本发明公开了一种保温装饰一体板结构及其制备工艺,属于建筑材料技术领域。该一体板结构包括依次复合的真空绝热板、底涂层和仿石材饰面层;所述真空绝热板包括芯材和复合阻气层,所述复合阻气层的最外层为玻璃纤维布;所述玻璃纤维布通过底涂层与仿石材饰面层复合在一起;所述底涂层为硅丙乳液,所述仿石材饰面层中含有彩色天然石材骨料。通过采用特定结构的真空绝热板和饰面层材料,并将其有机结合在一起,且在制备完出厂时即为一体化结构,大大简化了繁琐的安装程序,且避免了施工质量等问题带来的保温问题及安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种保温装饰一体板结构及其制备工艺。
背景技术
真空绝热板(Vacuum Insulated Panel,VIP板)是一种新型、高效的墙体保温材料,是以粉状和纤维状无机材料和吸气剂为芯材,用复合阻气膜作包裹材料,经抽真空、封装等工艺制成。主要具有保温绝热、防火阻燃的性能。现有芯材主要具有结构支撑作用以及低的导热系数。芯材主要使用玻璃纤维棉、酚醛、聚氨酯或硅粉等。而真空绝热板的外面复合层主要起到封闭和保护芯材的作用。
真空绝热板应用于墙体保温时,其基本构造如图1所示,首先置于建筑物外墙的内侧或外侧,在真空绝热板的外表面上涂装粘结砂浆(内嵌玻纤网),再通过固定组件等粘结饰面层。
目前,在外墙外饰面层材料的选择上有涂料、真石漆、陶瓷面砖、大理石、花岗岩、金属、玻璃幕墙、彩色装饰砂浆、柔性饰面砖等多种。其中大理石、金属、玻璃幕墙等材料的安装过程比较复杂,而且造价昂贵,多数用于大型公共建筑或者档次要求较高的商业建筑。对于住宅建筑而言,在外饰面材料的选择上,涂料、真石漆、陶瓷面砖通用性较强,市场应用量较大。
真空绝热板和外饰面层的安装过程程序繁复,且人工操作质量不可控,如容易出现划破真空绝热板外保护膜的问题,导致真空绝热板失效。又由于真空绝热板与饰面层之间的结合力等问题,还会导致饰面层出现起泡或剥落、或产生渗水裂缝等现象。
另外,考虑到结合力的问题,目前真石漆(仿石漆)适用于混凝土或水泥内外墙及砖墙体,还有石棉水泥板、木板、石膏板、聚氨酯泡沫板等底材,多是将仿石浆料直接浇筑在水泥等基板上,经养护后得到仿石装饰面,如申请号为201210311878.8的发明专利申请“轻质高强度仿石”。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种保温装饰一体板结构及其制备工艺,通过采用特定结构的真空绝热板和饰面层材料,并将其有机结合在一起,且在制备完出厂时即为一体化结构,大大简化了繁琐的安装程序,且避免了施工质量等问题带来的保温问题及安全隐患。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种保温装饰一体板结构,包括依次复合的真空绝热板、底涂层和仿石材饰面层;所述真空绝热板包括芯材和复合阻气层,所述复合阻气层的最外层为玻璃纤维布;所述玻璃纤维布通过底涂层(封底漆)与仿石材饰面层复合在一起;所述底涂层为水性环氧树脂(优选硅丙乳液),所述仿石材饰面层中含有彩色天然石材骨料。
所述复合阻气层是由多层复合而成,由内到外依次为PE层、Al箔、PET膜(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)和玻璃纤维布,各层之间采用粘结剂(如聚氨酯粘合剂);所述玻璃纤维布的pH值为9-10,规格为120-180g/m2。
所述仿石材饰面层的制备原料按重量份数计包括如下组分:
所述彩色天然石材骨料是天然石材经过粉碎、清洗、筛选等多道工序加工而成的粉料、具有很好的耐候性、耐酸碱和不褪色性、为非人工烧结彩砂。骨料的颗粒级采用粗细颗粒搭配使用,既不易影响涂层的装饰效果、还可以使涂层致密;骨料的颜色根据需要进行选择。
所述粘结剂为硅酸盐水泥,所述助剂为增稠剂、表面活性剂等,所述溶剂为水。
所述保温装饰一体板结构的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)制备真空绝热板:将真空绝热板的芯材与复合阻气层进行复合,复合过程为:将芯材装入复合阻气层内,在真空状态下密封;然后在110-130℃条件下进行六面烘烤,烘烤时间1-3min,使PE层和芯材紧密粘合,不会产生松动;烘烤后即获得真空绝热板。
