背景技术
在广告领域,为满足户外广告宣传需要,涤纶广告灯箱布的需求量极大,但传统的涤纶广告灯箱布存在许多弱点,无法兼容UV打印、弱溶剂打印、latex打印、热转印和热直喷多种打印方式;市面上涤纶广告灯箱布在转印、直喷纯色图片时存在有漏光点和图色黄变问题;弱溶剂打印、latex打印后存在墨层不抗刮的问题;还存在不环保和不能抵挡户外恶劣气候条件的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,提供了一种兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布及其制作工艺,将涤纶化纤布、防水转印直喷涂层、阻燃涂层和抗刮伤涂层覆合在一起,解决了传统涤纶广告灯箱布多种打印方式无法合一问题,同时改善广告灯箱布在转印、直喷纯色图片是存在漏光点和图色黄变的缺陷。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布,其包括涤纶化纤布、防水转印直喷涂层、阻燃涂层和抗刮伤涂层;所述防水转印直喷涂层涂覆在所述涤纶化纤布的相对两面;其中一面的防水转印直喷涂层上依次涂覆有阻燃涂层和抗刮伤涂层;
所述防水转印直喷涂层用涂料包括以下重量份的组分:3-5份PFHS(甲基)丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯共聚物、85-90份去离子水、2-5份海藻酸钠与水性聚氨酯树脂混合物、2-4份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯和1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐;
所述阻燃涂层用涂料包括以下重量份的组分:2-4份去离子水、40-50份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、40-45份复配阻燃剂、2-3份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、1-2份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物;
所述抗刮伤涂层用涂料包括以下重量份的组分:5-10份去离子水、40-50份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、20-30份水性聚碳脂肪族聚氨酯乳液、2-3份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、5-10份抗刮伤分散液、1-2份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1-2份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物。
优选地,所述涤纶化纤布层由100D/36F,英寸经纬密度为58×50的轻网纱线织造而成,其克重为98-100g/m2。
优选地,所述抗刮伤分散液由聚二甲基硅氧烷和水复配制得,其二者重量比为8:2。
优选地,所述复配阻燃剂由十溴二苯乙烷、聚磷酸铵、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐和水复配制得,其重量比为3:3:1:3。
优选地,所述涤纶化纤布的厚度为:150-160μm;
所述防水转印直喷涂层的厚度为:1-3μm;
所述阻燃涂层的厚度为:10-20μm;
所述抗刮伤涂层的厚度为:5-10μm。
根据本申请的另一个方面,提供了根据上述任一所述的兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的制作工艺,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)防水转印直喷涂层制备
将3-5份PFHS(甲基)丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯共聚物、85-90份去离子水、2-5份海藻酸钠与水性聚氨酯树脂混合物、2-4份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯和1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐混合均匀,用醋酸将PH值调整至5-6,得到固含量为1-3%防水转印直喷涂料;通过轧车以浸涂方式将所述防水转印直喷涂料涂覆在涤纶化纤布层表面,经过烘干定型后,形成防水转印直喷涂层;
(2)阻燃涂层制备
将2-4份去离子水、40-50份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、40-45份复配阻燃剂、2-3份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、1-2份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整至7-8,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至8000cps,得到固含量为55%的阻燃涂料;用平刀直刮的方式将所述阻燃涂料均匀刮涂在防水转印直喷涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成阻燃涂层;
(3)抗刮伤涂层制备
将5-10份去离子水、40-50份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、20-30份水性聚碳脂肪族聚氨酯乳液、2-3份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、5-10份抗刮伤分散液、1-2份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整到7-8之间,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至3500cps,得到固含量为45%的抗刮伤涂料;用平刀直刮的方式将所述抗刮伤涂料均匀刮涂在阻燃涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成抗刮伤涂层。
优选地,步骤(1)所述防水转印直喷涂层制备过程中,轧车压力为0.3Mpa;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在90-100℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在160-180℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在180-200℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在190-200℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在200℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在120-130℃;采用定型机定型;所述防水转印直喷涂层涂布干量为1-3g/m2,涂布速度为30-35m/min。
优选地,步骤(2)所述阻燃涂层制备过程中,采用针板机涂布;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在70-80℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在80-120℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在150-160℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在150-160℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150-160℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述阻燃涂层涂布干量为30-40g/m2,涂布速度为20-25m/min。
