本发明涉及一种后置式结构防火保温板及其连续生产工艺,属于建筑材料结构及其生产方法技术领域。包括起增强及防火作用的上卷材层、下卷材层,上卷材层与下卷材层之间设有起防火及保温作用的岩棉板、起保温作用的聚氨酯泡沫层,上卷材层、下卷材层、岩棉板、聚氨酯泡沫层复合为一体,后置式结构防火保温板的四周设有防水涂层。本发明产品质量稳定,保温性及防火性能好,产品安全可靠,工艺简便易行,生产效率高。

一种后置式结构防火保温板及其连续生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种后置式结构防火保温板及其连续生产工艺,属于建筑材料结构及其生产方法技术领域。
背景技术
岩棉作为具有A级阻燃性能的传统保温材料被广泛应用于外墙外保温领域,硬泡聚氨酯作为保温效果最好的新兴材料在外墙外保温领域极具发展前景。公告号为:102700227A,名称为夹芯板生产系统及其生产方法,该专利提供了一种夹芯板的生产方式,即在岩棉板上下两侧复合彩钢板;公告号为:202556821U,名称为:聚氨酯复合材料制品,该专利提供了一种聚氨酯复合材料制品,它包括上玻纤聚氨酯层和下玻纤聚氨酯层,其特征是,在上玻纤聚氨酯层和下玻纤聚氨酯层之间设有低密度聚氨酯泡沫夹芯层。这两种不同形式的保温装板,前者阻燃性能较好,但导热系数较高;后者阻燃性能一般,但保温性能优异,为充分发挥复合材料的优势,后置式结构防火保温板应运而生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种产品质量稳定,保温性及防火性能好,产品安全可靠,工艺简便易行,生产效率高的后置式结构防火保温板及其连续生产工艺。
一种后置式结构防火保温板,其特殊之处在于包括起增强及防火作用的上卷材层8、下卷材层6,上卷材层8与下卷材层6之间设有起防火及保温作用的岩棉板2、起保温作用的聚氨酯泡沫层14,上卷材层8、下卷材层6、岩棉板2、聚氨酯泡沫层14复合为一体,后置式结构防火保温板的四周设有防水涂层16;
所述上卷材层8、下卷材层6是由阻燃型聚合物胶浆制备而成的界面片材,其基材为玻纤、网格布、无纺布中的任意一种。
一种后置式结构防火保温板的连续生产工艺,其特殊之处在于包括以下工艺步骤:
1)、将聚氨酯组合料的A料和B料加入组合料储料系统7,将胶粘剂加入喷胶机储料系统3,备用;
2)、将上卷材层8、下卷材层6分别安装在上卷材开卷机构15及下卷材开卷机构4上,将岩棉板2置于岩棉输送台1上,岩棉输送台1带动岩棉板2向喷胶机构输送;
3)、喷胶机构的喷胶机枪头5将胶粘剂均匀地浇注于下卷材层6上,已喷胶的下卷材层6在向前运行传递的过程中与同步传递的岩棉板2完成初步粘接;
所述胶粘剂采用聚氨酯双组份胶粘剂,该胶粘剂包括以下质量份数的原料:多元醇50份、阻燃剂30份、催化剂5份、稳定剂3份、发泡剂12份、PM200 50份;
其中,多元醇(牌号3152)是由南京金陵斯泰潘化学有限公司生产;阻燃剂TCPP由江苏大明科技有限公司生产;催化剂(PC5与LCM-2复配)由空气化工产品有限公司生产;稳定剂由江苏美思德化学股份有限公司生产;发泡剂141b由浙江三美化工股份有限公司生产;PM200由万华化学生产;
4)、岩棉板2及下卷材层6通过前输送台11输送至浇注机构,通过发泡机枪头10将混合好的聚氨酯组合料均匀的浇注于岩棉板2;
5)、上卷材层8、浇注有聚氨酯组合料的岩棉板2、下卷材层6同步进入双履带层压机系统12,并在双履带层压机系统12中完成聚氨酯组合料的发泡成型与熟化,聚氨酯组合料成型熟化后即形成聚氨酯泡沫层14,聚氨酯泡沫层14、岩棉板、上卷材层8在双履带层压机系统12内复合为一体,同时使岩棉板2与下卷材层6高压粘接为一体;
6)、对生产的后置式结构防火保温板四周刷防水剂做封堵处理,防水剂由以下质量份的原料构成:石油沥青 30-40份,聚氧化丙烯二醇 0.3-0.6份,纳米二氧化钛 3-8份,环氧树脂 1-4份,水 35-37份,PH调节剂 0.5-1份,涂刷0.5-2mm厚的防水剂后即制得后置式结构防火保温板。
