Abstract

具备电动增压器(140)、电动发电机(220)及向电动增压器(140)和电动发电机(220)供给电力的蓄电装置(270)的混合动力系统根据要求转矩来控制电动增压器(140)及电动发电机(220)。具体而言,即使在通过发动机(100)单体能够达到要求转矩的情况下,若蓄电装置(270)的蓄电量存在富余,则混合动力系统的控制装置也使电动增压器(140)及电动发电机(220)中的至少一方工作而对发动机转矩进行辅助。

混合动力系统的控制装置及控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及具备电动增压器、电动发电机及向电动增压器和电动发电机供给电力的蓄电装置的混合动力系统的控制装置及控制方法。
背景技术
以提高燃料经济性为目的,如日本特开2005-171842号公报(专利文献1)记载那样,提出了根据以发动机单体能够达到的基础转矩与要求转矩的比较来控制电动增压器及电动发电机而对发动机转矩进行辅助的混合动力系统。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
另外,在混合动力系统中,当扩大电动增压器及电动发电机的工作区域时,发动机的燃料喷射量降低,能够期待进一步提高燃料经济性。然而,当单纯地扩大电动增压器及电动发电机的工作区域时,由电动增压器及电动发电机消耗的电力量增加,因此用于对蓄电装置进行充电的燃料消耗量增加而燃料经济性提高变得困难。
因此,本发明目的在于提供能够进一步提高燃料经济性的混合动力系统的控制装置及控制方法。
用于解决课题的方案
具备电动增压器、电动发电机及向电动增压器和电动发电机供给电力的蓄电装置的混合动力系统根据要求转矩来控制电动增压器及电动发电机。具体而言,混合动力系统的控制装置即使在通过发动机单体能够达到要求转矩的情况下,若蓄电装置的蓄电量存在富余,则也使电动增压器及电动发电机中的至少一方工作而对发动机转矩进行辅助。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够实现混合动力系统的燃料经济性的进一步提高。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,详细说明用于实施本发明的实施方式。
图1示出搭载于卡车等车辆的混合动力系统的一例。
在与柴油发动机100的进气歧管110连接的进气管120,沿进气流通方向依次配设有空气滤清器130、电动增压器140、涡轮增压机150的压缩器152、中间冷却器160及进气门170。在此,作为发动机,并不局限于柴油发动机100,也可以设为汽油发动机。需要说明的是,电动增压器140也可以配设在压缩器152与中间冷却器160之间、中间冷却器160与进气歧管110之间等。
空气滤清器130通过未图示的空气要素,将进气中的尘埃等过滤并除去。电动增压器140通过例如无刷马达等电动马达142来驱动压缩器144旋转,对于通过空气滤清器130除去了尘埃等的进气进行增压。涡轮增压机150通过由排气能量驱动而旋转的压缩器152对进气进行增压。中间冷却器160使用例如行车风、冷却水对通过了压缩器152的进气进行冷却。进气门170例如在柴油发动机100停止时对进气进行节流,由此降低在柴油发动机100停止时产生的振动。
在柴油发动机100的进气管120并设有绕过电动增压器140的压缩器144的旁通通路180。在旁通通路180配设有将进气流路至少能够开闭成全开和全闭的能够远距离操作的流路切换阀190。在此,作为流路切换阀190,可以使用例如通过伺服马达等促动器而使阀芯旋转的蝶阀等。
因此,当流路切换阀190的开度为全开时,通过了空气滤清器130的进气的全量未向电动增压器140的压缩器144导入,而向涡轮增压机150的压缩器152直接导入。另一方面,当流路切换阀190的开度为全闭时,通过了空气滤清器130的进气的全量经由电动增压器140的压缩器144,向涡轮增压机150的压缩器152导入。在此,在流路切换阀190为全开与全闭之间的中间开度时,通过了空气滤清器130的进气根据流路切换阀190的开度而向电动增压器140的压缩器144及涡轮增压机150的压缩器152分流。
在与柴油发动机100的排气歧管200连接的排气管210,沿排气流通方向依次配设有涡轮增压机150的涡轮154及排气净化装置(未图示)。涡轮增压机150的涡轮154由在排气管210中流动的排气驱动而旋转,驱动经由未图示的轴而连结的压缩器152旋转。排气净化装置使用例如作为还原剂前驱物的尿素水溶液,对排气中的氮氧化物选择性地进行还原净化。
在柴油发动机100的输出轴,经由离合器或变矩器(未图示)以及电动发电机220而安装有例如平时啮合式的变速器230。变速器230的输出轴经由传动轴240及差速器壳250而与作为驱动轮的左右一对的后轮260连结。需要说明的是,电动发电机220也可以例如与变速器230并列配置。
