Abstract
本发明提供了一种树莓、沙棘、枸杞、白刺复合果油软胶囊,它是由如下重量配比的原辅料制备而成:原料:树莓果油10~30份,沙棘果油12~25份,枸杞果油14~25份,白刺果油13~35份;辅料适量:包括明胶,甘油,水。本发明将树莓果油、沙棘果油、枸杞果油、白刺果油四者有机结合,其抗氧化活性明显优于同样浓度下四种果油单独的抗氧化活性。上述实验结论足以证明,本发明提供的树莓、沙棘、白刺果油组合物具有协同增效的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于保健品领域,具体涉及以一种树莓、沙棘、枸杞、白刺复合果油软胶囊。
技术背景
不饱和脂肪酸是人体不可缺少的脂肪酸,根据双键个数的不同分为单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸。单不饱和脂肪酸有油酸、棕榈油酸、蓖麻油酸等。多不饱和脂肪酸有亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸等。一些不饱和脂肪酸人体自身不能合成,必需从膳食中补充,例如亚油酸和亚麻酸。许多植物油中不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,如橄榄油、阿甘油、大豆油、玉米油、葵花果油等。不饱和脂肪酸具有非常重要的生理作用,包括保持细胞膜的流动性,维持细胞正常生理功能;调节血脂,降低血液中的胆固醇和甘油三酯,这对预防心脑血管疾病的发生起着关键作用;免疫调节功能;是合成人体内前列腺素和凝血恶烷的前体物质;提高脑细胞活性,增强记忆力等。
随着人们保健意识的不断提高,树莓果油、沙棘果油、枸杞果油、白刺果油等以小浆果种籽为原料的新型食疗保健油越来越受到欢迎。研究发现,树莓、沙棘、枸杞、白刺等浆果的种果油中含有大量丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,具有极高的营养价值和保健价值。白刺果油中含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸,同时还含有抗氧化性生育酚和甾醇类。沙棘果油由棕榈酸、棕榈烯酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等多种有益脂肪酸组成,其中不饱和脂肪酸高达70%,在所有植物油中不饱和酸种类及含量都相当高。沙棘果油中还有大量的维生素E、维生素A、类胡萝卜素,多种微量元素以及硒、镁、锌、铁、锰等矿质元素。此外,沙棘果油中还含有少量的植物甾醇、儿茶素类和黄酮类化合物。这些维持生命活动不可或缺的物质,使得沙棘果油成为营养全面的新型食疗保健油,保健价值极高。树莓果油中含有高达95%以上的不饱和脂肪酸,其中油酸占17%,亚油酸占49%,α-亚麻酸占33%。同时,树莓果油中还含有很高比例的维生素E和维生素A,具有很强的自由基清除能力,是不可多得的新型健康植物油。枸杞果油中含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸及大量维生素E,具有显著的降血脂、降血糖、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗癌、补充大脑营养、抗疲劳、美容养颜等作用。
近年来,小浆果产业发展迅速,打破浆果传统食用方式,进行精深加工,对实现浆果的高值化利用具有非常重要的意义。目前还未见将树莓果油、沙棘果油、枸杞果油、白刺果油四者联合使用的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于树莓果油、沙棘果油、枸杞果油、白刺果油的软胶囊。
具体地,本发明提供了一种树莓、沙棘、枸杞、白刺复合果油软胶囊,它是由如下重量配比的原辅料制备而成:
原料:树莓果油10~30份,沙棘果油12~25份,枸杞果油14~25份,白刺果油13~35份;
辅料适量:包括明胶,甘油,水。
进一步地,其原料由重量配比的组份组成:
树莓果油15~25份,沙棘果油15~25份,枸杞果油15~25份,白刺果油15~25份。
更进一步地,树莓果油:沙棘果油:枸杞果油:白刺果油=1:1:1:1。
进一步地,所述辅料重量配比如下:明胶15~30份,甘油5~15份,水10~15份。
更进一步地,树莓、沙棘、白刺三种果油总量占软胶囊总质量的55~75%w/w。
本发明还提供了上述软胶囊在制备具备抗氧化功效的食品、保健品或药品中的用途。
进一步地,所述食品、保健品或药物是清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基或ABTS自由基的食品、保健品或药品。
本发明将树莓果油、沙棘果油、枸杞果油、白刺果油四者有机结合,其抗氧化活性明显优于同样浓度下四种果油单独的抗氧化活性。上述实验结论足以证明,本发明提供的树莓、沙棘、白刺果油组合物具有协同增效的作用。
本发明将树莓果油、沙棘果油、枸杞果油、白刺果油四者有机结合,制成果油软胶囊,保健价值更高、携带方便、利于储存、适用人群广,具有极高的市场前景。

具体实施方式
本发明所称果油,是以去籽后的各浆果为原料,采用已知果油制备方法进行制取,例如压榨或者提取,常用提取方法包括二氧化碳超临界萃取技术,本发明实施例所用果油是采用二氧化碳超临界萃取技术制备。