所述聚氨酯组合料包括A料和B料,A料与B料的质量比为1:(0.9-2.5);
所述A料(俗称白料),包括以下质量份的原料:
多元醇,为聚酯多元醇和/或聚醚多元醇,如3152、635等,100份;
催化剂,为胺类催化剂和/或金属类催化剂,如PC5、PC8等,1-5份;
阻燃剂,为含氮、磷、卤素的液态或固态阻燃剂,如TCPP、TEP等,15-30份;
发泡剂,为液体发泡剂141b、245fa、戊烷中的任意一种,10-35份;
防老剂,2-8份。
所述B料指异氰酸酯及其改性产物,在硬泡中主要是用PM200、 PM400、5005等,不同厂家牌号不同,但其成分都是多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯,英文简称PAPI;
所述B料指异氰酸酯及其改性产物,为PM200、 PM400、5005中的任意一种;
步骤4)中所述聚氨酯组合料浇注时浇注量为50-1500g/s;
步骤4)中所述聚氨酯组合料浇注时温度控制在10-35℃;
步骤4)中混合后的聚氨酯组合料经发泡机枪头10浇注时,发泡机枪头压力控制在1-18MPa;
步骤5)中所述双履带层压机系统12的链板温度控制在15-80℃;
步骤5)中所述聚氨酯组合料的熟化温度控制在35℃—65℃,熟化时间控制在1—60min;
所述生产操作中岩棉输送台1、上卷材开卷机构15及下卷材开卷机构4、前输送台11、双履带层压机系统12的联动速度控制为1-30m/s;
本发明为一种后置式结构防火保温板的连续生产工艺,可以对以柔性防火卷材为界面层、以岩棉板为防火层、以聚氨酯复合岩棉为保温层的一种后置式结构防火保温板进行连续化大规模生产,采用该生产工艺,产品质量稳定,生产效率高,此方法通过聚氨酯板材连续生产线,以柔性防火卷材为界面层,以岩棉为防火层,以聚氨酯复合岩棉为保温层,连续化生产一种后置式结构防火保温板,所生产的一种后置式结构防火保温板集岩棉良好的阻燃效果和硬泡聚氨酯优异的保温性能为一体,质量稳定可控,性能安全可靠,工艺简便易行,极大地提升了产品生产效率,且界面增强卷材层与水泥有着良好的亲和性,施工时不需对其做界面处理。综上所述,本发明在建筑节能材料领域具有很好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例中后置式结构防火保温板,包括起增强及防火作用的上卷材层8与下卷材层6,起防火作用的贴敷在下卷材层6背面与下卷材层6结合为一体的岩棉板2,将岩棉板2、上卷材层8复合为一体的聚氨酯泡沫层14,后置式结构防火保温板的四周设有防水涂层16。
其中,上卷材层8、下卷材层6的卷材基材为玻纤,岩棉板2的厚度为5cm,聚氨酯泡沫层14的厚度为2cm,其生产工艺具体操作步骤为:
采用包括岩棉输送台1、下卷材开卷机构4、上卷材开卷机构15、喷胶机枪头5、发泡机9、发泡机枪头10、前输送台11、双履带层压机系统12、后输送台13组成的连续生产线。设定岩棉输送台1、下卷材开卷机构4、上卷材开卷机构15、前输送台11、双履带层压机系统12的联动速度为9m/min,将岩棉板2置于岩棉输送台1上,调节发泡机枪头10压力为13MPa,流量为410g/s。在第一道工序中将胶粘剂均匀地浇注在下卷材层6上,岩棉输送台1将岩棉板2输送到浇注好胶粘剂的下卷材层6上,完成岩棉板2与下卷材层6的初步粘结,在第二道工序中,将料温31℃的聚氨酯组合料均匀地浇注在岩棉板2上,此时聚氨酯组合料渗入岩棉板2微孔内并开始起发,下卷材层6、已浇注组合料的岩棉板2、上卷材层8同步进入上下链板高度差为7cm、温度为50℃的双履带层压机系统12,岩棉板2与下卷材层6在双履带层压机系统12中完成高压粘接,组合料在双履带层压机系统12中完成聚氨酯泡沫层14的发泡成型与熟化,在发泡成型过程中,聚氨酯组合料通过其自身的反应完成聚氨酯泡沫层14的成型,通过其自身的渗透性、粘接性实现与岩棉板2以及上卷材层8的复合,最终制成一种后置式结构防火保温板,最后对制成的后置式结构防火保温板四周刷防水剂做封堵处理,可采用披、刮、喷、涂的方式涂刷防水剂,防水剂的配方组成石油沥青 35份,聚氧化丙烯二醇 0.5份,纳米二氧化钛 6份,环氧树脂 3份,水 36份,PH调节剂 0.8份,主要作用是防止外墙保温施工完成后有水蒸汽或液态水进入后置式保温结构一体化板内部,导致保温层进水,降低产品的保温效果甚至造成保温层起鼓脱落。