本发明涉及一种后置式结构防火保温板及其间歇生产工艺,属于建筑材料结构及其生产方法技术领域。该生产工艺包括以下步骤:1)、采用喷胶或刷胶黏剂的方式将柔性防火卷材层与无机材料层相复合,备用;2)、采用浇注的方式在模具中完成有机材料的发泡熟化,形成有机材料层,使有机材料层与柔性防火卷材层和无机材料层复合,或采用喷胶或者刷胶的方式在间歇压力机上完成有机材料层与柔性防火卷材层和无机材料层复合。本发明产品质量稳定可控,生产效率较高,阻燃效果好,保温性能优异,工艺简便易行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种后置式结构防火保温板及其间歇生产工艺,属于建筑材料结构及其生产方法技术领域。
背景技术
岩棉、发泡玻璃、膨胀玻化微珠等作为传统的保温材料具有A级阻燃性能被广泛应用于外墙外保温领域,EPS、XPS、硬泡聚氨酯等作为具有优等保温效果的有机材料在外墙外保温领域极具发展前景。公开号为:102700227A,名称为:夹芯板生产系统及其生产方法,该专利提供了一种夹芯板的生产方式,即在岩棉板上下两侧复合彩钢板;公开号为:202556821U,名称为:聚氨酯复合材料制品,该专利提供了一种聚氨酯复合材料制品,它包括上玻纤聚氨酯层和下玻纤聚氨酯层,其特征是,在上玻纤聚氨酯层和下玻纤聚氨酯层之间设有低密度聚氨酯泡沫夹芯层。这两种不同形式的保温板,前者阻燃性能较好,但导热系数较高;后者阻燃性能一般,但保温性能优异,为充分发挥复合材料的优势,后置式结构防火保温板应运而生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种产品质量稳定可控,生产效率较高,阻燃效果好,保温性能优异,工艺简便易行的后置式结构防火保温板及其间歇生产工艺。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种后置式结构防火保温板,其特殊之处在于包括起增强及防火作用的柔性防火卷材层1、贴敷于柔性防火卷材层1背面的一个或多个相间隔的无机材料层2,柔性防火卷材层1的背面还设有用于将柔性防火卷材层1与无机材料层2复合为一体的有机材料层3;
所述柔性防火卷材层1是由阻燃型聚合物胶浆制备而成的界面片材,其基材为玻纤、网格布、无纺布中的任意一种;
所述无机材料层2为岩棉、发泡玻璃、发泡水泥、膨胀玻化微珠等无机保温材料中的任一种;
所述有机材料层3为硬泡聚氨酯、EPS、XPS等有机保温材料中的任一种。
一种后置式结构防火保温板的间歇生产工艺,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
1)、采用喷胶或刷胶黏剂的方式将柔性防火卷材层1与无机材料层2相复合,备用;
步骤1)所述喷胶或刷胶时,胶黏剂的温度控制在20-35度、喷刷胶黏剂的厚度为0.1-2mm;
2)、采用浇注的方式在模具中完成有机材料的发泡熟化,形成有机材料层3,使有机材料层3与柔性防火卷材层1和无机材料层2复合,或采用喷胶或者刷胶的方式在间歇压力机上完成有机材料层3与柔性防火卷材层1和无机材料层2复合;
步骤2)中所述采用浇注的方式在模具中完成有机材料的发泡熟化时,有机材料的浇注温度控制在15-40℃;
步骤2)中所述模具包括矩形模具本体7及铰接于模具本体7一侧的模具上盖8,模具本体7及模具上盖8均为中空结构,模具本体7及模具上盖8上均设有进水口4、出水口5,模具本体7及模具上盖8上安装有合页6;
所述浇注方式中用浇注料为聚氨酯组合料,聚氨酯组合料包括A料和B料,A料和B料的质量比为1:(0.9-2.4)。
所述A料(俗称白料),其主要成分为:多元醇:与B料反应的主体;催化剂:调节A、B料混合后的反应速度;阻燃剂:提高泡沫的防火性能;发泡剂:通过物理或化学反应产生气体,是泡沫中气体的主要来源;泡沫稳定剂:调节泡孔大小、细腻程度,使生成的泡沫稳定;其他助剂:防老化、减缓变质的助剂等;
所述A料包括以下原料:多元醇、催化剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、助剂,质量比为: 100:(3-8):(20-50):(20-40):(1-5):(0-5);
所述多元醇为包括聚酯多元醇和/或聚醚多元醇,例如635、3152;
所述催化剂为胺类催化剂和/或金属类催化剂,例如PC5和Lcm-2;
所述阻燃剂为含氮、磷、卤素的液态或固态阻燃剂,例如TCPP和TEP;
所述发泡剂为液体发泡剂141b、245fa、戊烷中的任意一种;
所述泡沫稳定剂采用对发泡过程起乳化、成核、稳泡作用的两性物质,

