锂瓷砂锅因提高了材料的热稳定性,解决了传统砂锅的上火烧易开裂问题。多年以来,市场上流行的锂瓷砂锅产品最有名的是黑釉耐烧砂锅,然后是各式各样的白花、手绘、釉中彩等等酒店、家庭用的砂锅。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种新型的耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,颠覆传统砂锅的定位空间,让砂锅更多融入健康理念,满足基层老百姓的健康需求,为国家大健康产业贡献力量。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,采用如下配方制备而成:
透锂长石10%,紫木节10%,硬质黏土25%,软质黏土12%,石英20%,烧滑石20%,麦饭石2%,墨玉石粉1%。
制备工艺流程如下:原料拣选-粉碎-配料-入球磨细磨-练泥-陈腐-制坯-干燥-修坯-施釉-入窑-烧成-成品。
本发明健康陶瓷砂锅与锂瓷砂锅的最大不同就是在坯体内部加了麦饭石和墨玉粉,主要就是因为融入了麦饭石和墨玉粉,才让耐热陶瓷砂锅对人体健康大有裨益。
麦饭石为中酸性火成岩类岩石石英二长斑岩,具有解毒散结,去腐生肌,除寒祛湿,益肝健胃,活血化瘀,利尿化石,延年益寿之功效。麦饭石因含有人体所需的矿物质和微量元素,引入陶瓷砂锅材料后,进一步提高了陶瓷砂锅的健康保健作用。
墨玉石是一种深藏奇山的稀世之宝。用墨玉石加工的墨玉粉含有丰富的天然生命元素几十种;含有对人体有特殊作用的黑云母与石墨等特殊物质;含有人体赖以生存的8%的天然生命活磁能量;含有对人体健康有良好作用的8-15微米远红外能量波。

硬质粘土的主要组成矿物为高岭石及硬水铝石、伊利石、叶腊石,Al2O3含量(熟料)为30~50%,耐火度达1630~1700℃,耐火性及高温下的热稳定性均较好。硬质粘土质地坚硬,呈致密块状、鲕状,较易风化,没有可塑性。
软质黏土颗粒很润,常集结为松散块状或土状,可塑性较高。在水中易分散。细粒之间具有较好的结合性,成型经干燥后能形成坚实的坯体。软质粘土颜色以灰黑居多,也有白、黄、紫色等。它与硬质土相比,耐火度较低主要用作耐火材料的可塑性原料。
透锂长石是一种架状硅酸盐矿物。颜色常呈白色或黄色,偶见粉红色,通常呈块状。
紫木节是一种可塑性优良的耐火粘土,因含有泥煤的碎片,类似木节,紫色者称紫木节。由微细高岭石颗粒组成,间夹微粒石英。含有Al2O3 31%~34%,SiO2 37%~38%,有较多的炭质腐植质等。外观呈黑、褐、蓝、灰等色,烧成收缩较大。因其所含有机质与碱液作用能发生水解形成保护胶体,有助于泥浆成型性能改善,故为调制陶瓷注浆浆料理想粘土原料。
烧滑石主要成分是滑石含水的矽酸镁,分子式为Mg3(Si4O10)(OH)2。滑石属单斜晶系。
石英是一种物理性质和化学性质均十分稳定的矿产资源,晶体属三方晶系的氧化物矿物。石英块又名硅石,主要是生产石英砂(又称硅砂)的原料,也是石英耐火材料和烧制硅铁的原料。

