就本发明的用于具有检测介质温度的温度传感器的电磁阀的电气连接装置而言,采用以下方案:所述电气接触插头是壳体的一部分,所述壳体还具有用于阀的致动器线圈以及用于在将壳体安装在阀上的过程中与温度传感器进行电气接触的插式触点。亦即,所述电气连接装置大体由壳体构成,该壳体具有接触插头,藉此例如确保与电气连接线、特别是在车辆应用中与电缆束的接触。在此情形下,能够通过接触插头在安装方面实现非常简单且进而不易出错的接触。所述电气连接装置本身直接包括用于所述电磁阀的致动器线圈,故可将其与壳体一起安装,无需分别安装和连接。所述电气连接装置还包括插式触点,其在安装过程中与所述温度传感器接触。其中,所述温度传感器例如像在本文开篇所述的DE 10 2014 002 660 A1中描述的那样安装。在用作压缩气体容器中罐阀的情况下,可从电磁阀装置的背侧、即背离处于压力下的介质的一侧通过孔触及该温度传感器。这使得在采用传统构造时的安全和电气接触特别复杂。而借助本发明的电气连接装置能够在其安装过程中通过插式触点非常简单地实现与温度传感器的接触,具体方式例如为,所述插入触点够造成通过孔延伸至温度传感器或其电气接头/端子。随后可通过单独附接整合有线圈的电气连接装置、以及在附接过程中接触电气温度传感器实现与所有必要的电气接头的连接。这使得安装极其简单、高效且容错。
根据本构思的一种优选改进方案,所述插式触点同所述线圈一样与所述接触插头连接,从而能够通过这个唯一的接触插头进行进一步连接,例如与电缆束连接,用于控制电磁阀以及用于分析温度数据。
本发明用以达成上述目的的另一解决方案为一种具有温度传感器以及本发明的电气连接装置的电磁阀。根据本发明的电磁阀装置的一种优选改进方案,所述温度传感器以及/或者其在阀中的容置口具有用于实现角度精确对准的标记。借助这种用于实现温度传感器的角度精确对准的标记,能够非常简单且可靠地安装上文述及的本发明的电气连接装置。温度传感器的角度精确对准使得其电气触点同样角度精确地对准,在此无需采用具有特殊设计的触点、例如环形触点。确切言之,借助温度传感器的角度精确的安装能够实现与插式触点中的配对触点的足够精确的配合,藉此进一步简化本发明的电气连接装置的安装和构造。
此外,所述电气连接装置可以通过单独一个可拆卸/可松脱的连接构件与所述阀连接。这种连接构件特别是可为以轴向居中的方式布置在所述线圈的区域内的螺钉。在将电气连接装置插入——其间通过插式触点与温度传感器进行接触——后,通过将螺钉例如在电磁线圈的区域内插在上端,可以将该电气连接装置锁固在阀上,从而将该连接装置与适当的配合元件连接。通过该唯一的螺钉既能将电磁线圈定位在所需的位置中,又能实现与温度传感器的电气接触。借助所述接触插头能够极其简单且高效地进行进一步接触经如此处理的结构,其中在接触插头中通过足够数目的连接端子确保所需所有功率及/或数据的传输。
此外,根据所述构思的一种优选改进方案,在本发明的电磁阀中,所述连接装置的插式触点与所述温度传感器以相对彼此成90°角度的方式延伸。藉此并非以相互成直线对齐的方式,而是以互成一定角度的方式实现构件的接触,此方案在安装方面极其简单,并且当电气触点具有足够的柔性和尺寸时,即便在构件公差较大的情况下也能实现相对可靠的安装。
具有温度传感器的所述电磁阀以及通过所述电气连接装置极其简单和高效地安装该电磁阀的方案,尤其适用于需要相应较高的件数的应用。因此,特别是可以将所述电磁阀应用在压缩气体容器的罐阀的区域内,尤其是当所述压缩气体容器被优选用于在车辆中存储形式为压缩天然气或压缩氢气的燃料时。

具体实施方式
图1以仅作示意的方式示出示出车辆1。该车辆需通过诸如压缩天然气或者压缩氢气的气态燃料驱动。例如能够在内燃机中,或者针对采用氢气的情形特别是也在燃料电池系统中将所述燃料转化成驱动功率。为了存储所述压缩气体,例如在70MPa的额定压力下存储氢气,在车辆1中设有存储装置2。如图1所示,存储装置2通常包括多个单独的压缩气体容器3。这些压缩气体容器3中的每一个均承载与其连接的罐阀4,其也称作OTV(On TankValve,位于罐上的阀)。图2及图3示出这种罐阀的示例性构造。罐阀4构建为电磁罐阀4。该罐阀例如可以以所谓的导阀的形式来实现,在现有技术中已揭示过此导阀,例如参阅申请人在DE 10 2013 019 879 A1中的描述。
图2示出自压缩气体容器3的视向视之的这种罐阀4,但未示出该压缩气体容器。罐阀4包括阀壳体5,在所述阀壳体上仅作示例地示出两个用6表示的例如用于将气体送入和排出的接头。在罐阀4的中心可以看出用7表示的区域,其在罐阀4的安装状态下伸入压缩气体容器3。图3为自在图2中用III表示的箭头的方向视之的侧视图,在此可以更清楚地看出上述构造。如图3所示,该朝向压缩气体容器伸出的区域7还具有用8表示的螺纹。罐阀4借助该螺纹8与压缩气体容器3的通常称作BOSS的对应容置口螺纹连接。
从图2还可以看出,区域7具有用9表示的通信连接,气体能够通过该通信连接流入压缩气体容器以及从压缩气体容器流动至罐阀4。此外设有温度传感器10。该温度传感器以已知的方式,例如像在本文开篇所述的DE 10 2014 002 660 A1中描述的那样构建,并且包括护套/外壳,其将原本的例如为NTC电阻器的传感器元件包围。该包含护套的温度传感器10例如可以与区域7螺纹连接。所述温度传感器特别是具有如图2所示的面11,在图3中也通过十字示出这个面。藉此能够在安装过程中实现温度传感器10的角定向,下文还将对采用此方案的原因进行说明。