另外,在车辆的预定部位搭载有向电动增压器140的电动马达142及电动发电机220供给电力并蓄积由电动发电机220发电产生的电力的蓄电装置(ESS:Energy StorageSystem)270。蓄电装置270经由例如CAN(Controller Area Network)等车载网络280而与内置有微型计算机的电子控制装置290以能够通信的方式连接。在此,电子控制装置290可列举为控制装置的一例。
如图2所示,电子控制装置290具有CPU(Central Processing Unit)等处理器A、闪光ROM(Read Only Memory)等非易失性存储器B、RAM(Random Access Memory)等易失性存储器C、成为与各种传感器等外部设备的接口的输入输出电路D及将它们以相互能够通信的方式连接的总线E。
检测柴油发动机100的旋转速度Ne的旋转速度传感器300及检测未图示的加速踏板的开度(加速器开度)ACC的加速器开度传感器310的各输出信号向电子控制装置290输入。而且,从蓄电装置270将其蓄电量SOC(State Of Charge)向电子控制装置290输入。需要说明的是,旋转速度Ne及加速器开度ACC也可以从经由车载网络280而能够通信地连接的其他的电子控制装置(未图示)读入。
电子控制装置290按照存储于非易失性存储器B的控制程序,基于旋转速度Ne、加速器开度ACC及蓄电量SOC,向流路切换阀190、蓄电装置270及燃料喷射装置320输出控制信号,对电动增压器140、电动发电机220及柴油发动机100进行电子控制。
在电子控制装置290的非易失性存储器B存储有图3所示的转矩映射。转矩映射是对于与发动机旋转速度及要求转矩对应的发动机单体、电动增压器140及电动发电机220的各转矩分担进行了规定的映射,例如根据柴油发动机100、电动增压器140及电动发电机220的特性等来设定。在此,发动机单体不是单独的柴油发动机100而包括与柴油发动机100一体化的涡轮增压机150。以下,在转矩映射中,将柴油发动机100的转矩分担区域称为区域A,将电动增压器140的转矩分担区域称为区域B,将电动发电机220的转矩分担区域称为区域C。
另外,在转矩映射中,规定有即使在通过发动机单体能够达到要求转矩的情况下也使电动增压器140及电动发电机220工作而对发动机转矩进行辅助从而实现进一步的燃料经济性提高的区域D及区域E。在图3所示的转矩映射中,区域D表示基于电动增压器140的可转矩辅助区域,区域E表示基于电动发电机220的可转矩辅助区域。需要说明的是,区域D及区域E可以根据例如电动增压器140、电动发电机220及蓄电装置270的特性进行设定。
并且,电子控制装置290在车辆行驶中柴油发动机100成为稳态运转状态时,根据加速器开度ACC来算出要求转矩,判定通过发动机单体是否能够达到要求转矩。而且,电子控制装置290在判定为通过发动机单体能够达到要求转矩的情况下,若蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC存在富余,则使电动增压器140及电动发电机220中的至少一方工作而对发动机转矩进行辅助。此外,电子控制装置290根据发动机转矩的辅助量来降低燃料喷射装置320的燃料喷射量。
图4及图5示出以在车辆行驶中柴油发动机100转变为稳态运转状态的情况为契机而电子控制装置290的处理器A每隔预定时间t1反复执行的控制程序的主例程的一例。在此,柴油发动机100的稳态运转状态是指容许与传感器输出特性对应的些许变动的、柴油发动机100的旋转速度及要求转矩成为大致恒定的状态。
在步骤1(在图中,简记为“S1”。以下同样)中,电子控制装置290的处理器A从加速器开度传感器310读入加速器开度ACC。
在步骤2中,电子控制装置290的处理器A参照例如设定有与加速器开度对应的要求转矩的映射(未图示),算出与加速器开度ACC对应的要求转矩TDR。
在步骤3中,电子控制装置290的处理器A算出从要求转矩TDR减去了基础转矩TEB的转矩偏差ΔTD(ΔTD=TDR-TEB)。在此,基础转矩TEB是在图3所示的转矩映射中由划分区域A与区域B及C的粗线规定的转矩、即通过发动机单体能够达到的转矩。
在步骤4中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定转矩偏差ΔTD是否为正,总而言之,判定通过发动机单体是否能够达到要求转矩TDR。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为转矩偏差ΔTD为正、即通过发动机单体无法达到要求转矩TDR,则使处理进入步骤5(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为转矩偏差ΔTD为0或负、即通过发动机单体能够达到要求转矩TDR,则使处理进入步骤13(否)。
在步骤5中,电子控制装置290的处理器A从蓄电装置270读入蓄电量SOC。
