Description
内部に高圧ガスを充填するガスタンクに設置し、コイルへの通電非通電により可動鉄心が固定鉄心に吸引及び吸引解除されて弁体が弁座に着離して開閉作動するガスタンクに備える電磁弁装置において、
前記ガスタンクの内部と外部とを連通する流通路を形成した弁本体を前記ガスタンクの口孔に外部から内部に挿入して前記口孔に装着し、かつ、前記流通路に弁座を設けると共に、前記弁本体に前記弁座と着離する移動自在な弁体を設け、
前記弁体と係合して移動自在な可動鉄心と、該可動鉄心と対向して前記コイルへの通電により前記可動鉄心を吸引すると共に前記コイルへの非通電により前記可動鉄心の吸引を解除する固定鉄心とを備えた電磁部を前記弁本体の前記ガスタンク内側端部に形成した収納孔内に配置し、
前記弁本体に形成した溝と前記固定鉄心に形成した溝とに回転方向位置決め部材を挿入すると共に、前記回転方向位置決め部材には前記コイルと外部電源とを接続するリード線を挿通する切欠を形成したことを特徴とするガスタンクに備える電磁弁装置がそれである。
図1、図2に示すように、1はガスタンクで、本実施形態では、高圧水素ガスが充填される。ガスタンク1には、口孔2が形成されており、口孔2はガスタンク1の内部と外部とを連通するように貫通形成されている。口孔2には、雌ねじ部4が形成されると共に、雌ねじ部4に連接してストレート孔部6が形成されている。
まず、開閉弁122、チェック弁120,118、供給孔108を介して、ガスタンク1内に高圧水素ガスが充填される。自動車の運転に伴って、リード線88を介して外部電源と接続されたコイル74に通電されると、固定鉄心64が励磁されて、可動鉄心50が固定鉄心64に吸引される。よって、可動鉄心50が摺動孔18を移動し、可動鉄心50の先端が弁座46から離間する。これにより、開口98、フィルタ部材102、開口96、隙間94、環状溝60、貫通孔62、環状溝56、連通溝58、摺動孔18、弁座46、小径孔44を介して、連通孔32に高圧水素ガスが流出する。
本第2実施形態では、キャップ部材90の筒状の外周に、環状溝60と対応して環状溝60に連通した複数の開口124が形成されている。そして、この複数の開口124を繋ぐように、キャップ部材90の外周に環状溝126が形成されている。環状溝126にはリング状のフィルタ部材128が装着されている。

Claims (7)
- 内部に高圧ガスを充填するガスタンクに設置し、コイルへの通電非通電により可動鉄心が固定鉄心に吸引及び吸引解除されて弁体が弁座に着離して開閉作動するガスタンクに備える電磁弁装置において、
前記ガスタンクの内部と外部とを連通する流通路を形成した弁本体を前記ガスタンクの口孔に外部から内部に挿入して前記口孔に装着し、かつ、前記流通路に弁座を設けると共に、前記弁本体に前記弁座と着離する移動自在な弁体を設け、
前記弁体と係合して移動自在な可動鉄心と、該可動鉄心と対向して前記コイルへの通電により前記可動鉄心を吸引すると共に前記コイルへの非通電により前記可動鉄心の吸引を解除する固定鉄心とを備えた電磁部を前記弁本体の前記ガスタンク内側端部に形成した収納孔内に配置し、
前記弁本体に形成した溝と前記固定鉄心に形成した溝とに回転方向位置決め部材を挿入すると共に、前記回転方向位置決め部材には前記コイルと外部電源とを接続するリード線を挿通する切欠を形成したことを特徴とするガスタンクに備える電磁弁装置。 - 前記弁本体には、前記流通路とは別個に前記高圧ガスを外部へ排出可能に排出路を形成し、前記排出路には前記リード線を挿通することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスタンクに備える電磁弁装置。
- 前記弁本体の前記ガスタンク内側端部を被覆するキャップ部材を設け、前記キャップ部材の端面に形成した開口を前記流通路に連通すると共に、該開口に平板状のフィルタ部材を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスタンクに備える電磁弁装置。
- 前記流通路は、前記収納孔の外側の前記弁本体の外周に沿って設けられたことを特徴とする請求項3記載のガスタンクに備える電磁弁装置。
- 前記流通路に連通した開口を前記弁本体の外周側に形成すると共に、該開口にリング状のフィルタ部材を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスタンクに備える電磁弁装置。
- 前記電磁部は、前記コイルが挿入される挿入孔を前記固定鉄心の一端面より軸方向に穿設し、前記挿入孔へ前記コイルを挿入して前記挿入孔に装着した止め輪により抜け止めすると共に、前記挿入孔に挿入した弾性部材により前記コイルを軸方向に押圧することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5記載のガスタンクに備える電磁弁装置。
- 前記電磁部は、前記収納孔に収納した前記固定鉄心を前記収納孔に装着した止め輪により抜け止めすると共に、前記収納孔に収納した弾性部材により前記固定鉄心を軸方向に押圧することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6記載のガスタンクに備える電磁弁装置。