优选地,步骤(3)所述抗刮伤涂层制备过程中,采用针板机涂布;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在70-80℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在80-100℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在130-150℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述抗刮伤涂层涂布干量为10-12g/m2,涂布速度为18-20m/min。
本申请的有益效果包括但不限于:
(1)本申请提供的一种兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布,其包括涤纶化纤布、防水转印直喷涂层、阻燃涂层和抗刮伤涂层,解决了传统涤纶广告灯箱布多种打印方式无法合一问题,并且改善了转印纯色图片时有漏光点和图色黄变的缺陷。
(2)本申请提供的一种兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布,其涤纶化纤布层由100D/36F,英寸经纬密度为58×50的轻网纱线织造而成,化纤布细密,转印直喷纯色图片时无漏光点,并且可增加转印色彩鲜艳度及其色牢度。
(3)本申请提供的一种兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布,其阻燃涂层选用去离子水、纺织乳液、复配阻燃剂、交联剂和抗黄变剂混合,可以做到高效的阻燃,透通效果好,转印黄变△E<2,解决传统涤纶广告灯箱布转印黄变问题。
(4)本申请提供的一种兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布,其抗刮伤面涂层解决了传统涤纶广告灯箱布打印弱溶剂、latex墨层不抗刮问题。
(5)本申请提供的一种兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布,所用原料均采用环保材料,符合REACH和ROHS等标准。
(6)本提供的广告帐篷布的制作工艺,选用了9节烘箱对涂层进行干燥固化,提高了生产产量,并且多节温度的选择有利于各涂层交联成膜。

如图1所示,本申请所提供的一种兼具多种印刷方式的涤纶广告灯箱布,包括涤纶化纤布1、防水转印直喷涂层2、阻燃涂层3和抗刮伤涂层4;所述防水转印直喷涂层2涂覆在所述涤纶化纤布1的相对两面;其中一面的防水转印直喷涂层2上依次涂覆有阻燃涂层3和抗刮伤涂层4;下述实施例和对比例均为此结构下的该兼具多种印刷方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的制作工艺。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种兼具多种印刷方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的制作工艺,所述由100D/36F,英寸经纬密度为58×50的轻网纱线织造而成,其克重为98g/m2,厚度为150μm,其余涂层包括如下制备步骤:
(1)防水转印直喷涂层制备
将5份PFHS(甲基)丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯共聚物、90份去离子水、5份海藻酸钠与水性聚氨酯树脂混合物、4份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯和1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐混合均匀,用醋酸将PH值调整至5-6,得到固含量为3%的防水转印直喷涂料;通过轧车以浸涂方式将所述防水转印直喷涂料涂覆在涤纶化纤布层表面,经过烘干定型后,形成防水转印直喷涂层;轧车压力为0.3MPa;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在100℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在180℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在200℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在200℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在200℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在130℃;采用3.6m幅宽定型机定型;所述防水转印直喷涂层涂布干量为1g/m2,涂布速度为30m/min;得到厚度为150μm的防水转印直喷涂层。
(2)阻燃涂层制备
将4份去离子水、50份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、45份复配阻燃剂、3份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、2份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整至7-8,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至8000cps,得到固含量为55%的阻燃涂料;采用3.6m幅宽针板机用平刀直刮的方式将所述阻燃涂料均匀刮涂在防水转印直喷涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成阻燃涂层;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在80℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在120℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在160℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在160℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在160℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述阻燃涂层涂布干量为30g/m2,涂布速度为20m/min;得到厚度为10μm的阻燃涂层。
(3)抗刮伤涂层制备
将10份去离子水、50份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、30份水性聚碳脂肪族聚氨酯乳液,3份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、10份抗刮伤分散液、2份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整到7-8之间,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至3500cps,得到固含量为45%的抗刮伤涂料;采用3.6m幅宽针板机用平刀直刮的方式将所述抗刮伤涂料均匀刮涂在阻燃涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成抗刮伤涂层;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在80℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在100℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在150℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述抗刮伤涂层涂布干量为10g/m2,涂布速度为18m/min;得到厚度为5μm的抗刮伤涂层。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种兼具多种印刷方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的制作工艺,所述由100D/36F,英寸经纬密度为58×50的轻网纱线织造而成,其克重为99g/m2,厚度为155μm,其余涂层包括如下制备步骤:
(1)防水转印直喷涂层制备