软胶囊制备按照常规方法进行,首先将树莓果油、沙棘果油、枸杞果油和白刺果油按照重量份称取,混合调质均匀。接着,通过明胶、甘油和水制备软胶囊液。然后压制成型制成软胶囊。最后,通过硬化定型、干燥等处理步骤即可。

体外抗氧化活性实验
(1)材料:树莓果油,沙棘果油、枸杞果油、白刺果油及四者以1:1:1:1w/w混合的果油组合物。
(2)实验仪器及试剂:管式离心机(TGL-16G-A型,上海安亭科学仪器厂);可见紫外分光光度计(UV-722N,上海尼柯有限公司);恒温水浴锅(HD型,辽阳市恒温仪器厂)。ABTS购于上海晶纯生化科技股份有限公司(阿拉丁);过硫酸钾、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠、三氯乙酸等试剂均购于山东禹王实业有限公司;超氧阴离子试剂盒、羟自由基试剂盒均购于南京建成生物科技有限公司。
(3)ABTS清除能力:将ABTS溶解(+H2O)至终浓度为7mmol/L,过硫酸钾配制成2.45mmol/L,将二者溶液混合,放置于黑暗,室温条件下搅拌16h;而后将ABTS混合溶液用PBS溶液(PH=7.0)稀释到其吸光值(于734nm处测)为0.70±0.02;树莓、沙棘、枸杞、白刺四种果油及四种果油组合物分别用蒸馏水稀释至不同浓度(0.5mg/mL,1mg/mL,2mg/mL,4mg/mL,8mg/mL和16mg/mL);最后将上述不同浓度的样品加入到ABTS混合溶液中,其样品与ABTS混合溶液比例为1:20,混合后于室温下孵育6min,于734nm处测定吸光值。根据公式计算出清除率。ABTS清除率(%)=(1-样品吸光值/空白吸光值)×100%。结果见图1。
(4)羟自由基清除能力:采用Fenton反应原理产生羟自由基,用番红染料显色发来测定对羟自由基的清除能力。将树莓、沙棘、枸杞、白刺四种果油及四种果油组合物分别用蒸馏水稀释至不同浓度(1mg/mL,2mg/mL,4mg/mL,8mg/mL,16mg/mL)。各组依次加入0.15mol/L的Tris-HCl缓冲液(pH7.4)1ml、0.04mg/ml番红溶液1ml、蒸馏水1ml、0.945mmol/L的EDTANa-Fe2+溶液(pH7.4)0.5ml、样品0.5ml和1%H2O2溶液0.5ml,于37℃孵育30min,对照组用蒸馏水代替,空白组EDTANa-Fe2+溶液和样品用蒸馏水代替。在520nm下检测吸光值。根据公式计算出清除率。羟自由基清除率(%)=1-样品吸光值/空白吸光值×100%。结果见图2。
(5)超氧阴离子自由基清除能力:采用黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶产生超氧阴离子自由基体系测定对超氧自由基的清除能力。将树莓、沙棘、枸杞、白刺四种果油及四种果油组合物分别用蒸馏水稀释至不同浓度(1mg/mL,2mg/mL,4mg/mL,8mg/mL,16mg/mL)。各组依次加入75mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.8)1ml、样品0.2ml(对照组用蒸馏水代替)、0.1mol/L盐酸羟胺溶液0.1ml、75mmol/L黄嘌呤溶液0.1ml和0.037U/ml黄嘌呤氧化酶溶液0.1ml,混合均匀后27℃孵育30min。再加入2ml显色剂(0.4g/L甲萘胺+4g/L对氨基苯磺酸),混匀后静置5min,530nm下侧吸光值。根据公式计算出清除率。超氧阴离子自由基清除率(%)=1-样品吸光值/空白吸光值×100%。结果见图3。

1.一种树莓、沙棘、枸杞、白刺复合果油软胶囊,其特征在于:它是由如下重量配比的原辅料制备而成:
原料:树莓果油10~30份,沙棘果油12~25份,枸杞果油14~25份,白刺果油13~35份;
辅料适量:包括明胶,甘油,水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树莓、沙棘、枸杞、白刺复合果油软胶囊,其特征在于:其原料由重量配比的组份组成:
树莓果油15~25份,沙棘果油15~25份,枸杞果油15~25份,白刺果油15~25份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合果油软胶囊,其特征在于:树莓果油:沙棘果油:枸杞果油:白刺果油=1:1:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合果油软胶囊,其特征在于:所述辅料重量配比如下:明胶15~30份,甘油5~15份,水10~15份。
5.根据权利要求1、2或5所述的复合果油软胶囊,其特征在于:树莓、沙棘、白刺三种果油总量占软胶囊总质量的55~75%w/w。
6.权利要求1~5所述软胶囊在制备具备抗氧化功效的食品、保健品或药品中的用途。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于:所述食品、保健品或药物是清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基或ABTS自由基的食品、保健品或药品。