为了对电磁控制式阀4进行操纵,该阀具有充当致动器的电磁线圈12,特别是从图2能够特别清楚地看出该线圈。所述线圈位于整体用14表示的电气连接装置的壳体13中。除电磁线圈12以外,所述电气连接装置还具有充当壳体13的另一部分的接触插头15,例如可通过所述插头连接在车辆的电缆束上,藉此对罐阀4的充当致动器线圈的电磁线圈12进行控制。图4以示例性的三维图示出电气连接装置14的整体构造。整体用13表示的壳体特别是以在封装在壳体13中的方式具有致动器线圈12。此外可以看出接触插头15。该接触插头大体垂直于致动器线圈12的中央轴线延伸。为了安装致动器线圈12,可使得在图2及图3中用17表示的螺钉穿过在图4中用16表示的位于致动器线圈12中的中央开口,以此将电气连接装置14与阀壳体5连接。在此情形下,致动器线圈12能够与例如导销的对应部件在阀壳体5中以期望的方式共同起作用。
如图4所示,电气连接装置14还具有用18表示的插式触点。该插式触点平行于致动器线圈12的轴线延伸,并在电气连接装置14安装完毕的状态下伸入阀壳体5。在图2中以虚线示出此情形。阀壳体5为此具有适合的开口19,其可被插式触点18伸入。
从图3还可以看出,温度传感器10例如以与本文开篇所述的德国公开文件类似的方式通过罐阀4的整个区域7伸出。所述温度传感器通常在其朝向阀壳体5的末端上具有对应的在此未绘示的连接元件。所述温度传感器在用于插式触点18的开口19的区域内终止。若将电气连接元件14安装至阀壳体5,则插式触点18伸入阀壳体5,并与温度传感器10或其朝向阀壳体5的插式触点发生电气接触式接合。为了安全且可靠地确保该通常通过将插式触点18与温度传感器10垂直插接而实现的接触,如本文开篇已述及的那样,重要之处在于,温度传感器10的角定向是确定的。为此可采用不同的措施和标记。在此处示出的实施例中通过用11表示的面来实现这一点,这个面被定向成例如平行于阀壳体5的用于安装电气连接装置14的边缘延伸。
亦即,在温度传感器10安装完毕后,可以通过简单地将电气连接装置14插接来实现温度传感器10与插式触点18的接触,进而最终实现与电气连接装置14的接触插头15的接触。致动器线圈12也在电气连接装置14内与接触插头15的其他极点连接。亦即,仅需将电气连接装置14插接便能实现对应的接触。随后可以如前文所述借助螺钉17进行锁固。这样便能通过电气连接装置14极其简单地对罐阀4进行电气接触,并且在装入或安装过程中确保所需的与接触插头15的电气连接。通过车辆1的电缆束上的连接插头能够使接触插头15与对应的控制设备进行接触,从而确保罐阀4的可靠功能以及对温度信号的分析。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于电磁阀(4)的电气连接装置(14),所述电磁阀具有用于检测介质温度的温度传感器(10),所述电气连接装置包括电气接触插头(15),
其特征在于,
所述电气接触插头(15)是共用的壳体(13)的一部分,所述壳体还具有用于电磁阀(4)的致动器线圈(12)以及用于在将壳体(13)安装在阀(4)上时与温度传感器(10)进行电气接触的插式触点(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电气连接装置(14),
其特征在于,
所述插式触点(18)和所述致动器线圈(12)在所述壳体(13)中与所述电气接触插头(15)的极点电气连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电气连接装置(14),
其特征在于,
所述插式触点(18)以与所述致动器线圈(12)的中央轴线对齐或平行的方式布置。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的电气连接装置(14),
其特征在于,
所述电气接触插头(15)以相对于所述致动器线圈(12)和/或所述插式触点(18)成约90°角度的方式布置。
5.一种具有温度传感器的电磁阀(4),
其特征在于
包括如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电气连接装置(14)。
6.如权利要求5所述的电磁阀(4),
其特征在于,
所述温度传感器(10)以及/或者其在阀壳体(5)中的容置口具有用于实现角度精确的安装的标记(11)。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的电磁阀(4),
其特征在于,
所述电气连接装置(14)通过单独一个可拆卸的连接构件(17)与阀壳体(5)连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电磁阀(4),
其特征在于,
所述可拆卸的连接构件实施为以轴向居中的方式布置在所述致动器线圈(12)的区域内的螺钉(17)。
9.根据权利要求5或6所述的电磁阀(4),
其特征在于,
所述电气连接装置(14)的插式触点(18)与所述温度传感器(10)以相对彼此成约90°角度的方式延伸。
10.一种如权利要求5至9中任一项所述的电磁阀(4)作为压缩气体容器(3)上的罐阀(4)的应用。
