The second end of the hollow section 200 opposite the first end of the hollow section 200 is used to attach the atomized tobacco substrate section 300 and the second end of the cigarette cooling section 100 opposite the first end of the cigarette cooling section 100 is used to pass smoke into the mouth of the user.
Further, the hollow section 200 and the cigarette cooling section 100 are coated by a second molding paper to form a cooling filter rod.
Furthermore, the quantitative amount of the second forming paper is 60 grams, the air permeability of the second forming paper is 500CU, and therefore the cooling effect of the smoke can be further improved as ambient cold air is guided into the cooling filter rod to cool the smoke.
Further, the hollow section 200 comprises acetate fiber tows, so that the heat absorption effect is good, and the flue gas cooling is facilitated.
Furthermore, the single denier of the acetate fiber tow of the cigarette cooling section 100 is 11.3, the total denier is 12000, so that the cold air in the environment can be fully contacted with the smoke, the smoke cooling is facilitated, the filtering effect is good, and the economical efficiency is good.
Furthermore, the single denier of the acetate fiber tows in the hollow section 200 is 7.3, the total denier is 16000, the cold air in the environment can be fully contacted with the smoke, the smoke is cooled, and the filtering effect is good.
Further, the cross section of the cooling tip rod is circular.
Further, the hollow section 200 has a length of 7 mm.
Further, the diameter of the through-hole 201 is 5 mm.
In another aspect, as shown in fig. 5, on the basis of the cooling filter rod of the above embodiment, the present invention further provides a low-temperature cigarette, which includes the above cooling filter rod and an atomized tobacco substrate segment 300 connected to the cooling filter rod.
Further, the cooling tip is connected to the atomized tobacco substrate segment 300 by tipping paper.
Furthermore, the quantitative amount of the tipping paper is 60-80 g, the air permeability of the tipping paper is 100-500 CU, and the environmental cold air can be guided into the cooling tip to cool the smoke, so that the cooling effect of the smoke is further improved.
Further, the length of the low-temperature cigarette is 48 mm. Wherein the length of the atomized tobacco substrate segment 300 is 15 mm. The low-temperature cigarette adopts an inner core heating device for smoke panel test.
Further, the diameter of the low-temperature cigarette rod is 7.7 mm.
The low-temperature cigarette of this embodiment two, the temperature of reduction cigarette flue gas that can be obvious, cooling effect is good. Under the same other conditions, the smoke temperature of the cooling tip rod of the second embodiment is reduced by 3.9 ℃ compared with the cooling tip rod prepared by adopting the polylactic acid film in the cooling section.

Claims (24)

1. A cigarette cooling section is characterized by comprising a tow and a tow section for reducing the temperature of smoke, wherein the tow section is connected with a plurality of monofilaments in the tow and enables the monofilaments to form cross-linking points, so that the tow generates a net structure; the cigarette cooling section also comprises first forming paper for coating the tows and the tow sections.
2. The tobacco rod cooling section of claim 1 wherein the tow section is further configured to increase the stiffness of the tobacco rod cooling section.
3. The tobacco rod cooling section of claim 1 wherein the tow segments are arranged in granular form.
4. The cigarette rod cooling section according to claim 1, wherein the number of the tow segments is plural, and the tow segments are fixed in the tow respectively.
5. The cigarette cooling section according to claim 1, wherein the first forming paper has a basis weight of 60 to 80 g and an air permeability of 100 to 500 CU.
6. The tobacco rod cooling section of claim 1, wherein the tow is cellulose acetate tow.
7. The cigarette cooling section of claim 1, wherein the tow segments are made of a heat storage material.
8. The tobacco rod cooling section of claim 7 wherein the heat storage material comprises one or more of paraffin, fatty acid, fatty alcohol, polyol, polyethylene glycol, polylactic acid, polyglycolide, neopentyl glycol, 2-amino-2-methyl-1, and 3-propanediol.
9. A method of preparing a cigarette rod cooling section according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
(1) obtaining the molten material for the strand joint and the strand;
(2) spraying the molten material for the tow segments onto the tow to form the tow segments;
(3) extracting, opening and gluing according to a filter tip forming process to obtain a formed cooling tow section;
(4) and coating the first forming paper on the cooling tow section, and cutting to obtain the cigarette cooling section.
10. The method for preparing the cigarette cooling section according to claim 9, wherein the heat storage material is placed in a slurry tank of a filter tip forming machine, inert gas is introduced into the slurry tank of the filter tip forming machine, and then the slurry tank of the filter tip forming machine is heated to a set temperature to obtain the molten heat storage material.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the melted heat storage material is sprayed on the filament bundle by a brush to form the filament bundle section.
12. The method for preparing the cigarette cooling section according to claim 10, wherein the set temperature is 160-260 ℃.
13. The method of claim 10, wherein the inert gas is nitrogen.
14. A cooling filter tip, characterized in that, include according to claim 1 ~ 8 cigarette cooling section and/or according to claim 9 ~ 13 the preparation of method cigarette cooling section, the first end of cigarette cooling section is connected the first end of cavity section, the inside of cavity section is provided with and is used for supplying the through-hole that the flue gas passed through, the cavity section with the cavity section the second end opposite of first end is used for connecting atomizing tobacco matrix section, cigarette cooling section with the cigarette cooling section the second end opposite of first end is used for supplying the flue gas passes through and flows into in the user's mouth.
15. The cooling filter rod of claim 14 wherein the hollow section and the cigarette cooling section are collectively wrapped by a second plug wrap to form the cooling filter rod.
16. The cooling filter rod as claimed in claim 15, wherein the second forming paper has a basis weight of 60 to 80 g and an air permeability of 100 to 500 CU.
17. The cooling filter rod of claim 14, wherein the hollow section comprises acetate tow.
18. The cooling mouth rod according to claim 17, wherein the acetate fiber tows have a single denier of 6-25 and a total denier of 5000-30000.
19. The cooling filter rod of claim 18, wherein the acetate fiber tows have a single denier of 10-25.
20. The cooling filter rod of claim 14, wherein the cooling filter rod is provided with a circular cross-section.
21. The cooling tip rod of claim 14, wherein the diameter of the through hole is 1-6 mm.
22. A low temperature cigarette comprising a cooling filter rod according to any one of claims 14 to 21 and the atomised tobacco substrate segment attached thereto.
23. The low temperature cigarette of claim 22, wherein the cooling tip is attached to the atomized tobacco substrate segment by tipping paper.
24. The low-temperature cigarette as claimed in claim 23, wherein the tipping paper has a basis weight of 60-80 g and an air permeability of 100-500 CU.