步骤2)中所述采用喷胶或者刷胶的方式完成有机材料层3与柔性防火卷材层1和无机材料层2复合时,喷胶或刷胶的温度控制在20-35℃,喷胶或刷胶厚度控制在0.1-2mm。

板和以纯有机材料为保温层的一体化板相比,本方法所生产的后置式结构防火保温板集无机材料良好的阻燃性和有机材料优异的保温效果为一体,质量稳定可控,性能安全可靠,工艺简便易行,极大地提升了产品的使用性能和经济效益,本发明采用间歇生产工艺对以柔性防火卷材为界面层、以无机保温材料为防火层、以有机保温材料复合无机保温材料为保温层的一种后置式结构防火保温板进行间歇生产,生产时,可在模具中或通过间歇压力机,将涂覆有胶黏剂的无机材料层、有机材料层及柔性防火卷材层1紧密的压实在一起,形成一个有机整体,生产工艺简捷,生产效率较高。综上所述,本发明的后置式结构防火保温板结构设计巧妙,生产工艺简捷,在建筑节能领域具有很好的应用前景。

实施例1
本实施例中后置式结构防火保温板,包括起增强及防火作用的柔性防火卷材层1(购自济南欧信新材料有限公司)、贴敷于柔性防火卷材1背面的无机材料层2,柔性防火卷材层1的背面还设有用于将柔性防火卷材层1与无机材料层2复合为一体的有机材料层3,其中,柔性防火卷材层1的基材为无纺布,无机材料层2为5cm厚的发泡玻璃,有机材料层3为硬泡聚氨酯,其生产工艺具体操作步骤为:
首先采用刷胶的方式将规格为0.6m× 0.45m× 0.05m的发泡玻璃复合在规格为0.695m×0.540m的柔性防火卷材层1上,然后将复合好发泡玻璃的柔性防火卷材1置于深7cm、温度为50℃且上面铺好柔防火性卷材1的恒温模具的模具本体7中,恒温模具控温介质为循环水,通过入水口4进入,出水口5流出,最后用聚氨酯组合料对模具进行浇注,组合料温度为35℃,总浇注量为790g,浇注完成后,盖上模具上盖,合上模具合页6。聚氨酯组合料渗入柔性防火卷材1与发泡玻璃微孔内并开始起发,在发泡过程中,聚氨酯组合料通过其自身的反应完成聚氨酯泡沫层的成型,通过其自身的渗透性、粘接性实现与柔性防火卷材层1、发泡玻璃的复合,最终在模具所提供温度和发泡过程所产生的压力的协同作用下,完成一种后置式结构防火保温板的成型,所述有机材料为聚氨酯组合料,聚氨酯组合料包括A料和B料,A料和B料的质量比为1: 0.9, A料(俗称白料),其主要成分为:多元醇:与B料反应的主体;催化剂:调节A、B料混合后的反应速度;阻燃剂:提高泡沫的防火性能;发泡剂:通过物理或化学反应产生气体,是泡沫中气体的主要来源;泡沫稳定剂:调节泡孔大小、细腻程度,使生成的泡沫稳定;其他助剂:防老化、减缓变质的助剂等;A料包括以下原料:多元醇、催化剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、助剂,质量比为: 100:5:35:30:3:4;多元醇为包括聚酯多元醇和/或聚醚多元醇,例如635、3152;

