背景技术:
众所周知,岩棉作为传统的、具有A级阻燃性能的保温材料,被广泛应用于外墙保温以及幕墙保温等领域,岩棉特有的材料性能以及结构特点,使其具有更多的可能性,同时也具有局限性。外墙装饰是建筑装饰的重要内容之一,其目的在于抵抗自然界中各种因素如灰尘、雨雪、冰冻、日晒等侵袭破坏的能力,起到保护墙体美化建筑等多重功能。陶瓷外墙曾经成为风靡大江南北的外墙装饰材料,但是由于自身自重大,陶瓷制作过程节能环保方面明显短板,出现“限瓷令”,涂料自重轻,但器耐久性弱、自洁性差、变现能力单一,材料比价高,后期维护费用大,也成为了短板。而柔性装饰石材,其优异的耐久性、装饰性、自重轻和柔韧性,已成为装饰外墙面的新宠。
现有柔性仿石材装饰材料由于质软,不利于现场施工,在配合墙体保温结构施工中施工难度大、工艺复杂、效率低等问题。
发明内容:
本发明针对现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,提出了一种充分利用岩棉在防火与保温方面的优势并可兼具装饰美观性的岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板及其制造装置和方法。
本发明可以通过以下措施达到:
一种岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板,其特征在于设有经胶结剂复合为一体的柔性仿石材层、岩棉层以及下卷材层,其中岩棉层位于柔性仿石材层和下卷材层之间;所述柔性仿石材层采用无机矿物粉料结合玻纤或网格布或无纺布中任意一种制成;
所述岩棉层由若干岩棉条紧密拼接或胶黏而成,其中岩棉条的纤维方向与柔性仿石材层/下卷材层的延伸方向垂直。
本发明所述无机矿物粉料包括以下质量份的原料:矿渣粉:6~10份,偏高岭土:10~13份,硅粉0.5~1份,水玻璃12~20份,彩砂和石粉70~80份。
本发明所述岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的外表面均设有防水涂层。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如附图所示,本发明提出了一种岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板,其特征在于设有经胶结剂复合为一体的柔性仿石材层、岩棉层以及下卷材层,其中岩棉层位于柔性仿石材层和下卷材层之间;所述柔性仿石材层采用无机矿物粉料结合玻纤或网格布或无纺布中任意一种制成;所述岩棉层由若干岩棉条紧密拼接或胶黏而成,其中岩棉条的纤维方向与柔性仿石材层/下卷材层的延伸方向垂直。
本发明所述无机矿物粉料包括以下质量份的原料:矿渣粉:6~10份,偏高岭土:10~13份,硅粉0.5~1份,水玻璃12~20份,彩砂和石粉70~80份。
本发明所述岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的外表面均设有防水涂层。
本发明还提出了一种岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的制造装置,其特征在于设有岩棉输送台(1)、下卷材层开卷机(4)、喷胶机料罐(3)、喷胶机枪头(5)、前输送台(11)、压辊机(7)、同步切割机(8)、滚辊(9)、柔性仿石材层输送机构(10)、双履带层压板(16)、由前挡板(14)与后挡板(15)及压板(13)组成的层结构对齐机构,其中岩棉输送台(1)上设有传送带,岩棉输送台(1)位于前输送台(11)的前端正上方,下卷材层开卷机(4)位于前输送台(11)前端,将下卷材输送到前输送台(11)前端,喷胶机料罐(3)与喷胶机枪头(5)相连接,喷胶机枪头(5)用于向下卷材层开卷机(4)输出的下卷材层(6)上表面喷覆黏胶层,岩棉输送台(1)输出的岩棉材料被送至喷胶处理后的下卷材层(6)上,前输送台(11)上设有多组辊轴和橡胶传送带,多组辊轴经电动机驱动,橡胶传送带套在多组辊轴上,用于输送物料沿前输送台前端向压辊机(7)运动,其中压辊机(7)、同步切割机(8)、滚胶辊(9)依次设置在前输送台(11)的橡胶传送带上,在滚胶辊(9)的后方设置柔性仿石材层输送机构(10),柔性仿石材层输送机构(10)送出的柔性仿石材层被送至沿岩棉输送台(1)输出的岩棉条之上,柔性仿石材层与岩棉条在前输送台(11)的多组辊轴和橡胶传送带的带动下,被送入层结构对齐机构进行对齐处理,层结构对齐机构后部设有双履带层压板(16),双履带层压板(16)后方设有切边锯(17)。