在步骤6中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定蓄电量SOC是否小于第一预定值SOC1。在此,第一预定值SOC1是用于判定是否蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC大幅下降而电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作变得困难的阈值,例如,可以考虑蓄电装置270的蓄电容量以及电动增压器140及电动发电机220的消耗电力进行设定。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC小于第一预定值SOC1,则使处理进入步骤7(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC为第一预定值SOC1以上,则使处理进入步骤9(否)。
在步骤7中,电子控制装置290的处理器A例如增大燃料喷射装置320的燃料喷射量,由此增大电动发电机220的发电量,增大蓄电装置270的充电电流。总之,电子控制装置290的处理器A根据蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC来增大燃料喷射量,通过电动发电机220对蓄电装置270进行充电(以下同样)。
在步骤8中,电子控制装置290的处理器A许可电动增压器140的工作。在此,电动增压器140的工作许可或工作禁止例如可以通过变更电子控制装置290的易失性存储器C中存储的许可标志来实现(以下同样)。然后,电子控制装置290的处理器A使处理进入步骤12。
在步骤9中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定蓄电量SOC是否小于第二预定值SOC2,总而言之,判定蓄电量SOC是否为第一预定值SOC1以上且小于第二预定值SOC2。在此,第二预定值SOC2是用于判定是否蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC下降而虽然电动增压器140能够工作但是电动发电机220的工作变得困难的阈值,例如,可以考虑蓄电装置270的蓄电容量以及电动增压器140及电动发电机220的消耗电力进行设定。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC小于第二预定值SOC2,则使处理进入步骤10(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC为第二预定值SOC2以上、即蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC充分,则使处理进入步骤11(否)。
在步骤10中,电子控制装置290的处理器A例如略微增大燃料喷射装置320的燃料喷射量,由此减小电动发电机220的发电量,减小蓄电装置270的充电电流。
在步骤11中,电子控制装置290的处理器A许可电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作。然后,电子控制装置290的处理器A使处理进入步骤12。
在步骤12中,电子控制装置290的处理器A执行对电动增压器140及电动发电机220进行控制的副例程。需要说明的是,关于该副例程的详情在后文叙述。
在步骤13中,电子控制装置290的处理器A从蓄电装置270读入蓄电量SOC。
在步骤14中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定蓄电量SOC是否小于第一预定值SOC1。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC小于第一预定值SOC1,则使处理进入步骤15(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC为第一预定值SOC1以上,则使处理进入步骤17(否)。
在步骤15中,电子控制装置290的处理器A增大蓄电装置270的充电电流。
在步骤16中,蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC减少,因此电子控制装置290的处理器A分别禁止电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作。
在步骤17中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定蓄电量SOC是否小于第二预定值SOC2。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC小于第二预定值SOC2,则使处理进入步骤18(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC为第二预定值SOC2以上,则使处理进入步骤20(否)。
在步骤18中,电子控制装置290的处理器A减小蓄电装置270的充电电流。
在步骤19中,虽然蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC下降,但是不会影响电动增压器140的转矩辅助,因此电子控制装置290的处理器A许可电动增压器140的工作。
