Furthermore, the single denier (filament denier) of the acetate fiber tows of the hollow section 1 and the inlet section 3 is 7.3, and the total denier (total filament denier) is 16000, so that the ambient cold air can be fully contacted with the flue gas, and the flue gas cooling is facilitated.

Further, the length of the cooling tip rod is 41 mm. Wherein the length of the hollow section 1 is 15 mm. The cooling section 2 has a length of 14 mm. The length of the inlet section 3 is 12 mm.

On the basis of the cooling filter rod of the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the invention also provides a low-temperature cigarette, which comprises the cooling filter rod and an atomized tobacco substrate segment 4 connected with the cooling filter rod.

Further, the length of the low-temperature cigarette rod is 56 mm. Wherein the length of atomized tobacco substrate segment 4 is 15 mm. The low-temperature cigarette adopts an inner core heating device for smoke panel test.
Further, the diameter of the low-temperature cigarette rod is 7.7 mm.
The low-temperature cigarette of this embodiment two, the temperature of reduction cigarette flue gas that can be obvious, cooling effect is good. Under the same other conditions, the smoke temperature of the cooling tip rod of the second embodiment is reduced by 3.2 ℃ compared with the cooling tip rod prepared by adopting the polylactic acid film in the cooling section.

Claims (20)
1. A cooling tip rod, comprising:
the tobacco smoke atomizing device comprises a hollow section and a smoke atomizing device, wherein a through hole for smoke to pass through is formed in the hollow section, and the first end of the hollow section is used for being connected with the tobacco substrate atomizing section;
a cooling section comprising polylactic acid foam for reducing the temperature of the flue gas, a first end of the cooling section connected to a second end of the hollow section opposite the first end of the hollow section; and
an inlet section having a first end connected to a second end of the temperature reduction section opposite the first end of the temperature reduction section, the second end of the inlet section opposite the first end of the inlet end for the passage of the flue gas into the mouth of a user.
2. The cooling filter rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hollow section, the cooling section and the inlet section are collectively formed by wrapping a first plug wrap.
3. The cooling filter rod as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first forming paper has a basis weight of 60 to 80 g and an air permeability of 100 to 500 CU.
4. The cooling tip rod of claim 2, wherein the cooling section is made of block-shaped polylactic acid foam.
5. The cooling tip rod of claim 2, wherein the cooling section is made by rolling a sheet-shaped polylactic acid foam.
6. The cooling tip rod as claimed in claim 5, wherein the sheet-shaped polylactic acid foam is coated with a second paper, and the first paper is coated with the second paper.
7. The cooling filter rod according to claim 6, wherein the second forming paper has a basis weight of 60 to 80 g and an air permeability of 100 to 500 CU.
8. The cooling tip rod as claimed in claim 5, wherein the thickness of the sheet-like polylactic acid foam is 0.5 to 5 mm.
9. The cooling tip rod as claimed in claim 8, wherein the thickness of the sheet-like polylactic acid foam is 0.5 to 2.5 mm.
10. The cooling tip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polylactic acid foam has a number average molecular weight of 5 to 40 ten thousand.
11. The cooling tip rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foaming ratio of the polylactic acid foam is 20 to 50 times, and the cell density of the polylactic acid foam is 10.0 x 109~30.0×109The diameter of each cubic centimeter of the foam cell of the polylactic acid foam is 2-25 micrometers.
12. The cooling tip as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inlet section and the hollow section are made of acetate tow.
13. The cooling tip rod as claimed in claim 12, wherein the inlet section is externally coated with a third forming paper, and the first forming paper is externally coated with the third forming paper.
14. The cooling filter tip according to claim 13, wherein the third forming paper has a basis weight of 60 to 80 g and an air permeability of 100 to 500 CU.
15. The cooling filter rod according to claim 12, wherein the acetate fiber tow has a single denier of 6 to 25.
16. The cooling filter rod of claim 1, wherein the cooling filter rod is circular in cross-section.
17. The cooling tip rod of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the through hole is 1-6 mm.
18. A low temperature cigarette comprising a cooling filter rod according to any one of claims 1 to 17 and the atomised tobacco substrate segment connected to the cooling filter rod.
19. The low temperature cigarette of claim 18, wherein the cooling filter rod and the aerosolized tobacco substrate segment are joined by tipping paper.
20. The low-temperature cigarette as claimed in claim 19, wherein the tipping paper has a basis weight of 60-80 g and an air permeability of 100-500 CU.
