军用纺织面料对于我国军队的发展起着重要的作用,它不仅被应用于军装和军被,也可以被应用在军用常服、礼服、普通工作服等衣服。军队防护服在极端天气及环境下具有优异的性能如轻薄、耐磨、防水性好对于保障士兵安全是非常重要的。

作为一种优选的技术方案,所述MQ型硅树脂包括分子式为[(R)3SiO1/2]M[SiO4/2]Q类聚合物中的一种,MQ值是MQ型硅树脂中单官能度硅氧烷封闭链节(M)与四官能度硅氧烷链节(Q)的物质的量比值,该比值可以反映硅树脂的整体结构和分子量的大小,有机基团R增加其与其他组分的相容性起增粘作用,SiO4/2链节提高复合材料的强度起补强作用。有机基团R的差异决定MQ型硅树脂的类型,R为甲基时,称为甲基MQ硅树脂,MQ比值为0.5-0.8:1,对于甲基MQ硅树脂而言,MQ值比例较小时其补强效果较好;部分R为乙烯基时,称为甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂;部分R为氢时,称为甲基氢MQ硅树脂;此外,MQ型硅树脂还包括甲基苯基MQ硅树脂、乙烯基MQ硅树脂、苯基MQ硅树脂、含氟MQ硅树脂、MDQ硅树脂、MTQ硅树脂;

本发明的第二方面提供了一种军用纺织面料专用防水剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅树脂、硅油、溶剂置入容器搅拌得混合物a;
(2)向混合物a中加入纤维素醚搅拌得混合物b;
(3)在混合物b溶液中加入偶联剂及填充剂,搅拌得到一种军用纺织面料专用防水剂。
有益效果
(1)通过对硅树脂、硅油、溶剂、纤维素醚、偶联剂、填充剂进行混合,制备得到一种防水性能优异的军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其具有轻薄,耐磨、抗菌等优异性能。
(2)MQ硅树脂耐候性好,防水性好且阻燃性好,尤其是MQ硅树脂为甲基MQ硅树脂,MQ比值为0.5-0.8:1时,具有优异的防水性及阻燃性,且具有优异的耐候性,可在-60℃至+300℃温度环境下使用,使军用纺织成衣在恶劣环境下仍能保持优异性能。其原因可能是,甲基MQ硅树脂,MQ值比例适当时其补强效果较好,具有优异的硬度及拉伸强度。甲基MQ硅树脂与溶液中其他活性成分发生反应,在纺织面料表面形成一层防水膜,使水与纺织面料表面接触角增大,降低纺织面料表面张力,且甲基MQ硅树脂在高温下其二维Si-O-Si链状结构会转变为三维网状结构,在纺织面料表面形成光滑紧密的硬质壳层,具有优异的隔热效果,阻止纺织面料内其它高分子材料热分解产物扩散到燃烧区。
(3)本发明通过加入石墨烯,使得军用纺织面料具有抗菌性、防水性及抗静电性。尤其是石墨烯为单层氧化石墨烯时,军用纺织面料具有优异的抗菌性、防水性及抗静电性,其原因可能是单层氧化石墨烯由单层碳原子紧密堆积为二维蜂窝状晶体,具有片状结构且边缘锋利,可对细菌进行物理切割,破坏细菌细胞壁,使其电解质泄漏,此外,氧化石墨烯还可抽取细菌细胞膜上磷脂分子,破坏细菌细胞膜。氧单层氧化石墨烯与其他成分相互协同降低了纺织面料表面能,增大了纺织面料与水的接触角,产生反毛细管现象。此外,氧化石墨烯与氢氧化铝混合后,在纺织面料表面能形成均匀致密的导电层。
(4)石墨烯为碳元素排布致密的平面二维结构,具有高强度、高模量、高硬度和低摩擦系数等特点,尤其是石墨烯为单层氧化石墨烯其与氢氧化铝复配后,其中氢氧化铝与氧化石墨烯质量比为2-3:1,二者的协同作用使军用纺织面料具有优异的耐磨、轻薄等性能。其原因可能是氧化石墨烯/氢氧化铝复合物通过原子间共价键相连,形成网络状结构,键合力优异,具有高强度、高韧性、低摩擦系数等特点。
(5)本发明进一步向硅树脂、硅油、溶剂混合物中加入纤维素醚搅拌,并将所得混合物再次与偶联剂及填充剂进行混合,制备得到一种防水性能优异的军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其具有轻薄,耐磨、抗菌等优异性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
实施例1提供了一种军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其包括以下按照重量份的原料:硅树脂50份、硅油20份、纤维素醚2份、偶联剂1份、填充剂0.5份、溶剂1.5份。
所述硅树脂为甲基MQ硅树脂MQ比值为0.5:1,CAS号:104133-09-7,购自上海欧睿决经贸发展有限公司。
所述硅油为甲基含氢硅油,CAS号:63148-57-2,含氢量≥1.58%,购自云南力莲生物有限公司。
所述纤维素醚为甲基纤维素,CAS号:9004-67-5,购自阿拉丁化学。
所述偶联剂为N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,CAS号:3069-29-2,购自上海易恩化学技术有限公司。
所述填充剂为氢氧化铝与氧化石墨烯的复配,其中氢氧化铝与氧化石墨烯质量比为2.71:1,氧化石墨烯为单层氧化石墨烯,厚度为0.8-1.2nm,型号为XF002-2,CAS号:7440-44-0,购自先丰纳米。
所述溶剂为甲基乙基酮。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种军用纺织面料专用防水剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅树脂、硅油、溶剂置入容器搅拌得混合物a;
(2)向混合物a中加入纤维素醚搅拌得混合物b;
(3)在混合物b溶液中加入偶联剂及填充剂,搅拌得到一种军用纺织面料专用防水剂。

