黑芝麻性味甘、平。归肝、肾、大肠经。黑芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、铬和珍贵的芝麻素及黑色素等营养成分。被视为滋补圣品。其具有补钙、乌发润发、养颜润肤、减肥塑身、延缓衰老之功效。适用于头晕眼花、耳鸣耳聋、须发早白、病后脱发、肠燥便秘、肝肾不足、妇人乳少等症。
上述药材均以甘甜口味为主,混合之后不会与玉米、大豆等形成口感上的冲突,其口感协调,味道甜美,能够更好刺激人体食欲。同时,上述药材均具有较好的滋补作用,配合使用下,能够协同增效,能够补充人体所需营养、调理气血、增强免疫力、营养肌肤、乌发养颜,对多种疾病均有一定的食疗效果。
本发明实施例还提供了一种上述珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其包括:
将预处理后的原料分别烘干、粉碎成粉,再进行混合。
其中,对原料进行烘干的温度为100~130℃。烘干的作用是去除原料中的水分,使原料可以长时间进行保存。烘干的温度不宜过高,一方面需要避免高温使原料焦糊影响口感,另一方面要避免高温对营养成分的破坏。
进一步地,将烘干后的原料粉碎后,过110~130目筛,取筛下物进行混合。将原料粉碎过筛可以使该珍珠玫瑰养生粥的各原料能够更加充分的混合,同时,在冲泡的时候可以更好地受热熟透,不会结块影响口感,利于更加方便快速的食用。
其中,将玉米加水浸泡0.5~2h,煮沸后继续蒸煮0.5~1h,去水后再进行烘干、粉碎。玉米粒的外皮较硬,直接粉碎不利于得到均匀粒径,并且在冲泡食用时还会造成口感粗糙。发明人在经过创造性劳动发现,将玉米经过浸泡煮熟后再处理,不但利于后续的加工过程,还能够得到更好的口感。
进一步地,大枣和元肉在洗净、去核之后,一次加水浸泡1~3h,煮沸后继续蒸煮0.5~1h去水,再二次加水,煮沸20~40min,去水后进行烘干、粉碎。大枣、元肉中汁水丰富、肉质紧致,不宜直接进行烘干、粉碎。将其煮烂之后,可以破坏其果肉结果,更加利于后续操作。
将均匀混合后原料的粉末炒制10~20min。将原料粉末炒制后,不但可以使其预先熟透,利于直接冲泡食用,同时可以增加香味,改善口感。
同时,可以将山药、甘草、玫瑰、当归、太子参和黑芝麻粉碎过筛后的余渣与大枣和元肉一起蒸煮。这些筛除出来的余渣在经过煮烂之后,破坏了其纤维组织,还具备进一步粉碎适用的价值,对其进行回收,有利于节约原料,降低成本。
具体地,珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉的各原料的处理可按照以下步骤来进行:
(1)玉米:去变质粒、去杂质,水洗干净,加水至材料以上10~20公分,浸泡l h,加热水开后,蒸煮l h;去水、烘干、粉碎过110目罗备用;
(2)黄豆:去杂质,水洗烘干,粉碎过110目罗备用;
(3)山药除去根头、外皮及须根,洗净,切片,晒干备用;
(4)大枣:选无污染,无变质,无虫害的洗净,切开备用;
(5)甘草:除去须根,洗净,晒干,切片备用;
(6)珍珠:去杂质,水洗烘干,粉碎过110目罗备用,或者直接购买市售上等珍珠粉备用;
(7)玫瑰:选择优质玫瑰花,漂净,微热烘干备用;
(8)元肉:去皮,去核,选优质果肉备用;
(9)当归:去须根、杂质、烘干备用;
(10)太子参:去须根、杂质、烘干备用;
(11)黑芝麻:去杂质漂洗、烘干备用;
(12)将上述处理后的山药、甘草、玫瑰、当归、太子参、黑芝麻粉碎过110目罗,药面备用;余渣备用;
(13)将大枣、元肉和(12)中的余渣放至容器内,一煎加水过材料面6~8cm,泡2h,随煮随搅拌,水开50min后将煎液倒出,二煎再加水过材料面2~4cm,随煮随搅拌,水开30min后将煎液倒出,,加入(12)中备用的药面拌匀,烘干粉碎过110目罗,备用;
(14)取玉米粉、珍珠粉、黄豆粉和(13)制备的混合药粉边炒边搅拌,炒熟搅均匀后,粉碎过130目罗;烘干内含多余水份,凉透,包装密封。
剩余的粮食麸皮和全部药碴,可添加玉米、豆粕晒干粉碎制成颗粒;烘干后可做禽畜类饲料用。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉,其包括:
玉米600g、黄豆150g、山药50g、大枣50g、甘草5g、珍珠1g、玫瑰20g、元肉50g、当归5g、太子参10g、以及黑芝麻50g。
其制备方法包括:
(1)将玉米的颗粒洗净,加水浸泡l h,加热水开后,蒸煮l h;去水、烘干、粉碎过110目罗备用。
(2)黄豆去杂质,水洗烘干,粉碎过110目罗备用。
(3)将山药、甘草、玫瑰、当归、太子参、黑芝麻取杂质、洗净后烘干、粉碎过110目罗,药面备用;余渣备用。
(4)将大枣、元肉去核、洗净后切开,和(3)中的余渣放至容器内,一煎加水泡2h,随煮随搅拌,水开50min后将煎液倒出,二煎再加水煮沸,随煮随搅拌,水开30min后将煎液倒出,加入(3)中备用的药面拌匀,烘干粉碎过110目罗,备用;
(5)取(1)中的玉米粉、(2)中的黄豆粉、市售珍珠粉、以及(4)中制备的混合药粉边炒边搅拌,炒熟搅均匀后,粉碎过130目罗;烘干内含多余水份,凉透,包装密封。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉,其包括:
玉米700g、黄豆250g、山药20g、大枣20g、甘草20g、珍珠5g、玫瑰5g、元肉10g、当归20g、太子参50g、以及黑芝麻10g。
其制备方法参照实施例1所示。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉,其包括:
