本发明提出一种归胶养生粥冲泡粉,按重量份数计,其原料包括:
糯米40-50份、小米40-50份、当归0.5-1.2份、阿胶0.5-1.5份、山药3-7份、熟地黄1.2-2份、大枣2-4份、元肉1-3份以及甘草0.5-1.2份。
可选地,按重量份数计,其原料包括:
糯米42-48份、小米40-45份、当归0.6-1份、阿胶0.5-1份、山药4-6份、熟地黄1.4-1.8份、大枣3-4份、元肉1-2份以及甘草0.5-1份。
进一步可选地,按重量份数计,其原料包括:
糯米44份、小米43份、当归0.8份、阿胶0.8份、山药5份、熟地黄1.6份、大枣3份、元肉2份以及甘草0.8份。

大枣,性味甘、平,归脾、胃、心经。大枣含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖份、胡萝卜素、维生素B、C、P及磷、钙、铁等,有抗过敏作用,红枣内含有环磷酸腺昔,能增强肌力、消除疲劳、扩张血管、增加心肌收缩力、改善心肌营养,对防治心血管疾病有良好作用。红枣还能补虚益气、养血安神、健脾和胃等,是脾胃虚弱、气血不足、倦怠无力、失眠等患者很好的保健品。同时对急慢性肝炎、肝硬化、贫血等症有良好疗效。红枣富含三萜类化合物和二磷酸腺苷,三萜类化合物大都具有抑制癌细胞的功能。

本发明还提供一种归胶养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其包括:按照上述的原料配方备料,将各原料组分经预处理后混合得到冲泡粉。
按照上述的原料配比进行制备,制得的产品营养成分丰富。将原料加工成冲泡粉的形式,对产品有效成分吸收效果好;各原料能够更好的融合,各原料之间的口感差异协调;便于包装、便于携带且便于食用。适合于推广应用。
其中,对原料的预处理操作包括:
将糯米和小米粉碎过筛,得第一药粉。将当归、山药、以及甘草粉碎过筛,收集筛下物,得第二药粉;收集筛上物,得药渣。
第一药粉和第二药粉较佳地为过110-130目筛的筛下物,如可以是110目筛、120目筛、130目筛等。药渣为筛得第二药粉时未过筛的筛上物,其约为当归、山药、以及甘草总量的6%。
由糯米和小米粉碎过筛的第一药粉,可以通过将糯米和小米一起粉碎过筛,也可以将玉米和小米分别粉碎过筛后混合得到。
粉碎完成后,将大枣切开、元肉去皮去核,和熟地黄以及药渣加水浸泡后煎煮,固液分离,得煎煮液。
由于红枣、元肉和熟地黄的组织结构特点,及药渣较细料的颗粒大,药效较难以充分释放,导致难以被人体充分吸收,经过煎煮操作能够充分释放大枣、元肉、熟地黄和药渣中的药效,提高养生粥的食疗效果。
在本发明一些较佳的实施例中,对上述的煎煮操作包括浸泡、第一次煎煮及第二次煎煮。
具体地,将大枣、元肉、熟地黄和药渣加水浸泡,浸泡时加水的量较佳地液面超出材料面的6-8公分。浸泡的时间可选地为1.5-2.5h,如可以是1.5h、2h、2.5h等。浸泡的时间也可以根据需要或情况可选地为超过2h,如3h、3.5h等,使浸泡更充分。
加热煮沸,煎煮时间可选地为40-60min,如40min、50min、60min等。第一次煎煮完成后将液体倒出,得第一煎煮液和第一煎煮渣。
将煎煮渣加水煮沸,进行第二次煎煮。加水的量较佳地液面超出材料面的2-4公分。煎煮时间可选地为40-60min,如40min、50min、60min等。第二次煎煮完成后将液体倒出,得第二煎煮液和第二煎煮渣。
需要说明,上述的两次煎煮操作,基于加水量的考虑,煎煮时间较佳地不超过1h,避免煎煮时间过长导致烧干。
进一步地,第二次煎煮完成后,还包括将第二煎煮渣进行揉压过筛,得到过筛的枣泥和细渣。较佳地采用80-100目筛进行揉压过筛,能够使枣泥和细渣尽可能多地被揉压过筛。将枣泥和细渣混入煎煮液。使原料利用率更高,养生粥口感佳。
煎煮完成后,将煎煮液与阿胶及第二药粉混匀,得待炒制粉。将待炒制粉与第一药粉混合炒制再烘干。
煎煮液与阿胶及第二药粉混匀的操作包括:将阿胶与经文火烊化后混入煎煮液,再将第二药粉与煎煮液混匀。经过烊化后的阿胶能够和其他成分混合均匀。
待炒制粉在炒制之前还包括:将待炒制粉粉碎过110-130目筛。便于充分将材料煎熟且能避免煎糊,保障有较佳的口感。
炒制过程可以使各原料组分预先熟透,利于直接冲泡食用,同时可以增加香味,改善口感。
炒制完成后且烘干之前,将炒制后的材料粉碎后过120-140目筛,去筛下物,可以使该归胶养生粥冲泡粉的原料能够更加充分的混合。同时,便于快速烘干操作,在冲泡的时候可以更好地受热熟透,不会结块影响口感,利于更加方便快速的食用。
具体地,归胶养生粥冲泡粉的各原料的组分的处理可按照以下步骤来进行:
(1)糯米:去变质粒、去杂质,洗净烘干,粉碎过110目罗,取筛下物备用。
(2)小米:去糠杂质、淘洗净、烘干,粉碎过110目罗,取筛下物备用。