将4份PFHS(甲基)丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯共聚物、88份去离子水4份海藻酸钠与水性聚氨酯树脂混合物、3份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯和1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐混合均匀,用醋酸将PH值调整至5-6,得到固含量为2%的防水转印直喷涂料;通过轧车以浸涂方式将所述防水转印直喷涂料涂覆在涤纶化纤布层表面,经过烘干定型后,形成防水转印直喷涂层;轧车压力为0.3MPa;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在95℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在170℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在190℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在190℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在200℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在125℃;采用3.6m幅宽定型机定型;所述防水转印直喷涂层涂布干量为2g/m2,涂布速度为34m/min;得到厚度为2μm的防水转印直喷涂层。
(2)阻燃涂层制备
将3份去离子水、45份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、43份复配阻燃剂、2份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、1份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整至7-8,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至8000cps,得到固含量为55%的阻燃涂料;采用3.6m幅宽针板机用平刀直刮的方式将所述阻燃涂料均匀刮涂在防水转印直喷涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成阻燃涂层;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在75℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在100℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在155℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在155℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在155℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述阻燃涂层涂布干量为35g/m2,涂布速度为25m/min;得到厚度为15μm的阻燃涂层。
(3)抗刮伤涂层制备
将8份去离子水、45份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、25份水性聚碳脂肪族聚氨酯乳液、2份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、8份抗刮伤分散液、18份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整到7-8之间,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至3500cps,得到固含量为45%的抗刮伤涂料;采用3.6m幅宽针板机用平刀直刮的方式将所述抗刮伤涂料均匀刮涂在阻燃涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成抗刮伤涂层;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在75℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在90℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在140℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述抗刮伤涂层涂布干量为111g/m2,涂布速度为18m/min;得到厚度为15μm的抗刮伤涂层。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种兼具多种印刷方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的制作工艺,所述由100D/36F,英寸经纬密度为58×50的轻网纱线织造而成,其克重为100g/m2,厚度为160μm,其余涂层包括如下制备步骤:
(1)防水转印直喷涂层制备
将3份PFHS(甲基)丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯共聚物、85份去离子水、2份海藻酸钠与水性聚氨酯树脂混合物、2份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯和1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐混合均匀,用醋酸将PH值调整至5-6,得到固含量为1%的防水转印直喷涂料;通过轧车以浸涂方式将所述防水转印直喷涂料涂覆在涤纶化纤布层表面,经过烘干定型后,形成防水转印直喷涂层;轧车压力为0.3MPa;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在90℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在160℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在180℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在190℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在200℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在120℃;采用3.6m幅宽定型机定型;所述防水转印直喷涂层涂布干量为3g/m2,涂布速度为35m/min;得到厚度为3μm的防水转印直喷涂层。
(2)阻燃涂层制备
将2份去离子水、40份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、40份复配阻燃剂、2份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、1份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整至7-8,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至8000cps,得到固含量为55%的阻燃涂料;采用3.6m幅宽针板机用平刀直刮的方式将所述阻燃涂料均匀刮涂在防水转印直喷涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成阻燃涂层;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在70℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在80℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在150℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述阻燃涂层涂布干量为35g/m2,涂布速度为23m/min;得到厚度为16μm的阻燃涂层。
(3)抗刮伤涂层制备
