Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態の弁装置1は、略偏平箱型に形成されたタンク外配置部2と、同タンク外配置部2の底面2aに対して略直交する方向(同図中、下側)に延設された略円柱状のタンク内配置部3とを備えている。そして、弁装置1は、高圧水素ガスが貯留されたガスタンク4の取着口5内に、そのタンク内配置部3を挿入する態様で、同ガスタンク4に取着されている。
次に、本実施形態の弁装置における配線ピンの抜止構造について説明する。
図4及び図5に示すように、本実施形態の弁装置1において、上記第2通路32は、第1通路31に対して略直交するように形成されている。また、第3通路33は、第2通路32に対して略直交するように形成されている。そして、これにより、第1通路31及び第3通路33は、ねじれの位置に配置されている。
(1)弁装置1は、ガスタンク4の内部から同ガスタンク4の外部に配線16を導出する配線通路20を備えるとともに、同配線通路20内には、配線16の一部を構成する配線ピン22の周囲に封止材26を充填してなる気密端子23が設けられる。また、配線通路20には、気密端子23よりもガスタンク4の外部側に、複数(二箇所)の折曲部55,56が形成される。そして、配線16に対して外部から引張力が作用した場合には、これらの折曲部55,56において、配線16に応力集中部Pが形成される。
・上記実施形態では、本発明を、高圧水素用のガスタンク4に設けられた弁装置1に具体化した。しかし、これに限らず、その他の高圧ガスタンク用の弁装置に適用してもよい。
(イ)前記折曲部を介して接続された二つの通路のなす角が直角又は鋭角であること、を特徴とする弁装置。
上記各構成によれば、効果的な応力集中部を形成することができる。
Claims (5)
- 高圧ガスが貯留されたガスタンクの内外を連通するガス流路と、前記ガス流路を介した前記高圧ガスの流通を制御可能な弁機構と、前記ガスタンクの内部から該ガスタンクの外部に配線を導出する配線通路とを備えるとともに、前記配線通路内には、前記配線の一部を構成する配線ピンの周囲に封止材を充填してなる気密端子が設けられた弁装置において、
前記配線通路には、前記気密端子よりも外部側に、前記配線に作用する引張力に基づき前記配線を折り曲げて該配線に応力集中部を形成する折曲部が形成されること、
を特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項1に記載の弁装置において、
前記配線に作用する引張力に基づき前記封止材が充填された部分から前記配線ピンが抜け出る前に、前記応力集中部において前記配線が破断するようにしたこと、
を特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の弁装置において、
前記配線通路には、複数の前記折曲部が形成されること、を特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載の弁装置において、
内部に前記配線通路が形成されるボディと、着脱可能に前記ボディに取着される蓋部材とを備えるとともに、前記蓋部材の取り外しにより前記ボディの外部に前記折曲部が露出されること、を特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項4に記載の弁装置において、
前記ボディ内には、前記ガス流路及び前記弁機構が収容される収容室が設けられ、
前記配線通路は、前記蓋部材の取り外しにより、前記折曲部に連続する通路が前記収容室とともに前記ボディの外部に開放されるように前記収容室に連接して形成されること、
を特徴とする弁装置。