在步骤20中,由于蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC充分,因此电子控制装置290的处理器A分别许可电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作。然后,电子控制装置290的处理器A使处理进入步骤12。
图6及图7示出对电动增压器140及电动发电机220进行控制的副例程的一例。
在步骤21中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定转矩偏差ΔTD是否为正,总而言之,判定通过发动机单体是否能够达到要求转矩TDR。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为转矩偏差ΔTD为正、即通过发动机单体无法达到要求转矩TDR,则使处理进入步骤22(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为转矩偏差ΔTD为0或负、即通过发动机单体能够达到要求转矩TDR,则使处理进入步骤27(否)。
在步骤22中,电子控制装置290的处理器A参照图3所示的转矩映射,来确定对电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作状态进行决定的目标运转区域。具体而言,电子控制装置290的处理器A从旋转速度传感器300读入旋转速度Ne,并从加速器开度传感器310读入加速器开度ACC。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A参照转矩映射,确定与根据旋转速度Ne和加速器开度ACC而确定的要求转矩TDR对应的区域A~C。需要说明的是,在此,不需要确定区域D及E。
在步骤23中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定目标运转区域是否为区域B,总而言之,判定是否需要基于电动增压器140的转矩辅助。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为目标运转区域为区域B,则使处理进入步骤24(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为目标运转区域不是区域B、即是需要基于电动发电机220的转矩辅助的区域C,则使处理进入步骤25(否)。
在步骤24中,电子控制装置290的处理器A向蓄电装置270输出控制信号而使电动增压器140工作,对柴油发动机100的转矩进行辅助。在这种情况下,电子控制装置290的处理器A向蓄电装置270输出与转矩偏差ΔTD的大小对应的控制信号,能够仅对通过发动机单体无法达到的转矩进行辅助。这样的话,能够抑制电动增压器140的消耗电力。然后,电子控制装置290的处理器A使处理返回主例程。需要说明的是,电子控制装置290的处理器A在使电动增压器140工作时,向流路切换阀190输出控制信号而使其全闭,将通过了空气滤清器130的进气的全量向电动增压器140导入(以下同样)。
在步骤25中,电子控制装置290的处理器A参照例如易失性存储器C的许可标志,判定是否许可电动发电机220的工作。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为许可电动发电机220的工作,则使处理进入步骤26(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为不许可电动发电机220的工作,则使处理返回主例程(否)。
在步骤26中,电子控制装置290的处理器A向蓄电装置270输出控制信号而使电动发电机220工作,对柴油发动机100的转矩进行辅助。在这种情况下,电子控制装置290的处理器A向蓄电装置270输出与转矩偏差ΔTD的大小对应的控制信号,能够仅对通过发动机单体无法达到的转矩进行辅助。这样的话,能够抑制电动发电机220的消耗电力。然后,电子控制装置290的处理器A使处理返回主例程。
在步骤27中,电子控制装置290的处理器A经由与步骤22同样的处理,确定目标运转区域。
在步骤28中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定目标运转区域是否为区域D,总而言之,判定是否能够进行基于电动增压器140的转矩辅助。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为目标运转区域为区域D,则使处理进入步骤29(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为目标运转区域不是区域D,则使处理进入步骤31(否)。