将5份去离子水、40份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、20份水性聚碳脂肪族聚氨酯乳液、2份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、5份抗刮伤分散液、1份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整到7-8之间,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至3500cps,得到固含量为45%的抗刮伤涂料;采用3.6m幅宽针板机用平刀直刮的方式将所述抗刮伤涂料均匀刮涂在阻燃涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成抗刮伤涂层;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在70℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在80℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在130℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述抗刮伤涂层涂布干量为111g/m2,涂布速度为20m/min;得到厚度为17μm的抗刮伤涂层。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种兼具多种印刷方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的制作工艺,所述由100D/36F,英寸经纬密度为58×50的轻网纱线织造而成,其克重为100g/m2,厚度为160μm,其余涂层包括如下制备步骤:
(1)防水转印直喷涂层制备
将4份PFHS(甲基)丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯共聚物、85份去离子水、2份海藻酸钠与水性聚氨酯树脂混合物、1份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯和1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐混合均匀,用醋酸将PH值调整至5-6,得到固含量为2%的防水转印直喷涂料;通过轧车以浸涂方式将所述防水转印直喷涂料涂覆在涤纶化纤布层表面,经过烘干定型后,形成防水转印直喷涂层;轧车压力为0.3MPa;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在90℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在160℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在180℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在190℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在200℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在120℃;采用3.6幅宽定型机定型;所述防水转印直喷涂层涂布干量为3g/m2,涂布速度为35m/min;得到厚度为3μm的防水转印直喷涂层。
(2)阻燃涂层制备
将3份去离子水、45份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、40份复配阻燃剂、2份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、1份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整至7-8,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至8000cps,得到固含量为55%的阻燃涂料;采用3.6m幅宽针板机用平刀直刮的方式将所述阻燃涂料均匀刮涂在防水转印直喷涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成阻燃涂层;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在70℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在80℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在150℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述阻燃涂层涂布干量为40g/m2,涂布速度为25m/min;得到厚度为20μm的阻燃涂层。
(3)抗刮伤涂层制备
将7份去离子水、40份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、20份水性聚碳脂肪族聚氨酯乳液、2份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、5份抗刮伤分散液、1份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整到7-8之间,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至3500cps,得到固含量为45%的抗刮伤涂料;采用3.6m幅宽针板机用平刀直刮的方式将所述抗刮伤涂料均匀刮涂在阻燃涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成抗刮伤涂层;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在70℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在80℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在130℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述抗刮伤涂层涂布干量为112g/m2,涂布速度为20m/min;得到厚度为18μm的抗刮伤涂层。
对比例1
与实施例1不同之处在于,将步骤(1)防水转印直喷涂层制备采用的PFHS(甲基)丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯共聚物替换为C8防水剂。
对比例2
与实施例1不同之处在于,将步骤(2)阻燃涂层制备采用的复配阻燃剂替换为氢氧化物阻燃剂。
对比例3
与实施例1不同之处在于,将步骤(2)阻燃涂层制备采用的硫代酯类抗氧剂替换为酚黄变防止剂。
对比例4
与实施例1不同之处在于,将步骤(3)抗刮伤涂层制备采用的抗刮伤分散液替换为正硅酸乙酯的水解物。
对比例4
与实施例1不同之处在于,将100D/36F,英寸经纬密度为58×50的轻网纱线织造而成的涤纶化纤布层更换为低压低密度聚乙烯编织布。
对实施例1-4和对比例1-5按照防水性、阻燃性、抗黄变、抗刮伤等级的行业标准或国家标准进行各项性能测试,并对该广告布采用多种打印方式打印纯色照片,对是否有漏光点以及是否兼容多种打印方式进行测验,具体结果见表1。

由表1可知,在实施例1-4中,实施例1所采用的涂层原料,及各涂层原料比例,兼具多种印刷方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的性能效果最优,同时解决了在转印、直喷纯色图片时存在漏光点和发色黄变问题;弱溶剂打印、latex打印后存在墨层不抗刮的问题。
对比例1与实施例1-4相比,步骤(1)防水转印涂层制备采用的PFHS(甲基)丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯共聚物替换为C8防水剂,虽防水性仍具备,但是C8防水剂中,PFOA、PFOS含量超标,不符合环保要求;并且C6防水剂是低温100℃起交联作用,不需耗费过多热量。
对比例2与实施例1-4相比,步骤(2)阻燃涂层制备采用的复配阻燃剂替换为氢氧化物阻燃剂,氢氧化物阻燃剂主要为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁,作用机理在于燃烧发生脱水反应,产生大量水蒸汽,带走材料表面热量;但阻燃效率不高,需要较大的添加量增加成本,并且会影响材料的力学性能。
对比例3与实施例1-4相比,步骤(2)阻燃涂层制备采用的硫代酯类抗氧剂替换为酚黄变防止剂,抗黄耐黄性能降低,降低了广告灯箱布的使用寿命。