(2)制备底涂层:
采用滚涂方法,在复合阻气层的玻璃纤维布上滚涂硅丙乳液,常温干燥12小时后得到底涂层,底涂层厚度为1-3mm;其中:采用短毛滚筒,滚涂1-3次,0.15~0.20kg/㎡(每平方米玻璃纤维布上涂布的硅丙乳液重量为0.15~0.20kg)。
(3)制备仿石材饰面层:
将所述仿石材饰面层的制备原料按比例混合均匀,得到仿石材浆料;然后采用喷枪在底涂层上进行喷涂,喷涂次数5-10次,喷涂总厚度2-5mm;喷涂后常温下干燥24小时,即得到仿石材饰面层。制备仿石材饰面层的过程中:
喷枪设置于距离待喷涂的底涂层上方30cm-40cm,喷枪容量500ml,口径2-8mm,喷枪数量为多个,根据需要盛装所需颜色的仿石材浆料,各喷枪在底涂层上方均匀分布。
本发明有益效果如下:
1、本发明将真空绝热板与仿石材饰面层有机结合在一起,形成保温装饰一体板结构,该结构直接在工厂内自动流水线加工而成,成品率高、质量有保证,避免了现场施工中由于人工操作导致的质量等问题。
2、本发明将真空绝热板复合阻气层的最外层设置为玻璃纤维布,再在玻璃纤维布上喷涂硅丙乳液,再复合仿石材饰面层。玻璃纤维布是以玻璃球或废旧玻璃为原料经高温熔制、拉丝、络纱、织布等工艺制造成的,其单丝的直径为几个微米到二十几米个微米,相当于一根头发丝的1/20-1/5,每束纤维原丝都由数百根甚至上千根单丝组成。玻璃纤维布强度高、具有良好的机械特性,其表面平整度好、相对粗糙。本发明中选用硅丙乳液作为底涂层,一方面硅丙乳液中的聚合物及颜填料会渗入玻璃纤维布的孔隙中,从而阻塞了基层表面的毛细孔。这样基层表面就具有了较好的防水性能,可以消除基层因水分迁移而引起的泛碱、发花等,同时也增加了仿石漆层与真空绝热板之间的附着力,避免了剥落和松脱现象。
3、本发明在玻璃纤维布上采用滚涂方法制备底涂层,能够增加与玻璃纤维布之间的结合力,且滚涂后的表面凹凸不平,再喷涂饰面层后有立体感,能够更好的营造真石材的感觉。另外,相比于喷涂工艺,通过滚涂加工工艺,能更有效的保持真空绝热板的精度和平整度。
4、本发明中的芯材为A1级防火材料(总燃烧热值PCS≤2MJ/Kg),导热系数≤0.008w/m.k,强度高,密度为150kg/m3-260kg/m3。芯材与外面阻气膜在特定的工艺下紧密复合,不易松动,且真空度高、不易透气。
5、真空绝热板的芯板与阻气层的紧密复合有益有长期保持真空绝热板的平整度,进一步提高了真空绝热板作为基层与仿石材饰面层之间的良好结合力及产品性能的长期稳定性。

本发明为保温装饰一体板结构,如图3-4所示,包括依次复合的真空绝热板、底涂层和仿石材饰面层;所述真空绝热板包括芯材和复合阻气层,所述复合阻气层由内至外为依次复合的PE层、Al箔、PET膜(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)和玻璃纤维布,各层之间采用粘结剂(如聚氨酯粘合剂)粘合;所述玻璃纤维布的pH值为9-10,规格为120-180g/m2。
所述玻璃纤维布通过底涂层(封底漆)与仿石材饰面层复合在一起;所述底涂层为硅丙乳液。
所述真空绝热板的芯材可按照专利号为201210222343.3、201220396578.X、201220504270.2、201320126671.3、201320126370.0中的方案进行准备。

所述彩色天然石材骨料是天然石材经过粉碎、清洗、筛选等多道工序加工而成的粉料、具有很好的耐候性、耐酸碱和不褪色性、为非人工烧结彩砂。骨料的颗粒级采用粗细颗粒搭配使用,既不易影响涂层的装饰效果、还可以使涂层致密;骨料的颜色根据需要进行选择。所述粘结剂为硅酸盐水泥,所述助剂为防水剂、增稠剂等常规助剂,可根据需要选择;所述溶剂为水。
实施例1:
本实施例保温装饰一体板结构的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)制备真空绝热板:将真空绝热板的芯材与复合阻气层进行复合,复合过程为:将芯材装入复合阻气层内,然后在120℃2进行六面烘烤,烘烤时间2min,使PE层和芯材紧密粘合,不产生松动。
