Claims (8)

1. A preparation method of a polylactic acid tow filter stick for reducing smoke temperature and reducing suction resistance is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. preparation of phase change Material mixtures
Mixing polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 1000, polyethylene glycol 1500, water and stearic acid according to a mass ratio of 10-30: 15-40: 10-50: 10-20: 5-10 to obtain the phase change material mixture;
B. preparation of phase change materials containing fragrance materials
And B, mixing the fragrance substance and the phase-change material mixture obtained in the step A according to the mass ratio of 10-70: 35-85, adding the mixture into a sealed water bath, heating and dissolving the mixture at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ under the stirring condition, and preserving heat at the temperature of 90 ℃ to obtain the phase-change material solution containing the fragrant substances; the aromatic substances are one or more aromatic substances selected from food flavor substances or humectants;
C. preparation of slow-release fragrance filter stick
According to the mass ratio of the phase-change material solution containing the fragrant substances to the polylactic acid tow of the filter tip of 1-15: and 8-10, spraying the phase change material solution containing the fragrant substances obtained in the step B onto the polylactic acid tow of the filter tip by using a spraying device with a shape nozzle, and curing and forming by using a filter stick machine to obtain the polylactic acid tow filter stick with the smoke temperature reduced and the suction resistance reduced.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the food flavor is one or more flavors selected from the group consisting of bouquet, floral, fruity or mint flavors; the humectant is one or more selected from glycerol, propylene glycol or sorbitol.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein in step C, the nozzle shape is formed by one or more lines of phase change material.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the shape is a line, a circle or a polygon.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein in step B, the flavor substance of the phase-change material is located at the center of the filter rod.
6. The polylactic acid tow filter stick with the smoke temperature reduced and the suction resistance reduced, prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The polylactic acid tow filter stick according to claim 6, wherein the suction resistance of the polylactic acid tow filter stick is 300-1200 Pa.
8. The polylactic acid tow filter stick according to claim 6, wherein the circumference of the polylactic acid tow filter stick is 16.0-25.0 mm.
