本发明所述的一种复合调理营养精华粉,包括以下重量份的各组分:
落叶松针提取物50-100份、葡萄皮提取物20-50份、葡萄籽提取物20-50份、茶叶提取物20-50份、番茄提取物20-50份、蓝莓提取物20-50份、人参茎叶提取物100-200份、玛卡提取物100-200份、裙带菜提取物100-200份、海参多糖10-50份、低聚葡萄糖500-1000份、低聚果糖500-1000份、甲壳素胺100-200份、豌豆纤维100-200份、苹果纤维200-500份、维生素C10-20份、维生素E10-20份、菠萝蛋白酶100-200份、脂肪酶10-20份、真菌胰酶20-50份、淀粉酶20-50份。
优选地,所述的复合调理营养精华粉包括以下重量份的各组分:
落叶松针提取物100份、葡萄籽提取物40份、茶叶提取物15份、番茄提取物20份、蓝莓提取物20份、人参茎叶提取物160份、玛卡提取物150份、裙带菜提取物130份、海参多糖20份、低聚葡萄糖1000份、低聚果糖1000份、甲壳素胺160份、豌豆纤维150份、苹果纤维320份、维生素C10份、维生素E10份、菠萝蛋白酶150份、脂肪酶15份、真菌胰酶30份、淀粉酶30份。
以上配方中的原料均可以在市场上购买得到。如 :所述落叶松针提取物、 葡萄籽提取物 、茶叶提取物 、番茄提取物 、蓝莓提取物 、人参茎叶提取物 、玛卡提取物 、裙带菜提取物,以上物质可以根据现有技术提取得到,或者可直接从陕西森弗天然制品有限公司或陕西菲斯特生物科技有限公司购买得到。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种所述复合调理营养精华粉的制备方法,其中包括以下制备步骤:
A. 采购优质原料;
B.检测酶的活性,保证其活性合格;活性蛋白酶、α定粉酶、脂肪酶活性为基础,按国家标准检测
C.将各种原料按照配比进行混合,罐装密封;
D.进行低温消毒灭菌,将产品罐加热到68-70℃,保持30分钟,急速冷却至4-5℃后入库。
本发明的有益效果为:落叶松针提取物、葡萄皮提取物、葡萄籽提取物、茶叶提取物、番茄提取物、蓝莓提取物含有丰富的抗氧化剂:二氢槲皮素,花青素,白藜芦醇,儿茶素,番茄红素等。可消除人体内过量的氧自由基,降低血液粘稠度,保护心脑血管,提高人体免疫力,抗疲劳,延缓衰老。
人参茎叶提取物、玛卡提取物可提高人体细胞活力,改善精神不振的亚健康状态。
裙带菜提取物、海参多糖可提供人体不能合成,但又必需的多糖,可与抗氧化剂一起,协同提高人体免疫力,增强体内细胞修复能力,降低血脂。
低聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、甲壳素胺、豌豆纤维、苹果纤维可调理人体肠胃,促进肠道的蠕动,不但提高营养吸收能力,而且促进排泄排便,使人体的代谢平衡,肠胃功能健康,改善睡眠质量。
维生素C、维生素E都是强抗氧化剂,进一步提高抗氧化效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种复合调理营养精华粉的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
A.采购优质原料;
B.检测酶的活性,保证其活性合格;
C.按以下重量份数称取原料:
落叶松针提取物100份、葡萄籽提取物40份、茶叶提取物15份、番茄提取物20份、蓝莓提取物20份、人参茎叶提取物160份、玛卡提取物150份、裙带菜提取物130份、海参多糖20份、低聚葡萄糖1000份、低聚果糖1000份、甲壳素胺160份、豌豆纤维150份、苹果纤维320份、维生素C10份、维生素E10份、菠萝蛋白酶150份、脂肪酶15份、真菌胰酶30份、淀粉酶30份;
D. 将上述组分混合均匀,分装到洁净密闭的容器罐中,将容器罐加热到68-70℃,保持30分钟,再急速冷冻至4-5℃,以达到灭菌效果。
实施例2
将实例1中的产品赠与20名志愿者服用,每次取10g,冲入250ml温水,搅拌均匀后服用,一天服用两次。30天后,分别进行抗氧化检测。
全身抗氧化检测采用人体平衡抗氧化检测方法,人体中的自由基活性由脂质过氧化反应速率来决定。脂质过氧化反应的降低表明了血液中抗氧剂水平的大大提高,自由基的减少,细胞损耗的降低,从而降低人体患病机率。
经检测发现,服用前后对比,脂质过氧化反应平均降低了43%。

落叶松针提取物50-100份、葡萄皮提取物20-50份、葡萄籽提取物20-50份、茶叶提取物20-50份、番茄提取物20-50份、蓝莓提取物20-50份、人参茎叶提取物100-200份、玛卡提取物100-200份、裙带菜提取物100-200份、海参多糖10-50份、低聚葡萄糖500-1000份、低聚果糖500-1000份、甲壳素胺100-200份、豌豆纤维100-200份、苹果纤维200-500份、维生素C10-20份、维生素E10-20份、菠萝蛋白酶100-200份、脂肪酶10-20份、真菌胰酶20-50份、淀粉酶20-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的 一种复合调理营养精华粉,其特征在于,以重量份数计,它含有以下组分:落叶松针提取物100份、葡萄籽提取物40份、茶叶提取物15份、番茄提取物20份、蓝莓提取物20份、人参茎叶提取物160份、玛卡提取物150份、裙带菜提取物130份、海参多糖20份、低聚葡萄糖1000份、低聚果糖1000份、甲壳素胺160份、豌豆纤维150份、苹果纤维320份、维生素C10份、维生素E10份、菠萝蛋白酶150份、脂肪酶15份、真菌胰酶30份、淀粉酶30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合调理营养精华粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
A.采购原料;
B.检测酶的活性,保证其活性合格;