本发明所述层结构对齐机构由前挡板(14)、后挡板(15)、压板(13)及位于压板(13)上方的固定轨道(19)组成,压板(13)经升降机构悬挂在固定轨道(19)上,压板(13)在升降机构的驱动下在柔性石材层(12)和固定轨道(19)之间做上下往复运动,同时压板(13)上端设有与固定轨道(19)相配合的滑块,并设有用于驱动滑块沿固定轨道(19)做直线运动的直线驱动机构,固定轨道(19)位于柔性仿石材层输送机构(10)和双履带层压板(16)之间,且位于岩棉条(2)和柔性仿石材层(12)之上;其中前挡板(14)与压板(13)连接且位于来料方向,后挡板(15)与压板(13)连接且位于出料方向,前挡板(14)与后挡板(15)为活动旋转挡板,其中前挡板(14)和后挡板(15)均为板状片材,前挡板(14)与后挡板(15)的上端分别与水平设置的压板(13)的前端和后端相铰接,并设有用于拉动前挡板(14)沿铰轴转动180°的前挡板驱动控制电路,以及用于拉动后挡板(15)沿铰轴转动180°的后挡板驱动控制电路,前挡板驱动控制电路和后挡板驱动控制电路均可以采用电动缸实现,使用时层结构对齐机构设置在柔性仿石材层输送机构(10)和履带层压板(16)之间,初始状态,前挡板(14)由下垂的状态被拉起,完成上翻,后挡板(15)在压板(13)后端保持下垂状态,压板(13)上升至柔性仿石材层(12)和岩棉条(2)之上,当前输送台(11)将岩棉条(2)和柔性仿石材层(12)同时触碰对齐后挡板(15),前挡板(14)此时被放下,柔性仿石材层(12)和岩棉条(2)完成传输方向对齐,压板(13)带动前挡板(14)和后挡板(15)与物料传输速度和方向同步沿着固定轨道(19)上移动,到达双履带层压板(16)前,依次完成前挡板(14)、后挡板(15)拉起、压板(13)上升动作,然后压板(13)在固定轨道(19)上运动,回到到初始位置。
本发明所述喷胶机构由喷胶机储料罐、连管和喷胶机枪头组成,喷胶机枪头经连管与喷胶机储料罐相连接,且喷胶机枪头位于伸展的下卷材层上方。
本发明还提出了一种岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将胶粘剂分别加入喷胶机储料罐(3)和滚胶辊(9),备用,调整好同步切割锯(8)的切割距离;
步骤2:将柔性仿石材层(12)、下卷材层(6)分别安放在输送台(10)和滚轴(4)上,将岩棉条(2)置于岩棉输送台(1)上输送至下喷胶机构;
步骤3:下喷胶机构的喷胶机枪头(5)将胶粘剂均匀地浇注在下卷材层(6)的上表面,岩棉条(2)从岩棉输送台(1)传递到下卷材层(6)上再由前输送台(11)输送至压辊(7),完成岩棉条(2)与下卷材层(6)初步粘结;
步骤4:岩棉条(2)与下卷材层(6)初步粘结由前输送台(11)输送至同步切割锯(8),完成横向切割;
步骤5:滚胶辊(9)机构将胶粘剂均匀的压滚到岩棉条(2)的上表面上;
步骤6:同步切割锯(8),完成横向切割与自动送板机(10)同步将岩棉条(2)、下卷材层(6)、柔性仿石材层(12)由前挡板(14)与后挡板(15)对齐,压板(13)下压,使柔性仿石材层(12)与岩棉条(2)对齐胶结在一起;
步骤7:压板(13)与上卷材层(12)、岩棉条(2)、下卷材层(6)同步一段距离后,压板(13)升起恢复原来的位置;
步骤8:上卷材层(12)、岩棉条(2)、下卷材层(6)同步进入双履带层压板系统(16),使上卷材层(12)、岩棉条(2)、下卷材层(6)完成高压粘接,制成岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板。