下面对本发明的具体实施例进行详细说明。
1、一种耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,采用如下配方制备而成:
透锂长石10%,紫木节10%,硬质黏土25%,软质黏土12%,石英20%,烧滑石20%,麦饭石2%,墨玉石粉1%。
2、技术参数:泥料细度 0.2~0.5%
泥料成型水分 19~21%
底釉釉浆比重 1.5~1.6(波美比重)
面釉釉浆比重 1.4~1.5(波美比重)
高温烧成温度 1290℃~1300℃。
3、釉的制备:底釉使用酸度系数和膨胀系数与坯相适应的传统锂釉基础配方。如果制备黑色砂锅,则面釉采用黑釉加8%钴黑色料(以黑釉重量计),钴黑是一种能够耐高温陶瓷颜料,着色力强,在高温下可发出很鲜亮的黑色,市场购买即可。如果制备具有其他色彩的砂锅,则面釉采用颜色釉加10-15%高温陶瓷色料(以颜色釉重量计),颜色釉是在釉中加上某种氧化金属,焙烧后,就会显现某种固有色泽。
4、烧制:烧成升温曲线如下:
室温——200度,匀速缓慢升温,升温时间2.5小时;
200度——600度,匀速缓慢升温,升温时间4小时;
600度——900度,匀速缓慢升温,升温时间4小时;
900度——1150度,匀速缓慢升温,升温时间3小时;
1150度——1300度,匀速缓慢升温,升温时间2.5小时;
1300度——1300度,保温时间1.5小时;
1300度——900度,匀速缓慢降温,降温时间1.5小时;
900度——400度,匀速缓慢降温,降温时间2小时;
400度——80度,匀速缓慢降温,降温时间2小时。
5、注意事项:在设计配方时, 应该考虑面釉的融化不易过早,过早封闭釉面容易出缺陷,同时,釉层厚度也很重要,釉层过薄釉面不滋润,釉层过厚会影响材料的热稳定性。另外,升温阶段应该匀速缓慢升温,升温过快容易炸坯。瓷材料用氧化焰烧成。
为了防止釉面过早熔化带来釉面缺陷,应采取的措施如下:
a、面釉的釉层厚度控制在0.2~0.3mm范围内,控制面釉釉浆比重(波美比重1.4~1.5)和面釉施釉时间(15秒~40秒)。
b、实际烧制过程中,产品到烧成带口(900~1000度)时,多加一个烧嘴来保证升温速度符合烧成曲线。
c、面釉内加入1%的碱面(以面釉质量计)。
d、坯体使用原料尽量用含有机物、结晶水、高温排放气体少的黏土。
e、坯体干燥后的半成品入窑水分严格控制在2%以下。
6、本发明制备的耐热陶瓷健康砂锅具有如下优点:
(1)、包含锂瓷砂锅的一切优点。
(2)、由于加入了特种添加剂(墨玉粉),产品对人类健康有功效。
(3)、制作的日用品砂锅强度大,在宾馆饭店使用不易损坏。
(4)、用此砂锅做药膳砂锅,对人体的健康作用更加明显。
(5)、本发明产品可以延伸到家庭酒店的所有空间,成为日用陶瓷、密胺制品、金属制品的替代品。
(6)、本发明工艺简单,容易投产,增加经济效益。
(7)、本发明产品附加值高,市场升值前景非常看好。
(8)、本发明利用本地原料,对提振地方经济起到积极推动作用。
(9)、本发明所用的墨玉粉矿藏丰富,有通畅的供货渠道。
(10)、本发明所做产品,消费者使用后能起到迅速提振健康指数作用,对亚健康有条理功效。

Claims (8)
1.一种耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,其特征在于:采用如下配方制备而成:
透锂长石10%,紫木节10%,硬质黏土25%,软质黏土12%,石英20%,烧滑石20%,麦饭石2%,墨玉石粉1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,其特征在于:制备工艺流程如下:
原料拣选-粉碎-配料-入球磨细磨-练泥-陈腐-制坯-干燥-修坯-施釉-入窑-烧成-成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,其特征在于:练泥后的泥料细度0.2~0.5%,泥料成型水分19~21%;
施釉过程中,底釉釉浆比重1.5~1.6(波美比重),面釉釉浆比重 1.4~1.5(波美比重);
高温烧成温度为1290℃~1300℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,其特征在于:面釉为黑釉加8%钴黑色料或者颜色釉加10~15%陶瓷色料。
5.根据权利要求2所述的耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,其特征在于:坯体干燥后水分在2%以内。
6.根据权利要求3所述的耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,其特征在于:烧成升温曲线如下:
室温——200度,升温时间2.5小时;
200度——600度,升温时间4小时;
600度——900度,升温时间4小时;
900度——1150度,升温时间3小时;
1150度——1300度,升温时间2.5小时;
1300度——1300度,保温时间1.5小时;
1300度——900度,降温时间1.5小时;
900度——400度,降温时间2小时;
400度——80度,降温时间2小时。
7.根据权利要求4所述的耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,其特征在于:所述面釉中加入1%的碱面。
8.根据权利要求4所述的耐热陶瓷健康砂锅,其特征在于:所述面釉厚度为0.2~0.3mm,施釉时间为15~40秒。
