Description
図1および図2に、本発明の第1実施形態に係る弁装置1を示す。この弁装置1は、高圧ガスを貯留する圧力容器10の口部に取り付けられるものである。ただし、弁装置1が対象とする流体は、必ずしも高圧ガスである必要はなく、低圧ガスであってもよい。
温度センサ7のボス66への固定方法は、種々な方法が選択可能である。例えば、図5に示すように、温度センサ7は筒状の圧入部材83によりボス66へ固定されていてもよい。また、図5に示すように、温度センサ7の前端部には、ピン端子82が設けられていてもよい。この場合、第2フランジ65には、ピン端子82が嵌まり込むソケット端子81が取り付けられ、このソケット端子81に導電線14がつながれてもよい。
次に、図7を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る弁装置を説明する。なお、本実施形態において、第1実施形態と同一構成要素には同一符号を付し、重複した説明は省略する。
本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (4)
- 圧力容器の口部に取り付けられる弁装置であって、
前記圧力容器の外側に位置する基部、および前記圧力容器内に挿入される、弁体空間を有する軸部、を含むハウジングと、
前記弁体空間内に配置された弁体と、
前記弁体空間に対して前記ハウジングの基部と反対側に配置された固定磁極、前記固定磁極の周囲に配置されたボビン、および前記ボビンに巻き回されたコイル、を含むソレノイドと、
前記ボビンにおける前記ハウジングの基部と反対側の端部に取り付けられた温度センサと、
前記弁体空間に対して前記ソレノイドと反対側の位置で前記ハウジング内に配置された気密端子と、
前記ハウジングの内部および前記コイルの内側または外側を通って前記気密端子と前記温度センサとを接続する導電線と、を備え、
前記ボビンは、筒状の支持壁および前記支持壁の両端部から突出する一対の挟持壁を有するボビン本体と、前記ボビン本体から前記ハウジングと反対側に離間するフランジと、を含み、
前記温度センサは、前記フランジに設けられた穴に部分的に挿入された状態で前記フランジに固定されている、弁装置。 - 前記ボビン本体には、前記支持壁の外周面よりも窪む溝が形成されており、この溝の中に前記導電線が配置されている、請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記ボビンは、前記支持壁の内周面と連続する面を形成するように前記ボビン本体から前記ハウジングと反対側に延びる周壁を含み、
前記周壁の厚さは、前記支持壁の厚さよりも薄く設定されており、
前記溝は、前記周壁の外周面まで窪んでいる、請求項2に記載の弁装置。 - 前記ソレノイドは、前記ボビンおよび前記コイルを収容するケースを含み、
前記温度センサは、前記ケースを貫通するように前記ボビンの軸方向に延びている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁装置。