在步骤29中,电子控制装置290的处理器A例如参照易失性存储器C的许可标志,判定是否许可电动增压器140的工作。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为许可电动增压器140的工作,则使处理进入步骤30(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为不许可电动增压器140的工作,则使处理返回主例程(否)。
在步骤30中,电子控制装置290的处理器A向蓄电装置270输出控制信号而使电动增压器140工作,对柴油发动机100的转矩进行辅助。在这种情况下,电子控制装置290的处理器A向蓄电装置270输出与从要求转矩TDR减去划定区域D的下限的转矩所得到的偏差对应的控制信号,能够对转矩进行辅助。然后,电子控制装置290的处理器A使处理返回主例程。
在步骤31中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定目标运转区域是否为区域E,总而言之,判定是否能够进行基于电动发电机220的转矩辅助。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为目标运转区域为区域E,则使处理进入步骤32(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为目标运转区域不为区域E,则使处理返回主例程(否)。
在步骤32中,电子控制装置290的处理器A参照例如易失性存储器C的许可标志,判定是否许可电动发电机220的工作。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为许可电动发电机220的工作,则使处理进入步骤33(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为不许可电动发电机220的工作,则使处理返回主例程(否)。
在步骤33中,电子控制装置290的处理器A向蓄电装置270输出控制信号而使电动发电机220工作,对柴油发动机100的转矩进行辅助。在这种情况下,电子控制装置290的处理器A向蓄电装置270输出与从要求转矩TDR减去了划定区域E的下限的转矩所得到的偏差对应的控制信号,对转矩进行辅助。然后,电子控制装置290的处理器A使处理返回主例程。
根据上述混合动力系统,在车辆行驶中成为稳态运转状态时,电子控制装置290的处理器A根据加速器开度ACC算出要求转矩TDR,求出从要求转矩TDR减去了基础转矩TEB所得到的转矩偏差ΔTD。在转矩偏差ΔTD为正、总而言之通过发动机单体无法达到要求转矩TDR时,电子控制装置290的处理器A根据蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC,分别执行蓄电装置270的充电控制以及电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作许可控制。
具体而言,在蓄电量SOC小于第一预定值SOC1时,电子控制装置290的处理器A增大燃料喷射量而增加电动发电机220的发电量,并许可电动增压器140的工作。在蓄电量SOC为第一预定值SOC1以上且小于第二预定值SOC2的情况下,电子控制装置290的处理器A略微增大燃料喷射量而使电动发电机220的发电量略微增加,并许可电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作。在蓄电量SOC为第二预定值SOC2以上时,电子控制装置290的处理器A不进行向蓄电装置270的充电,分别许可电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作。
另一方面,在转矩偏差ΔTD为0或负、总而言之通过发动机单体能够达到要求转矩TDR时,电子控制装置290的处理器A根据蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC,分别执行蓄电装置270的充电控制以及电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作许可控制。
具体而言,在蓄电量SOC小于第一预定值SOC1时,电子控制装置290的处理器A增大燃料喷射量而增加电动发电机220的发电量,并且分别禁止电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作。在蓄电量SOC为第一预定值SOC1以上且小于第二预定值SOC2时,电子控制装置290的处理器A略微增大燃料喷射量而使电动发电机220的发电量略微增加,并许可电动增压器140的工作。在蓄电量SOC为第二预定值SOC2以上时,电子控制装置290的处理器A不进行向蓄电装置270的充电,分别许可电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作。
