Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐候亚克力保护膜及其生产方法,该耐候亚克力保护膜由PET基材、压敏胶层和离型膜构成,PET基材单面经过电晕处理,并与离型膜通过压敏胶层相贴合,压敏胶包括丙烯酸树脂,溶解剂,固化剂,催化剂,和固化迟缓剂。本发明的保护膜生产成本低,在保持优良耐温性能的同时,兼具了同样优秀的耐高温高湿性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜领域,特别涉及一种耐候亚克力保护膜及其生产方法。
背景技术
电子电器类产品的屏幕在搬运或者生产使用过程中,其表面极易受到接触性污染或者产生磨痕划伤,需使用保护膜对其表面进行覆盖使之免于受污或者受损。同时为了保证产品在贴覆保护膜后对其本身使用不造成影响,故对保护膜本身的耐候性能、耐温性能及洁净度有一定的要求。
传统亚克力保护膜并不具备优良的耐候性,无法在高温高湿环境下长时间使用,因而对于耐候性要求较高的场合,人们不得不选择高成本的PU保护膜以满足该环境情况下受保护物的正常使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐候亚克力保护膜及其生产方法。本发明所提供的耐候亚克力保护膜,包括:PET基材、压敏胶层和离型膜,其中,所述PET基材单面经过电晕处理,所述PET基材经过电晕处理的一面涂布有压敏胶层,所述压敏胶层上覆盖有离型膜,所述压敏胶层的压敏胶为丙烯酸体系类压敏胶,包括重量百分比为30-60%的丙烯酸树脂,重量百分比为30-60%的溶解剂,重量百分比为1-5%的固化剂,重量百分比为0.05-0.3%的催化剂,和重量百分比为0.5-2%的固化迟缓剂。
进一步优选地,所述PET基材的厚度为25-100μm,透光率≥88%,雾度≤4%。
进一步优选地,所述压敏胶层的涂层厚度为5-15μm。
进一步优选地,所述离型膜为具有离型性能的PET,厚度为25-75μm。
进一步优选地,所述丙烯酸树脂可为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯、聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯的一种或几种混合体。
本发明所提供的一种耐候亚克力保护膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将PET基材单面进行电晕处理;
(b)在PET基材经过电晕处理的一面涂布一层压敏胶,形成压敏胶层,所述压敏胶为丙烯酸体系类压敏胶,包括重量百分比为30-60%的丙烯酸树脂,重量百分比为30-60%的溶解剂,重量百分比为1-5%的固化剂,重量百分比为0.05-0.3%的催化剂,和重量百分比为0.5-2%的固化迟缓剂;
(c)烘干后在所述压敏胶层上覆上一层离型膜。
进一步优选地,在步骤(a)中,所述PET基材的厚度为25-100μm,透光率≥88%,雾度≤4%。
进一步优选地,在步骤(b)中,所述压敏胶层的涂层厚度为5-15μm。
进一步优选地,在步骤(c)中,所述离型膜为具有离型性能的PET,厚度为25-75μm。
进一步优选地,在步骤(b)和步骤(c)中,将混合均匀的压敏胶用涂布器涂覆于PET基材经过电晕处理的一面上,形成压敏胶层,然后于105℃在烘干机中烘干1mi n,出烘干机后,将离型膜的离型面覆合于压敏胶层,制得耐候亚克力保护膜成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过对PET基材、压敏胶层、离型膜的参数设定,及压敏胶配比的选择,使得所提供的耐候亚克力保护膜不仅生产成本低,而且在保持优良耐温性能的同时,兼具了同样优秀的耐高温高湿性能。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明所提供的耐候亚克力保护膜包括:PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇)基材1、压敏胶层2和离型膜3,其中,所述PET基材1单面经过电晕处理,所述PET基材1经过电晕处理的一面涂布有压敏胶层2,所述压敏胶层2上覆盖有离型膜3。
所述PET基材1的厚度为25-100μm,透光率≥88%,雾度≤4%。所述压敏胶层2的压敏胶为丙烯酸体系类压敏胶,包括重量百分比为30-60%的丙烯酸树脂,重量百分比为30-60%的溶解剂,重量百分比为1-5%的固化剂,重量百分比为0.05-0.3%的催化剂,和重量百分比为0.5-2%的固化迟缓剂。所述压敏胶层2的涂层厚度为5-15μm。所述离型膜3为具有离型性能的PET,厚度为25-75μm。
