血粉;红参粉碎,过100目筛得红参粉;当归每次按1:10的料液比加水煎煮三次,每次2-4小时,收集药液过滤,混合三次滤液,适当浓缩后,65℃烘干,粉碎,过100目筛得当归粉,将三种粉末混合均匀备用。用前用适量生理盐水悬浮。
2、实验动物:雌性SD大鼠70只,每只重200g左右,平均随机分成7组(n=10)。
正常对照组:生理盐水
模型阴性对照组:生理盐水
模型阳性对照组:乳酸亚铁溶液,0.29g/(kg·d),稀释到2mL
模型药物高剂量组:2.4g/(kg·d)
模型药物中高剂量组:1.8g/(kg·d)
模型药物中低剂量组:1.2g/(kg·d)
模型药物低剂量组:0.6g/(kg·d)
3、试验方法:大鼠适应7天后调整饲料,对照组饲喂普通基础饲料,模型组饲喂低铁饲料(EDTA处理酪蛋白15%、玉米油5.0%、AIN-76M混合矿物盐3.5%、DL-蛋氨酸0.3%、大米70%、明胶5.0%、AIN-76混合维生素1.0%、氯化胆碱0.2%。其铁含量为:15.63mg/kg),构建营养性贫血模型。饮用水为去离子水,连续30日。第三周开始每周检测大鼠体重,采大鼠尾血,用全自动血液分析仪检测血象,多数Hb低于100g/L时,造模成功,见表1。

第31天,所有组继续喂低铁饲料,进行方剂灌胃,每日一次。灌胃给药0次,5次,7次,分别用离心管眼眶采血0.2mL,全血置于涂抹肝素的离心管中保存,取血后缓慢摇晃,使血液与管壁涂抹的肝素均匀混合,采用全自动血液分析仪测定血象指标,分别检测红细胞(Red Blood Cell,RBC)计数、测定血红蛋白(Haemoglobin Molecule,HGB)浓度以及红细胞比容(Hematocrit Value,HCT),并另用离心管收集全血以备测定血清铁含量,结果见表2。

4、结果分析
造模情况:造模前各组大鼠间HGB水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。喂食低铁饲料加放血一个月后,和正常对照组大鼠比较,低铁实验组的RBC、HGB、HCT指标显著下降(P<0.01),见表1。并且,实验组大鼠全血中的HGB含量均小于100g/L,符合轻度缺铁性贫血的诊断标准。
本发明通过不同药物、不同时间点(5天、7天)的比较后发现:大鼠灌胃7天后,模型对照组大鼠健康质量继续下降,实验组各组RBC水平、HGB水平、HCT水平明显上升(P<0.05),鹿血复方高剂量组和鹿血复方中剂量组显著高于其他各组。在灌胃补铁5天后,鹿血复方高剂量组、中剂量组、中低剂量组、低剂量组、阳性对照组5组大鼠缺铁贫血情况明显改善。大鼠通过灌胃给药鹿血复方高剂量组5天后即可恢复至正常的血红蛋白水平,鹿血复方中剂量组7天后即可恢复至正常的血红蛋白水平,且鹿血复方和阳性对照组各组间HGB水平存在显著差异。
二、为考察鹿血、当归和红参之间的比例对补血效果的影响,进行了如下实验:
1、实验药物:
配方:干鹿血,当归,红参;制备方法:按照质量称取各原料,将鹿血粉碎,过100目筛得鹿血粉;红参粉碎,过100目筛得红参粉;当归每次按1:10的料液比加水煎煮三次,每次2-4小时,收集药液过滤,混合三次滤液,适当浓缩后,65℃烘干,粉碎,过100目筛得当归粉。使用前,按实验需求选择鹿血粉、红参粉和当归粉混合均匀,用适量生理盐水悬浮。
2、实验动物:雌性SD大鼠50只,每只重200g左右,平均随机分成5组(n=10)。
实验组1:鹿血300g,当归1000;红参200g;1.2g/(kg·d)。
实验组2:鹿血800g,当归400;红参50g;1.2g/(kg·d)。
实验组3:鹿血400g,当归800g,红参150g;1.2g/(kg·d)。
实验组4:鹿血700g,当归500g,红参80g;1.2g/(kg·d)。
实验组5:鹿血500g,当归600g,红参100g;1.2g/(kg·d)。
3、试验方法:大鼠适应7天后调整饲料,将普通基础饲料换成低铁饲料(EDTA处理酪蛋白15%、玉米油5.0%、AIN-76M混合矿物盐3.5%、DL-蛋氨酸0.3%、大米70%、明胶5.0%、AIN-76混合维生素1.0%、氯化胆碱0.2%。其铁含量为:15.63mg/kg),构建营养性贫血模型。饮用水为去离子水,连续30日。第三周开始每周检测大鼠体重,采大鼠尾血,用全自动血液分析仪检测血象,多数Hb低于100g/L时,造模成功。