并且,在通过发动机单体无法达到目标转矩TDR时,若根据旋转速度Ne及要求转矩TDR而确定的目标运转区域为区域B、即是需要基于电动增压器140的转矩辅助的区域,则电子控制装置290的处理器A使电动增压器140工作而对转矩进行辅助。而且,若目标运转区域不为区域B、即是需要基于电动发电机220的转矩辅助的区域,则仅在电动发电机220的工作被许可的情况下,电子控制装置290的处理器A使电动发电机220工作而对转矩进行辅助。此时,由于同时进行蓄电装置270的充电控制,因此不存在使电动增压器140工作的电力不足的情况。
另一方面,在通过发动机单体能够达到目标转矩TDR的情况下,若目标运转区域为区域D、即能够进行基于电动增压器140的转矩辅助的区域,则电子控制装置290的处理器A仅在电动增压器140的工作被许可的情况下,使电动增压器140工作而对转矩进行辅助。而且,若目标运转区域为区域E、即能够进行基于电动发电机220的转矩辅助的区域,则电子控制装置290的处理器A仅在电动发电机220的工作被许可的情况下,使电动发电机220工作而对转矩进行辅助。
这样,即使在通过发动机单体能够达到目标转矩TDR的情况下,若蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC存在富余,则也使电动增压器140或电动发电机220工作而对发动机转矩进行辅助。当使电动增压器140或电动发电机220工作而对发动机转矩进行辅助时,相应地燃料喷射量降低,因此能够实现混合动力系统的燃料经济性的进一步提高。
另外,蓄电装置270不是仅依赖于制动器等的能量再生,通过并用与蓄电量SOC对应的适当的行驶中充电,而进行蓄电装置270的充电。因此,不需要增大蓄电装置270的蓄电容量,能够减小蓄电装置270。当减小蓄电装置270时,其重量减轻,因此例如通过车辆重量的降低也能够提高运动性能等。需要说明的是,行驶中充电在发动机负载低的燃料消耗率非常差的运转区域通过电动发电机220施加负载而转换成电能,因此能够综合性地提高燃料经济性。
另外,在车辆以低速行驶时,可认为以高的排挡缓慢地行驶。在这样的行驶状态下,柴油发动机100的旋转速度Ne低,要求转矩TDR也比较小。因此,若增加基于电动增压器140的转矩辅助,则相应地燃料喷射量降低,能够进一步提高混合动力系统的燃料经济性。
因此,如图8所示,在电子控制装置290的非易失性存储器B存储有在车速小于预定值时使用的低速用转矩映射和在车速为预定值以上时使用的高速用转矩映射作为基于电动增压器140的可转矩辅助区域。需要说明的是,作为与车速对应的转矩映射,并不局限于低速用及高速用这两个,也可以设为与车速对应的多个转矩映射。而且,从未图示的车速传感器或其他的电子控制装置向电子控制装置290输入车速VSP。
图9示出在车辆行驶中以柴油发动机100转变为稳态运转状态的情况为契机而电子控制装置290的处理器A每隔预定时间t2反复执行的转矩映射选定处理的一例。在此,预定时间t2可以与预定时间t1相同,而且,也可以与预定时间t1不同。
在步骤41中,电子控制装置290的处理器A从车速传感器或其他的电子控制装置读入车速VSP。
在步骤42中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定车速VSP是否为预定值Vth以上。在此,预定值Vth是用于判定车辆是否以低速行驶的阈值,例如,可以考虑电动增压器140的特性等进行设定。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为车速VSP为预定值Vth以上、即车辆以高速行驶,则使处理进入步骤43(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为车速VSP小于预定值Vth、即车辆以低速行驶,则使处理进入步骤44(否)。
在步骤43中,电子控制装置290的处理器A选定高速用转矩映射。
在步骤44中,电子控制装置290的处理器A选定低速用转矩映射。
根据上述转矩映射选定处理,按照车速VSP来选定高速用转矩映射及低速用转矩映射中的任一方。因此,由于变更电动增压器140的工作区域,因此基于电动增压器140的转矩辅助区域扩大,能够提高混合动力系统的燃料经济性。
在通过发动机单体能够达到要求转矩TDR的情况下,可以与先前的实施方式相比细微地控制蓄电装置270的充电以及电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作许可。图10示出取代图5所示的主例程而执行的控制程序的主例程的另一例。需要说明的是,关于与先前的实施方式相同的处理,出于避免重复说明的目的而简化其说明(以下同样)。
在步骤51中,电子控制装置290的处理器A从蓄电装置270读入蓄电量SOC。
在步骤52中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定蓄电量SOC是否小于第一预定值SOC1。在此,第一预定值SOC1是用于判定蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC的剩余是否减少的阈值,例如,可以根据蓄电装置270的蓄电容量等进行设定。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC小于第一预定值SOC1,则使处理进入步骤53(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC为第一预定值SOC1以上,则使处理进入步骤55(否)。
