[0020] 如图1 -2所示,一种PCB板加工用钻孔装置,包括底板1,底板1顶部的两侧均通过支 撑板2固定连接有顶板3,顶板3顶部的左侧固定连接有第一电机4,第一电机4位三相异步交 流电机,且第一电机4的输出轴固定连接有第一皮带轮5,第一皮带轮5的表面通过皮带传动 连接有第二皮带轮6,第二皮带轮6的轴心处固定连接有丝杆7,且丝杆7的两端分别与两个 支撑板2相对一侧的顶部转动连接,丝杆7的表面螺纹连接有螺纹块8,且螺纹块8的顶部通 过滑动杆与顶板3的底部滑动连接,螺纹块8的底部固定连接有第二电机9,且第二电机9的 输出轴固定连接有PCB钻头10,螺纹块8的表面通过支撑杆固定连接有吸嘴11,两个支撑板2 相对的一侧之间滑动连接有滑动板12,且滑动板12顶部的两侧均固定连接有稳定板13,两 个稳定板13相对的一侧均固定连接有第一伸缩杆14,且两个第一伸缩杆14相对的一端均固 定连接有固定装置15,顶板3顶部的右侧固定连接有处理箱16,处理箱16内壁底部的左侧设 置有抽气泵17,且抽气栗17的抽气口通过软管18与吸嘴11连通,处理箱16内壁的底部从左 至右均通过固定槽分别活动连接有第一过滤板19和第二过滤板20,第一过滤板19和第二过 滤板20均为活性炭过滤板,其滤孔大小不同,第一过滤板19和第二过滤板20的顶部均贯穿 处理箱16且延伸至处理箱16的外部,第一过滤板19和第二过滤板20的顶部均固定连接有拉 环,固定装置15包括固定框151,固定框151的一侧与第一伸缩杆14的一端固定连接,固定框 151内壁的一侧滑动连接有固定板152,固定板152的顶部固定连接有拉杆153,拉杆153的顶 端贯穿固定框151且延伸至固定框151的外部,拉杆153的顶端固定连接有拉柄154,固定板 I52顶部的两侧与固定框151内壁顶部的两侧之间固定连接有弹簧155,处理箱16的右侧开 设有出气口 21,滑动板12的表面开设有落肩口 22,底板1的顶部通过U型槽固定连接有与落 屑口 22配合使用的接屑箱23,滑动板12底部的两侧与底板1顶部的两侧之间均固定连接有 第二伸缩杆24,第一伸缩杆14和第二伸缩杆24均为电动伸缩杆,底板1底部的两侧均固定连 接有安装座25。
[0021]使用时,通过拉柄154拉动拉杆153,拉杆153带动固定板152移动,将PCB板放置在 固定框151内,松开拉柄154,通过弹簧155的弹力挤压固定板152,通过固定板152和固定框 151对PCB板进行固定,第一电机4工作,通过第一皮带轮5、皮带和第二皮带轮6带动丝杆7转 动,丝杆7通过螺纹块带动第二电机9和PCB钻头10移动,调节PCB钻头10的位置,第二电机9 工作带动PCB钻头10转动,第二伸缩杆24伸长带动滑动板12向上移动,使PCB板接触PCB钻头 10,进行钻孔处理,抽气栗17工作通过吸嘴11和软管18将烟尘吸入至处理箱16内,通过第一 过滤板19第二过滤板20净化处理。

1. 一种PCB板加工用钻孔装置,其特征在于:包括底板(1),所述底板(1)顶部的两侧均 通过支撑板(2)固定连接有顶板(3),所述顶板(3)顶部的左侧固定连接有第一电机(4),且 第一电机(4)的输出轴固定连接有第一皮带轮(5),所述第一皮带轮(5)的表面通过皮带传 动连接有第二皮带轮(6),所述第二皮带轮(6)的轴心处固定连接有丝杆(7),且丝杆C7)的 两端分别与两个支撑板(2)相对一侧的顶部转动连接,所述丝杆(7)的表面螺纹连接有螺纹 块(8),且螺纹块(8)的顶部通过滑动杆与顶板(3)的底部滑动连接,所述螺纹块(8)的底部 固定连接有第二电机(9),且第二电机(9)的输出轴固定连接有PCB钻头(10),所述螺纹块 (8)的表面通过支撑杆固定连接有吸嘴(11),两个所述支撑板(2)相对的一侧之间滑动连接 有滑动板(12),且滑动板(12)顶部的两侧均固定连接有稳定板(13),两个所述稳定板(13) 相对的一侧均固定连接有第一伸缩杆(14),且两个第一伸缩杆(14)相对的一端均固定连接 有固定装置(15),所述顶板(3)顶部的右侧固定连接有处理箱(丨6),所述处理箱(I6)内壁底 部的左侧设置有抽气栗(17),且抽气栗(17)的抽气口通过软管(18)与吸嘴(11)连通,所述 处理箱(16)内壁的底部从左至右均通过固定槽分别活动连接有第一过滤板(19)和第二过 滤板(20),所述第一过滤板(19)和第二过滤板(20)的顶部均贯穿处理箱(16)且延伸至处理 箱(16)的外部,所述第一过滤板(1®和第二过滤板(2〇)的顶部均固定连接有拉环。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板加工用钻孔装置,其特征在于:所述固定装置(15) 包括固定框(151),所述固定框(151)的一侧与第一伸缩杆(14)的一端固定连接,所述固定 框(151)内壁的一侧滑动连接有固定板(152),所述固定板(152)的顶部固定连接有拉杆 (153),所述拉杆(153)的顶端贯穿固定框(151)且延伸至固定框(151)的外部,所述拉杆 (153)的顶端固定连接有拉柄(154),所述固定板(152)顶部的两侧与固定框(151)内壁顶部 的两侧之间固定连接有弹簧(155)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板加工用钻孔装置,其特征在于:所述处理箱(16)的 右侧开设有出气口(21)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板加工用钻孔装置,其特征在于:所述滑动板(12)的 表面开设有落屑口(22),所述底板(1)的顶部通过U型槽固定连接有与落屑口(22)配合使用 的接屑箱(23)。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板加工用钻孔装置,其特征在于:所述滑动板(⑵底 部的两侧与底板(1)顶部的两侧之间均固定连接有第二伸缩杆(24)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板加工用钻孔装置,其特征在于:所述底板(1)底部的 两侧均固定连接有安装座(25)。
