Abstract
Description
磁気コイル14が通電されていない場合、弁座40はばね26の力によって閉じており、その結果吸込口28と排出口31との間の結合部は閉じられている。したがって、ガス状媒体もシステムの方向においてタンク内部空間100から起動弁44を介してたとえば燃料電池装置を流動することができない。タンク内部空間100内では、たとえば700バールの高圧が支配している。これに対し、燃料電池装置内では低圧が支配している。

Claims (12)
- 弁装置(2)とタンク(10)とを備え、前記弁装置(2)が縦軸線(11)を備えた弁箱(20)を有し、前記弁箱(20)内に内部空間(7)が形成され、前記内部空間(7)内に、前記縦軸線(11)に沿って可動な起動弁要素(18)が配置され、前記起動弁要素(18)が排出口(31)を開閉するために弁座(40)と協働し、したがって起動弁(44)を形成しており、前記弁装置(2)が磁気コイル(14)を含んでいる、ガス状媒体、特に水素を貯留するためのタンク装置(1)において、前記弁座(40)が下流側において前記弁箱(20)と前記排出口(31)とに形成され、筒状の前記排出口(31)が筒状の貫通通路(80)に通じ、前記貫通通路(80)の直径Dが前記排出口(31)の直径dよりも大きいことを特徴とするタンク装置(1)。
- 前記貫通通路(80)が円錐状の移行領域(36)により前記排出口(31)へ移行していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記タンク(10)が首領域(6)を有し、前記首領域(6)内に前記弁装置(2)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記タンク装置(1)が被覆要素(12)を有し、前記被覆要素(12)によって前記弁装置(2)が前記タンク(10)の前記首領域(6)に固定して統合され、且つ周囲(50)に対し密封されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記首領域(6)に貫通口(4)が形成され、前記貫通口(4)がタンク内部空間(100)に通じていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記弁箱(20)の前記内部空間(20)が、前記弁箱(20)内に形成されている吸込口(28)によりタンク内部空間(100)と結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記起動弁要素(18)の繰り抜き部(45)内にばね(26)が配置されてばね空間(25)が形成され、前記ばね(26)によって主弁要素(16)が前記弁座(40)の方向に力の作用を受けていることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記起動弁要素(18)が縦方向開口部(33)と他の開口部(32)とを有し、前記縦方向開口部(33)と前記他の開口部(32)とが流動的に前記ばね空間(25)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記起動弁要素(18)に密封体(19)が配置され、前記密封体(19)が半球状先端部を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記密封体(19)がプラスチックから製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記弁座(40)が円錐状に形成され、前記弁座(40)が前記排出口(31)を開閉するために前記密封体(19)の前記半球状先端部と協働することを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池作動用水素を貯留するためのタンク装置(1)を備えた燃料電池装置。