为了进一步实现本发明的目的,本发明步骤8完成之后还设有防水处理工序,即采用自动喷涂或刷防水剂的方式对生产的岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板四周做防水处理。
本发明的岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板及其自动化生产方法具有以下有益效果:(1)以柔性仿石材具备装饰保护防火效果,极大的降低了成本;(2)岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板及其自动化生产方法,实现将柔性仿石材装饰工艺工厂化,极大提高施工效率;(3)所生产的岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板不改变岩棉保温与阻燃性能前提下,提高了岩棉板的整体强度和耐候性;(4)下卷材采用水泥基卷材,与水泥有着良好的亲和性;(5)有效克服柔性仿石材单片状柔软的特性,极大了减少生产过程中的损耗率。

Claims (8)

1.一种岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板,其特征在于设有经胶结剂复合为一体的柔性仿石材层、岩棉层以及下卷材层,其中岩棉层位于柔性仿石材层和下卷材层之间;所述柔性仿石材层采用无机矿物粉料结合玻纤或网格布或无纺布中任意一种制成;
所述岩棉层由若干岩棉条紧密拼接或胶黏而成,其中岩棉条的纤维方向与柔性仿石材层/下卷材层的延伸方向垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板,其特征在于所述无机矿物粉料包括以下质量份的原料:矿渣粉:6~10份,偏高岭土:10~13份,硅粉0.5~1份,水玻璃12~20份,彩砂和石粉70~80份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板,其特征在于所述岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的外表面均设有防水涂层。
4.一种如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的制造装置,其特征在于设有岩棉输送台(1)、下卷材层开卷机(4)、喷胶机料罐(3)、喷胶机枪头(5)、前输送台(11)、压辊机(7)、同步切割机(8)、滚辊(9)、柔性仿石材层输送机构(10)、双履带层压板(16)、由前挡板(14)与后挡板(15)及压板(13)组成的层结构对齐机构,其中岩棉输送台(1)上设有传送带,岩棉输送台(1)位于前输送台(11)的前端正上方,下卷材层开卷机(4)位于前输送台(11)前端,将下卷材输送到前输送台(11)前端,喷胶机料罐(3)与喷胶机枪头(5)相连接,喷胶机枪头(5)用于向下卷材层开卷机(4)输出的下卷材层(6)上表面喷覆黏胶层,岩棉输送台(1)输出的岩棉材料被送至喷胶处理后的下卷材层(6)上,前输送台(11)上设有多组辊轴和橡胶传送带,多组辊轴经电动机驱动,橡胶传送带套在多组辊轴上,用于输送物料沿前输送台前端向压辊机(7)运动,其中压辊机(7)、同步切割机(8)、滚胶辊(9)依次设置在前输送台(11)的橡胶传送带上,在滚胶辊(9)的后方设置柔性仿石材层输送机构(10),柔性仿石材层输送机构(10)送出的柔性仿石材层被送至沿岩棉输送台(1)输出的岩棉条之上,柔性仿石材层与岩棉条在前输送台(11)的多组辊轴和橡胶传送带的带动下,被送入层结构对齐机构进行对齐处理,层结构对齐机构后部设有双履带层压板(16),双履带层压板(16)后方设有切边锯(17)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的制造装置,其特征在于所述层结构对齐机构由前挡板(14