本发明公开了一种多功能双面印花伪装面料,其特征在于:包括以聚酯纤维、ABS、尼龙纤维、聚碳酸醋为任一纤维原料的基布织物层,且其上下表面覆盖有涂料印花层;所述的涂料印花层表面二次覆盖有多功能性涂料层;所述的多功能涂料层由磷酸酯阻燃剂、2,2'‑二羟基‑5,5'‑二氯二苯基甲烷防霉剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠导电剂组成;本发明一种多功能双面印花伪装面料通过一体化多材料复合实现良好的阻燃、防霉、导电及耐刮磨性等功能,其设计合理,结构及制作工艺简单,大大满足了军用印花伪装面料的功能需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双面印花伪装面料,尤其涉及一种多功能双面印花伪装面料;属于军用纺织技术领域。
背景技术
双面印花伪装面料以其伪装性能,高强度的表面刚度,良好的导电性,防霉性,阻燃性,抗静水压性被用于军工业中。但目前现有的技术无法做功能性涂层对印花涂层的二次纤维覆盖及二次纤维覆盖后的透明效果,从而失去原先的伪装功能,且在对拥有导电性,防霉性,阻燃性,抗静水压材质的处理上无法满足良好的材料均衡平稳性,包括透明材质技术的研制,结构的存在变化,选择用料的配比及复合技术方案的实行。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种多功能双面印花伪装面料。
(二)技术方案
本发明的多功能双面印花伪装面料,包括以聚酯纤维、ABS、尼龙纤维、聚碳酸醋为任一纤维原料的基布织物层,且其上下表面覆盖有涂料印花层;所述的涂料印花层表面二次覆盖有多功能性涂料层;所述的多功能涂料层由磷酸酯阻燃剂、2,2'-二羟基-5,5'-二氯二苯基甲烷防霉剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠导电剂组成。
进一步地,所述的磷酸酯阻燃剂将磷酸和季戊四醇加热90至130℃,搅拌1h形成醇酸,将甲醛和尿素搅拌后加入氢氧化钠,升温至70℃等到PH为7.9左右的三乙醇胺后进行冷却得到改性脲醛树脂,再将醇酸和改性脲醛树脂混合得到改性醇酸脲醛树脂A;将三聚氰胺、尿素、双氰胺、甲醛升温至50℃搅拌后加入氢氧化钠后0.5h再加入盐酸得到改性密胺树脂B;将改性醇酸脲醛树脂A与改性密胺树脂B以1:2的质量比混合加入乙醇得到磷酸酯型液态透明阻燃剂。
进一步地,所述的2,2'-二羟基-5,5'-二氯二苯基甲烷防霉剂由对氯苯酚、甲醛(含量≥65%)在催化下缩合制得,再以纯品无臭无色结晶后进行在178~179℃熔点液化,其防霉指数≤1。
进一步地,所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠导电剂为非离子性液态抗静电材料,将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚置于容器中与氨基磺酸,尿素,烧碱反应形成无色高透明度液体状态,在涂覆到织物表面后其比电阻≤109,且与用量为0.3%~0.8%无色滑爽剂硬脂酸酰胺在溶点100℃左右进行粘度的调试,通过的聚烯烃抗粘连剂压延薄膜成型。
进一步地,所述的基布织物层经纱、纬纱按照相应的用纱比平纹编织。

A、在基布前处理双面印花,印花表面上涂抹导电剂加阻燃剂,使印花表面具有导电性和阻燃功效,在其外表进行溶剂阻燃涂层,但不能影响印花的颜色,再在其外表涂溶剂型胶水,胶水中含防霉剂,两面的加工方式相同:(1)脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠导电剂和磷酸酯阻燃剂进行拼混,浸轧涂抹至印花表面面料上;(2)将水性PU胶与磷氮类的阻燃粉按1比1的比例进行拼混,在两面印花层分别涂覆1次;(3)在涂溶剂型胶水中加入按胶水比例的1%的防霉剂(2,2'-二羟基-5,5'-二氯二苯基甲烷防霉剂15%)进行拼混,分别涂在溶剂阻燃涂层的外侧;
B、对基布织物层在100℃下进行退浆预处理40min,用真空吸水机吸干水分;再经过180℃高温定型整理,满足印花条件的基础布;
C、在基布织物层的正反面进行热转移油墨印花或无机颜料印花;
D、将基布织物层、涂料印花型层、多功能性涂料层通过高温热熔合方式进行各结构层复合。
(三)有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本发明的多功能双面印花伪装面料,通过一体化多材料复合实现良好的阻燃、防霉、导电及耐刮磨性等功能,其设计合理,结构及制作工艺简单,大大满足了军用印花伪装面料的功能需求。