玉米640g、黄豆200g、山药40g、大枣30g、甘草8g、珍珠3g、玫瑰6g、元肉20g、当归0.80g、太子参25g、以及黑芝麻20g。
其制备方法参照实施例1所示。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉,其包括:
玉米630g、黄豆220g、山药30g、大枣20g、甘草10g、珍珠2g、玫瑰5g、元肉30g、当归10g、太子参10g、以及黑芝麻30g。
其制备方法参照实施例1所示。
试验例
选用实施例1~4所提供的珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉,在北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都和重庆6个地方做随机抽样调查,针对每个实施例的珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉在每个地方选出20名使用者进行试验并跟踪采访。试验为期3个月,3个月满后,对每名使用者进行问卷调查,针对该功能性食品在味道口感、便捷程度、调理效果三个方面进行评分,满分10分,使用者根据实际情况给分,并对每个实施例的功能性食品的共计120名使用者所给的份数求平均值,计算结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明实施例1~4所提供的珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉在味道口感、便捷程度、调理效果三个方面的作用均得到了客户的认可,客户基本认可了该产品的食疗效果,平均分8.9左右。同时,客户在使用便捷程度方面给予了很高的评价,平均分能达到9.4左右。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供了一种珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉,其采用山药、大枣、甘草、珍珠、玫瑰、元肉、当归、太子参等多种具有滋补作用的药材,配合黄豆、黑芝麻、玉米等五谷杂粮制备而成,其口感佳、营养丰富,除了能止饿充饥以外,还具备显著的食疗效果,能够有效补充人体所需营养,增强人体免疫力,营养肌肤,乌发养颜,以及预防、调理疾病。对于营养不良、免疫力低下、发育迟缓、体弱多病、气血不足、骨质疏松等多种疾病均能起到一定的效果。并且,该珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉携带方便,食用方法简单,通过简单冲泡之后即可使用,能够更好地适合如今社会快节奏的生活方式。
本发明还提供了一种上述珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其包括将预处理后的所述原料分别烘干、粉碎成粉,再进行混合。通过烘干、粉碎后,各原料能够更好的融合,得到便于包装、食用的产品。该制备方法操作简单,能够较好地协调各原料之间的口感差异,并更好地保留原料中的有效成分。

1.一种珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,其原料包括:
玉米60~70份、黄豆15~25份、山药2~5份、大枣2~5份、甘草0.5~2份、珍珠0.1~0.5份、玫瑰0.5~2份、元肉1~5份、当归0.5~2份、太子参1~5份、以及黑芝麻1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,其原料包括:
所述玉米63~68份、所述黄豆18~22份、所述山药3~5份、所述大枣2~4份、所述甘草0.5~1份、所述珍珠0.2~0.4份、所述玫瑰0.5~1份、所述元肉1~3份、所述当归0.5~1份、所述太子参1~3份、以及所述黑芝麻1~3份。
3.根据权利要求3所述的珍珠玫瑰养生粥冲泡粉,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,其原料包括:

将预处理后的所述原料分别烘干、粉碎成粉,再进行混合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,对所述原料进行烘干的温度为100~130℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将烘干后的所述原料粉碎后,过110~130目筛,取筛下物进行混合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,先将所述玉米加水浸泡0.5~2h,煮沸后继续蒸煮0.5~1h,去水后再进行烘干、粉碎。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述大枣和所述元肉在洗净、去核之后,一次加水浸泡1~3h,煮沸后继续蒸煮0.5~1h去水,再二次加水,煮沸20~40min,去水后进行烘干、粉碎。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将混合后的所述原料的粉末炒制10~20min。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述山药、所述甘草、所述玫瑰、所述当归、所述太子参和所述黑芝麻粉碎过筛后的余渣与所述大枣和所述元肉一起蒸煮。