对比例4与实施例1-4相比,步骤(3)抗刮伤涂层制备采用的抗刮伤分散液替换为正硅酸乙酯的水解物,正硅酸乙酯单独水解得到的无机涂层薄膜硬度很高,但性脆;它在有机聚合物溶液中水解得到的有机/无机杂化涂层,虽然可以改变脆性,但硬度却显著下降,并且有机和无机组分之间往往缺乏足够强的相互作用,常导致得到的涂层不透明,降低了广告灯箱布的抗刮伤能力,并且使广告灯箱布的色彩不鲜艳。
对比例5与实施例1-4相比,100D/36F,英寸经纬密度为58×50的轻网纱线织造而成的涤纶化纤布层更换为低压低密度聚乙烯编织布,编织布密度降低,转印直喷纯色图片时出现漏光点。

Claims (6)
1.一种兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布,其特征在于,其包括涤纶化纤布、防水转印直喷涂层、阻燃涂层和抗刮伤涂层;所述防水转印直喷涂层涂覆在所述涤纶化纤布的相对两面;其中一面的防水转印直喷涂层上依次涂覆有阻燃涂层和抗刮伤涂层;
所述防水转印直喷涂层用涂料包括以下重量份的组分:3-5份PFHS(甲基)丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯共聚物、85-90份去离子水、2-5份海藻酸钠与水性聚氨酯树脂混合物、2-4份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯和1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐;
所述阻燃涂层用涂料包括以下重量份的组分:2-4份去离子水、40-50份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、40-45份复配阻燃剂、2-3份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、1-2份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物;
所述抗刮伤涂层用涂料包括以下重量份的组分:5-10份去离子水、40-50份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、20-30份水性聚碳脂肪族聚氨酯乳液、2-3份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、5-10份抗刮伤分散液、1-2份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1-2份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物;
所述涤纶化纤布层由100D/36F,英寸经纬密度为58×50的轻网纱线织造而成,其克重为98-100g/m2;
所述抗刮伤分散液为聚二甲基硅氧烷和水复配制得,其二者重量比为8:2;
所述复配阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷、聚磷酸铵、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐和水复配制得,其重量比为3:3:1:3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布,其特征在于,
所述涤纶化纤布的厚度为:150-160μm;
所述防水转印直喷涂层的厚度为:1-3μm;
所述阻燃涂层的厚度为:10-20μm;
所述抗刮伤涂层的厚度为:5-10μm。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)防水转印直喷涂层制备
将3-5份PFHS(甲基)丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯共聚物、85-90份去离子水、2-5份海藻酸钠与水性聚氨酯树脂混合物、2-4份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯和1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐混合均匀,用醋酸将pH值调整至5-6,得到固含量为1-3%的防水转印直喷涂料;通过轧车以浸涂方式将所述防水转印直喷涂料涂覆在涤纶化纤布层表面,经过烘干定型后,形成防水转印直喷涂层;
(2)阻燃涂层制备
将2-4份去离子水、40-50份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、40-45份复配阻燃剂、2-3份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、1-2份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将pH值调整至7-8,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至8000cps,得到固含量为55%的阻燃涂料;用平刀直刮的方式将所述阻燃涂料均匀刮涂在防水转印直喷涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成阻燃涂层;
(3)抗刮伤涂层制备
将5-10份去离子水、40-50份TG值为-36℃纯丙丙烯酸树脂、20-30份水性聚碳脂肪族聚氨酯乳液、2-3份甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂、5-10份抗刮伤分散液、1-2份硫代酯类抗氧剂、1份乳化型聚硅氧烷复配金属硬脂酸盐和1份丙烯酸聚合物混合均匀,用氨水将PH值调整到7-8之间,再用丙烯酸聚合物将粘度调整至3500cps,得到固含量为45%的抗刮伤涂料;用平刀直刮的方式将所述抗刮伤涂料均匀刮涂在阻燃涂层上,经过干燥固化后,形成抗刮伤涂层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述防水转印直喷涂层制备过程中,轧车压力为0.3MPa;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在90-100℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在160-180℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在180-200℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在190-200℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在200℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在120-130℃;采用定型机定型;所述防水转印直喷涂层涂布干量为1-3g/m2,涂布速度为30-35m/min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述阻燃涂层制备过程中,采用针板机涂布;第一节烘箱温度控制在70-80℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在80-120℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在150-160℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在150-160℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150-160℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述阻燃涂层涂布干量为30-40g/m2,涂布速度为20-25m/min。
6.根据权利要求3所述的兼具多种打印方式的涤纶广告灯箱布的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述抗刮伤涂层制备过程中,采用针板机涂布;涂布时,第一节烘箱温度控制在70-80℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在80-100℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在130-150℃,第五节、第六节和第七节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150℃,第九节烘箱温度控制在80℃;所述抗刮伤涂层涂布干量为10-12g/m2,涂布速度为18-20m/min。