实施例2
本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于,柔性防火卷材层1基材为玻纤,无机材料层2为三条5cm厚的岩棉,其生产工艺具体操作步骤为:
首先采用喷胶的方式将规格为1.05m× 0.15m× 0.05m的三条岩棉复合在规格为1.2m×0.6m柔性防火卷材层1上,然后将复合好岩棉的柔性防火卷材层1置于深9cm、温度为50℃且上面铺好柔性防火卷材1的恒温模具中,恒温模具控温介质为循环水,通过入水口4进入,通过出水口5流出,最后用聚氨酯组合料对模具进行浇注,组合料温度为30℃,总浇注量为2500g,浇注完成后,盖上模具,合上模具合页6。聚氨酯组合料渗柔性防火卷材层1与岩棉微孔内并开始起发,在发泡过程中,聚氨酯组合料通过其自身的反应完成聚氨酯泡沫层3的成型,通过其自身的渗透性、粘接性实现与岩棉以及柔性防火卷材1的复合,最终在模具所提供温度和发泡过程所产生的压力的协同作用下,完成一种后置式结构防火保温板的成型。其中,聚氨酯组合料包括A料和B料,A料和B料的质量比为1:2,A料(俗称白料),其主要成分为:多元醇:与B料反应的主体;催化剂:调节A、B料混合后的反应速度;阻燃剂:提高泡沫的防火性能;发泡剂:通过物理或化学反应产生气体,是泡沫中气体的主要来源;泡沫稳定剂:调节泡孔大小、细腻程度,使生成的泡沫稳定;其他助剂:防老化、减缓变质的助剂等;A料包括以下原料:多元醇、催化剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、助剂,质量比为: 100:8:35:40:1:5;多元醇为包括聚酯多元醇和/或聚醚多元醇,例如635、3152;催化剂为胺类催化剂和/或金属类催化剂,例如PC5和Lcm-2;阻燃剂为含氮、磷、卤素的液态或固态阻燃剂,例如TCPP和TEP;发泡剂为液体发泡剂141b、245fa、戊烷中的任意一种;泡沫稳定剂采用对发泡过程起乳化、成核、稳泡作用的两性物质,为硅油、吐温、司盘中的任意一种;助剂为抗氧剂或者耐黄变剂中的任意一种;B料指异氰酸酯及其改性产物,在硬泡中主要是用PM200、PM400、5005等,不同厂家牌号不同,但其成分都是多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯,英文简称PAPI; B料指异氰酸酯及其改性产物,为PM200、 PM400、5005中的任意一种。

本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于,柔性防火卷材层1基材为网格布,无机材料层2为6cm厚发泡水泥,有机材料层3为3cm厚的XPS板(挤塑聚苯乙烯板),其生产工艺具体操作步骤为:
首先采用刷胶的方式将规格为0.75m×0.6m的发泡水泥复合在相同规格的柔性防火卷材层1上,然后将相同规格的XPS板通过刷胶的方式与发泡水泥复合,并在间歇压力机所提供0.1MPa压力下完成高压粘接,完成一种后置式结构防火保温板的成型,间歇压力机是从烟台益恒模具机械厂采购。
本发明的后置式结构防火保温板与普通的以纯无机材料为保温层的一体化

1)、采用喷胶或刷胶黏剂的方式将柔性防火卷材层(1)与无机材料层(2)相复合,备用;
2)、采用浇注的方式在模具中完成有机材料的发泡熟化,形成有机材料层(3),使有机材料层(3)与柔性防火卷材层(1)和无机材料层(2)复合,或采用喷胶或者刷胶的方式在间歇压力机上完成有机材料层(3)与柔性防火卷材层(1)和无机材料层(2)复合;
步骤1)所述喷胶或刷胶时,胶黏剂的温度控制在20-35度、喷刷胶黏剂的厚度为0.1-2mm;
步骤2)中所述采用浇注的方式在模具中完成有机材料的发泡熟化时,有机材料的浇注温度控制在15-40℃;
步骤2)中所述模具包括矩形模具本体(7)及铰接于模具本体(7)一侧的模具上盖(8),模具本体(7)及模具上盖(8)均为中空结构,模具本体(7)及模具上盖(8)上均设有进水口(4)、出水口(5),模具本体(7)及模具上盖(8)上安装有合页(6);
步骤2)中所述采用喷胶或者刷胶的方式完成有机材料层(3)与柔性防火卷材层(1)和无机材料层(2)复合时,喷胶或刷胶的温度控制在20-35℃,喷胶或刷胶厚度控制在0.1-2mm。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种后置式结构防火保温板的间歇生产工艺,其特征在于步骤2)中所述浇注料为聚氨酯组合料,聚氨酯组合料包括A料和B料,A料和B料的质量比为1:(0.9-2.4);
所述A料包括以下原料:多元醇、催化剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、助剂,质量比为:100:(3-8):(20-50):(20-40):(1-5):(0-5);
所述B料指异氰酸酯及其改性产物,为PM200、 PM400、5005中的任意一种。
3.按照权利要求2所述的一种后置式结构防火保温板的间歇生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述多元醇为包括聚酯多元醇和/或聚醚多元醇;
所述催化剂为胺类催化剂和/或金属类催化剂;
所述阻燃剂为含氮、磷、卤素的液态或固态阻燃剂;
所述发泡剂为液体发泡剂141b、245fa、戊烷中的任意一种;
所述泡沫稳定剂采用对发泡过程起乳化、成核、稳泡作用的两性物质,
为硅油、吐温、司盘中的任意一种;
所述助剂为抗氧剂或者耐黄变剂中的任意一种。