在步骤53中,电子控制装置290的处理器A增大蓄电装置270的充电电流。
在步骤54中,电子控制装置290的处理器A分别禁止电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作。
在步骤55中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定蓄电量SOC是否小于第二预定值SOC2,总而言之,判定蓄电量SOC是否为第一预定值SOC1以上且小于第二预定值SOC2。在此,第二预定值SOC2是用于判定是否蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC大幅下降而电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作变得困难的阈值,例如,可以考虑蓄电装置270的蓄电容量以及电动增压器140及电动发电机220的消耗电力等进行设定。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC小于第二预定值SOC2,则使处理进入步骤56(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC为第二预定值SOC2以上,则使处理进入步骤58(否)。
在步骤56中,电子控制装置290的处理器A将蓄电装置270的充电电流设为中位、即大充电电流与小充电电流的中间值。
在步骤57中,电子控制装置290的处理器A许可电动增压器140的工作。
在步骤58中,电子控制装置290的处理器A判定蓄电量SOC是否小于第三预定值SOC3,总而言之,判定是否蓄电量SOC为第二预定值SOC2以上且小于第三预定值SOC3。在此,第三预定值SOC3是用于判定是否蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC下降而虽然电动增压器140能够工作但是电动发电机220的工作变得困难的阈值,例如,可以考虑蓄电装置270的蓄电容量以及电动增压器140及电动发电机220的消耗电力进行设定。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC小于第三预定值SOC3,则使处理进入步骤59(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为蓄电量SOC为第三预定值SOC3以上,则使处理进入步骤61(否)。
在步骤59中,电子控制装置290的处理器A减小蓄电装置270的充电电流。
在步骤60中,电子控制装置290的处理器A许可电动发电机220的工作。
在步骤61中,蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC充分,因此电子控制装置290的处理器A分别许可电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作。
当执行上述控制程序时,与先前的实施方式相比,详细地进行蓄电装置270的充电以及电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作许可。而且,随着蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC的增加而依次许可电动增压器140的工作、电动发电机220的工作、电动增压器140及电动发电机220的工作。因此,能够有助于混合动力系统的燃料经济性提高。需要说明的是,图10所示的充电控制根据蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC而以4个阶段进行,但也可以是以5个阶段以上进行。
在通过发动机单体能够达到要求转矩TDR的情况下,无论目标运转区域处于区域D及区域E中的哪一个,都可以根据蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC,通过电动增压器140或电动发电机220对转矩进行辅助。图11示出取代图7所示的副例程而执行的控制程序的副例程的另一例。
在步骤71中,电子控制装置290的处理器A参照易失性存储器C的许可标志,判定是否许可电动发电机220的工作。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为许可电动发电机220的工作,则使处理进入步骤72(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为不许可电动发电机220的工作,则使处理进入步骤73(否)。