(3)当归:去须根、杂质,烘干,备用。
(4)阿胶:选择质量上品,备用。
(5)山药:选用炒黄的炒山药,备用。
(6)熟地黄:选资质好的医药公司备货,备用。
(7)大枣:选无污染、无虫害、肉厚的洗净,切开,备用。
(8)元肉:去皮,去核,备用。
(9)甘草:除去须根,杂质,洗净,晒干,切片,备用。
(10)将当归、山药、甘草,烘干、粉碎过110目罗,取筛下物得到第二药粉,收集筛上物得药渣,备用。
(11)将大枣、元肉、熟地黄和药渣放于容器内,加水过材料面6-8公分,泡2h,随煮随搅拌,水开50min后将煎夜倒出;再加水过材料面2-4公分,随煮随搅拌,水开50min后将煎夜倒出,滤净;将以上两次液体混合。用80目罗底加揉压处理残渣,滤取枣泥及药的细渣与药液合均,将阿胶烊化后加入药液混匀,加入第二药粉搅均,烘干粉碎过110目罗,得待炒制粉备用。
(12)将糯米粉、小米粉和待炒制粉边炒边搅拌,炒熟搅均匀后,粉碎过130目罗;烘干内含多余水份,凉透,包装密封。
剩余的粮食麸皮和全部残渣,可添加玉米、豆粕晒干粉碎制成颗粒;烘干后可做禽畜类饲料用。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种归胶养生粥冲泡粉,其包括:
糯米400g、小米470g、当归6g、阿胶15g、山药70g、熟地黄14g、大枣20g、元肉10g以及甘草10g。
其制备方法包括:
(1)将糯米的颗粒去变质粒、去杂质,洗净烘干,粉碎过110目罗,取筛下物备用。
(2)小米去糠杂质、淘洗净、烘干,粉碎过110目罗,取筛下物,备用。
(3)将当归、山药、甘草,除杂质、洗净烘干、粉碎过110目罗,取筛下物得到第二药粉,收集筛上物得药渣,备用。
(4)将大枣、元肉、熟地黄除杂质、洗净、切开后与药渣放于容器内,加水过材料面6-8公分,泡2h,随煮随搅拌,水开50min后将煎夜倒出;再加水过材料面2-4公分,随煮随搅拌,水开50min后将煎夜倒出,滤净,将以上两次液体混合。用80目罗底加揉压处理残渣,滤取枣泥及药的细渣与药液合均,将阿胶烊化后加入药液混匀,加入第二药粉搅均,烘干粉碎过110目罗,得待炒制粉,备用。
(5)取(1)中的糯米粉、(2)中的小米粉以及(4)中的待炒制粉边炒边搅拌,炒熟搅均匀后,粉碎过130目罗;烘干内含多余水份,凉透,包装密封。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种归胶养生粥冲泡粉,其包括:
糯米480g、小米400g、当归12g、阿胶5g、山药30g、熟地黄20g、大枣40g、元肉30g以及甘草12g。
其制备方法参照实施例1所示。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种归胶养生粥冲泡粉,其包括:
糯米440g、小米430g、当归8g、阿胶8g、山药50g、熟地黄16g、大枣30g、元肉20g以及甘草8g。
其制备方法参照实施例1所示。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种归胶养生粥冲泡粉,其包括:
糯米420g、小米450g、当归12g、阿胶10g、山药60g、熟地黄18g、大枣30g、元肉20g以及甘草8g。
其制备方法参照实施例1所示。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种归胶养生粥冲泡粉,其包括:
糯米430g、小米440g、当归8g、阿胶10g、山药40g、熟地黄16g、大枣40g、元肉20g以及甘草8g。
其制备方法参照实施例1所示。
试验例
选用实施例1-5所提供的罗布麻养生粥冲泡粉,在北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都和重庆6个地方做随机抽样调查,针对每个实施例的归胶养生粥冲泡粉在每个地方选出50名使用者进行试验并跟踪采访。试验为期3个月,3个月满后,对每名使用者进行问卷调查,针对该功能性食品在味道口感、冲泡后食欲和调理效果三个方面进行评分,满分10分,使用者根据实际情况给分,并对每个实施例的功能性食品的共计300名使用者所给的份数求平均值,计算结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-5所提供归胶养生粥冲泡粉在味道口感、食欲口感、调理效果三个方面的作用均得到了客户的认可。
