垃圾桶横向多孔注射加工工艺。本发明采用横向多孔注射模压工艺,改变了现有单浇口注胶竖向分子力结构组成,有效提高了垃圾桶体纵向抗冲击强度,而且横向的分子流向的注胶方式使得垃圾桶使用时更牢固耐用,同时多孔注胶大大节省了注塑保压时间,有效提高了垃圾桶体的加工效率,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及车用空调壳体生产技术领域,具体涉及一种垃圾桶横向多孔注射加工工艺。
背景技术
垃圾桶是日常生活中最为常用的卫生用具,由于塑料垃圾桶具有质量轻、易于运输和生产成本低的优点,越来越受到消费者的青睐,塑料垃圾桶采用注塑模压工艺制成,塑料垃圾桶射胶过程中都是采用底部注胶,胶体由底部不断注入到模具中,这种单孔的底部注塑模压工艺注胶时间和保压时间较长,而且底部注胶的方式导致胶体的分子纵向流动,成型后的胶体的分子排列也为纵向排列,而垃圾桶日常使用中从上到下举起放下,受力的方向也是纵向的,就会很容易导致垃圾桶的纵向开裂。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种垃圾桶横向多孔注射加工工艺,以解决现有技术存在的技术问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种垃圾桶横向多孔注射加工工艺,经过干燥、熔胶、射胶、保压、冷却和开模工序,将原料横向注入到模具中模压制成垃圾桶,具体生产工艺如下:
(1)干燥,将原料胶体进行干燥,干燥温度控制在80℃左右;
(2)熔胶,原料干燥后通过热熔胶螺杆将胶体熔化挤出,螺杆温度控制在220℃~245℃;
(3)射胶,胶体通过热流道经过多个横向气动针阀由定模侧面多点进胶;
(4)保压,合模压制,模具压力为2000~2500Mpa,保压时间为150秒,3分钟后即可出模;
(5)冷却,模具冷却至常温;
(6)开模,将模具打开,对出模的垃圾桶进行成品测试,对垃圾桶的性能进行对比。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种垃圾桶横向多孔注射加工工艺,经过干燥、熔胶、射胶、保压、冷却和开模工序,将原料横向注入到模具中模压制成垃圾桶,具体生产工艺如下:
(1)干燥,将原料胶体进行干燥,干燥温度控制在80℃左右;
(2)熔胶,原料干燥后通过热熔胶螺杆将胶体熔化挤出,螺杆温度控制在220℃~245℃;
(3)射胶,胶体通过热流道经过多个横向气动针阀由定模侧面多点进胶;
(4)保压,合模压制,模具压力为2000~2500Mpa,保压时间为150秒,3分钟后即可出模;
(5)冷却,模具冷却至常温;
(6)开模,将模具打开,对出模的垃圾桶进行成品测试,对垃圾桶的性能进行对比。

Claims (1)

1.一种垃圾桶横向多孔注射加工工艺,其特征是经过干燥、熔胶、射胶、保压、冷却和开模工序,将原料横向注入到模具中模压制成垃圾桶,具体生产工艺如下:
(1)干燥,将原料胶体进行干燥,干燥温度控制在80℃左右;
(2)熔胶,原料干燥后通过热熔胶螺杆将胶体熔化挤出,螺杆温度控制在220℃~245℃;
(3)射胶,胶体通过热流道经过多个横向气动针阀由定模侧面多点进胶;
(4)保压,合模压制,模具压力为2000~2500Mpa,保压时间为150秒,3分钟后即可出模;
(5)冷却,模具冷却至常温;
(6)开模,将模具打开,对出模的垃圾桶进行成品测试,对垃圾桶的性能进行对比。