在步骤72中,电子控制装置290的处理器A向蓄电装置270输出控制信号而使电动发电机220工作,对柴油发动机100的转矩进行辅助。
在步骤73中,电子控制装置290的处理器A参照易失性存储器C的许可标志,判定是否许可电动增压器140的工作。并且,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为许可电动增压器140的工作,则使处理进入步骤74(是)。另一方面,电子控制装置290的处理器A若判定为不许可电动增压器140的工作,则使处理返回主例程(否)。
在步骤74中,电子控制装置290的处理器A向蓄电装置270输出控制信号而使电动增压器140工作,对柴油发动机100的转矩进行辅助。
若执行上述控制程序,则即使在通过发动机单体能够达到要求转矩TDR的情况下,若蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC存在富余,则也通过电动增压器140或电动发电机220对转矩进行辅助。此时,与先前的实施方式不同,无论目标运转区域处于区域D及区域E中的哪一个,都根据蓄电量SOC而通过电动增压器140或电动发电机220进行转矩辅助。因此,若蓄电量SOC存在充分的富余,则使燃料喷射量为0的电动发电机220的转矩辅助优先,与先前的实施方式相比,能够提高混合动力系统的燃料经济性。
需要说明的是,在蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC充分时,也可以使用电动增压器140及电动发电机220这两方对转矩进行辅助。总而言之,即使在通过发动机单体能够达到要求转矩的情况下,若蓄电装置270的蓄电量SOC存在富余,则也可以通过电动增压器140及电动发电机220中的至少一方对转矩进行辅助。
作为混合动力系统的发动机,也可以不搭载通过排气能量进行驱动而旋转的涡轮增压机150。在这种情况下,发动机单体仅成为柴油发动机100。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力系统的控制装置,所述混合动力系统包括电动增压器、电动发电机及向所述电动增压器和所述电动发电机供给电力的蓄电装置,所述控制装置根据要求转矩来控制所述电动增压器及所述电动发电机,
其中,即使在通过发动机单体能够达到所述要求转矩的情况下,若所述蓄电装置的蓄电量存在富余,则所述控制装置也使所述电动增压器及所述电动发电机中的至少一方工作而对发动机转矩进行辅助,
其中,所述控制装置随着所述蓄电装置的蓄电量的增加而依次许可所述电动增压器的工作、所述电动发电机的工作、所述电动增压器及所述电动发电机的工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统的控制装置,其中,所述控制装置在发动机稳态运转时对发动机转矩进行辅助。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力系统的控制装置,其中,所述控制装置根据车速来变更所述电动增压器的工作区域。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力系统的控制装置,其中,
在所述控制装置使所述电动增压器及所述电动发电机中的至少一方工作而对发动机转矩进行辅助时,所述控制装置根据转矩辅助量来降低发动机的燃料喷射量。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力系统的控制装置,其中,
所述控制装置根据所述蓄电装置的蓄电量来增大燃料喷射量,以便利用所述电动发电机对所述蓄电装置进行充电。
6.一种使用混合动力系统的控制装置来控制所述混合动力系统的方法,所述混合动力系统包括电动增压器、电动发电机及向所述电动增压器和所述电动发电机供给电力的蓄电装置,所述控制装置根据要求转矩来控制所述电动增压器及所述电动发电机,
其中,即使在确定通过发动机单体能够达到所述要求转矩的情况下,若所述蓄电装置的蓄电量存在富余,则所述控制装置也使所述电动增压器及所述电动发电机中的至少一方工作而对发动机转矩进行辅助,
其中,所述控制装置随着所述蓄电装置的蓄电量的增加而依次许可所述电动增压器的工作、所述电动发电机的工作、所述电动增压器及所述电动发电机的工作。
7.根据权利要求6所述的控制混合动力系统的方法,其中,所述控制装置在发动机稳态运转时对发动机转矩进行辅助。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的控制混合动力系统的方法,其中,所述控制装置根据车速来变更所述电动增压器的工作区域。
9.根据权利要求6或7所述的控制混合动力系统的方法,其中,
在所述控制装置使所述电动增压器及所述电动发电机中的至少一方工作而对发动机转矩进行辅助时,所述控制装置根据转矩辅助量来降低发动机的燃料喷射量。
10.根据权利要求6或7所述的控制混合动力系统的方法,其中,
所述控制装置根据所述蓄电装置的蓄电量来增大燃料喷射量,以便利用所述电动发电机对所述蓄电装置进行充电。