上述聚氨酯组合料包括A料和B料,A料与B料的质量比为:1:1.4,其中A料包括以下原料:多元醇、催化剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂,质量比为:100:4.5:22:26:2 ;其中,多元醇为包括聚酯多元醇和/或聚醚多元醇,例如,聚酯多元醇可以选用南京金陵斯泰潘化学有限公司生产的牌号为3152的聚酯多元醇,聚醚多元醇可以选用淄博诺立化工有限公司生产的牌号为635的聚醚多元醇;催化剂为胺类催化剂和/或金属类催化剂,例如,胺类催化剂可以选用空气化工产品有限公司生产的牌号为PC5的胺类催化剂,金属类催化剂可以选用扬州市大江化工实业有限公司生产的辛酸钾,阻燃剂为含氮、磷、卤素的液态或固态阻燃剂,例如,可以选用江苏大明科技有限公司生产的TCPP液态阻燃剂,或者青岛天元化工股份有限公司生产的固体阻燃剂三聚氰胺;发泡剂为液体发泡剂141b、245fa、戊烷中的任意一种;泡沫稳定剂采用对发泡过程起乳化、成核、稳泡作用的两性物质,为硅油、吐温、丝盘中的任意一种; B料指异氰酸酯及其改性产物,在硬泡中主要是用PM200、 PM400、5005等,不同厂家牌号不同,但其成分都是多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯,英文简称PAPI。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于,上卷材层8、下卷材层6的基材为无纺布,岩棉板2厚度为6cm,聚氨酯泡沫层14厚度为3cm,其生产工艺具体操作步骤为:
设定岩棉输送台1、下卷材开卷机构4、上卷材开卷机构15、前输送台11、双履带层压机系统12的联动速度为13m/min,将岩棉板2置于岩棉输送台1上,调节发泡机枪头10压力为15MPa,流量为351g/s。在第一道工序中将胶粘剂均匀地浇注在下卷材层6上,岩棉输送台1将岩棉板2输送到浇注好胶粘剂的下卷材层6上,完成岩棉板2与下卷材层6的初步粘结,在第二道工序中,将料温31℃的聚氨酯组合料均匀地浇注在岩棉板2上,此时聚氨酯组合料渗入岩棉板2微孔内并开始起发,下卷材层6、已浇注组合料的岩棉板2、上卷材层8同步进入上下链板高度差为9cm、温度为60℃的双履带层压机系统12。岩棉板2与下卷材层6在双履带层压机系统12中完成高压粘接,组合料在双履带层压机系统12中完成聚氨酯泡沫层14的发泡成型与熟化,在发泡成型过程中,聚氨酯组合料通过其自身的反应完成聚氨酯泡沫层14的成型,通过其自身的渗透性、粘接性实现与岩棉板2以及上卷材层8的复合,最终制成一种后置式结构防火保温板,最后对制成的后置式结构防火保温板四周刷防水剂做封堵处理。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于,卷材基材为网格布,岩棉板厚度为5cm,聚氨酯泡沫层14厚度为6cm,其生产工艺具体操作步骤为:
设定岩棉输送台1、下卷材开卷机构4、上卷材开卷机构15、前输送台11、双履带层压机系统12的联动速度为5m/min,将岩棉板2置于岩棉输送台1上,调节发泡机枪头10的压力为17MPa,流量为270g/s。在第一道工序中将胶粘剂均匀地浇注在下卷材层6上,岩棉输送台1将岩棉板2输送到浇注好胶粘剂的下卷材层6上,完成岩棉板2与下卷材层6的初步粘结,在第二道工序中,将料温31℃的聚氨酯组合料均匀地浇注在岩棉板2上,此时聚氨酯组合料渗入岩棉板2微孔内并开始起发,下卷材层6、已浇注组合料的岩棉板2、上卷材层8同步进入上下链板高度差为11cm、温度为70℃的双履带层压机系统12。岩棉板2与下卷材层6在双履带层压机系统12中完成高压粘接,组合料在双履带层压机系统12中完成聚氨酯泡沫层14的发泡成型与熟化,在发泡成型过程中,聚氨酯组合料通过其自身的反应完成聚氨酯泡沫层14的成型,通过其自身的渗透性、粘接性实现与岩棉板2以及上卷材层8的复合,最终制成一种后置式结构防火保温板,最后对制成的后置式结构防火保温板四周刷防水剂做封堵处理。