如图2所示,本发明所提供的耐候亚克力保护膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将PET基材1单面进行电晕处理;
(b)在PET基材1经过电晕处理的一面涂布一层压敏胶,形成压敏胶层2,所述压敏胶为丙烯酸体系类压敏胶,包括重量百分比为30-60%的丙烯酸树脂,重量百分比为30-60%的溶解剂,重量百分比为1-5%的固化剂,重量百分比为0.05-0.3%的催化剂,和重量百分比为0.5-2%的固化迟缓剂;
(c)经过烘干机烘干后在所述压敏胶层2上覆上一层离型膜3。
进一步地,在步骤(a)中,所述PET基材1的厚度为25-100μm,透光率≥88%,雾度≤4%。
在步骤(b)中,所述压敏胶层2涂层厚度为5-15μm。
在步骤(c)中,所述离型膜3为具有离型性能的PET,厚度为25-75μm。
进一步地,在步骤(b)和步骤(c)中,将混合均匀的压敏胶用45μm涂布器涂覆于PET基材1经过电晕处理的一面上,形成压敏胶层2,然后于105℃在烘干机中烘干1mi n,出烘干机后,将离型膜3的离型面覆合于压敏胶层2,制得耐候亚克力保护膜成品。
所述丙烯酸树脂可为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯、聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯的一种或几种混合体。
所述溶解剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲苯、丙酮、丁酮的一种或者几种。
所述固化剂为脂肪类异氰酸酯或芳香类异氰酸酯其中一种或多种混合体。
所述催化剂为锡化合物的一种。
所述固化迟缓剂为乙酰丙酮。
实例一
将20g丙烯酸树脂加入20g乙酸乙酯中稀释,依次加入1g固化剂、0.5g固化迟缓剂、0.1g催化剂,充分搅拌并混合均匀得到压敏胶;用45μm线棒涂布器将上述混合物涂覆于36μmPET基材1经过电晕处理的一面上,形成压敏胶层2,然后于105℃在烘干机中烘干1mi n,出烘箱后,将离型膜3的离型面覆合于压敏胶层2,制得耐候耐候亚克力保护膜成品。
实例二
将40g丙烯酸树脂加入20g乙酸乙酯中稀释,依次加入3g固化剂、2g固化迟缓剂、0.2g催化剂,充分搅拌并混合均匀得到压敏胶;用45μm微凹辊将上述混合物涂覆于50μmPET基材1经过电晕处理的一面上,形成压敏胶层2,然后于105℃在烘干机中烘干1mi n,出烘箱后,将离型膜3的离型面覆合于压敏胶层2,制得耐候耐候亚克力保护膜成品。
实例三
将30g丙烯酸树脂加入20g乙酸乙酯中稀释,依次加入1g固化剂、0.8g固化迟缓剂、0.15g催化剂,充分搅拌并混合均匀得到压敏胶;用45μm线棒涂布器将上述混合物涂覆于25μmPET基材1经过电晕处理的一面上,形成压敏胶层2,然后于105℃在烘干机中烘干1mi n,出烘箱后,将离型膜3的离型面覆合于压敏胶层2,制得耐候耐候亚克力保护膜成品。
本发明所提供的耐候亚克力保护膜与普通保护膜的性能对比详见下表。从中可见,相对于现有技术,本发明所提供的耐候亚克力保护膜不仅生产成本低,而且耐候性、耐温性能好。

(b)在PET基材经过电晕处理的一面涂布一层压敏胶,形成压敏胶层,所述压敏胶为丙烯酸体系类压敏胶,包括重量百分比为30-60%的丙烯酸树脂,重量百分比为30-60%的溶解剂,重量百分比为1-5%的固化剂,重量百分比为0.05-0.3%的催化剂,和重量百分比为0.5-2%的固化迟缓剂;
(c)烘干后在所述压敏胶层上覆上一层离型膜。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:在步骤(a)中,所述PET基材的厚度为25-100μm,透光率≥88%,雾度≤4%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:在步骤(b)中,所述压敏胶层的涂层厚度为5-15μm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:在步骤(c)中,所述离型膜为具有离型性能的PET,厚度为25-75μm。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于:在步骤(b)和步骤(c)中,将混合均匀的压敏胶用涂布器涂覆于PET基材经过电晕处理的一面上,形成压敏胶层,然后于105℃在烘干机中烘干1min,出烘干机后,将离型膜的离型面覆合于压敏胶层,制得耐候亚克力保护膜成品。