如附图所示的一种多功能双面印花伪装面料,包括以聚酯纤维、ABS、尼龙纤维、聚碳酸醋为任一纤维原料的基布织物层1,且其上下表面覆盖有涂料印花层2;所述的涂料印花层表面二次覆盖有多功能性涂料层3;所述的多功能涂料层由磷酸酯阻燃剂、2,2'-二羟基-5,5'-二氯二苯基甲烷防霉剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠导电剂组成。

1.一种多功能双面印花伪装面料,其特征在于:包括以聚酯纤维、ABS、尼龙纤维、聚碳酸醋为任一纤维原料的基布织物层(1),且其上下表面覆盖有涂料印花层(2);所述的涂料印花层表面二次覆盖有多功能性涂料层(3);所述的多功能涂料层由磷酸酯阻燃剂、2,2'-二羟基-5,5'-二氯二苯基甲烷防霉剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠导电剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能双面印花伪装面料,其特征在于:所述的磷酸酯阻燃剂将磷酸和季戊四醇加热90至130℃,搅拌1h形成醇酸,将甲醛和尿素搅拌后加入氢氧化钠,升温至70℃等到PH为7.9左右的三乙醇胺后进行冷却得到改性脲醛树脂,再将醇酸和改性脲醛树脂混合得到改性醇酸脲醛树脂A;将三聚氰胺、尿素、双氰胺、甲醛升温至50℃搅拌后加入氢氧化钠后0.5h再加入盐酸得到改性密胺树脂B;将改性醇酸脲醛树脂A与改性密胺树脂B以1:2的质量比混合加入乙醇得到磷酸酯型液态透明阻燃剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能双面印花伪装面料,其特征在于:所述的2,2'-二羟基-5,5'-二氯二苯基甲烷防霉剂由对氯苯酚、甲醛(含量≥65%)在催化下缩合制得,再以纯品无臭无色结晶后进行在178~179℃熔点液化,其防霉指数≤1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能双面印花伪装面料,其特征在于:所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠导电剂为非离子性液态抗静电材料,将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚置于容器中与氨基磺酸,尿素,烧碱反应形成无色高透明度液体状态,在涂覆到织物表面后其比电阻≤109,且与用量为0.3%~0.8%无色滑爽剂硬脂酸酰胺在溶点100℃左右进行粘度的调试,通过的聚烯烃抗粘连剂压延薄膜成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能双面印花伪装面料,其特征在于:所述的基布织物层(1)经纱、纬纱按照相应的用纱比平纹编织。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多功能双面印花伪装面料,其特征在于:所述的如权利要求1—5所述的多功能层的制造工艺,其特征在于包括整体功能层工艺步骤为:
A、在基布前处理双面印花,印花表面上涂抹导电剂加阻燃剂,使印花表面具有导电性和阻燃功效,在其外表进行溶剂阻燃涂层,但不能影响印花的颜色,再在其外表涂溶剂型胶水,胶水中含防霉剂,两面的加工方式相同:
1、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠导电剂和磷酸酯阻燃剂进行拼混,浸轧涂抹至印花表面面料上。
2、将水性PU胶与磷氮类的阻燃粉按1比1的比例进行拼混,在两面印花层分别涂覆1次。
3、在涂溶剂型胶水中加入按胶水比例的1%的防霉剂(2,2'-二羟基-5,5'-二氯二苯基甲烷防霉剂15%)进行拼混,分别涂在溶剂阻燃涂层的外侧。
B、对基布织物层(1)在100℃下进行退浆预处理40min,用真空吸水机吸干水分;再经过180℃高温定型整理,满足印花条件的基础布;
C、在基布织物层(1)的正反面进行热转移油墨印花或无机颜料印花;
D、将基布织物层(1)、涂料印花型层(2)、多功能性涂料层(3)通过高温热熔合方式进行各结构层复合。