)、后挡板(15)、压板(13)及位于压板(13)上方的固定轨道(19)组成,压板(13)经升降机构悬挂在固定轨道(19)上,压板(13)在升降机构的驱动下在柔性石材层(12)和固定轨道(19)之间做上下往复运动,同时压板(13)上端设有与固定轨道(19)相配合的滑块,并设有用于驱动滑块沿固定轨道(19)做直线运动的直线驱动机构,固定轨道(19)位于柔性仿石材层输送机构(10)和双履带层压板(16)之间,且位于岩棉条(2)和柔性仿石材层(12)之上;其中前挡板(14)与压板(13)连接且位于来料方向,后挡板(15)与压板(13)连接且位于出料方向,前挡板(14)与后挡板(15)为活动旋转挡板,其中前挡板(14)和后挡板(15)均为板状片材,前挡板(14)与后挡板(15)的上端分别与水平设置的压板(13)的前端和后端相铰接,并设有用于拉动前挡板(14)沿铰轴转动180°的前挡板驱动控制电路,以及用于拉动后挡板(15)沿铰轴转动180°的后挡板驱动控制电路,前挡板驱动控制电路和后挡板驱动控制电路均可以采用电动缸实现,使用时层结构对齐机构设置在柔性仿石材层输送机构(10)和履带层压板(16)之间,初始状态,前挡板(14)由下垂的状态被拉起,完成上翻,后挡板(15)在压板(13)后端保持下垂状态,压板(13)上升至柔性仿石材层(12)和岩棉条(2)之上,当前输送台(11)将岩棉条(2)和柔性仿石材层(12)同时触碰对齐后挡板(15),前挡板(14)此时被放下,柔性仿石材层(12)和岩棉条(2)完成传输方向对齐,压板(13)带动前挡板(14)和后挡板(15)与物料传输速度和方向同步沿着固定轨道(19)上移动,到达双履带层压板(16)前,依次完成前挡板(14)、后挡板(15)拉起、压板(13)上升动作,然后压板(13)在固定轨道(19)上运动,回到到初始位置。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的制造装置,其特征在于所述喷胶机构由喷胶机储料罐、连管和喷胶机枪头组成,喷胶机枪头经连管与喷胶机储料罐相连接,且喷胶机枪头位于伸展的下卷材层上方。
7.一种利用如权利要求4、5或6中任意一项所述岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的制造装置的岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将胶粘剂分别加入喷胶机储料罐(3)和滚胶辊(9),备用,调整好同步切割锯(8)的切割距离;
步骤2:将柔性仿石材层(12)、下卷材层(6)分别安放在输送台(10)和滚轴(4)上,将岩棉条(2)置于岩棉输送台(1)上输送至下喷胶机构;
步骤3:下喷胶机构的喷胶机枪头(5)将胶粘剂均匀地浇注在下卷材层(6)的上表面,岩棉条(2)从岩棉输送台(1)传递到下卷材层(6)上再由前输送台(11)输送至压辊(7),完成岩棉条(2)与下卷材层(6)初步粘结;
步骤4:岩棉条(2)与下卷材层(6)初步粘结由前输送台(11)输送至同步切割锯(8),完成横向切割;
步骤5:滚胶辊(9)机构将胶粘剂均匀的压滚到岩棉条(2)的上表面上;
步骤6:同步切割锯(8),完成横向切割与自动送板机(10)同步将岩棉条(2)、下卷材层(6)、柔性仿石材层(12)由前挡板(14)与后挡板(15)对齐,压板(13)下压,使柔性仿石材层(12)与岩棉条(2)对齐胶结在一起;
步骤7:压板(13)与上卷材层(12)、岩棉条(2)、下卷材层(6)同步一段距离后,压板(13)升起恢复原来的位置;
步骤8:上卷材层(12)、岩棉条(2)、下卷材层(6)同步进入双履带层压板系统(16),使上卷材层(12)、岩棉条(2)、下卷材层(6)完成高压粘接,制成岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板的制造方法,其特征在于步骤8完成之后还设有防水处理工序,即采用自动喷涂或刷防水剂的方式对生产的岩棉基柔性仿石材一体板四周做防水处理。