实施例2提供了一种军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其包括以下按照重量份的原料:硅树脂80份、硅油30份、纤维素醚10份、偶联剂5份、填充剂3份、溶剂1.5份。
所述硅树脂为甲基MQ硅树脂MQ比值为0.5:1,CAS号:104133-09-7,购自上海欧睿决经贸发展有限公司。
所述硅油为甲基含氢硅油,CAS号:63148-57-2,含氢量≥1.58%,购自云南力莲生物有限公司。
所述纤维素醚为甲基纤维素,CAS号:9004-67-5,购自阿拉丁化学。

所述硅树脂为甲基MQ硅树脂MQ比值为0.5:1,CAS号:104133-09-7,购自上海欧睿决经贸发展有限公司。
所述硅油为甲基含氢硅油,CAS号:63148-57-2,含氢量≥1.58%,购自云南力莲生物有限公司。

(1)将硅树脂、硅油、溶剂置入容器搅拌得混合物a;
(2)向混合物中a加入纤维素醚搅拌得混合物b;
(3)在混合物b溶液中加入偶联剂及填充剂,搅拌得到一种军用纺织面料专用防水剂。
性能测试
1.防水性测试:为证明本军用纺织面料专用防水剂的防水效果,通过国标GB4745-1997标准测试方法对军用纺织面料进行下测试,结果表明洗涤50次后,实施例1、2、3防水效果均为5级,具有优异的防水持久性。对比例1、对比例2防水效果为二、三,防水效果较差。
2.耐磨性测试
为证明本军用纺织面料的耐磨性能,按照ISO 12947-3:1998《纺织品-马丁代尔法织物耐磨性的测试,第3部分:质量损失的测试》对军用纺织面料进行测试,结果表明,实施例1、2、3以及对比例1在摩擦27000转后质量损失百分率为5.231%,实施例1、2、3以及对比例1军用纺织面料耐磨性优异。
而对比例2质量损失百分率为15.7567%,质量损失百分率最大,因此对比例2军用纺织面料耐磨性较差。
Claims (10)
1.一种军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,制备原料包括:硅树脂50-80份、硅油20-30份、纤维素醚2-10份、偶联剂1-5份、填充剂0.5-3份、溶剂适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其特征在于,所述硅树脂80份、硅油30份、纤维素醚10份、偶联剂5份、填充剂3份、溶剂适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其特征在于,所述硅树酯为甲基MQ硅树脂、甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂、甲基氢MQ硅树脂、甲基苯基MQ硅树脂、乙烯基MQ硅树脂、苯基MQ硅树脂、含氟MQ硅树脂、MDQ硅树脂、MTQ硅树脂中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其特征在于,所述硅树酯为甲基MQ硅树脂,MQ比值为0.5-0.8:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其特征在于,所述硅油为甲基含氢硅油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其特征在于,所述纤维素醚为甲基纤维素。
7.根据权利要求1所述的军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其特征在于,所述填充剂为氢氧化铝与石墨烯的复配。
9.根据权利要求1所述的军用纺织面料专用防水剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为甲基乙基酮。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的军用纺织面料专用防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅树脂、硅油、溶剂置入容器搅拌得混合物a;
(2)向混合物a中加入纤维素醚搅拌得混合物b;
(3)在混合物b溶液中加入偶联剂及填充剂,搅拌得到一种军用纺织面料专用防水剂。