4、结果分析
本发明通过不同组方比例的比较后发现:大鼠灌胃7天后,各组RBC水平、HGB水平、HCT水平明显上升(P<0.05),其中实验组1-5都具有较好的补血效果,并且实验组5补血效果最好,实验组3和实验组4的效果优于实验组1和实验组2。因此,干鹿血、当归、红参以上述比例组合,均具有抗营养性贫血的效果,其中比例越接近5:6:1的比例,组方效果越好。综上配方:干鹿血3份到8份,当归4份-10份,红参0.5份-2份可以获得较好的补血效果,其中干鹿血4份到7份,当归5份-8份,红参0.8份-1.5份可以获得更优的补血效果,干鹿血5份,当归6份,红参1份效果最好。
三、为说明实鹿血、当归和红参之间的协同作用,进行了如下实验:
1、实验药物:
配方材料:鹿血,当归,红参;制备方法:按照质量称取各原料,将干鹿血粉碎,过100目筛得鹿血粉;红参粉碎,过100目筛得红参粉;当归每次按1:10的料液比加水煎煮三次,每次2-4小时,收集药液过滤,混合三次滤液,适当浓缩后,65℃烘干,粉碎,过100目筛得当归粉。使用前,按实验需求选择鹿血粉、红参粉和当归粉混合均匀,用适量生理盐水悬浮。
2、实验动物:雌性SD大鼠40只,每只重200g左右,平均随机分成4组(n=10)。
阴性对照组:生理盐水
实验组:鹿血100g,当归120g,红参20g;1.2g/(kg·d);
对照组1:鹿血100g,当归120g,基础饲料补充至与“实验组”相同重量;1.2g/(kg·d);
对照组2:鹿血100g,红参20g,基础饲料补充至与“实验组”相同重量;1.2g/(kg·d);
对照组3:鹿血100g,基础饲料补充至与“实验组”相同重量;1.2g/(kg·d)。
3、试验方法:大鼠适应7天后调整饲料,将普通基础饲料换成低铁饲料(EDTA处理酪蛋白15%、玉米油5.0%、AIN-76M混合矿物盐3.5%、DL-蛋氨酸0.3%、大米70%、明胶5.0%、AIN-76混合维生素1.0%、氯化胆碱0.2%。其铁含量为:15.63mg/kg),构建营养性贫血模型。饮用水为去离子水,连续30日。第三周开始每周检测大鼠体重,采大鼠尾血,用全自动血液分析仪检测血象,多数Hb低于100g/L时,造模成功。

4、结果分析
通过比较表3中的数据发现:大鼠灌胃7天后,对照组1、对照组2、对照组3以及实验组的RBC水平、HGB水平、HCT水平均有上升,均具有补血效果,即抗营养性贫血的效果,但是对照组1-3的补血效果明显不如实验组的补血效果好,即鹿血、当归、红参组方组补血效果最为明显。通过比较对照组3和实验组可知:现有直接使用鹿血的方法(对照组3)不能完全发挥出鹿血的补血功效,而通过将鹿血与红参和当归配伍后可以增强鹿血的补血效果;通过比较对照组1-2和实验组可知:鹿血、当归、红参三种配伍的组方效果要好于鹿血单独与当归或者红参配伍的组方,因此当归、红参和鹿血可以一起协同作用增强鹿血的补血效果,使鹿血的功效得到进一步的发挥。
虽然本发明已以较佳的实施例公开如上,但其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技术的人,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,都可以做各种改动和修饰,因此本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所界定的为准。
Claims (9)
1.一种补血的鹿血保健品,其特征在于,所述鹿血保健品由干鹿血,当归,红参和辅料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鹿血保健品,其特征在于,所述鹿血保健品中干鹿血、当归和红参按照如下质量份数配比:干鹿血3份-8份,当归4份-10份,红参0.5份-2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鹿血保健品,其特征在于,所述鹿血保健品中干鹿血、当归和红参按照如下质量份数配比:干鹿血4份-7份,当归5份-8份,红参0.8份-1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的鹿血保健品,其特征在于,所述鹿血保健品中干鹿血、当归和红参按照如下质量份数配比:干鹿血5份,当归6份,红参1份。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一所述的鹿血保健品,其特征在于,所述辅料选自以下配方中的任意一种:
(一)木糖醇1.5份;
(二)木糖醇1.5份,聚维酮0.125份;
(三)乳糖2.5份,微晶纤维素0.7份,羧甲基淀粉钠0.45份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的鹿血保健品,其特征在于,所述鹿血保健品的剂型为胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、散剂、冲剂和颗粒剂。
7.一种权利要求1所述的鹿血保健品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取原料,将干鹿血粉碎,过筛得到鹿血粉,将红参粉碎,过筛得到红参粉;
2)将当归加水煎煮三次,每次2-4小时,收集药液过滤,混合三次滤液,浓缩后烘干,粉碎,过筛得到当归粉;
3)将鹿血粉,红参粉和当归粉混合均匀,加入辅料混合均匀,直接包装或制成胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、散剂、冲剂和颗粒剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中过100目筛得到鹿血粉,过100目筛得到红参粉;步骤2)中过100目筛得到当归粉。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中当归每次按1:10的料液比加水煎煮三次。