(2)制备底涂层:
采用滚涂方法,在复合阻气层的玻璃纤维布上滚涂硅丙乳液,常温干燥12小时后得到底涂层,底涂层厚度为2mm;其中:采用短毛滚筒,滚涂2次,2每平方米玻璃纤维布上涂布的硅丙乳液重量为0.15~0.20kg。
(3)制备仿石材饰面层:
选择彩色天然石材骨料,骨料选择粒度等级为0.1-0.15mm和0.3-0.4mm两种混合均匀。将所述仿石材饰面层的制备原料按照重量比例为彩色天然石材骨料:硅酸盐水泥:羟乙基纤维素:水=280份:100份:8份:40份混合均匀,得到仿石材浆料;然后采用喷枪在底涂层上进行喷涂,喷涂过程中:喷枪位于底涂层上方30cm处,喷枪容量500ml,喷枪数量为多个,口径2-8mm;根据需要盛装不同颜色的仿石材浆料,并控制开启和关闭各喷枪。可一种颜色的喷枪进行单一喷涂,也可同时开启不同种颜色的喷枪同时喷涂。
喷涂次数8次,喷涂总厚度约3mm;喷涂后常温下干燥24小时,即得到仿石材饰面层,如图2所示。
Claims (9)
1.一种保温装饰一体板结构,其特征在于:该一体板结构包括依次复合的真空绝热板、底涂层和仿石材饰面层;所述真空绝热板包括芯材和复合阻气层,所述复合阻气层的最外层为玻璃纤维布;所述玻璃纤维布通过底涂层与仿石材饰面层复合在一起;所述底涂层为硅丙乳液,所述仿石材饰面层中含有彩色天然石材骨料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰一体板结构,其特征在于:所述复合阻气层是由多层复合而成,由内到外依次为PE层、Al箔、PET膜和玻璃纤维布,各层之间采用粘结剂粘合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温装饰一体板结构,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维布的pH值为9-10,规格为120-180g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰一体板结构,其特征在于:所述仿石材饰面层的制备原料按重量份数计包括如下组分:
5.根据权利要求4所述的保温装饰一体板结构,其特征在于:所述彩色天然石材骨料是天然石材经过粉碎、清洗和筛选后获得的粉料,骨料的颗粒级采用粗细颗粒搭配使用的方式。
6.根据权利要求4所述的保温装饰一体板结构,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为硅酸盐水泥,所述助剂为增稠剂、表面活性剂等,所述溶剂为水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰一体板结构的制备工艺,其特征在于:该工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)制备真空绝热板:将真空绝热板的芯材与复合阻气层进行复合,复合过程为:将芯材装入复合阻气层内,在真空状态下密封;然后在110-130℃条件下进行六面烘烤,烘烤时间1-3min,使PE层和芯材紧密粘合,不会产生膨胀和松动;烘烤后即获得真空绝热板;
(2)制备底涂层:
采用滚涂方法,在复合阻气层的玻璃纤维布上滚涂硅丙乳液,常温干燥12小时后得到底涂层,底涂层厚度为1-3mm;
(3)制备仿石材饰面层:
将所述仿石材饰面层的制备原料按比例混合均匀,得到仿石材浆料;然后采用喷枪在底涂层上进行喷涂,喷涂次数5-10次,喷涂总厚度2-5mm;喷涂后常温下干燥24小时,即得到仿石材饰面层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的保温装饰一体板结构的制备工艺,其特征在于:制备仿石材饰面层的过程中:喷枪设置于距离待喷涂的底涂层上方30cm-40cm处,喷枪容量500mL,口径2-8mm,喷枪数量为多个,根据需要盛装所需颜色的仿石材浆料,各喷枪在底涂层上方均匀分布。
9.根据权利要求7所述的保温装饰一体板结构的制备工艺,其特征在于:底涂层的制备过程中:采用短毛滚筒,滚涂1-3次,0.15~0.20kg/㎡(每平方米玻璃纤维布上涂布的硅丙乳液重量为0.15~0.20kg)。
