Abstract

本发明公开一种性能优异的涤棉双面胶粘合衬及其生产方法,生产流程包括翻缝→前处理→热定形→化学防缩硬挺整理→正面粉点涂层或涂覆涂层→反面涂覆涂层→机械预缩整理。粘合衬正反两面都有粘合层,能把同种或不同种的两块面料粘合在一起,获得较硬手感、较高剥离强力和其他性能。经纬向干热尺寸变化率‑0.8%~+0.5%;游离和水解甲醛≤40mg/kg;经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为‑1.0%~+0.5%。本发明生产工艺操作容易,对生态环境友好,产品性能优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤棉双面胶粘合衬及其生产方法。
背景技术
常规粘合衬的一个面有粘合层,能与一块面料粘合在一起。有一些特殊品种服装或有特殊要求服装,要求粘合衬能把两块面料粘合在一起,获得较硬手感、较高剥离强力和其他性能。为此,研发和生产正反两面都有粘合层的涤棉双面胶粘合衬,满足服装行业需求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种性能优异、制备简便的涤棉双面胶粘合衬及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种涤棉双面胶粘合衬,其特征是:在涤棉基布的正反两面都有粘合层;经纬向干热尺寸变化率-0.8%~+0.5%;游离和水解甲醛≤40mg/kg ;经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-1.0%~+0.5%。
涤棉衬布的坯布规格为下列二种中的一种:第一种门幅为 48.5 英寸、纱支数为21s×21s、密度为 60×58根/英寸,第二种门幅为 48.5 英寸、纱支数为16 s×16s、密度为50×45根/英寸。
一种涤棉双面胶粘合衬的生产方法,依次包括翻缝 →前处理→热定形→化学防缩硬挺整理→正面粉点涂层或涂覆涂层→反面涂覆涂层→机械预缩整理。其特征是:热定形时,通过平幅进布,超喂-0.5%~0%上针板,八格热风定形,其中第一、二格温度 180℃,第三、四格温度 190℃,第五~八格温度200℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤 , 车速为30~35m/min。
化学防缩硬挺整理时,防缩硬挺整理液的组成为:
织物用树脂整理剂 KH-1 60~80 g/L
助剂 STN 150~200 g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 9~12 g/L
乙烯脲 4.0g/L
非离子柔软剂V-12 0.5g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH 至3.8~4.2。
涂覆涂层时,HDPE热熔胶在温度155-160℃熔融罐熔融后,通过喷口把液态热熔胶涂覆在布面上,涂覆量70~90 g/L。
本发明涤棉双面胶粘合衬,能把两块面料粘合在一起,以获得较硬手感、较高剥离强力和其他性能,粘合衬干热尺寸收缩率低,粘合衬经纬向缩水率低,游离和水解甲醛小,对生态环境友好,生产工艺操作容易。在涤棉基布的正反两面都有粘合层,可以把同种或不同种的两块面料粘合在一起,以获得较硬手感、较高剥离强力和其他性能,经纬向干热尺寸变化率-0.8%~+0.5%;游离和水解甲醛≤40mg/kg ;经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-1.0%~+0.5%。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
涤棉(65/35)衬布的坯布规格为:门幅为 48.5 英寸、纱支数为 21s×21s、密度为60×58根/英寸。
一种涤棉双面胶粘合衬的生产方法,依次包括翻缝 →前处理→热定形→化学防缩硬挺整理→正面粉点涂层或涂覆涂层→反面涂覆涂层→机械预缩整理。热定形时,通过平幅进布,超喂-0.5%~0%上针板,八格热风定形,其中第一、二格温度 180℃,第三、四格温度 190℃,第五~八格温度200℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤 , 车速为33~35m/min。
化学防缩硬挺整理时,防缩硬挺整理液的组成为:
织物用树脂整理剂 KH-1 60~70 g/L(例60 g/L、65 g/L、70 g/L)
助剂 STN 170~200 g/L(例170 g/L、180 g/L、200 g/L)
MgCl2·6H2O 9~10.5 g/L(例9 g/L、10 g/L、10.5g/L)
乙烯脲 4.0g/L
非离子柔软剂V-12 0.5g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH 至3.8~4.2。
化学防缩硬挺整理时通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩硬挺整理液,带液率 65%~70%,110~130℃松式烘燥,超喂-0.5%~0%上针板,八格热风焙烘,其中第一格温度 150℃,第二格温度 160℃,第三~八格温度 170℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤 , 车速为35~40m/min。涂覆涂层时,HDPE热熔胶在温度155-160℃熔融罐熔融后,通过喷口把液态热熔胶涂覆在布面上,涂覆量70~80 g/L。