本发明为一种后置式结构防火保温板的连续生产工艺,可以对以柔性防火卷材为界面层、以岩棉板为防火层、以聚氨酯复合岩棉为保温层的一种后置式结构防火保温板进行连续化大规模生产,采用该生产工艺,产品质量稳定,生产效率高,此方法通过聚氨酯板材连续生产线,以柔性防火卷材为界面层,以岩棉为防火层,以聚氨酯复合岩棉为保温层,连续化生产一种后置式结构防火保温板,所生产的一种后置式结构防火保温板集岩棉良好的阻燃效果和硬泡聚氨酯优异的保温性能为一体,质量稳定可控,性能安全可靠,工艺简便易行,极大地提升了产品生产效率,且界面增强卷材层与水泥有着良好的亲和性,施工时不需对其做界面处理。

Claims (1)

1.一种后置式结构防火保温板的连续生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
1)、将聚氨酯组合料的A料和B料加入组合料储料系统(7),将胶粘剂加入喷胶机储料系统(3),备用;
2)、将上卷材层(8)、下卷材层(6)分别安装在上卷材开卷机构(15)及下卷材开卷机构(4)上,将岩棉板(2)置于岩棉输送台(1)上,岩棉输送台(1)带动岩棉板(2)向喷胶机构输送;
3)、喷胶机构的喷胶机枪头(5)将胶粘剂均匀地浇注于下卷材层(6)上,已喷胶的下卷材层(6)在向前运行传递的过程中与同步传递的岩棉板(2)完成初步粘接;
所述胶粘剂采用聚氨酯双组份胶粘剂,该胶粘剂包括以下质量份数的原料:多元醇50份、阻燃剂30份、催化剂5份、稳定剂3份、发泡剂12份、PM200 50份;
4)、岩棉板(2)及下卷材层(6)通过前输送台(11)输送至浇注机构,通过发泡机枪头(10)将混合好的聚氨酯组合料均匀的浇注于岩棉板(2),其中所述聚氨酯组合料浇注时浇注量为50-1500g/s,所述聚氨酯组合料浇注时温度控制在10-35℃,其中混合后的聚氨酯组合料经发泡机枪头(10)浇注时,发泡机枪头压力控制在1-18MPa;
5)、上卷材层(8)、浇注有聚氨酯组合料的岩棉板(2)、下卷材层(6)同步进入双履带层压机系统(12),并在双履带层压机系统(12)中完成聚氨酯组合料的发泡成型与熟化,聚氨酯组合料成型熟化后即形成聚氨酯泡沫层(14),聚氨酯泡沫层(14)、岩棉板、上卷材层(8)在双履带层压机系统(12)内复合为一体,同时使岩棉板(2)与下卷材层(6)高压粘接为一体,其中所述双履带层压机系统(12)的链板温度控制在15-80℃,所述聚氨酯组合料的熟化温度控制在35℃—65℃,熟化时间控制在1—60min,所述生产操作中岩棉输送台(1)、上卷材开卷机构(15)及下卷材开卷机构(4)、前输送台(11)、双履带层压机系统(12)的联动速度控制为1-30m/s;
6)、对生产的后置式结构防火保温板四周刷防水剂做封堵处理,防水剂由以下质量份的原料构成:石油沥青 30-40份,聚氧化丙烯二醇 0.3-0.6份,纳米二氧化钛 3-8份,环氧树脂 1-4份,水 35-37份,PH调节剂 0.5-1份,涂刷0.5-2mm厚的防水剂后即制得后置式结构防火保温板;
所述聚氨酯组合料包括A料和B料,A料与B料的质量比为1:(0.9-2.5);
所述A料(俗称白料),包括以下质量份的原料:
多元醇,为聚酯多元醇和/或聚醚多元醇100份;
催化剂,为胺类催化剂和/或金属类催化剂1-5份;
阻燃剂,为含氮、磷、卤素的液态或固态阻燃剂15-30份;
发泡剂,为液体发泡剂141b、245fa、戊烷中的任意一种,10-35份;
防老剂,2-8份;
所述B料指异氰酸酯及其改性产物,为PM200、 PM400、5005中的任意一种。