综上本发明提供的归胶养生粥冲泡粉,通过糯米、小米、当归、阿胶、山药、熟地黄、大枣、元肉及甘草的科学配伍,营养丰富,除了能止饿充饥以外,还具备显著的食疗效果,能够有效补充人体所需营养,增强人体免疫力,以及预防、调理疾病。能补血活血、滋阴养血、促进机体造血功能;升高红细胞、白细胞和血红蛋白含量;用于血虚闭经、衰弱贫血、崩漏血虚。益气补肾、益脾安神;抗血栓、抑制血小板凝聚;抗心律失常等。调理气血不足、营养不良、体弱多病;增强免疫力;助五脏、强筋骨、消除疲劳。具有延缓衰老、美容养颜、营养肌肤、使皮肤白嫩及乌发等作用,缓解更年期综合症等。减少农药残留对人体的危害,抑制癌细胞生成,减少肿瘤的发生。
本发明提供的归胶养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,按照上述的原料配比进行制备,制得的产品营养成分丰富。将原料加工成冲泡粉的形式,对产品有效成分吸收效果好;各原料能够更好的融合,各原料之间的口感差异协调;便于包装、便于携带且便于食用。适合于推广应用。

1.一种归胶养生粥冲泡粉,其特征在于,其包括:按重量份数计,其原料包括:
糯米40-50份、小米40-50份、当归0.5-1.2份、阿胶0.5-1.5份、山药3-7份、熟地黄1.2-2份、大枣2-4份、元肉1-3份以及甘草0.5-1.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的归胶养生粥冲泡粉,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述原料包括:
所述糯米42-48份、所述小米40-45份、所述当归0.6-1份、所述阿胶0.5-1份、所述山药4-6份、所述熟地黄1.4-1.8份、所述大枣3-4份、所述元肉1-2份以及所述甘草0.5-1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的归胶养生粥冲泡粉,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述原料包括:
所述糯米44份、所述小米43份、所述当归0.8份、所述阿胶0.8份、所述山药5份、所述熟地黄1.6份、所述大枣3份、所述元肉2份以及所述甘草0.8份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的归胶养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
将所述原料预处理后混合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的归胶养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述原料的预处理操作包括:
将所述糯米和所述小米粉碎过筛,得第一药粉;将所述当归、所述山药、以及所述甘草粉碎过筛,收集筛下物得第二药粉,收集筛上物,得药渣;
将所述大枣、所述元肉、所述熟地黄和所述药渣加水浸泡后煎煮,固液分离,得煎煮液;
将所述煎煮液与所述阿胶及所述第二药粉混匀,得待炒制粉;
将所述待炒制粉与所述第一药粉混合炒制再烘干;
优选地,所述第一药粉和所述第二药粉为过110-130目筛的筛下物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的归胶养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,煎煮的操作包括:
将所述大枣、所述元肉、所述熟地黄和所述药渣加水浸泡1.5-2.5h;加热煮沸,煎煮40-60min,得第一煎煮液和第一煎煮渣;将所述煎煮渣加水煮沸,煎煮40-60min,得第二煎煮液和第二煎煮渣;
将所述第一煎煮液和所述第二煎煮液混合,得所述煎煮液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的归胶养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,煎煮的操作还包括:
将所述第二煎煮渣进行揉压过筛,得到过筛的枣泥和细渣,将所述枣泥和所述细渣混入所述煎煮液;
优选地,采用80-100目筛进行揉压过筛。
8.根据权利要求5所述的归胶养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述煎煮液与所述阿胶及所述第二药粉混匀的操作包括:
将所述阿胶与经文火烊化后混入所述煎煮液,再将所述第二药粉与所述煎煮液混匀。
9.根据权利要求5所述的归胶养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述待炒制粉在炒制之前还包括:
将所述待炒制粉粉碎过110-130目筛。
10.根据权利要求5所述的归胶养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,炒制操作和烘干操作之间,还包括粉碎过120-140目筛。
